There is no second season of Hellsing. It was a 13 episode long series that was made a few years ago. If there was going to be a second season, it would have been out already.

The first episode of Hellsing: Ultimate OVA is out now. It's not a second season, more like a redo that actually goes by the manga story. Check it out.
