It's close for me. Horohoro is cool from being from the North and all but he can be a REAL jerk sometimes. Ren is also cool because I like his choice of weapon (kwan-do) but he can be arrogant. Overall I think that they are pretty even.

i would say horo horo (usui horokeu). because he is quite funny whenever he quarrels with ren or scolds chocolove for his poor jokes. another funny part of an episode of him is 09, where he turns into a stone statue and breaks into pieces (because he thought anna was yoh's sister and was shocked to learn that she was yoh's fiancee). the "cinema" of where he was sitting and watching about the romance between yoh and anna (they were riding a bicycle and a shadow of them going to kiss) and saying "they are about my age, and are engaged, and yet i don't even have a girlfriend!" are the funniest parts. the "romance movie" was just horohoro's impression of the relationship between yoh and anna.
