I think it is the 100XBig bang Kamehameha-SSj4gogeta.

Well... Thats the obvious answer. The Big Bang/ Kamehameha isn't rivaled very much. But the Second best attack in my opinion would be a tie between the Ryougen Exploshion (Dragon fist attack). And the Super Saiyan Spirit Bomb. The runner up for 3rd would be the Father-Son Kamehameha.

Remember when super buu got reeaallly pissed because he couldn't beat veggeto? and then he formed a barrier around himself and started screaming? theyt said in the show that he almost collapsed gravity on itself...come on, he nearly destroyed existence with that attack, how can that be rivialed?

Are any of you guys forgetting the final two episodes of DBGT, when Goku created the spirit bomb from power created from the WHOLE UNIVERSE!!!! COME ON!!! That one attack would have destroyed the whole SOLAR SYSTEM if it missed!!!!! At least. (don;t remember the guy's name though, the one created from the dragonballs after they cracked and formed into one seriously evil/powerful dude)
