I need some help finding good drawing and editing programs. And drawing help period. Anything you could do would be very helpful. Thank you!

well a good program for drawing is paint shop pro and you could consider downloading photoshop 7 that does the drawing feat. and it edits pics and puts in special effects but dont buy it its like 600 dollars you need to find a crack for it

try photoshop or corell...both are very good programs but are mighty costly...my suggestion: find a site where you can download it for free or find a friend who can give you a copy of it
