Newtypes in the Cosmic Era? ~Possible Spoilers~

At first, I was highly sceptical of the possiblity.
Now, however, I have come to believe that the director of Gundam SEED/Destiny, may be leading into Newtypes in someway.
For various reasons, I believe that possible Newtypes may include Mu La Flaga/Neo Lorrnoke, Rau Le Creuset, Rey Za Burrel, and maybe Al Da Flaga.
Kira Yamato, also, has been showing the possibility of being/becoming a Newtype.
The greatest eviden of my suspicions are the "Newtype Flashes" that occur between the aforementioned characters. Although, those may also be attributed to cloning, but that does not explain Kira's. Kira's could be attributed to the Ultimate Coordinator Program though.
Anyway, what are your thoughts?

I think there is always a Posibillity between Coordinators and Newtypes... But I really don't know.

Coordinator = A human being whose mental and physical abilities have been enhanced through genetic engineering.

Newtype = A type of human gifted with amazing powers of insight thought Human Evolution


I think think we could both agrees that there is a -key- difference in Human Evolution and Genetic Engineering.


BUT... I don't know. They're supposedly alternate Universes. But then in again there was the rumor I heard that the After Colony was 1000 years after the Universal Colony... So maybe thats why it is called "After Colony".

the flash could be attributed to a hightened sense of combat, like the berserkers of the medievil era (which is why some people call the "SEED Mode" as going "berserk"). However I will grant that the possibilty is there for Newtypes to come into the picture with GSD. The idea of a hightened cobat sense (ie: the Sixth Sense as an example) is still the most plausible I've heard though, since it can happen to anyone (I myself am a natural berserker in real life, and I know what I'm talking about here).

For the most part... I wouldn't count out the possibllity... So maybe Kira is the Ancestor of Amuro... A possiblllity. But then and again, that would take away from the idea of alternate universes.

Plus the modle suits in Seed are a little more Advanced i(looking) than the suits in 0079.

Though I would most likely take RX-78-2 Or Nu Gundam over all of the SEED Gundams. But thats only my preference. o_o

I highly, highly, doubt that the Cosmic Era and the Universal Century timelines take place in the same universe. It is simply inconceivable without some manner of massive technological regression.
Of course there is a difference between Genetic Engineering and Human Evolution. The two are completely unrelated!
It is possible that "Coordinating" a person could trigger Newtype abilities, but that waould not explain how the Mu La Flaga was able to have "Newtype Flashes"
I believe that if Newtypes were to appear in the Cosmic Era Timeline, then they would be completely unrelated to Coordinators. Newtypes, theoretically, could simply be another step in Human Evolution. That would explain why both Naturals and Coordinators could have the abilities. Personally, I hope that Newtypes are not introduced into the Cosmic Era timeline until some time after the conclusion of Gundam SEED Destiny.
