Don't know her name, know where's she's from, what her story is, or why the hell she's wearing glasses ten times too big for her melon, and most of all, I have zero idea why she's looking at me like I'm a slab of beef and she's a ginsu salesman.

Okay, all that aside, what does this need?

Okaay. Some text or some thing needs to go in the left side, a little blank. However, if you're actually using that as a wallpaper leave it so you can put your shortcuts there.

;) Heheh, I personally don't have any shortcuts on my desktop, but yeah, you're right something could go there...

o: Can I have the source of that girl? Awesome.

I don't really have anything to say about the wallpaper.
But, I'm not sure if I like those holes. D:

I don't think it looks empty, nor do I think it needs text. I like it, excellent job on the bg.

A fascinating anime girl standing in front of a background that's a little too plain, a little too regular. I think the white grid is what hurts it.

I kind of like those flower petals in the original clip art. What if you were to casually scatter a couple of those across your image, like in a vaguely diagonal like across it as if they were being blown by a breeze?

Just noticed - the side of her watch (dangling from the sword) is the same color as the background and seems to be getting a little bit lost against it. Maybe alter the color of the side of the watch.
