Oh, wow, 1,000 points for originality. I really like the idea/concept...whatever. That's super nifty, I like it. Good job on the pic too. (I'm assuming you traced it). It seems like the Nerv logo isn't on the square (or whatever the term is for something not quite perfectly straight) was that intentional?
Other than that, I really can't think of anything else.

Hmm... the NERV logo and background gets most of my attention. Although they are nothing without Rei. I'd give her a monotone lighting to merge better with the enviroment if i were you. Something like this:
