Other than that, it looks good, a bit bland IMHO but not too bad. Sorry, it's late and I'm tired... no suggestions from me tonight.

Change the font. I really don't like it. And the font style, drop it. Just doesn't fit.

The outer glow on Gaara should be a few px larger, and more spread.

The horisontal bars.. Drop the outerglow and add the lines manually in a new layer. And.. I'm not too sure of that bevel/emboss on the bar.

The image is slightly too pixellated, especially along edges between light and dark. Try softening it a bit?

And I agree that the font is a little much. Especially being pixellated as badly as it is.

The negative image behind the main character - what if you moved it a little to the left, so that it looked a little bit more like the negative image were sneaking up behind the oblivious-looking main character, or peering over his shoulder?

Those are good choices of images to work with, I think. And I like the consistent color scheme you use in the image.
