What anime is better? Tsubasa or Elfin Lied?

the manga Tsubasa is great, but the anime isnt and Elfen Lied is awesome, but i havent seen it yet :P

Well...the more I think about it...the more I can't decide really. I like Elfin Lied because it has a good sad/romance story line to it, but Tsubasa shows you'll do more for your love then for yourself. Of course Elfin Lied is the same. Hmm...-_-

Personally, I really like Elfen Lied a lot better. I think it's becuase, I really like the story line and how it's based on science && stuff. :/ Tsubasa is okay, though, even though I've never really watched much of it. ^_^;

I like Tsubasa because I haven't read the other one yet... And since so many if you lke the nude and blood... Well I would recommend "Diabolo", no, not the game but the manga. It has some great blood and stuff.

Strange comparison.....they cater to 2 completely different audiences as far as I can tell. I mean you have your Tsubasa Chronicle, a largely romantic and adventure based anime. You have your swordsmen, your mages, your doomed love, your cute little mascot, your princess and even time travel. Good show from what I've seen so far. A bit character crazy (considering CLAMP tends to have cameos of their past characters every other episode O_o)

And then you have Elfen Lied, which is by any standard a very....uhm, well it's geared towards an older audience to say the least. Don't believe me? Watch the opening or even an AMV of the show O_O Limbs a-flying, blood a-splattering, etc. It's a good series, but it wasnt really in my taste (and a bit short -_-)

Again it's tricky to compare the 2, but if I had to, I'd choose Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicle, only because Elfen Lied was more creepy than entertaining.

Elfen Lied is an amazing anime. I disagree as to it being good because of the violence and nudity however. The good parts are how realistic the characters are, that it's not afraid to show what humanity can and really is like. It also connects you to each character and you either learn to love or hate some of the characters. Personally, I loved them all, even Bando. Only reason for Bando though is because I love to hate him. Anyway, the show's totally worth seeing unless you don't like dark storylines.

I would have to say Tsubasa Chronicles. I absolutely LOVE Tsubasa Chronicles!! Also I haven't seen much of Elfen Lied... Im sure if I see more i'l have a change in opinion though.

Elfen Lied falls more into my taste, I enjoy the sadism and -real- violence. The story has a good begining and an intriguing ending, one of the goods things about the show is that they explain why and how things happened.

Tsubasa Chronicles! The series is like, the second season of ccs (CardCaptor Sakura) except CLAMP, The people that originally made Ccs made another series and it was called, Tsubasa Chronicles. They had the same characters except older and with different voices. (they still have Same names in Ccs) and who would've known that tomoyo is the princess of this other world! And Chobit is in it too! Except you hardly even see her in any of the episodes (her name was changed), and then Fai and kurogane came. Its an awesome show, all right!! Elfen lied is okay, but I don't like it because of thingamajig.

Elfin Lied is my pick. It has a message that's trying to be put out by the director or then Tsubasa which is just there for the joy of watching a romance series.
