I really think that Macross Plus has only 4 parts as I say after the death of Gold. But it seems ok for me unless I did watch.:rolleyes:

WOW this one kicked ***, the movie was dissapointing as it cut most the series but i saw it on the big screen so i cant complain. macross 3 was BAD tho lol

Macross Plus was great, and i don't think there's a Macross 3...i know of Robotech (macross), Southern Cross, Generation Climber Mospeda, Macross 2, Macross Plus, Macross 7, and Macross Zero

macross plus comes in two flavors - the 4 OVAs and the movie version.

technically, each version has something that the other one doesn't. only reason i think so is that it plays the story out different, but sutble enough that it doesn't affect any of the major storyline

btw, macross plus is great. the final and epic battle of the 19 and 21 is great and i just simply love how the 19 looks and moves

I saw the OVAs... four parts.... I ahve no idea why there are 2 DVDs when its only 4 episodes... They could fit it all onto one DVD..Those people just like ripping us off... -_- Not kewl. Same goes for FLCL... they could have fit more pes in those DVDs... Sadness...

yea i know what you mean, but it doesn't go with the same as Macross 7, each DVD as about 8 or 9 episodes and there's about 9 to 10 DVD's.

Maybe it wasnt as popular so they put more eps in those... I remember watching a few of Macross 7... It didnt really appeal to me...

yea, he was neat, but the best one was the female guitarist of the band, that runs into the conflict between the hero, and the captain of the Delta Team

Well that battle in macross plus 4 was awesome at the end with the 2 friends fighting that was great animation. Its animation was like a movie also it was a great fight i would of loved to of seen that fight on the big screen.
