I would like to know if anyone can help me on a Paint Shop Pro Problem.

I would like to know how to give pictures that nice glowy edge.
Such as... this.

I would like to know how to do that with Paint Shop Pro 8.

Maybe not the best tutorial out there, but you could try to do something like this (http://www.ipowerweb.com/build/software/psp/926.htm) and play around with that. It should give you about the same.
