When you reply- you scroll down the page and there you'll find a button- that button is called manage attachments. You click the button and browse your system for the image you wish to uload then voila! you are done. Pretty simple main.

Okay, first? Double posts are not a good idea.
The wallpaper. Render>cloud is not a good filter for a BG- arial is not always a good font to use. Matter of fact- it's getting to be the general consensus that the less text on walls the better. I've got to say that I am starting to agree with that assesment. The image itself. Um, no. Find another image and learn how to extract said image. Look around this area you will find a butt load of how to tutorials on making wallpapers.
Don't get discouraged by negative critiques- we all get them at one point or another and sometimes we get them a lot- it's the only way to LEARN about what a wider audience likes in a wallpaper. It's also a good way to learn about HOW to make a wallpaper.
Like I said, browse around here, you can find all sorts of tutorials to help you learn about the not so fine art of making desktop backgrounds.

That Kenshin scan is very low quality and there are some white/gray outlines around him. Try to learn good ways of extracting images, like zooming in and using the polygon lasso tool or the eraser. Also, looking up a few photoshop tutorials doesn't hurt. Tracing and recoloring an anime pic can fix the image quality; search for tutorials about that. There's a tutorials sticky on the animewallpapers.com thread list which has various links to different art tutorial sites. I manily goto

Good luck with your art
