I thought it looked a tiny bit like MarieMeia (I think I spelt that wrong lol!) from gundam wing...

the only gundam I hear of are gundam seed,destiny,wing,and u noe the list goes on but I never hear of gundam ZZ

That looks a lot like Recoa. But once again I couldn't stand the poor animation of the earlier gundams so I'm just kinda guessing here.....
