looks good ... just, the line covering Ed's face (especially his eye) is just ... distracting >_> ... suggest you to movie it on the bottom ;)

first of all your full metal alchemist the two line well the goes straight left to right one just blocked the guy's eyes, sry im never seen full metal alchemist donno what's his name anyway, i agree move it to the bottom, it be better since the full metal alchemist word is there too

Oh, to add ... the anime's name is Fullmetal Alchemist (and not Full Metal) ...

I like them.
The font you used is cool looking, including the background.
The only thing I suggest, just like the others whom posted before me, you should have done differently, was keeping that line from covering Ed's eye. Maybe if you had moved that line down to his shoulder then put the words 'Full Metal Alchemist' in the upper right-hand corner, it might have looked just as nice. Or maybe the words would still look nice, but over the line and in the lower right-hand corner, but that'd leave the upper right-hand corner bare looking. o.o;

Nah, the bg fits qute good ...
Just ... why did you change the font? ... the 1st one was better in my opinion.
And that sign on the right ... if you're using photoshop, try set the layer blending option to overlay ;) it may work ^_^
