Oh, I just had fun with this XD Not quite done yet. I don't know what I want to add/change, if anything. Not sure if I like the logo where it is, either. But where else could I put it?

I think the logo could be bigger, that would take up some of that empty space. Other than that, maybe change the color outside the pool from white to something else. Otherwise it looks great to me.

Lose the logo. It doesn't match the image at all.

The logo is a problem because not only will it be covered up by Windows icons, but it'll also be cropped on a widescreen display. Move it down and to the right. It might be cute if you put the logo by the dog's head, as if he's 'saying' it.

If you could shrink the girl/pool image slightly so that the girl's head won't get chopped as much on a widescreen display, that'd be good too.

It's the same somewhat-h style that Sakaki is always portrayed in. The wall is pretty good, though, a little blank, I would say.
