Inuyasha: The Tale Of The Foretold Marrige - The Beginning

Saiyaka shook her head a little and sighed. "you didn't even know what get the poor girl? You should have thought about that way before now!" she muttered.

"I know I know, its not like I tried to forget. Oh man what am I going to do, I have nothing hear that I can give to her," I said my shoulders drouping," Wait a minute, there is one thing I can do."
"What is it," Sango asked.
"Her family, they are near by," I said in a releaved tone.
"Her family, what kind of gift is that," Inuyasha asked in a smug tone.
"She hasnt seen her family in close to 4 years now you idiot, they probably dont even know if she is allive or not," I shouted in Inuyasha's ear.
"Jeeze you dont have to shout it in my ear ya know," Inuyasha said rubbing his ear.
I grumbled at Inuyasha for a second and then went back to thinking about how I was going to do this, I could send everyone back to the village and go get her family without her even realizing. It would be a complete surprise.

Saiyaka rolled her eyes at Inuyasha. "You probably wouldn't have heard it if he hadn't yelled it into your ear," she muttered, crossing her arms. "Why didn't she go back to her family, besides the fact that she's been hanging out with you for four years?" she asked Tach.

"I guess this sorta means I have to explain how me and Kokoru came to know eachother dosent it," I said with a rather exagerated sigh.
"Yes it does," Miroku said rather bluntly.
"Well I best get started then, like I said allready it happened about 4 years ago. Mearly a year after I was released from that damd cave that kept me imprisoned. I was strolling along minding my own business, wondering around my village after I had visited my mothers grave. As I wondered through the shops, what seemed like the entire town guard came running down the street all up in arms. At first I thought they were after me...again, but I was incorrect. They were after a small black fox demon who had stollen a mellon," I said not thrilled about having to share the whole story.
"It was Kokoru right, the one they were after," Miroku asked.
"No it wasnt her, it was her older brother Koi. He had stolen the melon so his family had something to eat, of course being the helpful demon I am I snatched up the little demon and carried him out of the village, much to the dismay of the village guard who seemed to be enjoying their mid afternoon chase. He was very greatful for me helping him out and in turn led me to his families den, that is where I met Kokoru's mother, father and other sister...its quite the large family."

Saiyaka listened intently, but blinked a little when he paused with his story. "So you saved her brother, but how did you end up traveling with Kokoru?" she pressed, seeming interested.

"Well when I met the parents, they were very pleased that I had saved their son for them. In fact they were so pleased that they...asked if I would marry their youngest daughter," I said laughing at it.
"They what! You mean the whole reason you have been travelling with Kokoru is becuase they offered her to you as your bride," Sango blurted in complete shock.
"No no dont get me wrong, I refused of course. Her parents obviously understood becuase of the age and um...size gap. But they were still determined to have their daughter taken by me, to be trained. Again I tried to refuse telling them I couldnt train myself let along another demon, but they insisted and I didnt have much of a choice. Kokoru was young then, since she is around 7 or 8 now so she was around 3 back then. But amazingly smart and quite talented with her fox magic even at that young of an age, she was also quite determined to go with me. So in the end I gave in and she has been taging along with me since, I trained her in the best way I could. Taught her in the making of gun powder, showed her how to fight...both hand to hand and with a weapon. Though she dosent show it she is a very tallented fighter, maybe sometime if I can pry her away from Shippou I will show you."

Saiyaka, upon hearing the marriage thing, looked like she was about to murder Tach, but after the explaination, she put her fists down and she looked like she was just a little relieved. "Whoa, buddy, I was going to say if you had agreed, you would be in a lot of pain right now!"

"Good thing I said no then, otherwise I might be without a few more body parts," I said laughing.
"You all had us worried for a second their Tach, we all thought you might be like Miroku," Sango said laughing.
"That was un called for," Miroku said folding his arms.
"I think you would go after just about any girl," Sango said narrowing her eyes at Miroku.
"Not ture, I have an age limit," Miroku said with his head turned away.
"Oh, and what might that be," Inuyasha asked even though we all half knew what the answer might be.
"10, no less," Miroku said nodding his head.
I dunno about anyone else but I got that spine tigling feeling when you hear or see something so compleatly disgusting, it makes you want to throw up your own insides. Sango quickly reached up and punched Miroku in the back of the head, causing him to fall over.
"Miroku how perverted can you get," Kagome yelled.
"It was just a joke, honestly," Miroku said as he lay on the ground.

[Chibi-chan]

"You sick little idiot!" Saiyaka hissed, looking ready to stomp on his head, but she would leave the punishment to Sango and Sango alone. After all, the monk was the one that the demon slayer really liked, no matter how much she tried to hide things.

"That really wasnt funny you know, I mean slightly comical...but your timing and the way you said it was way off. Personally I thought the smack Sango gave you wa smuch funnier" I said as I turned around.
"This coming from a comical genious of course," Inuyasha said sarcastically.
"All right fido thats enough for now, lets go get the men ready to go," I said as I grabbed Inuyasha by the ear and started to drag him off.
"Fido, where did you learn that one," Inuyasha complained as I dragged him off.
"In Kagomes time," I said thinking back to where I had heard it.
"And what does it mean," Inuyasha asked as he got out of my ear hold.
"I think its a dogs name," I said really not sure of the words meaning.
"A dogs name, why you," Inuyasha said taking a swing at me.
Inuyasha landed a good hit right on the top of my head, I went strait into the ground and kinda sat there for a moment. But soon after my hand raised into the air.
"Now that was funny," I said with my face still in the dirt.

Saiyaka burst out laughing, shaking her head and pointing at Inuyasha. "Oh, now that was pricess! Freaking hilarious right there!" she smirked, looking at Inuyasha. "You're really a moron, you know that?"

I got to my feet and grabbed Inuyasha around the neck and got him in a headlock and continued to drag him off, and my god he did something I never thought I would see him ever do. For the first time in many years he started to actually laugh at a joke I made, it was a blooming miracle.
"This is new, havnt seen you laugh in awhile," I said as I let him go.
"Yeah well, you wont see it again for awhile," Inuyasha said catching himself.
"Party pooper," I grumbled as he went back to his normal self.
As we walked along I noticed that most of the tents were picked up and everyone was just about ready to leave, the horses that were reserved for all of us were all ready as well.
"Hey boss, we are all set and ready to go," Keisou said as he approched on his horse.
"Good job Keisou, get everyone moving then. We will join your shorty," I said nodding at Keisou.
"Yes sir," Keisou said ridding off.

Saiyaka stared at Inuyasha, blinking a little as he was actually laughing. It wasn't one of those stupid fake laughs that he did either, and that is what really surprised her the most.

(OOC: Notice you changed your stuff again. And its FLCL, I love that show...I finally changed mine too. Not as cool looking as yours but I thought it was time for a change)

Keisou went to the front of the formation and gave the signal to move out, with that all the soldiers started to move and I stod by and watched. It was really quite amazing to see this many soldiers move in unison like they were.
"Well now that they are under way we should get going, there is a horse for everyone if they want it," I said as I walked up to a horse and grabbed its reins.
"A horse, why would I want to ride a horse," Inuyasha snorted.
"Didnt we go over this last night," I said raising a brow at Inuyasha.
"Yeah but I still dont want to ride a horse," he complained turning around.
"Fine be that way, but when your tired of walking dont come whining to me," I said as I grabbed another horse and made my way back to the others.

(( It's Saturday, so of course I changed it! ^_^ I likes yours! Though I kind of couldn't tell what it was at first! O.o ))

"And we all know how much Inuyasha loves to whine," Saiyaka said, smirking as she hitched a ride with Tach on his horse, wrapping her arms around her mate's waist.

(OOC: I am still playing around with images to see what is best, I just did that Inuyasha thing as my signature but I think its a tad to big.)

As I sat on top of my horse with Saiyaka behind me the others started to go after a horse, even Sango got a horse even though she had Kilala. I suppose the poor cat needed a break, when Kagome went near one of the horses I could tell she had never rode before. She didnt know what to do first.
"Inuyasha, dont be rude...help Kagome up on the horse," I said as I slapped Inuyasha in the back of the head.
"Yeah I'm on it, just you wait untill I'm in command," he grumbled.
"I'm looking forward to it Inuyasha trust me," I said with a laugh as he got on then helped Kagome on behind him.
When just about everyone was mounted, I started to looked around for Kokoru and Shippou who had run off before.

[Chibi-chan]

"I most certianly don't look forward to that," Saiyaka mumbled, resting her head on Tach's back as she let out a soft sigh. She shuddered a little as a gust of cold wind blew across and she silently cursed it.

(( Well, I've seen people with sigs that are even bigger, so don't worry! ))

"I was being sarcastic that time," I said looking back at Saiyaka.
"Hey what do ya mean you were being sarcastic," Inuyasha shouted.
"Nothing Inuyasha just forget it, lets go," I said as I whiped the reins.
The horse started to move and we were on our way, traveling along side the formation of troops as they went. They would occasionally look up at us as we went by, but most of them were talking among themselvs. Kokoru and Shippou who had taken forever to come back came running along side my horse, both of them jumped up and landed right infront of me...well Kokoru more or less landed in my lap.
"Glad to see you could join us," I said looking down at them.
"Sorry, we were busy," Kokoru said rubbing the back of her head.

Inuka watched the others in facination. I hadn't heard Inu laugh since, well since he was little... I looked over my kimono and saw that I was covered in dirt from fighting Inuyasha. I sighed. I took a bunch of my hair in my hand and examined the dirt encrusted strands. "Time for a bath." I said to myself sending Inu a glare. Sesi was sitting in a tree overhead and heard me talking to myself, again... He nodded his approval, as if I needed it. I hopped over the shrubs and made my way towards the sound of running water. I thought I heard someone follow me, probably Naku. I stopped in a tree that over hung the hot spring. I glanced down at my cloths then back at the water. I jumped in the pool fully clothed and scrubbed at my cloths and hair.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka looked at little Kokoru and grinned a bit. "Well, Tach here has finally remembered what day it is, and he has a bit of a surprise for you because of it," she declared, the smile on her face increasing a little bit.

"Really, well thats a miriacle," Kokoru said giving me a dirty look.
"Hey come on now, I'm really sorry I forgot that today was your birthday. But I can make up for it, I have the perfect gift for you," I said ashamed of the fact I forgot.
"I highly doubt that," Kokoru said turning away from me.
"Come on dont be that way, I promise this will make up for it," I said patting her on the head.
"It better be good," She said refusing to look at me.
I smiled at the fact that she was still able to parcially trust me, even though I was a complete idiot for forgetting her birthday.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka smiled some and rested her head against Tach's back once again, this little action keeping her warm, more or less as pressed herself a little closer. "The cold can die," she sighed, talking more to herself as she closed her eyes for a moment. "Hey...What will you're dad do when he finds out you lost your arm there, buddy?" she asked Tach, this thought having finally popped into her head.

"My dad, oh yeah I kinda forgot about that. He probably wont be too happy with me, I do remember promising him to return with all my limbs intact," I said laughing.
"You really are an idiot," Kokoru said still angry.
My eye twitched a few times at Kokoru's commet, Inuyasha however found it quite amusing. I reached down and picked Kokoru up by the tail and looked right in her eyes, determined to stop her pouting.
"Listen, I realize your angry with me...but can you please put on a happy face for your parents. I dont want them to think I have been mean to you all these years," I said stairing at her.
"My parents, wait you mean your taking me to see my parents," Kokoru said with a glow.
"Yes, but that idiot comment serious made me rethink it," I grumbled putting her down.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka rolled her eyes and gently flicked Tach on the side of the head. "She had every right to call you an idiot...You did forget her birthday, plus you didn't even remeber a gift before hand!" she reminded him.

Inuka sensed something was wrong near her. I scanned the shoreline and coudn't find anything wrong. The birds had stopped singing though and the only noise was the sound I was making in the water. Naku was sitting in a tree over on one side of the shore line but she was asleep. A twig snapped and I spun my eyes darted around trying to find the source. Naku had heard it to, she was up and looking around. She gave me a wry look. I looked at her in confusion. She picked and her cloths and then pointed at me. I looked down. 'Oh, crap.' I thought. 'My cloths are clinging to me, good thing I'm not wearing white.' I thought as realization hit me. I felt like an idiot, but at least the would account for the noise, probably a disappointed peeping tom. I flexed my claws 'no way were they getting away with this' I thought. Naku saw the look on my face and grinned.

"Still it wasnt very nice," I said looking back at Saiyaka.
"Tach your such a baby," Inuyasha said laughing.
I grumbled at Inuyasha then went back to business, the formation had moved out far enough now that the tail end had left the camp sight. Everything was going smoothly, except for that fact Inuka and that friend of her's was missing...oh and Sesshomaru wasnt here either...but that was a good thing.
"Hey Inuyasha where did Inuka go," I asked.
"How should I know, it wasnt my turn to watch her," Inuyasha said shrugging.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka laughed a little, then looked at Inuyasha. "She's your sister, more or less...You should know where she is," she informed him, sticking her tounge out. "Go find her and make sure she's alright," she added in a rather demanding voice.

"Why should I, she can take care of herself. Besides she has Sesshomaru with her," Inuyasha complained.
"Still Inuyasha you should go and check on her," I said in a more reasonable voice.
"Yes Inuyasha, it wouldnt be proper to leave her without any protection like that," Miroku said as he gave Inuyasha a dissapointed look.
Everyone all stared at Inuyasha, but he got the best look from Kagome who looked rather anoyed that he wasnt going back to check on her. Inuyasha sat there and growled to himself for about 3 minutes before he decided to get up and go check on her.
"Fine, but I'm only going to check on her and make sure she knows where we are going. After that I am coming right back," Inuyasha said a he jumped off his horse.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka grabbed a rock from undernieth the waters surface and signaled Naku to attack when she threw it at the intruder. "Pervert!" I yelled chucking the rock in to the bushes. Naku sprung at the figure on the ground as it tried to get up. I flew after her ready to help if needed. I dried my cloths off with my wind and fire magic when Naku landed on the figure. "Get off!" he growled flinging Naku at me. I caught her but her momentum sent us both in to a tree trunk. "ow!" I said getting up ready to spring.
A very pissed off Inuyasha stood looking at me. "What were you doing you perv!" I yelled at him going completely red. "You're my friggin brother sicko!" I shouted trowing a branch at him. "WHAT!?" He shouted back. Seshomaru came up behind him and nailed him in the head driving him in to the ground. "Apologise scum!" he said growling, his head eyes flashed with hatered. "That was not what it looked like!" Inuyasha said face in the ground, Sesi's foot was on his back. "Then what was it?" I asked coming closer. "Try and check up on you sis and you get hammered. I'm never gonna help you again." he muttered.

"You hear that," I said picking my head up.
"Hear what," Kagome asked.
"It sounded like a loud thud, and a scream of pain or something," I said turning my head and looking around.
"I didnt hear anything, you must be just hearing things," Miroku said as he rode along next to Sango.
"Could have sworn I heard something...huh oh well," I said dissmissing it.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka's face soffened. "I'm sorry I hit you, but you shouldn't come sneaking up on me like that." I said. He just looked at the dirt. I looked at Sesi and he got off of Inu. "Thanks." I said quietly and he got to his feet. He glared at Sesi and said "No problem." "Did you have some thing to tell us?" I asked. "Yeah, the camps moving so, don't get left behind." he said hastily. "Ok." I said sniffing the air. "Inuka, we all know that you get lost way to easy." Inuyasha said grinning as I made a face st him.

[Isunamaru]

hmm....leaping into the trees i followed the army at a distance.....leaping into the underbrush i started to dash into the forest.....

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka blinked, and her ears twitched a little bit, having heard the same thing that Tach had. She assumed that Inuyasha was getting beaten up by Inuka. At least, she half hoped that that was all it was.

The day had warmed up, though it was approching the fall and winter season we still had a few good days left. I was really hoping we could head back towards the west, to warmer weather. The ride was starting to get boring again, Inuyasha was still off checking on Inuka...and everyone else had something to keep them busy. Kohaku was walking along side Sango's horse, his weapon tucked into his sash. My bordom was really getting to me becuase I started to wonder...how good of a fighter he was.
"Hey Kohaku, how good are you with that weapon of yours," I asked curiously.
"Pretty good I suppose," Kokaku said shyly.
"Really, say how about...we have a little fight," I said grinning.
"A fight, I dunno about that," Sango said looking at Kohaku.
"Oh come on Sango, everything will be fine...besides I have a handicap," I said waving my right sleave around.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka sighed a little and looked a little worried. "Yeah, but just because you have an arm lost doesn't mean that everything will be fine!" she muttered, shaking her head.

"Don't worry, Saiyaka! I'll go easy on him!" Kohaku said with a grin on his face.

"...That's not really what I ment," the half demon whispered to herself.

"Its settled then," I said happily," Keisou!"
"Yeah boss what is it," he yelled back from the front.
"Hold up the formation and keep them right here," I yelled up.
"It shall be done," he yelled back in a corny voice.
I shook my head at his odd remark and then energetically jumped up off my horse, I landed on the ground about 20 feet away. I took my sword from out of my sash and held it up.
"Miroku catch," I yelled as I tossed it towards him.
Miroku scrambled for a second to catch the sword, he almost dropped it when it landed in his free hand. He breathed a sigh of releife as Kohaku came forward looking at my sword in Miroku's hand.
"You wont use your sword," he said looking at me.
"Nope, dont need it," I said with a smirk.
"I still dont know about this, Tach is much stronger than Kohaku," Sango said getting down from her horse.
"Dont worry about it, I dont belive Tach will use his full strength against Kohaku and risk hurting him," Miroku said as he tucked my sword in his horses sadle.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka crossed her arms and watched, looking more or less worried. It was mainly Kohaku that she was worried about, but she had a slight worry for Tach if he was going to underestimate the boy. Kohaku was a demon slayer after all, and though he wasn't all that great of a fighter, he was still a tough boy.

"Allright Kohaku you ready," I said getting into a fighting pose.
"Yeah," Kohaku said reaching back and grabbing his weapon.
"Then lets do this...your move," I said moving to a defensive position.
Kohaku nodded and we both stood there for a minute, alot of the soldiers had started to watch. And Keisou and his brother Keimyou had come from the front of the formation to watch. Kohaku quickly through his weapon at me, it's chain had a longer reach than I thought. I ducked quickly as the weapons blade blade nearly chopped my head off.
"Hey I said we were fighting not trying to kill eachother," I said a little more worried about his skill now.
Kohaku chose to ignor my complaining and tried again, this time I was ready and I jumped into the air avoiding the blade. I landed again right ontop of his chain making his weapon useless.
"Gotcha," I said as I pulled my fist back.
I gave Kohaku a quick but hard knock to the head that sent him right onto his butt.

[Red Dragon]

"We'll meet you at camp, k?" Inuka said to Inu. "Fine." he said as he rubbed his brused head. Sesi sent him a death glare and Inu shot one right back. I sighed, they'ed never learn... "Make sure she stays out of trouble." Inuyasha said gruffly to Sesi who paused but after a moment of consideration nodded. "I'll be fine, Dad!" I said sticking out my tounge. I stopped and for a moment I did see a part of father in that knuckle head. Inuyasha stole a quick look to see if I was alright, I some times had flash backs when Father was mentioned. I smiled at him as he turned and left.

Naku was eyeing me with interest. I'll bet she was wondering what I was up to know. "Inuyasha's much better at sneaking up on people than that. There is or was some one in the trees that caused the birds to stop singing. I want to find out what." I said determined. "...and I want to see if Sesi can swim" I added looking over at him.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka shook her head, wondering how Tach could have misjudged the distance like he had. "Watch what's going on Tach, you could have had your head cut off you idiot!" she called out. However, she called him an idiot in a rather playful way.

"Thanks for the advice but I think I got everything under control," I said as I looked down at Kohaku on the ground," You allright?"
"Yeah I guess," He said rubbing the back of his head.
"You did good, almost caught me off guard there," I said reaching my hand down to help him out.
"You mean like this," Kohaku said with an evil little grin on his face.
Me being stupid I let my guard down thinking we were done, but Kohaku had enough strength to flip his chain causing me who was standing on it to tip over. I had quite the surprised look on my face as I started to tip. When I hit the ground I kinda stuck in the position I was in when I was standing.
"Well this is rather embaressing, how am I going to recover from this one," I said to myself as I lay on the ground.
"That was absolutly a beautiful move sir, can you teach me how to do that," Keisou said laughing.
"Keep Laughing Keisou and I sure as hell will show you how its done," I growled at him.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka stared for a moment before she burst out laughing. "Yes, oh-wise-master-of-letting-down-your-guard, please teach us the secrets of thy foolishness!" she teased, almost falling off of the horse that she was still on. "Oh, that was absolutely priceless!"

Everyone was starting to laugh now, even the soldiers were...and that I wasnt going to have. If Kohaku wanted to play dirty, fine we would play dirty. I growled for a moment and then got to my feet, I brushed myself off and looked at Kohaku who had his weapon in hand again.
"What your not mad are you," Kohaku mocked me.
"Mad no not at all, just...not as willing to hold back anymore," I said with a smile.
"Oh boy, this could get ugly," Miroku said noticing the look in my eye.
Before anyone could react I decided to...dissapear, I rather enjoyed the look on Kohaku's face when he thought I had vanished...when in reality I had just jumped into the air really fast and landed behind him. I reached down and grabbed his wrist and torked his arm behind him before he could notice, now I had him in an arm lock he wasnt going anywhere.
"Hey let go, no fair," He shouted as he tried to get free.
"Oh we are playing fair now are we," I said as he squired around.

[Chibi-chan]

"Oh, you were both playing fair, and now this is getting to be rather silly," Saiyaka spoke out, shaking her head a little bit. A grin was on her face and it was clear that she was enjoying this whole entire scene going on between the boys.

Kokoru who had untill this point been sitting on the horse started to get bored her self, she also thought I was acting rather stupid...of wich I was. Kokoru got to her feet and started to stretch.
"Kokoru, what are you doing," Shippou asking looking up at her.
"I am going to teach that big moron a lesson," She said as she hoped down off the horse.
"You mean you are going to fight Tach, but you will get hurt," Shippou cried out as Kokoru made her way towards me.
Kokoru ignored Shippou and continued to approch me, I noticed her quickly...she had a serious look on her face. I dunno why we were just messing around, it looked like she actually wanted to fight me.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka blinked at Kokoru, tilting her head to the side a little. She wondered what the little fox demon was going to be doing.

"Kokoru what are you thinking," I asked her as I let go of Kohaku.
"Nothing important," She said in a devious little voice.
"I know that look on your face, you can't fool me I know there is something going on up there," I said backing away.
Keisou and Keimyou were watching us carefully, and keimyou started to wonder why on earth I of all people was backing away from a small fox demon child.
"Excuse me Captain, but is there any reason you are backing away from her. I mean she is just a child," Keimyou said with a laugh.
Kokoru heard this remark and her eyes shifted right to Keimyou, he had a stupid cocky look on his face as he looked down at Kokoru. But with the blink of an eye, Kokoru planted a nice kick to Keimyou's jaw sending him flying off his horse. Kokoru then proceeded to land right on the horses head.
"Thats why," I said laughing nervously.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka rolled her eyes a little and looked to Tach. "Maybe you better start running before Kokoru does the same to you there, buddy!" she chuckled, looking rather amused now. "Don't go too hard on him, Kokoru! I do want to keep him in one piece...Even though a part of him is missing!"

"Yeah sure, go easy," Kokoru said jumping down from Keimyou's horse.
"Okay now Kokoru I dont know what I did to make you this angry, but I am sorry for what ever it is," I said circling around and heading towards Saiyaka.
I backed up closer and closer to Saiyaka untill my back was up against the horse.
"Hey Saiyaka, I am going to lead Kokoru off...you fallow a way's behind. Tell everyone else to go onto the village, I am leading Kokoru back to her family...that way I can escape the serious beating she wants to give me," I whispered up to her.

Saiyaka let out an exagerated sigh and shook her head as she rolled her eyes. "Sometimes I wonder why I love somebody that acts like such a coward," she teased.

"You would be just as worried as I am if you knew what this little monster is capable of...she is the fastest person here," I said quickly as I started to make my escape.
I gave Kokoru a quick smile and nod and then bolted, I knew I wasnt going to be able to out run her for long but I might as well try. She quickly entered in a pursuit, I started to weave my way throught the formation of soldiers knocking some of them over in the process.
"Get back here so I can beat on you," Kokoru shouted as she bounded of the soldiers heads.
"Not a chance girly, I ain't letting you touch me," I said as I jumped out of the formation.

Saiyaka smacked her forehead with her palm and shook her head. "Oh, boy...How very tiring this is getting to be!" she stated, putting her hands on her hips after a moment. "Alright, people! Since our 'fearless' leader is running away from a fox kit, then I guess I'll have to lead you back! To the village!" she stated.

"Hey wait a minute...a women can't lead an army," Keisou said a little dissapointed he didnt get to lead.
"I would sugjest you dont push your luck my friend, Saiyaka is not one to take lightly," Miroku said getting back on his horse.
"Yes, you might want to take back what you said," Sango said in agreement.
While that whole situation started to work itself out, I was still running like hell to get away from Kokoru...actually she had caught up by this time and had latched onto my leg. She had proceeded to scratch and bite me in order to get me to stop.
"Will you let go allready you little imp," I said as I tried to keep running.
"Not untill you stop and receive the beating you deserve," Kokoru said with a mouthfull of my leg.
When I finally lost my balence and fell, I went face dirt into the grass. Kokoru was flung forward into the tall grass and tumbled somewhere. When I picked my head up, there was another fox demon right there infront of me...but it wasnt Kokoru, it was her brother.
"Hey Koi, how ya been," I said as I peared up at the rather tall Koi.

Saiyaka's ears twitched and she turned to glare at Keisou, her eyes narrowed rather dangerously. "It's way too late for him to apologize!" she hissed. "He's already decided to seal his fate!" she declared in an icy tone as she jumped towards the demon and smacked him right in the back of his head with her foot. "You're a little punk, you know that?!"

"It's you," Koi said looking down at me a little surprised.
"Yeah the last time I checked," I said as I sat up.
Koi was more then surprised he was shocked, he wasnt expecting to ever see me again. Though I dont know why, I did say I would bring Kokoru back eventually, while Koi stared on in amazment I got to my feet and brushed myself off.
"I thought that we were never coming back," Koi said still surprised.
"Why would you think that, of course I would come back. I am not going to keep Kokoru away from her family for ever," I said looking down at Koi.
Kokoru who had been tossed into the high grass got to her feet and shook her head. She had gottena bump from a small rock, when she looked up at where I was she caught sight of Koi standing there.
"Koi, is that you," She said not sure what to say.

Miroku scratched the back of his head as he watched Saiyaka beat up on Keisou. "...Do you think that we should help the poor guy?" he asked Sango, raising a brow.

Sango stared some as the half demon attacked Keisou mercilessly, treating him the same way that she did to Inuyasha. "...No, I don't think that we should really interfere. After all, he really does deserve this treatment that he is getting and all," she muttered.

Kagome nodded, agreeing this this statement. "Uh-huh...Not to mention that I wouldn't want to get in Saiyaka's way when she's teaching somebody a lesson," she stated.

The two fox demons started at eachother for a moment, I dont think they really knew what to say to eachother. Considering they havnt seen eachother in 4 years they are actually taking this rather well.
"Okay so who is going to say hi first, or do I have to be the one to do it," I said as I sat on the ground.
"Kokoru, you...have grown," Koi said still not sure what to say.
"Yeah...you two," Kokoru said tears welling up in her eyes," Big brother I..."
Kokoru whipped the few tears that had welled up in her eyes and then practically jumped at Koi. He caught her but just barely and gave her a hug. Kokoru gave Koi a hug back and tried not to cry.
"Its been so long sis, I was starting to think I wasnt going to ever see you again," Koi said also very happy and kinda teary.

Inuka pushed Sesi in the water but he managed to drag her in as well. 'He's taking this rather well...' I thought surfacing. He could have easily flown away. I turned to Naku, grinning for ear to ear. "Hey Sesi, I wonder if cat demons like water..." I said slowly approaching Naku.

After a while, Kagome had to go over to Saiyaka, who was still brutally teaching Keisou a lesson. "Um...Saiyaka, I think that you've done enough. He's already passed out quite a few minutes ago, after all," she laughed, scratching the back of her head.

Saiyaka blinked and looked down at the ground. Kagome was right, he was out cold. "Well, if he didn't learn his lesson, I don't know what will teach him it!" she said with a smirk. "Oh, well, if anybody else wants to complain about me leading this group, please speak up now so that I can clobber you!"

No one in the formation dared to even make eye contact with Saiyaka, I think she had just about proven herself as a good enough leader as anybody. To bad I wasnt there, I was still sitting in the grass as Koi and Kokoru had their little reunion. It was starting to drag on a little and I really wanted to get back to the formation.
"Not to interupt this beautiful reuinion, but Kokoru we need to get back to the village soon. I think it best we go visit with your parents now while we have the time," I said as I got to me feet.
"Of course, sorry about that Master Tach," Kokoru said with a very large smile on her face.
I nodded and started to walk off towards the small hut Koi had pointed at before, it was a definet upgrade from the old fox den they lived in a few years ago. The only thing that struck me as odd was the fact that they were so far from any villages or other huts. Koi and Kokoru continued to talk to eachother behind me as I came closer to the hut.

"Well, now that that's all settled, I think we better be moving along! Don't linger or hesitate, or I might still have to smack people around!" she stated, getting to the very front of the group and heading towards the village.

"...Well, I think that Saiyaka would be an even more frightening leader than Inuyasha!" Miroku stated as he, Kagome, and Sango stood there and stared after Saiyaka.

"Yeah, no kidding...She can be brutal when somebody says the wrong thing to her!" Sango added, shaking her head for a minute before she followed after the half demon.

I stopped right infront of the hut, my hand was about to push the mat away so I could walk in but something stopped me. I turned around and looked out at the field we had crossed, we hadnt gone all that far. I could see the cloud of dust that the soldiers were making as they made there way back towards the village. The wind blew slightly across the field whipping the tall grass around.
"Strange," I said focusing on a small figure darting across the field.
"Whats strange," Kokoru asked.
"Nothing, just seeing things thats all," I said smiling and walking inside.
When I walked in Kokoru's parents were sitting at a table, there other daughter sitting right next to her mother. They all looked up at me as I walked in, Koi and Kokoru close behind.
"Kokoru, my dear Kokoru is that you," her mother asked as she got to her feet.
"Yes mother its me," Kokoru said tearing up again.

Inuka lunged for Naku who jumped away just in time. I flew after her as Sesi stood up dripping wet. He gave me a vengeful look and pounced after us. We chased eachother around the spring a few times until Naku got the idea to jump over to the other side to escape me. I sprung and grabbed her around the middle pullng her down in to the middle of the spring. Seshomaru hadn't anticipated that. He hovered over the water uncertinly until I popped up. I looked around. Naku still hadn't come up...

I dove back under the water waiting for an attack benieth me. Inu had done that lots of times when we were little. 'He must be back with the others by now' I thought still not seeing Naku.

As I sat in the hut with Kokoru's family listening to them as they happily talked with Kokoru, I couldnt help but feel like someone...or something was watching me. I kept one eye out the window of the hut as I sat, looking carefully for anything strange. I didnt think I would find anything, untill I saw a figure move in the grass again.
"I'll be right back," I said as I got up and walked outside.
I walked a few steps out of the hut, Kokoru and her family watching me as I left, I stod just infront of the hut. I looked out where I saw that figure, for a moment there was no movement...but then I saw it again. Then again, it looked like there was more than one person there.
"Who the hell are they," I said as I started to make my way towards them.
Before I could get any closer, I hear the loud crack of an explosion. My eyes widended when I realized what it was from.
"A cannon but..."
Three large explosions were just barely heard from the formation, but they were loud enough for everyone to hear and catch their attention. The soldiers all turned their heads and looks at the large cloud of smoke and dust that filled the air in the distance.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka spun around in the water, bubbles rising from her efforts. I thought I saw some rising bubble, maybe Nakus? I dove after them, she was deep in the weeds at the bottem. A flash of silver swam past me. Sesi was down in the water with us. I sped after him we both started to untangle Naku from the weeds when another flash of silver past us. I looked up and found a huge demon fish cruising above us, circleing like a shark. I looked at Naku who was unconcious, then at Sesi. We slashed through the rest of the weeds and started floating up. The demon grinned and waited just below the surface for us. Naku still had some bubbles floating up but she wouldn't last much longer.
I decided to try some of my unstable wind magic. A torrent of air blasted down from the surface, parting the waters. I flew up and carried the gasping and choking Naku to the rocks surrounding the spring. "Water *cough* is evil!" she gasped and I nodded feeling a little faint. The waters remained parted but they shook. Seshomaru was at the bottem of the dry riverbed with the demon flashing in and out of the two collums of water. Sesi had his poison claws out, his eyes glowed red, a slash was across his new arm and the demon had his own blood stripes along its back. I clenched my jaw and fought to hold back the water. Naku sensed my problem and drawing her blade went to help Sesi finish off the demon before the waters fell and demon had the advantage again.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka, also hearing the cannon fire, whimpered and placed a hand over her ears. "...Who the hell did that?!" she demanded, her eyes closed shut as she yelled this out.

Kokoru and her family rushed out of their hut just after the explosion, a hot fire raged right infront of them where I was standing. Kokoru started to rush forward but was stopped by Koi.
"Sis stop it, you'll get burned," Koi said holding her back.
"But Master Tach, he is in there," Kokoru screamed trying to get free.
Kokoru stopped strugling after a moment when she realized there was nothing she could do, the explosion was too strong. It must have killed me was what was going through her mind. However it was the exact opposite, I wasnt dead...nor injured, just very unhappy. I had jumped away and ducked in the tall grass, I was sneaking my way towards the figures that were lurking in the distance.
"I dont know who these people are but they are all dead when I find them," I said very disspleased.

[Isunamaru]

hearing the thundering in the distance i turned and started a dash towards it.....my exploration had gone on long enough.....dashing into a clearing i noticed a cannon a few 100 feet away and a demon sneaking up to it.....

"Did we get him," One of the people behind the small cannon asked the others.
"Yeah I think we got him, all I can see is smoke and flame we must have," another one of them said.
They started to scilently celebrate to themselvs thinking they had gotten rid of me, these people that I didnt even know for some reason were happy about my death. Well to bad for them they didnt kill me, I had snuck up right behind the, still pissed off by their attempt at getting rid of me.
"So boy's, whats all the celebrating about," I asked them as I sat behind them.
They all slowly turned their heads around to look at me, all three of them. They were dressed like soldiers, and they werent demons so they must have been from someone's army.
"Oh crap," One of them said as he fell backwards.

"Alright, here's a new order for you, and I don't want to waste time with arguing, got it?!" Saiyaka yelled to her group. "All of the soldiers get going, except for Keisou and Keimyou. I don't think I need to ask you, but you'll come with me, right?" she asked Kagome, Sango, Miroku, and Shippo. Of course, they all agreed.

I tossed one of the soldiers to the side and approched the one that looked like he was in charge. I picked him up by his coler and raised him to eye level, my eyes narrowed as I comptemplated what I was going to do to him.
"So who do you work for," I asked my ear twitching.
"I...dont work for no one," the soldier said tring to get free.
"You dont, then whats the big idea attacking me," I asked holding his coller tighter starting to choke him.
"It was for the treasure, the flyer said if we killed you we would get the treasure," He said looking down at me with one eye.
"A treasure...then that means somebody wants me dead, well this makes things more interesting," I said looking to the side.

Saiyaka and the others really didn't take any time to get to where Tach was at. The smoke gave the location away, as the explosion had. Saiyaka looked like she was going to kill somebody if there was another cannon fire. When they got to seeing Tach and the men that they didn't know, the half demon cracked her knuckles. "So...Who did the unpleasent explosion?!"

I peared over my shoulder at Saiyaka as she and the other's stood behind me, Keisou and Keimyou was with them as well. I still had a generally disspleased look on my face, I dropped the soldier to the ground and walked towards Saiyaka. As soon as I turned my back on them, they all unsheathed their swords and got ready to fight.
"Will it ever end," I said with a huge sigh as I shook my head.
"That treasure will be ours, Tach Mazaki your head is mine," the soldier I was holding yelled as he started to run at me.
When the soldier thrust his sword down right at me, I pulled my sword out...with my left hand wich felt kinda weird. I spun around and stopped his blade as it almost hit me in the face.
"This is becoming rather anoying, Saiyaka the other two are all yours. This guy is mine," I said not to impressed by his attack.

"Oh, this isn't fair...Why do I have to fight weaklings?" Saiyaka groaned, crossing her arms and rolling her eyes as she turned to face the two she was supposed to fight. "Alright, to make things 'fair', I'm going to just...You know, let you attack me first!" she stated, turning her back. "I'll even let you do a back attack!"

I pushed the soldier who had clashed swords with me back so hard he fell right on his butt, as he was helped up by his fellow soldiers I turned to Saiyaka and smiled.
"Dont hurt them to much, we still need to get more info out of them," I said laughing.
"We rather die before we give you anymore information, beside I highly doubt a gimp like you and some wench are going to be able to defeat us," the soldier said readying his sword again.
When I caught that word, wench, I became really angry. Thats one thing I wouldnt tollerate, anyone calling Saiyaka a wench.
"Your going to regret that," I said turning around fire in my eyes.

Saiyaka's eye twitched a little and she glared at the man who had said such a thing. "Tach...be a dear and kill that man, please?" she asked in a rather overly polite tone. She laughed at the two and cracked her knuckles, running at the soldiers and streaching out her arms at the last possible moment, knocking them both to the ground.

"Hey! You can't leave me out! I wanna fight too!" Inuka yelled jouining the fray. I knew I didn't have much longer till the waters fell so I figured I could help things along a little... I wasn't expecting the waters to collapse on them before I got there. I stopped at the shore line and tried to tull back the waters again, it was alot harder thatn before...

watching the fight with continued interest, i watched the soldiers get pummelled incessantly.....sheathing Reaver i sat down and watched.....the demon's noticed me and turned......

I held the soldier that had called Saiyaka a wench by his throat, when I felt he had learned his lesson I tossed him to the side with his companions that Saiyaka had quickly taken care of.
"That will teach you," I said as I whipped my hands.
"It's amazing, these two really do make a great pair," Miroku said laughing.
"Was there ever a doubt in your mind that we wouldnt," I said smiling back at Miroku.
Miroku laughed for a second, but he quickly stopped when he heard something. A little confused at what he had sean, or sensed, I looked off at where he was looking. Sure enough there was a demon sitting there, the one from last night...the one that made a bunch of noise.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka blinked a little as she looked at the demon and prodded Tach a little. "You know this demon?" she asked, sounding a little confused.

"Yeah, some of the soldiers had quite the fuss with him last night. I chucked a rock at one of the soldier's and shut them up though. Strange I just thought he was a passer by," I said as I watched the demon in the distance.
"You just let a strange demon wonder around the camp," Kagome asked.
"He didnt look like the kinda of demon to just aimlessly slaughter people, I let him pass through nothing more," I said looking back at Kagome.
"Now what are you going to do, if he is fallowing us I mean," Miroku asked me as he walked up next to me.
"Let him fallow us, I dont really care as long as he dosent cause any trouble," I said shurgging my shoulder," Hey demon! If you want you can tag along, as long as you dont cause any trouble I dont have any problem with it!"

[Chibi-chan]

"Tach, what are you saying?!" Saiyaka hissed, crossing her arms as she looked towards the demon. "You're going to let a demon that we don't know tag along with us? You're being rather reckless if you ask me!"

"Relax I mearly mean the guy can fallow us, I have a feeling he knows someone here anyways. Besides we can use all the help we can get at this point, things may have gotten a little bit more dangerous," I said as I turned back towards the soldiers.
They all jumped when I looked at them and tried to run away, I jumped infront of them before they could bolt. I reached down and picked up one of them by the scruff of his shirt, reached into his pocket and pulled out a peice of paper I had seen before. I opened it up and looked at it.
"What is it," Sango asked.
"Someone wants me and Saiyaka dead," I said turning the paper around.
It has a crudly drawn picture of what looked like me and Saiyaka on the front of it, and it was offering a huge sum of treasure too.

"Umm, yeah I kind of knew that," Saiyaka muttered, scratching the back of her head. She went over and looked at the drawings and sort of did a small little eye twitch. "...Alright, the one who drew us is definately going to be sent to hell by me..."

"Mines not very falltering either, but what I am really worried about is who put this out. Who else have we pissed off lately," I asked everyone kinda sarcastically.
Everyone kinda looked at eachother a little confused, not sure what to think. Besides Naraku who had we had encounters with, there was that preistess...but no she was working for Naraku as far as I knew and she didnt seem like the type to try and have us killed.
"There is really no one I can think of who would want to do this, it really is confusing," Miroku said acutally thinking about it.
"The only other person I can think of that would want me dead would be...no it couldnt be. Never mind," I said shaking my head.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka looked at Tach and grabbed him by the head, making him look at her. "Nope, you're not brushing this off with a nevermind, my love," she stated, shaking her head. "You get to tell me who you think is going through all this trouble to put up things that have rather horrible pictures of us," she stated.

"Its stupid anyways," I muttled.
"You might as well speak your mind now Tach, before she hurt you," Sango said giving me the brow.
"Allright allright, the only other person that comes to mine. The only other person that both me and Saiyaka have pissed off enough to do this...is Kikyou," I said squiching at her name," She is the only one capable, and the only one that would ever think of it. She is...was human like us, so this would be an easy route for her to take. I think that once caring priestess has compleatly escaped from her, this is just a theory but. I think she may not only be after me and Saiyaka, but Inuyasha as well."
"Well even we knew that, Kikyou still loves Inuyasha," Miroku said as Kagome turned her head slightly and looked at the ground.
"In a twisted way yes, I think...she intends to have him die with her this time," I said as I stod there with Saiyaka still holding onto me.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiayak let go of Tach and scratched the back of her head looking a little confused. "Umm...Why wouldn't she want Kagome and Inuyasha on that little notice with the reward as well?" she asked, pacing around all of a sudden. "Why would she even have people doing it for her? I mean, I know that she's a wuss and all, but still...It doesn't make any sense, yet it does...I'm confused!"

"Its simple once you think about it, Kikyou was...injured the last time me and her met. She knows very well that she cannot defeat me or you in a fight, she isnt strong enough too. That is why she is trying to have us killed at the hands of someone else, as far as Kagome and Inuyasha. She probably dosent want Inuyasha to be killed, she wants him to die along with her. As for Kagome, she will probably and try and take care of her on her own. Though Kagome has great spiritual powers they still dont reach that of Kikyous, so Kikyou will probably try and strike at Kagome when no one else is around," I explained to everyone.
"This is a great theory, but it is only based on your asumptions," Miroku pointed out.
"I know, but it makes sense, dosent it," I said in a very serious tone.

[Chibi-chan]

"I think that it's an exteremely logical assumtion!" Saiyaka muttered, crossing her arms and shaking her head. "So, little Kikyou wants Inuyasha to die with her. It's very wishful thinking, in my opinion. What a sad little clay priestess she has become!"

I shook my head, just as Kokoru and her family came up behind us. They finally realized that I was okay when they heard us talking and saw the fighting. Kokoru was about to jump to me when she saw the very upset and stressed look on my face.
"Inuyasha cannot know of this you understand, there is still a part of him that wishes to protect Kikyou and that part of him will try and stop us at all costs. Kagome you must know this best of all," I said looking towards Kagome.
"Yes, but what do you mean stop you. What are you planning on doing," she asked me.
"If I am correct and this is what Kikyou is trying to do, than we cannot allow her to continue with her plan and succeed in any sense. She must be stopped, we have to get rid of her and send her soul to where it should be," I said as lightly as I could.

[Chibi-chan]

"In other words, we're going to break that stupid porcilan doll of a priestess and send her to hell!" Saiyaka said in a rather amused voice, laughing a little. "Then Inuyasha can devote almost all of his time to loving you, Kagome. He'll spend the rest of the time being a moron and complaining!" she delcared.

"Presicely, we cannot allow her to walk this earth any longer," I said as I looked at Kagome," I have a feeling that the comming days may be a tad bit difficult for you Kagome, I highly sugjest you stick very close to Inuyasha. Closer than you usually are, both day and night. If Kikyou does come for you the only one who will be able to protect you is him, even though he may still have a weakness for Kikyou."
"Yes, of course, I will stay with Inuyasha," Kagome said with a somber nod.
"Speaking of wich where is Inuyasha," Sango asked looking around.
"He is not far off, he is more or less dragging his feet. He is probably angry about something, when he does get back though. Kagome go right too him, but dont explain why you are..being so clingy," I said trying to find the right words.
"Is clingy even a word," Kohaku asked glaring at me.
"I dont belive I ever asked you to inspect each word that comes out of my mouth," I said anoyed by his comment.

[Chibi-chan]

"Oh, so childish be the adult," Saiyaka said with a laugh as she leaned against Tach after she gave him a rather hard punch in the shoulder. "I always make up words, but you never correct them, Kohaku," she said, looking at him.

"Your made up words aren't dumb!" Kohaku said with a laugh looking at Tach and grinning.

"I wouldnt laugh now there squirt, you may find yourself in a situation where laughing at me will get you in trouble," I said with an evil little grin.
"Whats that suppose to mean," Sango asked.
"Oh nothing, you will all find out sooner or later. Right now we need to get moving, not only becuase my father is probably growing gray hair right about now. But I need to go see the old man as well," I said as I started to walk off," Kokoru, I know you just got here but you need to say goodbye to your family again. We need to return now."
"Yes of course Master Tach," Kokoru said slightly dissapointed.

Saiyaka rolled her eyes at the two and then frowned at Tach when he said that Kokoru had to be going with us, leaving her family behind. "Oh, Tach! How about you just let her stay at home for a few days or so!? I mean, it's been quite a long time since she really got to spend any time with her family!" she scolded.

Kokoru's mother and father, who were just as tall as any other person turned towards Saiyaka. They looked essentially like Kokoru, except their tails had more of a red color and had a black stripe on the end.
"Who is this young lady," Kokoru's mother asked in a very low voice.
"Oh I'm sorry, I compleatly forgot to introduce everyone. This here is my fiance Saiyaka, and the others are Sango, the monk Miroku, the boy is Kohaku, and this oddly dressed girl is Kagome," I said pointing to everyone.
"And who is that young boy over there," Kokoru's father asked.
"My names Shippou," Shippou said coming forward.
As everyone greated each other, I stood further back from them. For some reason I was feeling a little anti social, I guess I had been around everyone for such a long time I need some time to myself...prefabably with Saiyaka.

IC: Saiyaka smiled a little, "Nice to meet you," she said softly, then glanced towards Tach, noticing that he was quite a ways back from everybody else. Wondering what was wrong, she went over to him and took his hand. "What's wrong?" she whispered.

"Oh just feeling a little crowded that's all, been around everyone alot lately so I am kinda looking forward to getting back to the village and spending some time just with you," I said with a small sigh.
Kokoru's father, Seikou looked over at where me and Saiyaka were standing. He walked over his all black fox tail waiving in the air, he was a very good person. A very honorable friend as well, he would always keep his word. However he did have a problem with...saying things he shouldnt at the time.
"So she is your Fiance, I have to say Master Mazaki I would never of guess you would have a fiance at such a young age," Seikou said with a smile.
"Thank you sir, but you really dont have to call me that, just call me Tach," I said laughing.
"Yes of course, so...you expecting any cubs yet," He blurted out.
"Why does everyone always ask me that," I thought to myself," No not right now, not the last time I checked atleast," I said jokingly.

Saiyaka laughed a little and nuzzled against Tack's neck a little, kissing it every now and then. She stopped, however, when Kokoru's father came forward and started to talk to Tach about her and...kids. Saiyaka looked at Tach when he said that he didn't think they would be having any just yet and she kind of swallowed hard. "Umm..."

"Umm what...dont say umm, unless there is a damd good reason you are saying umm," I said getting really nervous.
"Uh oh, I think I will go over that away," Kokoru's father said as he slunk away.
I looked at Saiyaka, my jaw just about dropping to the ground at this point. I didnt know if she was being serious, or even if this umm was the kind of umm I was thinking it was.
"Okay just for clarification this umm...does have something to do with the comments just prior to the umm...right," I said very nervously.

[Chibi-chan]

"Oh, Tach, this umm is something that's best explained while you're not standing up," Saiyaka said with a bit of an uneasy look. Looking at Tach, he seemed very nervous about what was going on. Could he guess already what she was going to be talking to him about? Could he sense that she was going to tell him something that he might not want to hear? Did he want to find out what she was going to tell him. It was too many questions at once right now, but she ran a hand through her hair. Well, she'd find out the answers soon enough.

(OOC: Enough with the suspense allready this is driving me nuts...lol I think I want to know the answer more than the character does)

I stood there for a second, and then suddenly plopped myself on the ground. I was all to ready to hear what she had to say, that umm had peaked my interest. But at the same time I could feel butteryflies in my stumach. I was still nervous as hell, I didnt know what to think. If she was about to say...what I think that umm meant than. I would be shocked, taken for a loop...but most of all...
"If this umm means what I think it does...all you need to know is...I will pass out, that is a given, but its a good pass out. Not a bad pass out, its the happy kind of pass out," I said even more nervous now that the answer was on the tip of her toung.

Saiyaka put a finger to Tach's lips, trying to get him to shut his mouth for a few moments so that she could actually tell him what was going on. "You know...You're really nervous, you know that?" she muttered, shaking her head a little. "Maybe I shouldn't tell you until I'm absolutely sure on this 'umm'?" she sighed.

I shook my head as fast as I could to single I wanted her to not hold off, I kept my mouth shut though. I didnt think I would be this nervous and excited about and umm, damd this umm...
"Note to self dont let Saiyaka say umm any time in the future, it makes my heart jump out of my chest," I said under my breath.
As I sat there awaiting the answer, the others had all taken and ear and were listening closely. Of course it was Kokoru's father that told the of the statement he made that the conversation and the umm that fallowed.

Saiyaka laughed a little bit when she heard what Tach said and she held his shoulders to keep him in place. "Tach...It's about the statement of children and such," she said, bitting her lip a little bit. "...I, uh...Tach, I think that stating that you didn't think we were going to have kids right now!" she whispered. The half demon found that she really couldn't find her voice all that well, so a whisper was the best she could do.

OOC: Oooh! That's where I have to leave you right now! ^_^ You'll have to wait till tomorrow!

I could feel the answer getting closer and closer, I could barely keep myself seated now. I could almost yell out the same thing she was going to say.
"Yeah okay, this is about the most nervous moment in my life. I am about to not only pass out, but pee all over myself. However you dont have to be scared of your answer, I will be happy and love you no less no matter what it is," I said smiling nervously and putting a hand on her cheeke...even though it was shaking uncontrolably.

Inuka fought a losing battle on the shore as the water remained in place. "Damn!" I said collapsing on the ground. I saw bubbles and up popped Naku, so she did know how to swim... I flew over and pulled her out of the water and looked around for Sesi, he still hadn't come up.

watching the amusing scene unfold i stood up and introduced myself to the demons.....it wouldn't hurt to have friends, would it?......

IC: Saiyaka still held his shoulders, knowing that he was probably going to be going to 'sleep' for a little while after this upcomming news broke out. "Alright, I guess I'll have to tell you so you won't faint from being nervous...And I hope that you wouldn't love me any less for telling you this," she whispered to him, closing her eyes for a moment. "Tach...We're going to be having a child sooner than we thought..."

(OOC: I waited through a boring 3 hour Hazmat Awareness class to see this, so far this is the high light of my day)

My eye's stayed glued on Saiyaka, I had heard everything she had just said...every bit of it registered. And now, all I could do was stair at her, I wasnt angry at all, that was the last thing I could be. I wasnt upset, or anything else bad at all, I was for lack of a better word, speachless. I slowly let my gaze fall from Saiyaka and I looked out to the side, the news sinking in deeper as I thought about it more. When it finally all sunk in, I looked back at Saiyaka.
"This news could never make me love you any less, in fact it makes me love you even more..if that's even possible. This is the best news I could ever hear right now, though it was a tad unexpected. " I finally said with a small happy smile spreading across my face.

Saiyaka smiled and kissed Tach, feeling quite happy. She knew that he probably wouldn't have been angery at her for such news, nor would he have loved her any less. She had just been worried about him loosing his head over it, and being extra careful with her. She didn't want any kind of special treatment, even if she was carrying a child.

When Saiyaka had kissed me, I felt at that same moment a great sense of joy. Almost like our lives were somewhat normal, of course that wasnt true. With being hunted and all this was actually not a great time at all to have a child...but I didnt care about that much at the moment. I was going to be a father, I could never of seen myself as a father before all this happened. Things had changed for everyone I guess. I smiled at Saiyaka and put my arm around her and held her tightly, it would have been more of a hug if I had my other arm.
"Guess this means Miroku can't ask us when we are going to have kids anymore," I said laughing.

Saiyaka laughed a little at that comment and gave a small nod. "Oh, yeah...He'll probably get a little jealous that you're going to be a father before him!" she teased.

"I wonder when we should tell them," I asked myself aloud.
This was a good question, when should we. I mean we could tell them now, but it didnt seem like an appropriate time to. We still needed to get back to the village, I was going to tell my father of course. But as far as Inuyasha and the others go it might be best to hold off a little.
"What do you think we should do Saiyaka, I dont know if telling them just yet would be a great idea. I mean with everything going on it might be best to wait a little while," I said looking at her.

[Chibi-chan]

"I don't think that we should tell them until Naraku is taken care of," Saiyaka said, suddenly turning very serious. If Naraku were to find out that she was carrying a child that had the blood of her and Tach running through it's vains, he would most likely want it for himself. If he could get his hands on the child, then he would most definately use it against them.

"I agree, untill we defeat Naraku...however I do need to tell my father about this. He is my father and does deserve to know, but I will tell him to keep it quite untill we have taken care of Naraku," I said nodding my head," In the meantime we should act as if everything is normal, that way no one catches on."
"Catches on to what," Miroku said as he and the others approched us.
My face went all shades of white when I heard Miroku, hopefull he didnt hear us talking and this was still just between us. Even though I did want to blurt the whole thing out to the world, I knew it was better for everyone's sake. Especially Saiyaka's and the childs.
"Oh nothing, I was just mumbling," I said rubbing the back of my head and laughing nervously.

Saiyaka smirked a little and crossed her arms as she looked towards Miroku. "Do you ever not pay attention to somebody else's conversation?" she asked, rolling her eyes. "If we're not talking about something to you, then it's nothing you need to know about!"

"Wow, sorry I just asked," Miroku said backing off.
"But really though, is there something the matter. We saw you talking and well, you looked concerned about something there for a moment," Kagome said as she came out from behind Miroku.
"No everything is really fine, we were just having a conversation thats all," I said calmly trying to get everyone off our case.
When Kagome nodded, she gave me something of a wierd look...a look like she knew what was going on, the look personally scared me. A sweatdrop rolled down the back of my head as I thought about what she might say to me and Saiyaka when she got us alone.

Saiyaka blinked at Kagome a little and tilted her head slightly, wondering what Kagome was thinking right about now. Well, it might be Kagome's woman intuition, but she definately knew that something was going on. Then again, it was probably obvious to anybody.

As I continued to think about how Kagome was going to approch us about this, I picked up Inuyasha again...finally the slug made it back. Took him long enough, he was strolling along through the field like there wasnt a care in the world.
"Nice to see you decided to join us," I said to him slightly anoyed.
"Yeah well I decided to take a walk," Inuyasha said with a tone to match mine.
"Since when did you enjoy the pleasure of a leisurly walk through the wilderness," I asked him my eyes narrowing.
"Since today, is that such a problem," He said also narrowing his eyes.
The others kinda sighed as we started to argue, I guess that whole talk me and Inuyasha had about acting more friendly towards eachother had gone out the window. Luckily Kagome had the remidy, she remembered what I said about sticking close to Inuyasha, and with that knowledge went strain up to him and grabbed ahold of his hand.
"Come on Inuyasha lets just go," Kagome said with a smile.

[Chibi-chan]

Inuyasha stared down at Kagome's hand in his and blushed a little. "Wh-What's with the clinging all of a sudden?!" he asked, bitting his lip as he glanced towards the others, wondering if they were giving him the looks that they usually gave when he and Kagome were together.

"What, is it a crime for me to hold your hand?!" Kagome asked, glaring at Inuyasha when he said this.

"Come on Inuyasha, lighten up abit...you and Kagome have been together for how long now, a year. And you still get embarressed by her holding your hand," I said giving Inuyasha the brow.
"No I'm not embaressed it just that..."
"Don't tell me your not embarressed your face looks like a tomato," I said laughing," Inuyasha as your older and more wiser friend, I have to give you this peice of advice. Stop complaining about it, and hold her hand back. After that trust me, things will really start to pick up. You'll be kissing my the camp fire in no time."
Inuyasha quickly nailed me one in the head for that, I may have gone to far with the kissing comment but I was just trying to help their relationship.

"Ah, having a lover's spat over such a little thing as that...It's so very sad!" Saiyaka said with a laugh as she wrapped her arms around Tach and kissed him. "You see? You need to do things like that!" she laughed, seeing the look on Kagome's face.

Kagome looked just about as embarressed as she could, she realized that she and Inuyasha didnt express their feelings for eachother very well. That was a given the way they act around eachother.
"You know, its not all that bad," I said as I held onto Saiyaka and looked at Inuyasha and Kagome.
"What do you mean not all that bad," Inuyasha asked.
"You two can show how much you love eachother, when your alone...by a lake, when you think no one else is around," I said hinting to the whole lake incident.
"I thought I told you to keep quite about that," Inuyasha yelled.
"Come on Inuyasha I am just poking fun, and come on you have to admit it was pretty funny," I said smiling.

Saiyaka chuckled a little and shook her head at Kagome and Inuyasha. "Gosh, you two act like children, always denying things that you know are true!" she smirked. One of these days, Kagome was going to request to be able to make Saiyaka 'sit' because of all the teasing.

"I think we have poked enough fun at Kagome and Inuyasha, its time we got back," I said laughing.
Just as I turned around, I caught sight of a soldier on horse back. Keisou and Keimyou who were still on horse back rode out to him, I couldnt hear them to well. But something didnt seem right when the soldier on horseback started shouting at Keisou. Keimyou quickly turned around and galoped back on his horse, when he reached us he stopped his horse, he look like he was on the brink of panicing.
"Keimyou whats wrong," I asked.
"Its the village, its been attacked. The rest of the army...has been compleatly whipped out. Only our battalion is left," Keimyou said with a horrified look on his face.

Inuka stumbled forward toward the pools edge and collapsed, the water was churning from the fight going on under its depths. "Inuka, do some thing!" Naku said grabbing my arm and hauling me up again.

"I can't" I said weakly. "My wind is dead for now..." I mumbled trying to stay awake. "We have to do something, he can't last much longer. I'm going in after him!" Naku told me determined. I grabbed her arm to stop her, she pulled away. "What?" she asked. "Remember when we used to play Earth, Wind, Fire, Water? (note- it's like rock, paper scisors) What beats Water?" I asked looking a the spring. She looked up, "Fire." she said grinning. "Stand back." I said. My fire magic was one of my better and more controled ones, but I was weak and didn't want to take any more chances...

Saiyaka's eyes widened as she heard this and she looked towards Tach to see his reaction. His father had still been in the village...What if he had gotten hurt, or worse?! And who the hell decided to attack the village? "Naraku!" she hissed, that was the first thing that came to her mind, and she blurted it out. It had to have been Naraku! They had attacked his castle, and now it was payback time!

I slowly felt the anger boil up inside of me, I knew who it was...Saiyaka was right when she said it. It was Naraku, he was the only one capable of doing this.
"The Bastard, he is the only one who would do this...all those men," I said clentching my fist.
"It only makes sense it would be him, we should probably get back to your village Tach," Miroku said looking at me.
I kinda ignored him, though I did agree with Miroku...my anger was swelling and I wasnt going to hold it back. That was my village, innocent people lived there. And my father, he was there too, and all those soldiers. None of them deserved to die. I looked up in the direction of the village, sure enough there were faint plums of smoke in the distance. My anger peaked and I jumped off, I started to run as fast as I could towards the village.

[Chibi-chan]

A sort of growling sound escaped Saiyaka's throat and she followed right after Tach, her cat ears pressed down against her head as she grew angery. Tears were in her eyes as well as rage and sorrow. If Tach's father had been killed by Naraku...No, she couldn't think of such a thing happening.

I turned my head enough to catch Saiyaka out of the cornor of my eye, the others who were still thinking about it soon started to fallow suit. Inuyasha of course ran as fast as he could to catch up with me, but I was to angry and moving to fast for him to catch up.
"I swear to god if Naraku even touched my father and brothers, I will tear him limb from limb," I grumbled to myself.
A huge cloud soon appeared in the sky infront of us, it was one of Naraku's miazma's. And from it came a hord of his demons started to pour from the dark clouds like rain. It was an all out attack, Naraku must have been pushed to far with our last attack. He was really out to get us now. As I looked up into the hord of demons as they started to bare down on me, I caught sight of the one person I didnt want to be there.
"Kagura, damd I should of known he would send you," I said as I drew my sword left handed.

[Chibi-chan]

His brothers...Saiyaka had almost forgotten all about the boys, and now she was even more angery. Those two couldn't have defended themselves if Naraku had attacked them. When she spotted Kagura, she saw that her sister was still the same as she had been before. After a moment of looking at Kagura's eyes, Saiyaka bit her lip. Kohaku's eyes were always glazed over the same way whenever Naraku took control of him.

With that in mind, she stepped in front of Tach's sword, her back facing Kagura as she looked at her lover. "Tach! You can't harm her...Please! She might be the one who attacked, but it was because Naraku told her to!" she said desperately. She didn't want meaningless bloodshed, but she knew that Tach was probably too angery to listen to what she had to say.

"I'm not going to hurt Kagura, I'm just going to get rid of the nasty bugs behind her," I said stepping past Saiyaka.
As the demons got ever closer, I looked up at Kagura, she wasnt herslef allright. Those eyes of her's were glazed over, this was definetly Naraku's doing. I raised my sword up, using it left handed didnt make my attacked as strong but I could still handle these weakers demons.
"Get lost," I said slashing my sword as the just feet away from me.
With my slash I cut out a huge section of the demons, many fell to the ground sliced right in two. My attack may not be Inuyasha's wind scar but it still did the trick. Kagura turned her head as she flew past me on her feather, it quickly turned around and came back at me. I saw that Kagura had her fan open.
"Oh boy, this could get ugly," I said getting ready for her attack.

[Chibi-chan]

"Kagura!" Siayaka called out, running towards where Tach was standing. "Kagura, please snap out of it!" she yelled, sounding desperate and scared. "Please don't let him control you! You want to be free like the wind, remember?!" she called to her 'sister' in hopes that she would be able to snap out of the spell the Naraku must have put on her.

Kagura looked away from Tach, her fan still poised in his direction. Her eyes flickered, just for a split second, like they used to be. Then they were glazed again, and her arm - along with her fan - moved towards Saiyaka as she performed her Dance of the Dragon attack.

The whirlwinds sent Saiyaka flying into the air, and she landed hard on her back, coughing up a little blood. She strugged to get up, but was sent back down as Kagura soared right in front of her and preformed her Dance of Blades attack. The razor sharp wind blades cut her in multiple places, forcing her go back to the ground in pain.

Kagura was about to use her fan again on Saiyaka as she sat defensless on the ground, but when she raised the fan to use one of her attack my sword appears infront of her at her throat. Kagura stopped and her eyes slowly shifted to me, I looked up at her with a look that could kill on its own. I was ready to take her head right off if she even moved that fan another inch.
"Put it down Kagura," I said coldly as I stood there with my sword still poised at her throat," You know you dont want to do this, not to Saiyaka...you must fight Naraku's control and break free from him."
"I am not under Lord Naraku's control, I do as I please," Kagura said in a cold monotone voice.
"Oh like thats suppose to make me think otherwise," I said getting mad," now drop it or I drop your head to the ground."

[Red Dragon]

Inuka sent a torent of flames over the spring, the water began to evaporate and a shriek was heard from the water demon. I saw a flash of white as Sesi flew out of the hot water gasping with the water demon clenched between his teeth. He padded over to us panting and dropped the demon at our feet. It gasped in the air and bled heavely on the stone shore. My fire went out in a wiff and I collapsed to the ground. Sesi transformed back to his more human like state and dropped next to me.
Naku stood over us shaking her head. "You guys are one messed up family" she said sitting down by us. For some reason, maybe the lightheadedness or exhuastion I found that friggin hilarious. I started laughing and Naku fought a smile, and Sesi started to laugh regally, as only he could. Naku soon jouned us and we all sat there laughing our buts off.

"If you're not under his control," Saiyaka gasped, slowly raising to her feet, bleeding all over the place. "If you weren't under his control, you wouldn't be harming me, or calling him 'Lord' Naraku, Kagura!"

Kagura didnt seem to have much of a response to what we were saying to her, she just continued to stair at us with those emotionless eyes. They eyes of a puppet, finally she didnt seem like hesitating anymore...or should I say Naraku didnt feel like it anymore. Kagura looked back at Saiyaka and I saw her getting ready to give Saiyaka another blow.
"I dont think so," I said as I pointed the edge of my blade up.
I quickly thrust my blade up and sliced off both of Kagura's arm's, this intense amount of pain was enough to wake almost anyone out of a controlled state...even if it was Naraku behind it all. When the two arms hit the ground, Kaguar's eyes returned to normal and started shake. She fell to her knees and looked at where her arms used to be, I cut them off right at the elbow. But before long, like it had happened before, her arms slowly grew back, like puddy it reformed both of her arms.
"Figured as much, just like Naraku when you have a limb removed it grows back," I said as I dropped my sword and went to Saiyaka," Saiyaka are you allright," I asked as I knelt next to her.

Saiyaka cried out when Kagura's arms were cut off by Tach, and she looked away, about to yell at Tach for what he did. However, when she glanced back, she saw that Kagura's arms were forming back again, and she let out a surprised gasp. She had never seen an incarnation of Naraku get their limbs torn off before, hence she didn't know that most of the time they regrew.

"I'm fine," she told Tach, wincing a little from the pain that she was feeling. "I think that...I'll...live," she murmured before all of a sudden blacking out, falling towards the ground. The blood loss was more than what she had bargained for.

I quickly caught Saiyaka before she could hit the ground, it was bad enough she was injured...but the fact that she was carrying our child was still fresh in my mind. I looked down at her in fear that she was too severly injured to come back to me. But I knew she would, she was too strong for that. As I knelt there with Saiyaka in my arms I remembered the rest of the demon hord, when I turned around there they were coming at us. I covered Saiyaka best I could to keep them from getting to her.
"Wind Scar!"
Befor the demons could reach us Inuyasha's wind scars ripped the rest of the hord to peices, their bodies fell to the ground just behind me. When I looked back Inuyasha was jsut putting the Tetsuigia away and the others were behind him.
"Got to love that last minute timing of yours Inuyasha, I was seriously almost toast that time," I said with half a smile.

[Chibi-chan]

"What are you doing wasting your time with Kagura?!" Inuyasha asked, looking at Tach, then at Saiyaka. "Figures that she would be stupid enough to get herself so badly hurt," he muttered, then looked to Kagome. "I suppose that we should patch her up before we move on?" he asked lazily.

"Well, of course!" Kagome told Inuyasha, shaking her head a little as she hurried to Saiyaka, getting her med kit out of her backpack as she came over. "What the heck was she doing to get injured so badly?"

"Feh! She was probably getting sentimental again about Kagura!" he muttered, looking towards the wind demon. "Speaking of which, I think she should be dished out a punishment for what she just did!"

"Inuyasha sit boy," Kagome said coldly as she knelt by Saiyaka.
Inuyasha hit the dirt, but there was no laughing this time around. I was looking over Saiyaka, trying to find every wound I could so we could patch them all up. Kagome looked up at me and saw the great worry in my eyes.
"Tach are you allright," She asked me quietly.
"I'm fine, its Saiyaka I am worried about," I said looking at her closer.
"No what I mean is you look really worried, Saiyaka has been hurt before but this time you look like you could almost die...your very pale," She said as she looked at my pale face.
"Its just that, Saiyaka is..."
"They baby will be fine, she isnt that badly hurt," Kagome said with a smile.
"Than you do know...but how," I asked quietly.
"I just had a hunch," Kagome said with an inocent look.

[Chibi-chan]

Inuyasha's ears twitched a little bit as he heard something about Saiyaka and a baby. For once he placed two and two together as he uprooted his face from the ground and looked towards Saiyaka, Tach, and Kagome. "...WHAT?!"

The hair on the back of my neck stuck up when I heard Inuyasha screaming, I knew what it was about. Hopefully he was the only one who hear, he better have been.
"Sango, Miroku, can you return to my village and see if you can help out in any way possible, take Kohaku, Kokoru and Shippou with you as well," I said as I turned my head around and looked at all of them.
"Of course, we will do all that we can," Miroku said with a nod.
"What about us sir," Keimyou asked as the others started to move off.
"Go with them and help out as best you can, but leave a horse here, we will need something to carry Saiyaka back," I said almost frantically.
"Yes sir," Keimyou said as he dissmounted his horse and took off after the others.
When I was sure they were far enough away I let out a huge sigh and then turned to Inuyasha.
"Inuyasha, I am about to tell you something that you need to promise to keep your mouth shut about," I said a little nervously.

"I happen to have plently of free time when you are not around," I said with some sarcasim.
Kagome continued to shake her head, compleatly embarressed by Inuyasha's remark. I found it kinda amusing, I could have told him the true story...but that would have resulted in many bruises apon my head.
"Besides that Inuyasha I think you get the idea, and I think you realize why we can't speak bluntly about it at the moment," I said descretly pointing towards the dazed Kagura.
"Yeah I get it, becuase Naraku would probably try and take the kid," Inuyasha blurted out.
I quickly knocked Inuyasha over the head as hard as I could, Inuyasha started to whimper and grabbed the top of his head and looked back up at me.
"What was that for," he shouted.
"For being and idiot," I shouted back.

Inuyasha stared at Tach and suddenly came closer to him, right in front of his face. He sat in a doggy style sort of way as he stared his friend down for a moment. "...When did you find the time to do THAT?!" he asked, sounding a little stricken.

"INUYASHA!" Kagome yelped, smacking her forehead and whimpering a little, not believing that Inuyasha just asked something like that out loud.

"For being an...Oh," he muttered, scratching the back of his head some as the half demon realized that he had blurted it out after saying that he wouldn't.

"Inuyasha...Sit!" Kagome grumbled, shaking her head in utter disappointment as she heard Inuyasha blurt out the fact that Saiyaka was carryinga child.

"Remind me never to tell you anything important anymore," I said shaking my head.
"Its not like I meant to," Inuyasha said pulling his face out of the dirt again.
I was now greatly concerned, there was no doubt that Naraku was watching us somehow. Considering Kagura was still right here I didnt doubt it in the least, I looked towards Kagura who was still kinda sitting there in shock. If Naraku was still connected to her, then he has heard everything here.
"Kagura, did you..."
"Yes I heard, I promise I wont speak a word of it to Naraku," Kagura said plainly as she looked at her shaking hands.
"I'm afraid if you did hear it, then it wont matter if you tell him or not...he knows now," I said looking back down at Saiyaka as Kagome bandaged her up.

Saiyaka let out a soft groan and slowly opened her eyes, looking a little dazed and confused, not really seeming to remember where she was at the moment. "What happened?" she grumbled.

Kagura looked at Saiyaka for a brief moment before she conjured up another giant feather and lept onto it. With a gust of wind, she was up in the air and flying away, not looking back.

"Your just going to let ehr get away," Inuyasha said looking at me.
"What choice do I have, I can't kill her...and I highly doubt she would stay willingly," I said as I looked at Inuyasha.
"But still, she knows that Saiyaka is carrying a child, if she tells Naraku then that could spell trouble," Kagome said as she bandaged up Saiyaka.
I shook my head in dissagreement and looked back down at Saiyaka, I put my hand on her cheak and slighly carressed it. This was going from bad to good to good to bad...what day it was.
"How you feeling," I asked Saiyaka.

"Kagura knows about the child?!" Saiyaka asked, fear crossing over her face as she let this information sink in slowly. "No...No! That means that if she knows, Narakua know about it!" she gasped, tears comming to her eyes. Naraku knew about her baby that she was carrying. This scared her more than anything in the world could.

"Saiyaka...as long as I draw breath you dont have to worry about Naraku getting anywhere near you or our child, I will never even allow Naraku to set eyes upon him," I said as I watched Saiyaka begin to cry.
Kagome moved back a little bit next to Inuyasha to give us some space, Kagome had done a good job at bandeging up Saiyaka's wounds. We were always getting hurt so much she seemed to be an expert at it now. But while they stood back and watched, my mind started to race on how to protect Saiyaka and our baby from Naraku's grasp. There wasnt anywhere he couldnt go, he would be able to find us no matter where we went.
"What can I do," I said quietly to myself," Wait a minute, there is one place that Naraku can not go. One place that he would never be able to find us, and even if he could I doubt he would last one minute there."
"Tach what are you rambling on about," Inuyasha asked a little worried about my rambling.
"Kagome, your time...Naraku can't go there," I said looking up to Kagome.

Saiyaka looked at Tach and smiled a little bit, taking his hand in both of hers and bringing it to her lips. She planted a soft kiss on his and looked at him sadly. "Before we go anywhere...We have to burry the dead," she whispered. "We have to find your father and brothers...they have to be alive...They have to be!" she whispered.

"It figures, always looking out for anyone other than yourself," I said with a small laugh," Come on then, lets go."
I put my one arm around Saiyaka, Inuyasha who actually felt like being nice went to Saiyaka's other side and put her other arm around the back of his neck. I looked over at Inuyasha with something of a surprised look on my face.
"What, I'm just helping," Inuyasha snapped.
"Yeah I know, I'm just not used to it yet," I said laughing.
Inuyasha grumbled as we both lifted Saiyaka up, Kagome brought the horse over and we got ready to put her up on it.

"I look out for them because they're your family...No, they're OUR family," she corrected, smiling a little at Tach. She, too, was quite surprised when Inuyasha helped her, and she gave a small smile towards him. "Thanks, Mutt..." she said playfully.

"Yeah well dont get used to it," Inuyasha grumbled.
"Dont worry I'm not," I said as we lifted Saiyaka up onto the horse.
Inuyasha just gave me a look as I also hoped onto the horse right infront of Saiyaka, I grabbed the reins as the horse started to move around a little.
"Inuyasha can you and Kagome keep up," I asked as I looked down at them.
"What do you take me for, of course I can keep up with that old muel," Inuyasha said folding his arms.

"I wouldn't want to get used to such a thing, believe me!" Saiyaka said with a weak laugh as she wrapped her arms weakly around Tach's waist. She laughed a little more at Inuyasha's comment when Tach asked if he could keep up. "Better run fast!" she warned.

We laughed and Inuyasha for a moment, he just snorted and helped Kagome on up his back. I gave him one of those dirty naughtly looks as he bent over to let her on. He really looked like he wanted to kill me at that point.
"Keep looking at me like that and I really will beat you sensless," Inuyasha grumbled.
"I'll be sure to not look at you from now on then," I said with a small laugh.
Inuyasha continued to grumbled as I started out on the horse, it was time to start huslling if we wanted to get back to my village in time to help. Plus I still didnt know if my family was okay, my father, and two brothers.
"I hope they are allright," I said as I made the horse go faster.

The demons seemed to be leaving.....standing i started to follow them......leaving my hand in my jacket i made sure that my gun was still there before leaping into the trees to follow.....

The smell of blood grew stronger in the air as they got closer to the village, and Saiyaka had to place a hand over her nose and mouth to keep from gagging at the smell. "I don't like this," she whispered. They hadn't even seen the village and the condition it was in, and already it was making her sick to her stomach.

Inuka sat up with a start. 'Ah! I fell asleep!' I thought looking around. Sesi was watching me from above, as usual and Naku was playing with fire. "Good, your awake. Naku has had a hard time putting out your little fires after you fell asleep." said Sesi. I flicked my wrist and the last of the fires went out. My nose twitched and I glanced over at a shadowy tree. "Show yourself!" I shouted. Some one was spying on us, Naraku or one of his 'children' perhaps.

Naraku stepped out from hiding. Sesi was on his guard, you couldn't tell just by looking at him that he was ready to spring. I could though, with all the brawls I got into and he had to bail me out of told me that he was ready for anything. "Naraku, you scum!" I shouted at him. "You left me to die in the pits of hell you bastard!" I continued walking over drawing my blade. "Had I known your liniage I would have gladly let you out." he responded cooly. That only added to my anger. "What the hell does that mean?!" I growled. "Your control over the tesigia, the wretched halfbreed Inuyasha and the Lord Seshomaru. To complete the gift you have the same human weakness as your half brother Inuyasha. I couldn't dream of a better gift." he said lifting his hood and grinning.
I was fumming so bad that the wind was picking up and I had little flames flickering out from me. My anger only made the demon laugh. "You talk big but you're a halfbreed too, you're nothing compared to my brother Inuyasha." I said attacking him. He dodged and lightly flew up over me, a figure came out from the tree line, a light breeze played through the air as my old friend Kagura came out fan in hand wearing a glazed expression. "You think bringing out 'Cadged Wind' is going to save you?" I growled at Naraku. He only watched me with interest. I flew at Kagura and landed infront of her before she could move her fan. I grabbed her fan hand and said "You know you don't stand a chance, I preside over the wind. For memorys sake leave and never come back." She looked at me and for a moment I saw my friend 'Caged Wind' free, I saw a tear trail down her cheek as she wispered "Naraku has the key to my cell, you are still a lady of the wind." She stiffined and slashed at me.

As we got closer and closer to the village, the amount of distruction started to become more and more apparent. Dead soldiers started to appear on the side of the paths and roads that led in and out of the village. They must have been hunted down as they fled, when we finally reached the village itself and the tents that surrounded it...the sight could only be described as ghastly. Dead bodies were strewn about everywhere, some of them too bady torn and ripped apart to reckognize.
"This was Naraku's doing allright...it dosent even look like they knew what was happening untill it was too late," Inuyasha said as he slowed to a walk.
"Naraku is going to pay for this dearly," I said as anger filled my heart.
"Yes, that he is," I heard a voice say from beside me.
When I turned my head I cought sight of my father, there were 4 other guards around him, one was helping to support him as he walked.

As Saiyaka caught sight of some of the mangled bodies that looked more like lumps of flesh and blood now more than anything, she tumbled off of the horse and began to vomit. Her shoulders shook as she tried to hold back sobs, but her attempt to not let tears come forth ended up failing. She looked towards Tach's father glad that he wasn't dead, then whiped her mouth and tried to stand back up. She had seen death before, but all this...it just took a toll on her.

My father stepped forward and tried to help Saiyaka up, I hopped down from my horse right behind them and walked over to my father and also helped.
"Don't go and over do it now," I said to her as I helped support her.
"It seems you two have had your share of bad luck as well," my father said looking at Saiyaka's wound and then at my missing arm.
"Yeah things havnt been going to well, Naraku has pretty much declared an all out war on us," I said looking up at my father.
"And he has just about won, out of the 5,000 soldiers here...only 50 are still able to fight...and there are hundreds of wounded," Shinzou said as he looked around at the devistation," We havnt even had time to bury the dead yet."
"What of Taro and Senshi, are they allright," I asked him.
"Besides a few scrapes and bruises they are fine...however I think the grotess sight of battle may have done more to their innocense than any type of weapon could," Shinzou said in a very low tone.

Saiyaka leaned against Tach, sobbing into his shoulder as she shook from the horror. Anger, hate, relief, and so many other emotions were swirrling inside of her right now. When she heard that Tach's brothers were fine, she let out a deep breath that she had been holding for a while when Shinzou had come and she hadn't seen the boys. Yes, their innocence was stained in the blood that was everywhere on the ground and other places.

Inuka jumped out of the way and saw that Kagura was holding a small dagger with some sort of blood on it. It smelled horrible! "Trying to poison me?" I shouted at Naraku. Kagura summoned her winds anyway and I just calmed them back down again. "I wouldn't do something so horrible to you, you're to valueable to me." Naraku answered daring to coming closer. Sesi and Naku launched an attack at him but they hit a barrier of some sort. "You sure didn't care last time!" I growled switching targets. "I wouldn't do that is I were you." he said pointing back at Kagura. Kagura had the dagger to her own throat! "What do care if you're killing off your family. One less to kill in the end." I spat at him, I had stopped however.

"Come here Kagure." he called. Kagura flew past me as if I were only a leaf in the breeze. My eyes narrowed in to slits. "All I want you to do is fight her till she draws blood and then I will leave." he said simply. I eyed Kagura, her knife was still poised at her throat. The Kagura I knew would never let herslef be used like this. 'Aahhh! Stupid human heart!' I cursed to myself. I couldn't let her be used like this. "No, if I do this then Kagura is released from your hold and free to do what she wants." I said clenching my fists. Naku was throwing herself at the shield and shouting something, if history has taught me anything she's probably shouting "No! Don't do it! It's a trap, you idiot!" She's right to, but thiers not a lot I can do a bout it. "Naraku seemed to be considering and nodded. He held out his hand to seal the deal, I didn't offer mine. "Afraid of me are you?" he asked grinning. "No, if I touch you I'll rip you to shreds. I need you alive to free her." I said testily.

I tried to hold Saiyaka tighter as she wept, the stench of all the blood was starting to overwhelm me too. Inuyasha had covered his nose and also had Kagome's face burried in his chest, she couldnt bare to see the horrible way in wich these soldiers were killed.
"Who are your friends," My father asked.
"This is Inuyasha and Kagome, surly you met the others when they came in with Keisou and Keimyou," I said looking up at my father.
"Yes I did meet with them, they are down with the wounded trying to help as best they can...but we dont have any doctors here besides the one who came back with your battalion," Shinzou said as he clentched his fists.
"I will help, but I think it would be best if me and Inuyasha took Saiyaka and Kagome back to the house first. I dont think they need to see this," I said looking at Inuyasha who nodded in agreement.

"Even a human can smell off the retched blood in the air," Saiyaka whispered as she stumbled over towards Kagome and took her lightly by the arm. "Just keep your eyes closed," she told her human friend, tears still in her eyes. "I'll tell you when to open them, it shouldn't take long to get past here," she murmured in a monotone voice.

I again helped Saiyaka while she led Kagome through the field of dead bodies, Inuyasha was right there as well his hand latched onto Kagomes. His other arm was raised up to his nose to try and keep out some of the stench. As we got closer to the house the amount of dead bodies grew less and less, there were more soldiers around too. From my battalion, they were helping with the wounded and retreiving the weapons from those who did make it. As we passed by the soldiers would stop give a small bow and then move on.
"They are surrounded by there own friends and family dead, and yet they still stop and give me the respect of being their leader...I shouldnt deserve such a thing, not right now," I said to myself as we approched the house.

Saiyaka was silent now, having delved into her own thoughts. For some reason, she felt that she was at fault here. She felt like every death was her fault, because of who Naraku was. The half demon shuddered as she felt more tears come to her eyes, and she clamped a hand over her eyes to hide them. They had to kill Naraku now. All the soldiers here probably wanted revenge. They wouldn't care if her father was still trapped.

Taro and Senshi were sitting on the porch of the house, they seemed very somber as we approched. Both of them had their heads down and didnt seem to notice us, but finally Taro picked his head up. His face lit up some and he nudged Senshi who sprung his head right up.
"Tach," Senshi said as they both got to their feet.
"Hey guys, everything allright," I said as we walked up onto the porch.
The both fallowed us into the house as me and Inuyasha led the girls in, when I was sure Saiyaka wouldnt fall over and planted a kiss on her cheak then turned to my brothers. When they saw I was free the both jumped at me and each one rapped their arms around my waste.
"Sorry I wasnt here guys," I said as I put a hand and Senshi's head.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka smiled a little and watched as Taro and Senshi sprung on Tach, a faint smile appearing on her face. "Yes," she whispered softly. "I'm sorry that I wasn't there, either," she told them, closing her eyes. "I'm sorry for everything..."

"You shouldnt be sorry Miss Saiyaka, non of this was your fault...it was that demon Naraku's fault, he was the one who attacked us," Taro said looking over at Saiyaka.
"Yeah, if it wasnt for him none of this would have happened," Senshi said in a rather angry tone.
Oh boy, I could tell this wasnt helping any. This was going to upset Saiyaka and both Taro and Senshi didnt know what they were saying was going to hurt her.
"Um why don't you two go outside for a second, I need to speak with Saiyaka," I said to them with a smile.
"Yeah sure, but dont take too long we need to show you something," Taro said as they both ran out.

Saiyaka smiled quite sadly as the boys said these things and she bit down on her lip to prevent herself from breaking out into tears. No, this was all her fault. If she had been stronger back then. If she had been able to help her father in that building. If...there was so many 'ifs' that were running in her mind, and they all were piling up in a way that threatened to crush her mind.

When my brothers had gone I looked back at Saiyaka, I could see that she was trying to keep her tears back. It was obvious, Kagome was sitting in the corner with her head cupped in her hands and Inuyasha was attempting to comfort her in the best way he could. I dont think she could handle so much death in one place, neither could I really. I barely kept myself from vomiting when we were walking through the dead.
"Saiyaka, I know you are probably thinking this is all your fault...but its really not, there was no way you could have prevented this. No matter what you may think, this was fate, it was meant to happen. Even if we dont like what we see we need to take it in, and realize that no matter what it would have happened either way," I said in some attempt to comfort her.
"He's right you know, you shouldnt beat yourself up just becuase of Naraku. If we all blamed ourselvs every time something bad happened then none of us would be here today. We would be sitting wallowing in our own grief to scared to try and help becuase we were worried that we might cause more harm, sometimes you just need to suck it up and deal," Inuyasha said looking up from Kagome.

[Chibi-chan]

"EVERYBODY WILL WANT TO KILL HIM, DAMMIT!" Saiyaka yelled suddenly and let the tears free from her eyes, letting them run down her cheeks now. "They'll all search for revenge, you know that as well as I do! They'll either be killed by Naraku, or Naraku will be killed by them! If Naraku is killed by them, then...then..."

"Saiyaka I promised that I would help you get your father back remember, I wont let anyone kill Naraku untill we have acomplished that...remember I am in charge of the remaining battalion, they wont do anything I tell them not too. Even if I want revenge as much as they do I swear I wont let anyone bring your father to harm," I said as I put my arm around Saiyaka.
Kagome lifted her head up from her hands, a tear still in her eye, Inuyasha was also looking on. They both lowered there heads some as they realized the great amount of stress that Saiyaka must be going through.
"Maybe you should get some rest, in fact I think both you and Kagome should just stay here and rest. I think you could both need it," I said rubbing Saiyaka's cheek lightly.

IC: "I can't rest," Saiyaka murmured shaking a little bit as she tried to get rid of everything she as feeling at the moment. "Too many emotions...I can't rest...I need to do something! Give me something to do!" she gasped out, slumping to the floor and curling up into a ball. Her tail swept across the ground, her ears drooping, showing that she was quite depressed.

I didnt know exactly what she wanted to do, I didnt think there was much to do...untill I looked out the door and spotted one of the soldiers. I dont think he was from my Battalion.
"Soldier!, come here," I yelled to him.
The soldier perked his head up and looked at me, he quickly ran into the house and stopped infront of me and gave quick bow.
"Yes Master Captain Mazaki what can I do for you sir," the soldier asked.
I walked up to him and spun him around for a second so the others couldnt see what I was talking about, it may have depressed Saiyaka further.
"Soldier, how many people were in the village before the attack," I asked him quietly.
"Not many sir, maybe 2...300 hundred at the most. Why?" he asked a tad confused.
"How many dead," I asked not liking where this was going.
"Just about all of them sir, that village was attacked first...part of it was burned to the ground. Just about the only ones who were left alive were the children sir, the demons and their leader didnt seem interested in them," the soldier said recalling the devestation.

Saiyaka looked towards the soldier, a rather unreadable look on her face. Why would Naraku have been so...caring, if that was the word for it...to spare the children of the village? Why had he let them live? "What the hell do you mean by that?"

"It was rather strange My Lady, when the hord of demons attacked the village, the demon at the lead...the one on the giant fether seemed to gather the children herself and move them aside. Only a few of them that tried to run were injured, luckily non were killed. But their parents are a different story, when that baboon demon...Naraku came, he slaughtered the parents, right infront of the children. It was horrible, I was in the first attack when it happened, no one has even dared to go back into the village, to try and recover the dead parents bodies," the soldier said as he looked at the ground and clentched his fist.
"Thank you, you are dismissed," I said as I patted the soldier on the shoulder.
"Yes sir, thank you sir," the soldier said as he turned to leave.
"But before you do go soldier, have all the children brought to the house...make sure they dont have to see any of the dead on the way. This is probably the only safe place for them now," I said as I turned back to Saiyaka.

Saiyaka placed her hands over her face and felt her claws dig into her own flesh as she heard this. Naraku had killed those poor children's parents right in front of them. That had to be the most horrible experience that anybody could have gone through. Those children would be scarred for life, and she knew it. There was nothing that she could do to change it, either.

"This is obviously a message, we cannot allow this to just slip iddly by...Inuyasha," I said as I looked back towards him.
"Right, I'm ready when you are," Inuyasha said getting to his feet.
"I cannot allow Naraku to get away with something like this, its time to go pay him a visit," I said re-adjusting my sword.
Inuyasha nodded in agreement and we both started to head for the door, but before Inuyasha could get to far Kagome grabbed his hand. Inuyasha turned around to snap at her for it but before he could Kagome planted a quick light kiss on his lips. Inuyasha stood there in amazment, as did I.
"What...was that for," Inuyasha asked as his face went red.
"Just be careful, thats all," Kagome said with a concerned smile.
I still stood there, just kinda staring at the two...this was definetly a new development, just too bad Miroku wasnt here to rub it in. That would make it just perfect.
"That was...different," I said to myself.

"Go after Naraku?" Saiyaka murmured under her breath as she stared at the ground. If she had seen Kagome kiss Inuyasha, she probably wouldnt' have said anything at the moment. She probably wouldn't have even understood what was going on. Right now, she was dazed, confused, and very upset. "I'm going with you..." she murmured as she struggled to stand up.

"Not a chance, you are staying right here. And dont argue with me on that I am not giving in, you are injured and carrying a child...our child. And I dont want to loose either of you," I said in a slightly stern voice.
Even if she begged me to go I wasnt going to let her, she was in too bad of a condition to be going anywhere. Not only that she wasnt in the right state of mind, I dont think she was really able to control herself fully, with all the things running through her mind I wouldnt doubt it in the least.
"Kagome I will intrust you to keep after Saiyaka while I am gone, once the village children arrive I am sure you will have enough to keep both of you busy. They will probably need you just as much as you need them so it should work out fine, I will also have guards posted outside incase anything happens," I said as I made my way for the door again," Saiyaka, I love you too much to let you get hurt again, that is why I am having you stay here. And like I have promised I wont harm Naraku untill we can get your father back, we are just going to have a chat with him."

Saiyaka stumbled towards Tach and took his hand in hers, bringing it to her forehead as she cried silently for a moment. She looked at him and kissed his lips before embracing him. "...Be careful...Please be careful!" she whispered softly to him, her shoulders shaking as she cried.

"I'll be fine, I will come back to you," I said as I put my arm around her tightly," Naraku can't kill me."
Inuyasha stood paciantly to the side with Kagome next to him, Inuyasha who was still a little shocked by Kagomes kiss also bid his farewells. It was scilent but it was easy to see what he was saying, as he left Kagome's hand stayed clung to his as he started to walk off. I slowly pulled away from Saiyaka and kissed her softly and then walked over to Inuyasha who was by the door.
"Dont worry about us, we will be back," I said as I started down the steps.
"Yeah, together Naraku is nothing. We will teach him a lesson," Inuyasha said with a confident nod.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka let out the softest of whimpers when Tach withdrew from her, but she didn't try and stop him now, nor did she try and come with him. He would be back soon enough, this she knew. At least, this is what she hoped for. "Just don't get hurt...Please," she said to both Tach and Inuyasha.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka jumped back as Kagura lunged at her with the dagger. "If you keep moving I won't be able to keep my end of the deal." Naraku said as Kagura flew at me again. I just glared at him and stood my ground. I tried not to wince when she swiped at my shoulder.

I looked back at Saiyaka one last time as I walked throught the door, I would be sure to come back to her. That there was no question about, Inuyasha also looked back towards Kagome. Both of them were worried, as we walked farther away, and the house was shrouded by the trees I turned to Inuyasha.
"Feels good dosent it," I said quietly.
"What feels good," he asked a little confused.
"To know no matter what you have someone waiting for you when you come home, its a feeling that I never want to forget," I said with a small smile on my face.
"You are such a softy you know that," Inuyasha said nudging me.
"Yeah I know, but so are you...in your own special way," I said pushing Inuyasha back.

[Chibi-chan]

"I've gotten so much weaker since I met Tach, or so it seems," Saiyaka said after a moment when Tach left her sight.

Kagome, who had a few tears in her eyes, looked towards Saiyaka, wondering what she was talking about. "What do you mean? You're plenty strong enough," she told the half demon.

"If I had seen all this destruction back when I was with Naraku, I probably wouldn't have wept so much. Sure, I might have shedded a few tears, but I never would have broken down so badly. I never used to cry as much as I do now...I don't know how to explain it, but it seems that I'm weak now," she sighed. "Even with the injuries I have, I would have used to go out and fight in this condition. However, I'm listening to Tach and being a good girl. Never have I done such a thing like that, either!" Saiyaka laughed softly.

We had taken the back way out so no one saw us leaving, I had a feeling that Naraku was still watching us. I also knew he was waiting for us, as we got further from the village I started to get even more tense. I could tell he was close, so could Inuyasha, he kept his hand resting on the Tetsuiga at all times.
"He's close by," I said quietly to Inuyasha.
"Yeah I know, I could smell his nasty stench a mile away," Inuyasha said shifting his eyes around the forest we were in.
"Think its one of his pupets," I said as I stopped.
"Its definetly not Naraku himself, he must be playing games with us the coward," Inuyasha said grabbing firmly ahold of his sword.
"No not yet Inuyasha, we need to see Naraku himself...we just need to concentrate and find his scent," I said looking around the forest.
Inuyasha let go of his sword and we both stood there in the middle of some strange forest trying to find him. Finally we both at the same time caught his scent.
"Thats him lets go," I said as I bolted to the side with Inuyasha close behind.

[Chibi-chan]

"Well, Saiyaka...Is that a good thing or a bad thing?" Kagome asked, tilting her head a little bit. She was obviously confused about what Saiyaka was talking about.

"Truth be told, I don't know what it is. Part of me wishes that I was the type of incarnation that thoughtlessly does whatever Naraku told him to. Because if I was, I would never have to experience the pain that he has been dishing out right now. I wouldn't be carrying a child that will be in danger when it's born, and I wouldn't be putting Tach in danger," Saiyaka whispered, wrapping her arms around herself and closing her eyes. "That part of me keeps growing with everything I see Naraku do!"

Me and Inuyasha rushed throught the woods as quickly as we could, from the general direction we were going in I could tell we were headed back to where the battalion was before by Naraku's old Castle.
"We were heading right back were we came from, Naraku is strait ahead," Inuyasha said unsheathing his sword.
"Yes, he is right HERE!"
Both me and Inuyasha jumped out from the trees at once, there was allready a battle going on between Inuka and Kagura. But I was concentrating on getting Naraku who seemed to be standing back and watching.
"Naraku!" I shouted as I unsheathed my sword.
Naraku looked at us with complete surprise in his eyes, there was something new. Both me and Inuyasha quickly struck at him but he moved before we could get him.

[Chibi-chan]

"Saiyaka, if you didn't free yourself from Naraku, you wouldn't have met Tach and you wouldn't have gotten the chance to live with a moment of happiness in your heart, you know that!" Kagome whispered.

Saiyaka seemed to ignore Kagome's words and continued on with her own. "I think that after the child is born...I'll go and talk with Naraku, alone. I'll make a pact with him, and join with him again. If I join of my own free will with him again, merge into his body, then I'll have a chance of -" she was cut off from this thought and held her face. Kagome had slapped her without her even seeing it comming.

"What are you saying?! You'd be willing to leave your child with Tach to go off and die?!" Kagome shrieked, shaking her head in disappointment. "You can't do that, Saiyaka!"

Both me and Inuyasha looked up from where we had landed, Naraku had just landed and was starting to turn his head to look at us. Again together me and Inuyasha lundged forward at him, this time we didnt miss. Inuyasha got him right across the chest, and I ran my blade right through his chest. When I pulled my blade out Naraku stumbled backwards quickly, but before he could escape I ran forward and grabbed him by his color.
"You monster, how could you have done that," I said with anger filling my heart.
"Why Tach, you seem angry what is it I could have done," Naraku said with a chuckle.
"Dont you start with me," I shouted as I slammed him against a tree," you know damd well what you did."
"And we are here to make sure you pay dearly for it," Inuyasha said raising the Tetsuiga again.

[Chibi-chan]

"Kagome...How is it that you always seem to tell people exactly what they need to hear? How is it that you can stop me from doing something stupid?!" Saiyaka asked, starting to laugh a little as she closed her eyes and placed a hand over her stomach. "I have to live...for both of them..."

[Red Dragon]

Inuka instantly knew something was wrong. Kagura dropped from the sky but I couldn't make amove towards her. 'Damn him.' I thought as Naraku gathered the blood stained dagger. "You see, your blood is the only thing that can with stand the tetsiga's shield fully and you brothers wouln't harm a hair on your head." he said coming close grinning down on me. I crackled with anger, some small flames appeared around me but that did very little to help my situation. "Perfect weapon don't you think?" he asked me knowing I couldn't answer.

(OOC: Red Dragon...Tach and Inuyasha are right there with you, maybe you just didnt notice. Oh well I will work around it, sorry for the confusion)

As I stood there my blade still through Naraku chest, I saw someting a little odd. His face started to melt, in fact his whole body did. I pulled my sword back out and it had a strange red puddy on it, when I looked back up at Naraku a dilapidated smile came across his face and he started to laugh.
"What the hell is going on," I said looking around us as the tree's started to melt as well.
"Did you actually think I would let you anywhere near me, I've gotten your message, now be gone with you before I have to kill you," Naraku said as everything and everyone including Inuka started to melt away.
And just like that everything was gone, we were standing in the middle of some field. Both me and Inuyasha looked around in confusion.
"What the hell was that," I asked him.
"I dunno but I didnt like it," Inuyasha said still looking all over the place.
"Diddo," I said sheathing my sword.

Inuka blacked out in the confusion. I woke up with a pounding head ach. I still couldn't move. 'Damn him' I thought opening my eyes. I was in a cave with Naku and Sesi in a golden cage in the back... Some sort of aura come from the bars, it made my skin crawl. 'Great' I thought. 'Another adventure in a god forsaken cave.' Sesi was sitting on the ground, apparently asleep as was Naku, kinda cute but I couldn't make a move towards them. I felt like a pupet on strings. I heard some one enter the cave, it was Naraku. He had Kagura with him, she looked weak but alive. Instantly the cave began to crackle with my barely contained fire.

Naraku grinned at me and said "Stand". Ha! Like I'd listen to him! "What am I a dog!?" I said. "See for your self." he said watching me. I had stood without a seconds delay. "What the!" I cried eyes wide in shock. "We had an agreement didn't we?" he said coming closer. I looked over at my brother and friend. They hadn't moved, thier was no way they could sleep through this! "Here is my part, a free wind" he said shoving Kagura at me. I wanted to catch her as she fell but couldn't.

"So where do you think he went," Inuyasha asked me as we walked along some strange road.
"If you really want to know what I think, I dont think he was there at all. It must have been some kind of alusion, with the way everything melted away like that it had to of been," I said thinking hard about the issue.
"Damd that Naraku, always pulling tricks. One of these days I am just going to rip him to shreads," Inuyasha said making a ripping motion with his hands.
"Yeah but remember, goal number one is to get Saiyaka's father back," I said looking over at Inuyasha.
"Yeah yeah I remember, you dont have to keep repeating yourself," Inuyasha said looking off into space.
Walking along this strange road gave me some time to think, we handnt picked up Naraku's scent at all. Not after what happened with the alusion...or what ever the hell that was.

Inuka glared at Naraku standing still as stone. "Inuka, I think I want a deminstration of your rather unusaul powers. I gave up my wind girl but I hope I gained more." he said coming closer to me. "I want you to free your brother and the girl and kill them." he said stepping back from me.
"Like hell I will!" I said already building up my fire power. I blasted the cage doors and melted them, Sesi and Naku woke up and stood with puzzled looks on thier faces. Sesi immediatly came to my side. "You can't control fire, it has it's own will." I told Naraku scorching him. He dodged most of the blaze though.
"I will finish this." Sesi said, his claws already dripping poison. He attacked the stationary Naraku but just before he could finish him, a strong force pulled me between them. My wind magic went bazerk and created a wall between Sesi and Naraku and I. My wind became blades of air like Kagura's and they sliced at him. He jumped back suprised. "How? What the hell?!" I roared turning to Naraku, who I had just defended. "Perfect" he muttered. My eyes went wide, no wonder he didn't hesitate in giving up Kagura, I had her powers and more. "Naku! Find Inuyasha, tell him to not use the tesigai." I said quickly as Naraku grabbed my hand and pulled me away from them. "Strong wills don't last long." he told me. I watched myself gathr my power for a death strike. "Go!" I shouted. 'Even if Inuyasha uses the tetsiga against me, Naraku still wins. It can't harm me.' I thought fighting to control my power.

"This is starting to get pointless," Inuyasha said sitting down on a large rock.
"Pointless no, repeditory yes," I said also sitting down," I swear we have allready passed by that tree like 5 times."
"So what do we do now, we are lost and there is no sign of Naraku anywhere," Inuyasha said looking over at me.
"I guess we should head back, I think he got our messege back at that allusion thing. Maybe we will leave the slicing and dicing for another day," I said getting to my feet," I can still smell the blood from the village, its that way. We better get going if we are going back then."

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka had gone up to the room where she and Tach had spent the night together when they first came to the village. She looked at the bed where they had slept, and a faint smile came to her depressed features. Sighing softly, she went over to the bed and laid on it, snuggling into the pillow and closing her eyes. "Come back soon," she whispered.

Inuka held back her powers until Sesi and Naku were a safe distance away. Naraku looked a little anoyed. 'Good!' I hought smileing at his failure. He approached me again and said "Fine, you can have your friends live fro now, but you MUST kill Inuyasha and bring the tetsiga to me by sundown." My body instantly obeyed and soon I was flying over the tree line in search of my other brother. I smelled tons of human blood, spilt by one of Naraku's childeren no dought.
'I hope Sesi and Naku make it back to tell everyone to watch out.' I thought dodging a pack of wolf demons.

Kagura, though still weak had gotten up after Inuka's dissapearence and her own freedom. She hurried toward where Naraku had told her Inuyasha was. She hated the halfbreed but she had to repay her dept to Inuka for her freedom. 'Not Caged wind any more' she thought arriving at the camp. She searched for some one helpful, even the kitsun brat would be helpful right now...

[Isunamaru]

wandering around the remnants of the village....i recalled pictures of the holocaust from history books.....hmm......i could smell something different.....turning i noticed a wind demon approaching (kagura).....unsheathing Reaver i prepared in case of battle.....

"Are you sure the village is this way," Inuyasha complained as we still kept walking.
"Will you be paciant, I've allready said yes a thousand times," I said rolling my eyes.
"But we are still not getting any closer," Inuyasha said looking over at me.
"Yes we are, look ahead you can see the smoke coming from the village," I said pointing at the small colums of smoke.
Inuyasha rolled his eyes at me and went back to staring off into nothingness, I was still troubled by that allusion that Naraku had set for us. I didnt know he had the power to creat such things, now that I do though I wont let it happen again. The closer to the village we got the stronger the smell of blood was, it was starting to irritate my nose. But there was also another smell I picked up, it was familiar but it was shrouded by all the blood.
"Thats weird, its almost likes Kagura's scent," I said quietly to myself.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka's cat ears twitched a little and she shot up, looking around. She cautiously sniffed the air and cringed when she picked up the heavy scent of blood, but she also found what she hoped for amoung that scent. "Tach!" she whispered happily and jumped off of the bed, tearing outside. She almost wished that she hadn't, though, because she forgot about all the bodies and almost went into shock. "...Dammit," she whispered softly, holding a hand over her nose and mouth, ready to gag.

I brook into a quick sprint surprised Inuyasha, he quickly caught up and gave me a realy confused look when he did.
"Whats the rush all of a sudden," he asked me.
"I think I caught a hint of someone I know in the village," I said as jumped over a stump.
"Someone you know, care to share who it might be," Inuyasha asked giving me an odd look.
"It will probably make you angry," I said looking over at him.
"Just tell me allready," he shouted getting anoyed.
"Allright if you want...its Kagura, I caught a slight hint of her scent not long ago. Now its unmistakable, she is back at the village. Wich could spell for some trouble," I said as I started to move faster.

Saiyaka hadn't caught Kagura's scent, and really wouldn't be able to, now that she had her hand blocking her nose. She just ran in the direction that she had caught Tach's scent.

When me and Inuyasha finally reached the village, we entered a part where most of the soldiers were not around. And there were not as many dead bodies, it didnt looks like any of the soldiers had gotten to this part to recover there bodies. As I slowed to a stop, both me and Inuyasha looked around for a moment and then caught sight of Kagura, that demon from before was standing infront of her with his sword drawn.
"Kagura!" I shouted to try and get her attention.
Her head slowly turned around, when she finally looked towards me and Inuyasha the first thing I looked at was her eyes. They were normal, it didnt appear she was under Naraku's control anymore.
"Your all in danger, you must move," Kagura said in a rather demanding voice.

[Red Dragon]

Kagura felt Inuka's approach, she didn't have much time... "Inuyasha, Inuka is under Naraku's control. If you want to save her, don't draw the tetsiga!" Kagura said trying to not look desperate. Inuyasha glared at her. "WHy should we believe you, witch!" he growled at her. He looked concerned about Inuka but didn't want to believe Kagura so easily... "If you get Naraku's dagger stained with her blood you can free her, as she has freed me." Kagura said quietly, they had no reason to trust her...

Inuka smelled everyone as she came upon the village. Naraku wasn't far behind me. I smelled Naku in the shadows with Sesi, they were waiting to attack Naraku when he wasn't watching. I landed on the blood soaked earth, if I hadn't expierence this long ago, I would have retched at the sight of it. My eyes caught the flash of a red kimono. 'Inuyasha!' I thought looking over at Naraku so see if he had noticed. The psycho hadn't, good. I just hoped Tach and the others were gone. I wasn't sure how long I could last against Naraku's one order let alone the death order of everyone else...

I looked at the scene. It looked like Kagura had gotten there before us. Hopefully Inuyasha would take her word. I looked over at Sessi. "Should we try to warn them too?" I whispered softly so Naraku would not hear. I knew he was not far away. Sessi shook his head. I took a deep breath in. Who knows what might happen. I crouched down low in the shadows ready to strike. My eyes resting upon my friend Inuka who was now under control.

"This is getting more interesting by the second," I said noticing all the pople converging on this once place.
"Your telling me," Inuyasha said also noticing Naraku and Inuka approaching.
"We should probably do what Kagura says," I said looking at Inuyasha.
"And what makes you so confident she is telling the truth," Inuyasha asked.
"I just have a hunch," I said drawing my sword.
"A hunch, we are going on a hunch," Inuyasha yelled.
"Yup now shut up and get ready, but dont use the Tetsuiga," I said as I started to make my way in the direction Naraku and Inuka were coming," This isnt going to be pretty, better get ready for anything."

somewhat surprised by the gathering of demons, i resheathed Reaver and let my hand stray to the gun in my pocket.....looking past the wounded demon(kagura) i noticed a huge spider demon and Inuka......for some reason, inuka seemed somewhat....different.....

OOC: Time for a public announcement, reguarding the RP! The events that you are about to read are things that are going on with Saiyaka only...Most of this stuff is in her mind. Just thought I should state that before you get confused!

IC: Saiyaka kept heading in the direction, but suddenly removed her hand from her mouth as she didn't smell the blood anymore, and fog appeared around her. She looked a little confused now, wondering how fog had come so fast. Suddenly, she felt breathing on the back of her neck and she froze, whipping around and jumping back as she saw Tach in front of her. She let out a relieved sigh and wrapped her arms around him. She was about to kiss him, but noticed that something different was there.

After a second, the half demon knew what was different. Tach's arm, the one he lost...it was there. Tensing up, she jumped back away from 'Tach' and looked at him, then let out a gasp. 'Tach' was changing into Naraku. No, it wasn't Naraku...it was just a demon puppet, but it was something to be cautious of. "You!" she hissed softly.

"Come now, Saiyaka...I may be just a demon puppet, but I still should deserve a hello from you, my dear daughter," Naraku's voice spoke out softly. His legs bulged and became branches, shooting out towards Saiyaka.

"Allright Inuyasha, you take care of Naraku and dont go near Inuka," I shouted as I broke into a run.
"Now thats a plan I can agree with," Inuyasha said getting ready to draw the Tetsuiga.
"Remember Inuyasha, dont kill him, just make sure he remembers that he shouldnt mess with us," I yelled over to him as I ran around behind Naraku and Inuyasha
"Yeah yeah I know," Inuyasha said with a smirk on his face.
I shook my head as I continued to flank Naraku and Inuka, I planned on taking Inuka out of the picture. I dont know how but I had to do it without hurting her, using my sword on her wasnt much of an option. And if she was under Naraku's control than it was going to make it that much harder.
"Damd it I hate it when I have to make these kinds of decisions," I said holding my sword tighter

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka jumped back away from the branches, scowling as one narrowly missed her stomach. She put a hand protectively over it, not wanting anything to happen to the child that she was carring. If anything happened to it, she would probably kill anything that moved.

The puppet laughed as he saw Saiyaka place a hand over her stomach and smirked. "Naturally, I know all about you and the child that you're carrying now, Saiyaka," it said coldly. "Now, hold still for a moment...I won't destroy the child, or harm it. I just want to rip it from your womb...I have my own plans for that child, you see!" he explained simply as he shot out towards her again.

Saiyaka screamed out in pain as the puppet's bottom limbs stabbed her through the hands and legs, pinning her down to the ground. This was painful, but it was nothing compared to what she felt next. She almost passed out from the pain and wished that she had.

The demon puppet of Naraku ran his hand through her stomach, digging around her womb until his hand found the child inside. "Hmph...It's already grown nicely, considering the little time that it's been inside of you," he laughed as he withdrew his hand, taking out the small creature that was curled in the featle ( sp? ) position. The puppet immediately placed a jewel shard in the child's chest. "This will keep it alive without your help..."

Blood leaked from Saiyaka's mouth, her eyes wide with fear as she saw the demon puppet tear the child out of her. "N-no!" she gasped out, her hand weakly reaching towards it.

As I lifted my sword and was about to strike at Naraku...when I caught the one smell I dreaded most.
"Saiyaka...she's been hurt," I said to myself as I broke off the attack.
I hit the ground and started off running, a small smile on Narakus face that I didnt see signified something to Inuyasha that something had gone terribly wrong. I ran as fast as I could towards the smell of Saiyaka's scent, I knew exactly where she was now. Just behind that next little hill, I ran faster and faster untill I reached the top of the hill and stoped. My eyes widened, the feeling of scheer terrow running through my entire body...what lay infront of me..I could never shake.
"N...no," I squeked out.

I looked up just in time to see one of Naraku's demon puppet's moving away, something in its hand...it was a child..my child. I fell to my knees still to terrified to do anything. I watched as the puppet moved further away with my child, and then it snapped.
"Come back here!" I yelled as I jumped forward
I tried to latch onto the child and take him back, but the demon puppet dissapeared. Naraku's laugh fading off with it, when I landed again I just stared up into the sky.

My head lowered and I turned around and started to head back to Saiyaka, when I picked her up with the blood still seeping from her body. I nearly slipped on the pool that was allready on the ground. My head still lowered I started to make my way back to the other, Saiyaka in my arms. And the deep red glow beating in my eyes, with tears running down mixing into the blood on Saiyaka's clothing.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka's eyes were glazed over, her breathing comming out in ragged gasps. Her mouth moved, struggling to say something, but she couldn't even use her voice at the moment. She looked very weak, and was looking much more worse with each drop of blood that escaped her body. Just a medical kit wouldn't help her this time, and she was more or less close to loosing her life if something wasn't done soon. She tried to speak again, but still no words came out, so she hoped that Tach could make out what she was saying just by watching her lips move. I'm sorry, she mouthed, tears running down her face.

I was still looking down at Saiyaka, her lips were moving but I couldnt make them out...I was both blinded by sarrow, but mostly anger was taking over me. It was getting hard to carry Saiyaka without hurting her further, I just wanted to tear Naraku limb from limb. I didnt care if Saiyaka'a father was in there or not.
"He must die," I said softly as I started to set Saiyaka down.
Right were I chose to set Saiyaka down, was right within sight of everyone else. Inuyasha spun his head around when he sensed me, and right away he knew everything had gone wrong.
"I love you...I am sorry," I said as I slowly stood up again.
Inuyasha stayed in place but Kagura started to make her way over towards us, I noticed this and with the blink of an eye was right there infront of her. My hand flew up and grabbed Kagura around the neck, I started to squeze so hard my own hand was hurting.
"Did you know," I said forcing myself not to kill her.
"I didnt, I swear, I dont even know whats going on," Kagura said reaching up and grabbing my hand.
"If you lie to me I swear I will pop your head off like a dandy lion," I said holding even tighter.
I wasnt about to let go, not untill I got a good enough answer...and if I didnt. I wouldnt hesitate to kill her.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka gasped out, both in pain and in despair, and closed her eyes tightly. She couldn't plead, couldn't beg Tach to rethink what he was saying. He couldn't kill Naraku, not on his own for one thing, and for another thing...her father...

"Tach! What the hell are you doing?!" Inuyasha yelled as he watched his friend grab Kagura by the throat. "I don't think that she knows anything, alright, just back off and let her try to help Saiyaka, dammit!" he hissed.

Kagura's face didn't show any fear to the threat that Tach was dishing out, and she gave him a stern look. "I didn't know a damn thing about this! Tell me what the hell is going on!" she demanded.

Inuyasha was now by Saiyaka's side, trying to figure out where to try and help with. Her stomach had a major injury, but he couldn't do anything with it. "...Sesshomaru...We need to find that bastard!" he scowled, not wanting to admitt it.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka braced herself, she smelled Saiyaka's blood. Naraku was grinning for ear to ear. "What have you done to her!?" I yelled fighting his commands. If I could get to Saiyaka with my little green vile, I could heal her. I just hoped Naku would remember the vile and try and take it from me. I heard Inuyasha and Tachs voices not far off. Sesi was making his way over to where they were, 'please don't fight' I thought trying to search for the green vile without Naraku noticing.

My eye twitched a few times before I finally let Kagura go, she fell the ground and started to gasp for air. I looked down at her with my glowing red eyes, the look of anger still spread across my face.
"Help her," I said before I started to make my way towards Naraku.
Naraku had a satisfied look on his face, he was enjoying every minute of this and couldnt wait to see what would happen next. But something told me he wouldnt enjoy what I was about to do, I dont think anyone would.
"Tach you seem angry was it something I...."
"Shut it! I dont want to hear another thing from your damd mouth," I shouted before he could finish his boasting," You finally did it Naraku, you crossed the last line...you stepped over the last boundery and now you are going to pay for it."
"Really now I would like to see how you plan on doing that," Naraku hissed.
I stopped for a moment and built up some strength, and before Naraku could realize it I was right in his face. My red eyes peircing his very being, before he could have done anything or have Inuka do anything. I swated Inuka away with one strike sending her flying, I didnt want to end up hurting too as well.
"I'm gonna rip your heart out...if you even have one," I said seemed to hover there infront of Naraku," You have one chance to tell me where my child is, before I kill you."

hmm....the confrontation had started to turn into chaos.....watching Inuka get blasted away i pulled out the gun and shot into the air.....the blast echoed into the sunset as everyone turned to me.....

IC: Naraku laughed and shook his head a bit, smirking. "Now, now...If you kill me, then you will never find out where your child is, Tach," he replied soothly, not seeming to be worried about the threat that the half demon before him was dishing out. "If you try and kill me, your child will die upon my orders," he shrugged. "You're holding the life of your and Saiyaka's baby in your hands," he snickered. "Will you throw that life away just to kill me?"

I didnt respond for awhile, I just stared at Naraku with my anger still flowing. I had heard a loud crack in the air but didnt turns towards it, I was focused on Naraku and nothing else. Finally I quickly moved away from him and landed about 20 feet away, if he was threatening my child what could I do. I wish I had a better control over things, my full demon side was kinda running the show at the moment. But atleast I could infulence what I was doing.

"Naraku, dont think just becuase you have my hands tied that you win. I will get my child back," I said holding back all the urges to rip his head off.
"Oh I think I have allready won, with your child in my hands there is much I can do to keep you and Saiyaka...in check," Naraku said with an evil laugh
My fist tightened when he started laughing, I had let my head drop and there were tears flowing from them. He had mine and Saiyaka's child and there wasnt anything I could do, I felt helpless. Compleatly helpless.

"Don't get angery now, Tach...You don't have to shed tears," Naraku said in a mocking sort of tone as he watched Tach. "I am willing to give you your child back...Under one condition of course," he added, looking rather sinister as he spoke. He broke out into a grin as he directed his eyes towards Saiyaka. "As you very well know, she doesn't have much time left before she dies of blood loss," he said casually.

"That won't happen," I said looking up at Naraku," She wont die."
"Looks like it to me," Naraku said pointing at her.
I looked back at Saiyaka, Kagura and Inuyasha were there trying to help best they can but there was alot of blood and the wound was serious.
"What is it your want from this Naraku, I realize allready you must get excited from seeing people suffer. But what are your true motives behind this," Inuyasha shouted to Naraku.

[Chibi-chan]

Naraku laughed and nodded towards Saiayaka. "I can save her," he said simply. "Just hand her over to me, and I will absorb her," he grinned. "That's the only way that she'll 'live' in a sense," he promised. "You just won't be able to see her, let alone hear her!" he added.

"You think that we're going to hand her over after you just said that?!" Kagura asked, looking up at Naraku and glaring at him. "We're not going to give her to you, and that's final!"

"Hmph, I'm not asking you for your opinion in this matter, Kagura," Naraku said coldly, crossing his arms. "You don't have a child that's in my hands, and you don't have to decide between it or the woman you love," he laughed, looking towards Tach again.

My heart simingly stopped, I looked back at Saiyaka again...she was badly wounded and if something wasnt done quickly than she wouldnt live. But I couldnt just hand her over to Naraku, that would be just as bad as watcher he die...no it would be worse. I looked back at Naraku with no clue on what I should say.

"Tach what are you thinking, dont even let the thought of turning her over cross your mind," Inuyasha shouted to me.
I looked at Inuyasha for a second and then at the ground, was there nothing I could do. I looked over back at Saiyaka, she was going to die if I didnt do something fast. But when I looked back at Saiyaka...something there gave me a briliant idea.

"You are sure that if she is absorbed back into you, you can save her," I said reluctantly as I looked up at Naraku.
"Yes," he said in a rather untrusting tone.
"Allright then...you can have her, but on one condition. You allow us all to say goodby to her first," I said with my hand shaking uncontrolably.
"A fitting request, you may...but dont expect anything like this in the future," Naraku said as I turned towards Saiyaka.
When I knelt back down next to her, Inuyasha and Kagura both looked shocked and like they wanted to kill me.
"Tach...how could you," Inuyasha said about ready to deck me.
"Dont worry I have everything under control, just go get Shippou and the others for me," I said putting my hand on Saiyaka's.
"Shippou what do you need him fo....right, I'll get them all right away," Inuyasha said realizing something.

Saiyaka's eyes widened when she heard that Tach was going to give her to Naraku, but closed her eyes, knowing that it would be better for her to be absorbed rather than that monster keeping the child. After all, if they didn't hand her over, she would die, anyway. Her breathing became weaker, comming out in quick, shallow gasps. She felt like she didn't have time left, and part of her just wished to die right then and there, considering the pain that she was in.

When Inuyasha up and left a bent over close to Saiyaka's ear so she could hear what I had to say, before this was over and done with she had to know what was going on through my head.
"Everything is under control, Inuyasha is on his way to get Kagome and I have a plan. Naraku wont get away with this I promise, and I wont ever give you up, and I will get our child back," I said quietly.

I looked up at Kagura just as Inuyasha was bringing the others came running across the blood soaked field. Kagome had her back pack with her but kept the medical kit hidden safe inside.
"Good, Inuyasha understood exactly what I was saying. I can always count on him in a bind," I said with some releife on my face.
When Inuyasha ran up the others quickly stopped and gasped at what they saw, Saiyaka's wounds were getting worse and the bleeding wasnt stopping. I looked to Inuyasha and he nodded.
"Make this look good buddy, we need him to belive it," I said as quietly as I could to Inuyasha.

And with that Inuyasha walked up to me, and began to yell at me as loud as he could about how giving up Saiyaka was jsut playing into Naraku's plan. Some of what he said hurt, he had informed the others before brining them here and they put on quite the act. And when Inuyasha was done yelling, I got ready for the finally. Inuyasha made a fist and decked me as hard as he could, I went flying backwards and landed right infront of Saiyaka. The others quickly moved to protect her as me and Inuyasha began to fight on the ground with one another. Kicking up alot of dust so that almost no one could see a thing.

IC: When Tach told Saiyaka of his plan, she almost smiled, but kept a pained look on her face and managed to conjure up some more tears, all of which was not hard to do. She had a few doubts about the plan, like if Naraku would buy into it or not, but she clung onto her faith and hope for this plan to work.
