K, this was made a while back with GIMP. I now use photoshop so yeah, I can see many flaws. critique welcome. :)

Well, since everyone seems too nice to critique it, I'll critique myself. haha. well, now I finally realize that I did WAY too much unnecessary brushing for the background. It looks a little crowded and that seems to take some of the attention away from the main stock. :) If anyone can see anymore, please go ahead and let me know.

I see what you meen. There's an area to the left that has a lot of black/dark colors in it, therefore contrasting with the white bg. If you want the characters to attract more attention, then you would have to lighten the left a little, I guess. But hey, if you hadn't mentioned that the design took attention away from the main stock, I would not have noticed it myself. The brushes make the bg look so abstract that I could care less if the colors contrasted or not. It looks good, IMO.

Letsee.. my opinion. To the right of the chara, it's blank space. If you want to keep/mantain the bg, put if behind them and have it stretch to the left. ALso, try and unfade..take out some of the white that's creeping over their heads/feet, you know, so they're more noticed, and not fading into the bg.

But really, I didn't think it was that bad, just the emptyness on the right side.
