Inuyasha: The Tale Of The Foretold Marrige - The Beginning

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka, hearing this, scowled and began to run off towards the direction of Naraku's castle without a word. "How come I didn't sense something happening?! When was this, anyway, when he was in his vulnerable state? It had to have been!" she whispered, running as fast as she could, not looking back. "Then...What happened to Naraku? What about my father?"

[Red Dragon]

Inuka turned her back to Azus for a moment as she heard Kagome scream. The scream make her blood boil. She wouldn't let anything bad happen to the kindly Kagome. She flew at the hoard of demons that had gathered, just bairly skimming over the tree line and houses. "Hold on Naku." she said drawing Defender. Her sword flamed as she slashed a path towards Kagome and Inuyasha. Something was wrong with her brother. Only Kagome's arrows with Miroku and sango's help had saved him his life. He was of course trying to continue to fight on. She was proud of him but that didn't change the fact that he was being an idiot.

"Not so fast Saiyaka," I said jumping after her.
I flew through the air for a second and then fell behind Saiyaka and wrapped my arms all the way around her, I dug my heals into the ground and stopped both of us. I knew if I gave her a chance she would probably kick my butt to get away, so I held her tightly so she couldnt run off again.
"Don't be going off so fast like that, I am sure your father is fine so you need to just sit back for a moment. Myoga said Naraku fled from the castle, and I am guessing without injury. If you run off like this now who know's what might happen, what if he plants a trap and you are caught. I am not willing to let that happen, my father said his army will be here in just a few day's. Wait till then, that is when we will make our way to Naraku's castle. Untill then I will send Myoga back to fetch Inuyasha and the others, maybe they have more information that will help reasure you of your fathers well being," I said trying to keep Saiyaka form running off.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka let out a hiss, trying to bite and scratch at Tach in order to get out of his gasp, but stopped after a moment and sighed. "...I don't want to wait a few days, I want to go right NOW and know what the hell is going on!" the half demon yelled, breaking out of Tach's arms and turning to face him. It seemed that cats got rather irritable quite easily.

When Spike tried to carry me i laughed and leapt out of the window...landing on my feet was easy enough and as soon as i was on the ground i made a dash straight for the demons.....unsheathing Reaver i started another killing spree (there seem to be a lot of those now....)....many of the demons turned before Reaver found it's way into their chests....

[The Lost Angel]

"Your better than i thought"i said flying down in a group of demons and cutting them in half."These demons are to easy"i said killing another group of demons.'Mom,Dad,Brothers,and Sisters i will avenge you'i muttered under my breath.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka turned, just remembering Azus and Spike. They seemed to be having no trouble with thier enemys. She cut her way to Inuyasha and Kagome. Inuyasha had shiethed fathers fang and was using his claws insted. 'Baka' she thought burning a circle around them, leaving small pools of metal that was once armor, the only thing that remained of the enemy.

She caught Inuyasha glancing at the sky. Then it hit her. The moon, it wasn't there. She noticed that she was in her hanyou form. It wasn't so bad, it wasn't very different fromher demon one. She saw the sun set as the sky was baithed in a rainbow of color. She grimaced as she dropped to the ground. Naku came toward her. She had been fighting as well. "Inuyasha, we have to get out of here!" she shouted at him. Inuyasha nodded and grabbing Kagome he sped off in to the forest. "Come on you guys." she shouted. Her claws were diminishing as she spoke. She managed to burn some of the humans away from her but she was still to far away from the forest. Sango and Miroku were riding Kirara above her. She took out defender, which flickered as her power subsided. She cut her way closer to the tree line. Her ears were shrinking, she felt like some on had put a pillow over her ears as they to started to disappear.

"Saiyaka calm down a little, dont make me tie you down," I said half jokingly," I realize that you are worried about your father, but I am sure he is okay...well considering his position at the moment. Besides it would take a few days to reach his castle from here as it is. If you just wait a little while longer than we will be more prepared to go looking for him."
I smiled and tried to be as nice as I could about it, despite the fact she was biting and scratching at me. Shinzou who had Myoga standing on his shoulder walked up, I turned my head and looked at him.
"Tach is right, by tomarrow morning I expect some of my soldiers to be here. When they arrive I will send a small distachment with you to make your trip easier, how does that sound," Shinzou said smiling.
"I think that sounds best, and Myoga can acomany us. And when we find Inuyasha we can bring him back here with us, that is what you were planning was it not father," I asked him.
"Very observant, considering Inuyasha is the son of General Taishou it is only right he takes his place as the new general," Shinzou said making a fist punching his other had with it.
"Wait...you mean to make Inuyasha leader of an entire army, I dont think that is such a good idea," I said a large sweatdrop rolling down my head.

[Chibi-chan]

"There's no way that the mutt is going to be leading an army against Naraku!" Saiyaka scowled, glaring at Tach's father, her yellow eyes narrowing in anger. If Inuyasha was to having an army at his command, he'd have Naraku ripped into little pieces, and Saiyaka wasn't going to let that happen anytime soon.

"Master Inuyasha is more than capable of leading and army, he...."
Before Myoga could finish his sentance I blew him off my fathers shoulder with my breath. He flew into a tree and slowly slid down, I was getting a headache from all this.
"Allright we all need to just stop, Father you are going to need to meet Inuyasha before you should make that kind of decision. He is not anything like his father, he is more...arogant," I said trying to find the right choice of words.
"You don't say, I guess I will have to see for myself. And if it turns out that Inuyasha isnt the best choice to lead, than I guess I will just have to go find Sesshomaru," Shinzou said as he turned to leave.
I clentched my fist, but kept myself from tearing his head off. I don't know how he could even say that knowing what happened to mother. I tried my hardest to ignor it, I turned around and faced Saiyaka. My mood was turning reather sour pretty damd fast, and it was showing.
"Listen your not going untill I say so and that's finall, Naraku is most dangerous when he is angry and I can guess he is rather peaved off about getting kicked out of his own castle. We will leave first thing in the morning, the last thing I need for you to do is run off in a fit and get yourself hurt," I said in a very harsh tone.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka glared at Tach, not really liking the tone in his voice. "...I'm going back to Kaede's!" she scowled, turning to leave. For some reason, she was really irritable, probably because of the cat youkai that Naraku most likely absorbed. The other reason was the tone that Tach had used with her. He knew full well that if Naraku wasn't at his castle, they had nothing to worry about. At least, that's what she was hoping.

"You better not stop me from going there!" she snapped, heading off as she crossed her arms. He had no right to be bossing her around, none at all.

"So this is what it's like to be getting married," I said quietly to myself.
No way I was just going to let Saiyaka walk off like this, not a chance in hell. Now I was fuming, Shinzou who was about to walk back into the house turned his head around. Somehow he knew I was angry, maybe it was becuase I was grumbling to myself. I looked up at Saiyaka as she walked away from me, my eye twitched a few times before I actually said anything.
"Saiyaka don't you dare take another step, I ain't done talking to you yet," I grumbled loud enough for her to hear.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka stopped in her tracks, her ears twitching as she turned around and faced him, eyes narrowed dangerously. Though her appearance and powers had changed, her spider legs were still her greatest weapon. They burst from her back. "I'm done talking, and I don't feel like you ordering me around!" she hissed. "Try and stop me, I'll puncture you!"

[The Lost Angel]

Spike checked to see if everyone had gottin into the forest.He saw Azus,Inuka,Naku,and a little fox demon(shippo).He saw the fox demon being crowded by a bunch of demons.When they all were about to attack the fox demon Spike flew over and cut all off them into little pieces."Come on"he said to the little fox demon and picked him up and carried him to the forest.

"Yeah well go right ahead, I'm used to it," I yelled back.
Well we were having one of our first big arguments, I would have marked it down on my calender but I was too mad at the moment. Shinzou took a step closer to us, thinking there might be a fight approching. But he stopped when I spun my head around and glared at him, flames shooting up behind me. I focused back at Saiyaka, quite angry at this point.
"I am not trying to order you around I am just trying to knock some sense into your head before you blindly run off and get yourself hurt. Oh man I feel like I am talking to Inuyasha," I said slapping my forehead in anger and frustration.
"Might I sugjest you two just calm down," Shinzou sugjested taking one more step cautionsly.
"I am calm!" I yelled back at him.
"Looks to me like you are both acting like children," Taro said not to impressed with the way we were acting.
I was about to yell at Taro for even talking when his words penetrated my thick skull, he was right. I was acting like a complete idiot, I was yelling at Saiyaka mearly becuase she was concerned about her father.

[Chibi-chan]

"I won't get myself hurt!" she hissed. Saiyaka had tears in her eyes as the legs retracted into her bac. "I just need to get the hell away for a while! I can't be surrounded by people 24/7, don't you understand that?! Even if it is with you and your family...I need time alone!"

I looked at Saiyaka, she was getting really upset. I lowered my head and looked at the ground, it was a stupid argument. I should have never started it, I turned and started to walk off.
"Allright, go on ahead I will catch up in the morning. Just be carefull allright, I know you are more than capable of taking care of yourself...but sometimes I can't help but worry, it's what we're suppose to do for eachother...right?" I said as I made my way towards the door," I'm sorry I acted that way, it was my fault for starting such a stupid argument in the first place."
Taro and Senshi watched me walk past them, the jumped to their feet and came to either side of me. They looked up at me as I walked along, even though we just learned we were brothers they seemed to be taking a liking to me. I walked up onto the porch and sat myself down, I leaned my sword against my shoulder and closed my eyes with my head slightly lowered. Saiyaka was right she needed some time to her self, she didnt get alot of it. A small smile cracked across my face, but it was a sad smile, I was starting to realize some of my faults.
"Stupid...I'm soo stupid," I said so quite no one could hear it.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka nodded some, then ran off without a word. Tears ran down her face, but it wasn't because of the fight. She felt guilty, because she wasn't going to be heading for Kaede's as soon as she was out of sight. She wasn't even going to Naraku's castle. She was going to go back to where everything began, even if it would tear her heart in two, her very sould might be damaged from the pain, but she had to go there for some strange reason.

I sat on the porch with my head down, the small smile still on my face. Shinzou walked up onto the prorch and sat across from me, he folded his arms and shut his eyes and searched for the right things to say.
"Tach...me and your mother got into argument's too, its nothing to get overly upset about," Shinzou said trying to make me feel better.
"You don't have to worry about it father, I will be fine. It was only a matter of time before we had our first big argument right, besides I realized I was wrong and everything will be fine now," I said raising my head and looking at him.
"What...do you mean everything will be fine now," Shinzou asked.
"Myoga," I called out.
"Yes my lord," Myoga said appearing on my shoulder.
"Go and fetch Inuyasha and the others at once, tell them they need to get here as soon as possible," I said getting to my feet.
"Of course, I will have them here by morning," Myoga said bounding off.
"Father, some of your soldiers should be arriving soon right," I asked Shinzou looking down at him.
"Yes, of course they should arrive tonight," he said getting to his feet as well.
"I need 20 men, I am leaving at first light," I said as I walked towards the door.
"What are you planning," Shinzou asked me.
"I told Saiyaka I would fallow after her at first light, and I intend to do so," I said walking inside.

[Chibi-chan]

It took Saiyaka until evening to to reach her destination. Considering how long it took to get there, she had made good time. This didn't disappoint her in the least as she looked around at the village. However, her good mood evaporated as she caught sight of it. What she was looking it was a rather tall building, about five or six stories high.

"...They rebuilt the inn?" she whispered as she asked herself this, closing her eyes. "This is where it happened! That building is where I died, back when I was a human...They just had to rebuild the stupid thing, didn't they?"

"Tach, some of my men have arrived," Shinzou said walking into the house.
"How many," I asked as I sat in a dark corner.
"Over 100, they are the advanced group. They came to see if I was truly allive, they just sent a runner back to call in the rest of them who are camped just over the next ridge. They should all be here by morning," Shinzou said walking towards me.
I didnt say anything more, I was asleep when he came in and woke me. I fell right back to sleep after hearing what he had to say, I was dead tired now for some reason. Even though I was asleep, I could still hear the sounds of many men outside the house. There were horses as well, I would imagine that most of the villagers were running for their lives. Not wanting to get caught up in anything that may happen here while there was an entire army occupying the town.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka bit her lip and let out a sigh as she appraoached the inn with slight fear. This was where she died, and this was where she was going to be staying for the night. Swallowing the lump that was forming in her throat, she took a deep breath and went into the inn. She was greeted by the keeper, and she noticed that he was the same one from 50 years ago...no, that wasn't right...It was his son!

"Welcome," the man greeted, bowing as he saw Saiyaka. However, as he looked at her more closely, he realized who she was. "Wait a minute, girl!" he whispered, voice filled with shock. Even with her demon features, he knew who she was. "You're..."

"Save me the shocked relization and just give me a room," Saiyaka sighed, closing her eyes. "Give me that...Same room..."

"Su-surely you don't want the same room that you were...You know, killed in, miss..." the man whispered, flinching as he spoke these words. For some odd reason, he didn't seem all that surprised anymore. Though he didn't know how a dead woman came back to life, he knew it was the girl who had stayed here with that bandit.

"I do want to stay in that room...Now, show me to it, before I rip off your head!" the half demon hissed, crossing her arms, her tail twitching. She had used the same words that her father had used when he demanded a room.

My eyes sprung open, I could hear the rumbling from a mass of soldiers coming this way. There were more than just 5,000, I got to my feet and made my way towards the door. I could all ready see hundreds of these soldiers camping just outside the village, some of them had come into the village. Some of them werent demons but humans, apparently many soldiers joined up with demons as they made there way here.
"A huge...target, they are just a huge target," I said to myself as I walked outside.
Taro and Senshi who had been sitting on the porch out of the soldiers way untill know, they ran up to me rather quickly all excited about something..
"Tach, look at all the soldiers. And so many of them are demons too," Taro said excitedly.
"Yeah I know," I said looking around for my dad," Were is father?"
"He is with some other demon over there," Senshi said pointing at the camp outside the village.
"Allright, you two stay out of trouble okay," I said as I started to walk off.
As I started to move off, I was stopped abruptly by one of the lesser demon soldiers. He was a dog demon like father, but like most people know there are strong dog demons who lead, and then there are the soldier demons who's only stregth is in his sword. But still the demon stopped me and looked me over quickly, then at my ears.
"Your a half breed arent you," the soldier said in a loud voice.
"And your point is," I asked him raising a brow.
"Half breeds such as yourself have no place in this army," the soldier said acting all tough.
"Really know, you know you should really learn to keep that big mouth of yours shut," I said as I grabbed him by the neck and lifted him up into the air.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka looked around the room and let out a small sigh. As she feared, it looked no different from before it was destroyed. "You just had to make everything the same, didn't you?" she grumbled to the keeper.

"Sorry, but, it was't my idea," the man said nervously, scratching the back of his head as he began to leave the room. "If it gives any reassurance, we've upped security..."

"Oh, yes, that makes me feel so much better," Saiyaka muttered under her breath, beconning for the man to leave her be.

"...As you wish," the man said, opening the door and leaving the room. As he did, he glanced back at the door he shut behind him. A smirk crossed his face before he went downstairs. This night would be rather painful for Saiyaka...

"You wretch, let me down before I..."
"Before you what, next time you best relize who it is your dealing with before you open your big mouth," I said rather angry with his comments.
"Oh yeah and who is it that I'm dealing with," the demon soldiers said still trying to be tough.
"I...am Captain Mazaki's son," I said a smile coming across my face.
Before the soldier could say much more I tossed him to the side, he flew strait into a tree causing it to fall over almost landing on another soldier who jumped out of the way right in the nick of time. The other soldiers quickly moved to the side as I made my way up to where my father was.

"It is great to see you again, Captain of the Guard Mazaki," a man said bowing infront of my father.
"It's good to see you as well Lieutenit Tamashii," my father said as he sat down.
"So, I here your son is here with us now," Tamashii said sitting down as well.
"Yes, in fact he should be walking in about...now," Shinzou said as the flap to the tent they were in flew open.
I walked into the tent, I looked down at my father and at the other man he was sitting with. I was not exactly in a great mood at the moment, I didnt sleep well. And considering I was up this early in the morning, I was bound to have a bad day.
"Father, I am leaving now to go find Saiyaka," I said as I turned to leave.
"Allright, there is a detachment of 20 men waiting for you behind the tent," Shinzou said not questioning my decision to leave.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka let out a soft sigh and wandered around the room, looking around it. "Where it all began," she whispered, then went over and sat down behind the table that was in the room. Her father had sat here, if she remembered correctly. Oh, yeah, he had sat there with a few young women, having a blast as he sat there and drank sake.

Saiyaka rolled her eyes at this memory and shook her head some, sticking out her tounge in disgust. "Where was I durring that, after I left?" she asked herself. She had remembered that she had left the room, not really impressed with her dad at the time. "I never should have left..." she whispered.

The man laughed softly to himself and shape-shifted. He was now identical to the man who had caused the distruction of the inn. "Oh, old wounds will open up tonight, and Naraku will be quite pleased with how things are going to go!" he laughed, digging around and unearthing a bomb from the storage room. "The same type...And she's in the same room!"

[Red Dragon]

Inuka was now completely human as the sun's last rays glimmered in to inexistence. She leapt over the bodies of the demons and humans alike as she wished that Seshomaru was here to help her. He always knew when she was vulnerable some how, and he always came to watch over her in the night. She spotted the fallen Inuyasha and Kagome. Inuyasha had some gases across his chest but he looked no worse for ware. She noted that her wound was still open and now bleeding again, since her human blood could do nothing to stop it. There was no way in hell that Seshomaru would let her live this one down. 'Probably on his way' she thought sitting on a rock as she cleaned Defender off. 'Just another fight to break up' she thought glancing at Inuyasha. Would they never learn?

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka had fallen asleep where she had been sitting, curled up slightly. She woke up, however, when she heard somebody outside of her door. "...Who's there?" she asked when the door began to slide open. Her eyes widened when she saw the man who had destroyed her life. With a bomb in hand. "NO!"

The man smirked, tossing the bomb up and down in his hand. "You remember that night, don't you?" he whispered in an eerie voice, laughing at the look on her face. "You know why I killed Onigumo, child? He was a dirty, good for nothing criminal!" he hissed as he lit the fuse on the bomb.

I walked along a dirt road, the 20 men my father had assigned to come along with me were a distance back. I didnt take the time to even introduce myself, I just dragged them along with me and took my position at the front of the group. Half of them were on horse back, while the other half walked or rode on one of the 2 carts being pulled by the horses.
"Hey uh...I dont know what to call you but the guy who is leading us," one of the soldiers called up to me.
"What is it," I shouted back not bothering to look.
"Well we were jsut wondering, if you would tell us your name or something...and why we are straying from the rest of the army," the soldier asked as he walked up closer to me.
I looked back at the soldier who was asking me all these questions, he was about the same age as me and Inuyasha. Only difference was he was a full demon, but like I said before there are two types of dog demon, the leader and the soldier...he was a soldier so his abilities did not approch that of mine or Inuyasha's.
"We are going to a village not to far from here," I said looking back at the road infront of me.
"What we going to some village for, anything special there we need," he asked his curiosity getting the best of him.
I was about to answer this guy, when I got a really bad feeling about something. There was something...wrong, it was pulling at me like someone wanted me to be somewhere. I turned my head and looked at the lights coming from the village we were heading too.
"Something's wrong, we need to hurry," I said bolting forward.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka's eyes widened as the fuse was lit on the to bomb. This had to be some sort of nightmare, right? This couldn't be happening again! The same place, same person - more or less - and the same everything, except her father wasn't there. She was the one being targeted instead of him this time around. How she wished right now that she had stayed with Tach. Even though she was scared, she glared at the man. "Don't you ever say anything like that about my father!" she hissed.

The man laughed some, seeing the expression on her face. "Those are your final words, eh? Naraku no longer needs you around, and soon he won't need your father around!" he laughed. "He'll cast Onigumo out of his body, then kill him! Think about that as you die!" he laughed, throwing the bomb at Saiyaka. It exploded on impact with the floor.

I saw the fire ball fly into the air, my eyes widened and my heart nearly stopped. I could feel Saiyaka's presance somewhere within the fire ball. The soldiers behind me were having quite the hard time keeping up, but they also saw the fire ball. They all stopped for a moment and then looked at eachother and nodded.
"Keep the horses here, we will go in armed and ready. Keep our nameless leader safe at all costs," the soldier who was talking to me before shouted to the others.
As they started to make their way to the village horseless, I had just about made it there. Villagers fleeing from the fire and explosion moved aside as I raced through, my soldiers close behind. I was heading as fast as I could to the burning building, it looked like an inn.
"Saiyaka, hang in there I'm coming," I yelled as I jumped into the air.
I flew straited through one of the windows that had flame jumping out of it, I landed on the floor. The fire had weakened this part of the building, and the explosion had torn a huge whole in the other side one floor above me. I ran for the nearest flight of stairs, I flew up them as planks engulfed with fire fell frome above me. I got to the top of the stairs and caught sight of a body laying on the floor, I ran up to it thinking it might be Saiyaka. But when I turned it over, it was a man...it didnt look like he was going to last much longer.
"You, where is she...there is a girl here where is she," I yelled.
"...the...girl, that wench will not live...I have made sure of that," the man said with a weakened laugh.

[Chibi-chan]

From piles of burnt, charred wood, Saiyaka surfaced, looking rather pissed off. There was hardly burns on her, except one one the side of her face, that was really all that bad. "You!" she hissed to the man that Tach was talking to. She picked him up by the throat and pinned him to the remains of the wall. "You can't kill me that easily! That bomb was weak!" she laughed. Her eyes were glowing, red rather than yellow.

"How?!" the man gasped, sounding terrified. "How did you manage to live throught that! It was the strongest I possessed!"

The man got no answer from Saiyaka before her claws impaled his chest, jabbing into his heart. Smirking some, she threw him to the side. She hadn't even acknowleged that Tach was there.

I watched as the blood dripped off Saiyaka's hand, at first I didnt know what to say. But then my brain decided to function again.
"Damd, you got me all worried you know that," I said my shoulders drouping some as I smiled at Saiyaka," Thank god your allright."
I walked over to Saiyaka and put my arms around here, the burning building was starting to collapse around us. Not only that I herd a strange girgling sound, I poped open my eyes again and looked at the man that Saiyaka had thrown to the side. Even though he was pouring blood from his chest he was still parcially allive.
"Huh, still allive then. I would kill him myself, but maybe we will just leave him to die in the flames he himself started," I said as I let of Saiyaka and laughed at the man.
At that point a large beam that was just to the side of us came crashing down and took out part of the floor that lead to the stairs. I looked at the large gap that lead all the way down to the first floor of the inn.
"Well that figures," I said a large sweat drop rolling down the side of my head.

[Chibi-chan]

Even though Tach had spoken to her, even after he had embraced her, she still hadn't said a word to him, nor looked at him. She whipped out the knife when she saw that the man was still alive. "Die, just die!" she hissed, slashing at him repetively. Her eyes were wild and angery as she did this, and even after the man had breathed his last breath, she still stabbed at him. It was as if everything had left her except for rage and hate.

I reached out and grabbed Saiyaka's hand, stopping her from stabbing the body of the man any more. She had gone compleatly mad at the sight of him breathing still.
"Calm down Saiyaka, he is dead...very dead," I said looking at the blood pool around the almost un reckognizable body.
She didnt seem to be all there at the moment, I don't blame her. What this monster just did to her was unforgivable. I couldnt stand to even see his dead body there, I mvoed Saiyaka to the side and kicked the body rolling it into the flame so I didnt have to look at it any more.
"Well its time to get out of this place, looks like its going to come down any minute now," I said looking around at the burning walls.

Kagome Higurashi was walking through the woods from the well. She sighed as she thought about the many things running through her mind.
"Why do I keep coming back to Inuyasha? I don't get it...I..." she shook her head and continued walking on. She pushed her bike in front of her and adjusted her back pack. Soon, she'd arrived at Kaede's village. She saw her friends Sango and Miroku, and went over to them and began talking.Ru guys right about this story:rolleyes:

Inuka was now completely human as the sun's last rays glimmered in to inexistence. She leapt over the bodies of the demons and humans alike as she wished that Seshomaru was here to help her. He always knew when she was vulnerable some how, and he always came to watch over her in the night. She spotted the fallen Inuyasha and Kagome. Inuyasha had some gases across his chest but he looked no worse for ware. She noted that her wound was still open and now bleeding again, since her human blood could do nothing to stop it. There was no way in hell that Seshomaru would let her live this one down. 'Probably on his way' she thought sitting on a rock as she cleaned Defender off. 'Just another fight to break up' she thought glancing at Inuyasha. Would they never learn?nice story but i don't get it:<_<:

Saiyaka looked at Tach for the first time after he stopped her, then snapped back into reality. "He...He was," she choked out, feeling a lump form in her throat. "He tried to kill me...It was the same thing that happened...Almost just like..." she murmured. She seemed to be having trouble trying to get her thoughts out, trembling some. She reaked of blood, and knew what she had done.

Well I knew that wasnt going to be much comfort to her considering what just happened, I put my arms around her again and held her tightly as I tried to figure out a way to get out of this burning death trap. It was then that the soldier from before poped his head up from another stair way. I looked back over at him still holding onto Saiyaka.
"This way sir, we have found a way out," he called over to me as his head disspaeared beind the wall again.
"Well then, I guess these guys are proving to be usefull after all," I said with a grin on my face," Come on Saiyaka lets get out of here before it comes down around us."

Saiyaka nodded some, her face burried in his shoulder. Right now she was feeling sick to her stomach, and the smell of blood was not helping one bit. "I...I killed him, but I didn't stop with the knife," she murmured, sounding dazed. Tears were in her eyes, and she was trembling. It wasn't just the fire that scared her, it was herself.

for the nearest flight of stairs, I flew up them as planks engulfed with fire fell frome above me. I got to the top of the stairs and caught sight of a body laying on the floor, I ran up to it thinking it might be Saiyaka. But when I turned it over, it was a man...it didnt look like he was going to last much longer.
"You, where is she...there is a girl here where is she," I yelled.

"Its allright Saiyaka, dont worry about it anymore. Lets just get out of here," I said trying to calm her down still.
It didnt look like she was in any shape to be walking on her own, not that she looked inured. But she was out of it, I quickly picked her up and held her tightly so I didn't drop her on accident. I looked back at where that soldier had poped his head out from and I made my way towards it, now the building really was collapsing. I made my way down the flight of stairs as fast as I could towards the door and the bottom that led outside. Just as I burst through a wall of flame that tried to stop me from getting out, the roof caved in. The other soldiers fallowed after me as I got futher away from the building, I ran across a bridge were many of the villagers were standing and watching the fire. I stopped and turned to look at the inn, when the final floor caved in. Another explosion sent chunks of wood flying into the air, some of the building and homes that were around the inn were engulfed in flame as the inn collapsed.
"Damd sir, you got out just in time. Lets try and not cutting it so close next time," The soldier said trying to catch his breath.

Following the pack into the woods i watched as Inuka transformed into a full human......the humans only then realized my presence and turned to look at me with something akin to fear(they havn't been introduced) and the preistess took an arrow and started to aim at me....

Saiyaka clung onto Tach as she heard the final explosion. This was a warning. Naraku had to have known that she was now stronger than any bomb that man had. He was trying to warn her by threatening her, and this wasn't something that should be taken lightly, she knew.

"Damd, well thats it for that inn. And I heard they had nice rooms too," another soldier said shaking his head.
"Yeah, and the Gisha girls were suppose to be the best," a soldier next to him said in dissapointment.
"Allright knock it off, lets head back to the village," I snapped at the soldiers.
They all kinda whined for a minute and then we all headed back to where the horses were left, I still had Saiyaka in my arms. Once we reashed the horses I would have her ride one so she didnt have to walk. While we were walking I remembered that soldier who had helped us out of the inn.
"Hey you, kid who helped us out of the inn. Whats your name," I asked him.
"Who me, the names Keisou. My father used to be a leutenit in this army long ago, since he is no longer able to fight he is the guy that always orders us around from the sidelines," Keisou said with a innocent smile on his face.
"Keisou huh, I'll remember that," I said happy that I know knew who he was.
"Speaking of names, you have never told us your name," Keisou pointed out.
"Tach...Tach Mazaki," I said feeling proud I could add that last name in.

"I'm sorry, Tach," Saiyaka murmured to him, looking up at her mate. "I'm sorry that I didn't listen to you...Sorry that I lied to you by saying that I would go to Kaede's but didn't," she cried, gripping onto his shirt.

"Its allright, I was able to keep track of you by fallowing your scent and aura. You don't have to apologize...if anything I should be the one apologizing for the way I acted earlier," I said looking down at Saiyaka and smiling.
Keisou and the other soldiers leaned back a little as they walked, they all seemed quite interested in what was going on with me and Saiyaka. I noticed all the stairs we were getting and I looked up at the soldiers, a little anoyed.
"Can I help you!" I shouted at them.
"Oh nothing, just watching thats all," Keisou said turning his head the other way.
"Yeah sure," I said my eyes narrowing.

Saiyaka let out a sigh and closed her eyes, resting against his shoulder. "I should have listened to you," she murmured. "...I'm a monster..."

"You are not a monster, dont ever think that," I said shaking my head.
We had reached the place that we left the horses behind, the soldiers went about preparing the horses for the ride back to the village. I took one of the horses and put Saiyaka on it so she didnt have to walk all the way back. I made sure that the sattle was secure and then looked up at her.
"You can ride the horse, since the village is not to far we should be back to my fathers house in about an hour," I said as the others mounted their horses.
"We are all set sir," Keisou said looking back at me as some of the men started out.
"Good, lets get out of here then," I said grabbing the reins of the horse Saiyaka was on.

Saiyaka sighed and shook her head in a rather helpless way. Everything about tonight was tearing her apart, and it was all she could do just to stay sane at the moment. Tears were still welled up in her eyes and she tried to get rid of them, but more took her place. She placed her face in her hands, so that nobody would have to see her cry.

I looked up at Saiyaka as we started out, she was still crying and I didnt know what to do about it. I dont think there was much I could say at the moment, I didnt know what she was going through. I reached up and grabbed ahold of her hand, I held it tightly and looked back at her and smiled. Even though I couldnt say anything at the moment, I could show her that it was going to be okay.
"Excuse me sir, but if it helps any could I say something," Keisou said from just infront of me.
"Of course Keisou what is it," I asked.
"Well, I don't know you to well Lady Saiyaka, but all I can really say is from what I've seen I dont think there is really anything you should be crying about. I am sure there is alot of stuff behind this I am missing, I wasnt up there in the building when it all happened but...don't you think that being allive and with him is worth drying your tears over," Keisou said to Saiyaka even though he didnt look back at her.
"Oh Keisou you big softy, you should be a poet," another soldiers said laughing.

Saiyaka smiled faintly and put Tach's hand up to her cheek, nuzzling it for a minute. "I just...don't know what's happening," she murmured after a moment of silence. "Everything is just so mixed up now, and I feel like I'm just going to fall appart under all of the strain and pressure inside of me right at this moment...Naraku won't need him anymore...That's what that man said," she whispered fearfully. "I think that, and the fact that I was acting so vicious...Those two things frighten me..."

"If Naraku tried to get rid of Onigumo, then he himself will die. That bastard was more than likely just trying to scare you, Naraku may talk big but he never seems to fallow up on his threats. Take for example him threatening to kill me, and yet here I stand," I said as I looked up at Saiyaka with a calm smile on my face," If Naraku really does find a way to expell your father from him without killing himself in the process, than we will make sure he dosent get a chance to harm him."
My gaze turned from Saiyaka for a moment back to the road infront of us, the village with the burning inn got further away as we walked. Soon it dissapeared behind a hill and all you could see was the faint glow coming over the hill. Infront of us lay another glow, the glow of many camp fires. Apparently more soldiers had arrived becuase the camp was stretching over the side of an entire hill.

Saiyaka nodded some, but still felt uneasy. This feeling, she knew, wasn't going to be leaving her any time soon. She just hoped that she would never get as violent as she did back in that inn. It was as if her soul wasn't there anymore, as if what made her the way she was had just left for a moment before Tach brought her back.

"Well this was a tender evening, can't wait to get back and have something to eat," a soldier said as he leaned back on his horse and stretched.
"Yeah your telling me, hey Keisou, any word on who is going to be the leader of this oh so great army," another soldier said sarcastically.
"Why you asking me Keimyou, your the clever one why don't you figure it out," Keisou said glaring back at this Keimyou.
"Oh will you just stop being such an *** and tell us allready," Keimyou shouted.
"Shouri will you please hit him for me," Keisou asked the soldier who was complaining about food just a moment ago.
"Sure thing boss," Shouri said reaching over.
Shouri smashed Keimyou upside the head, Shouri nearly fell over off his horse wich I found funny. I didnt laugh though, I wanted to see how this little arument got settled. I of course knew who was going to 'lead' if thats what you want to call it. Boy would they be surprised when they found out Inuyasha...a half demon was leading. They would allready be mad enough I was their captain.
"Jackass that hurt," Keimyou yelled as he rubbed his head.
"Well you deserved it, you wouldnt shut up about it. Anyways I don't know who it is, probably some old geizer," Keisou said putting his hands behind his head and continuing on.
"His names Inuyasha," I blurted out.
"Oh really, our mysterious leader speaks up at last. So buddy, how is it you know this guys name. And what prof to you have that you are telling the truth," Keimyou asked me suspeciously.
"Damd Keimyou you finally get an answer and your still complaing about it...your such an idiot," Keisou shouted looking back at Keimyou.

Saiyaka watched the demons and half demons, blinking a little and tilting her head in confusion. She decided to let things drop, and she shook her head some.

"Not that one Kagome" Inuka said placing a hand on the priestess's shoulder. "He's with me, I think..." she added looking over at Azus. She couldn't really tell who's side he was on, but as long as he wasn't on Naraku's it was alright for now. Kagome nodded and started rummaging through her bag. This puzzled Inuka. Kagome came up with a pot, some noodles and some spices. Inuka's nose was a little sensative for a human but it was nothing compared to its usual strength. 'Is she going to hit Azus with the pan and then douse him with spices to throw him off of her scent?' she wondered. The spices might have magical properties for all she knew.

[Isunamaru]

The preistess lowered her bow and put it away and started rummaging through the bag....pulling out a pot and noodles she started cooking "fools...." i muttered the now human half-dog demon (inuyasha) turned to me and unsheathed his weapon "and whats so foolish?" he yelled....without bothering to unsheath Reaver "you trust to easily...."

"Master Inuyasha...Master Inuyasha!!" Myoga cried as he bounded through the woods.
"Hey did any of you just hear something," Inuyasha said picking his head up.
"No hear what," Kagome asked as she set the pot and noodles down.
"I could have sworn I heard Myoga just now," Inuyasha said searching around.
Of course Inuyasha was right, Myoga was just about to jump onto Inuyasha when Kagome put the pan she had in her hand down ontop of him. When Kagome was done shaking her head at Inuyasha, she picked the pan up and noticed the squashed Myoga.
"Oh Myoga, you are here," Kagome said picking up the small flea demon.
"Yes I am, and I bring important news from Tach," Myoga siad shaking of the squashing.
"Tach, well its about time we heard from him. He said he would only take two days," Inuyasha grumbled.
"Yes well something happened while he was visiting that of his mothers grave. His father, Captain Shinzou Mazaki of your fathers former army was found allive and well," Myoga said as he sat on the ground and explained everything to everyone," And I have also learned that the remanats of your fathers army has come together once again. I do not know the intentions of Captain Mazaki, but it appears he itends to use this once great army as a weapon against Naraku and the other demons who fowel the western regions with their presance. This is why Tach has instructed me to come and find you, to bring you to his village," Myoga said nodding his head.

Very far away from where Myoga was explaining everything to Inuyasha and the others, I had stopped dead in my tracks and the soldiers who were with me all drew their swords and had dissmounted when a strange girl appeared on the path infront of us.
"Who are you, state your business here," Keimyou shouted out.

Inuka reached for Defender. "Why are you here then if not to help us?" she asked knowing that he had the advantage of strength and speed. She had been trained as a child of a warror, she had has lessond since she was 5. She wasn't worried about his blade, but his alliance. True that Inuyasha was to trusting of humans, especially a priestess.

Saiyaka, who had been close to falling asleep, looked at the girl. "Who's the visitor?" she murmured, leaning down near Tach in order to get a better look at the girl.

She finally noticed Myoga on Inuyasha. She grumbled at the memory of him. She swept him up inher hand and growled "Remember me flea?" "L-L-Lady Inuka! I haven't seen you for some time." Myoga started shaking. "Yeah, since you ditched me in Naraku's trap! You coward!" she yelled back tossing him to the ground.

"What should we do with her boss," Keimyou asked turning his head towards me but not taking his eyes off the girl.
"Oh calm down Keimyou does it look like this girl can hurt any of us," Shouri said as he sheathed his sword.
"Bah, never any fun," Keimyou said lowering the spear he had.
"Well what on earth are you doing out here so late anyways, its not safe around here. You should run on home before you get hurt," I said as I started to move forward again.

"I can explain Lady Inuka really I can," Myoga said picking himself up.
"Jeeze Myoga, even when your with women you run. You really are a coward," Inuyasha said picking Myoga up with two of this claws.
"I'm sorry, it was mearly an act of self preservation," Myoga said whiping away a fake tear.
"Like we havn't heard that before," Sango said her eyes narrowing.

"help you....i barely know whats going on...." i muttered.....hmm...a demonic army.....so that was the demonic aura i had sensed....i had first noticed it a while ago....."so what do you plan to do?" i asked them.....they seemed to regard me for a moment....

"Or before you fall asleep on your feet," Saiyaka yawned, laying down the best she could while she was still on the horse.

Inuka considered him. "Basicly, kill the bad guy save the damsel and live happily ever after." she said stomping on Myoga. "The only complication is, our beloved Saiyaka is his daughter which the demon in Naraku wants dead but Onigomo, Naraku's human side (sp?) doesn't wan't her killed. He's gathering Shinkon Shards to become full demon. Personally I want his head on a spike. The Bastard. " she mutterd.

I looked up at Saiyaka and raised a brow, she was tired obviously she was trying to fall asleep on the horse. I looked back at this girl Mimiru, wondering why she was out so late...though she was probably wondering why a bunch of soldiers and demons were wondering about, that there was a good question in of itself.
"Come on you herd the boss get going," Keimyou snapped as he turned around and head back to his horse.
"You have quite the mouth on you," I said smaking Keimyou upside the head.
"Hey what you do that for," Keimyou said grabbing the back of his head in pain for the second time tonight.
"You don't speak that way to women, not while I'm around anyways," I said turning away from him and continuing on.
"Sorry Lady Mimiru for his rudeness, he is just tired," I said shooting a glare back at Keimyou who in turn stuck his toung out at me.

Looking up at the nights sky Inuka wished she had her powers back. Sailing through the air on a clear night like this was one of her favorite things. A wind rustled the trees ever so slightly. She didn't even twitch. Seshomaru was nearby, she knew it.

Saiyaka looked lazily at Keimyou and rolled her eyes a little, then looked at Tach. "So...We have an Inuyasha clone/wannabe on our side, do we? That's not fun," she grumbled.

The other demons in thier group got quiet listening for Seshomaru. She caught a flash of white out of the corner of her eye. She knew he would watch over her.

I just sat back and watched the festiviteis for a while. Of course it just so happened to be the day that I meet up up with Inuka agian that she loses her powers. I sigh and decide to go look around the area some. I started to wander off when I sensed a rather familar demon presence. 'Sessshoumaru' I thought. 'Inuka should be happy'. With that I thought I heard the trickling of a brook soemwhere near so I headed off in that direction.

Making sure that everyone was settled Inuka took the good smelling noodles that Kagome offered and wandered off to find Seshomaru and Rin. She felt a stab of regret that Kira, her little human child that had been killed by Yunji, would no longer be able to play with Rin.

(OOC: Sorry if you can't understand the way I do things. I write in the first person, wich means I write as if it were me talking. So when my character (Tach) speaks, I use "I" instead of "he" or "His" I am sorry if it gets confusing, I think the others have about gotten used to it but I am unsure, no one has scolded me yet.

If you see others characters (The in important side characters) taking, I use "him" or "he" or there name after they are done speaking. These characters are not mine alone, once a side character like this is created anyone can feel free to use them as they wish. Keisou for example, he is rather new to the RPG becuase I just thought him up. But like him and some of the other side characters that are not original to the show are important to keep the RPG running along by adding some more in depth conversations, and comic reliefe during those really stressful or emotional points in the game. I hope some of this helps out not only you Mimiru but anyone else who might have been confused. Sorry if I have been loosing people)

"Well hold on, if you are mearly looking for a place to stay. There is a village not to far from here you are welcome to stay at," I shouted out to her before she was out of sight.
"Excuse me sir but what are you doing, we don't know who this girl is. Just inviting her to the camp may not be a good idea," Keisou whispered to me with some concern.
"Don't worry, if anything were to happen I am sure there would be enough people there to stop just one girl," I whispered back.
"But sir what if she is a spy," Keisou said a little louder.
"If even she was, I can gurentee you that our presance has allready been discovered," I said patting Keisou on the back twice.
"You say that like its a good thing," Keisou said trying to rub his back where I had slapped him rather hard.
"Well its not like it would be a problem then, more than 5,000 soldiers are there. Even if someone tried to attack us, I dont think they would fair too well. Not with people like my father there," I said with a reasuring smile.

"Sometimes your confidence amazes me, Tach," Saiyaka murmured rather sleepily, streaching. Letting out a sigh, she gently placed her fingers to the right side of her face, wincing some. "It's not healing.." she sighed, referring to the burn.

"We will get something back at my fathers house for it, I am sure he has something that can help," I said looking at the burn on the side of Saiyaka face.
This girl, she had appeared rather suddenly. And kinda in the middle of no where, though either village was no more than 2 hours walk from one another. Kinda weird when you think of it, Saiyaka and me were no more than 2 hours apart from eachother those years ago. I wonder what might have happened if we met back then.

Back to where Myoga had met up with the others, he was slowly starting to slink away from them when he also sensed Sesshomaru in the area. But before he could get to far, Inuyasha grabbed him in his hand and brought him up to eye level.
"And where do you think you are going," Inuyasha asked even though he allready knew the answer.
"I was mearly going back to inform Master Tach that I had found you and that you should be on your way any day now," Myoga explained in a hurry.
"Sure, I bet your were just running off again becuase of the danger," Kagome pointed out glaring over at Myoga.
"Feh, there is no danger. Besides Sesshomaru couldnt hurt me even if he tried too," Inuyasha boasted.

Saiyaka nodded some and closed her eyes again, wishing that they could go a little bit faster. Not only did her burn hurt beyond all reason, she was also dead tired. A person, half demon, or even a demon, couldn't get a moment of rest while on a moving horse. It was impossible.

"I really dont think there will be much of a problem with one more person being there," I said with a laugh.
"Your tellin me," Keimyou said rolling his eyes.
Of course Keimyou got hit in the head again, seemed to be what he was best at. With that I decided to move on, this girl could fallow us if she wanted to stay. When we got there I would give her a place to stay at my fathers house. I dont think he would care to much, not that he would even notice considering all the people running around as it was.
"Okay lets get going," I said as I tugged on the horses reins and we started out again.
"Hey boss, that guy you said who was going to be leading us. Who is he," Keisou asked me as we moved on.
"Trust me you will have a chance to meet him, I'm sure you will be very impressed with his abilities in leadership," I said trying hard not to laugh at myself for saying it.
"Wow that sounded sarcastic, somehow I have a feeling we are going to be fallowing a complete idiot," Keisou said noticing the sarcastic tone.
"It's not that he is an idiot, he just rushes into things a little too quickly," I said putting it lightly.

"No, I have to actually agree with Keisou on that one," Saiyaka said, laughing despite all she had been through recently. "Inuyasha is the biggest idiot on the face of the earth! He's going to be your 'fearless leader!" she giggled, rolling her eyes at the statement. Sure, he was fearless acting in a sense....but he was still stupid.

I roled my eyes at Saiyaka remark, Inuyasha was not the brightest person in the world but he wasnt that dumb...all the time. When the girl asked me what my name was, I turned my head around to looked at her.
"Names Tach, and this here is Saiyaka," I said pointing at Saiyaka with my thumb.
"Hey speaking of wich Boss, what is the relation ship between you two," Keimyou asked leaning back on his horse and looking at me.
"And what makes you think that is any of your business," I asked glaring back at him.
"Just wondering really, and I want to know if I have any chance with the lady," Keimyou said looking over at Saiyaka.
I really wanted to kill this kid now, I had my hand in the air ready to pound him hard enough to bash his head in. But I remembered that he was one of the soldiers...and I really shouldnt be going around and doing that to them. Even if that made stupid remarks such as that one. I just stood there, my eye twitching and my blood boiling.

Saiyaka didn't have any problem with beating up on one of the soldiers, if this kid was actually calling himself one. She glared at Keisou for a moment, then kicked him right in the head as she sat up on the horse. "...I think you just got your answer," she scowled, looking like she wanted to harm the guy further, but was resisting against doing so.

Inuka spotted Seshomarua and Rin in a small glen. He rose to greet her and motioned toward her cuts. "Demon, it caught me off guard." she said simply. Rin bounced up and down when she saw Inuka. "Inuka! you're back!" she squealed as she hugged Inuka's leg. Rin noticed the blood stained kimono. "You're hurt!" she said looking up at her. 'Damn, didn't think it would be this hard. She's just like Kira' she thought smiling down at Rin. "I'll be fine" she said offering Rin her bowl of Ramen. Rin gulped it down as Seshomaru drew fathers other fang. She looked at him mildly concerned, was there some one near? He brought the blade down on her before she could even react. She gasped and stared at him shocked. Rin shrieked and held on to Inuka's leg to try and 'protect' her. He shiethed his blade and stepped closer.

Inuka backed away, still not over the shock. "Show me your arm" he ordered. She finally noticed the lack of blood from his stroke and as she pulled away her kimono she found that her arm was fully healed. She sighed, extreamly relieved and rushed up to him for a hug. Rin joined them. "My tetsiga can not kill" he told her stroking her hair. She knew she should stay but some ting told her she should go back to the others. Rin looked like she was about to ask about Kira but one look from Seshomaru told her everything. She stuck out her lip in defiance to the tears that were coming. The last thing she wanted was to see another human cry, so Inuka bid them farewell.

Well Keisou got what her deserved, my ear stopped twitching once I was satisfired that Saiyaka's kick to the head was sufficiant. I would imagine he was in quite a bit of pain at the moment, getting kicked in the back of the head hurts.
"Sorry I even opened my mouth," Keisou said rubbing the back of his head.
"Now who's the idiot," Keimyou proded.
"Your still the idiot, I'm just a moron," keisou said trying to recover some of pride.
"Yeah you keep saying that Keisou," Keimyou siad laughing.
Well the tides were turned on Keisou for once, this soldiers, though they were all demons they all seemed to act like normal humans do. They must have been in hidding along with my father, was our race hated so much that we have to hide our great numbers like this.
"I wonder how long we will last," I said outloud un inentially.
"Huh, whats that boss," Keisou asked looking back at me.
"Oh nothing, just thinking out loud thats all," I said shaking my head.

"Yeah, don't ask stupid questions," Saiyaka snapped to the young idiot who reminded her so much of Inuyasha. "If I were attracted to you, I most definately would have said something...probably..."

watching Inuka wander away i slowly started devouring the bowl of ramen in front of me....there was another demon's presence (sesshoumaru)....i'd have to be on gaurd in the night......once i was done i put the bowl on the ground leaned back on a tree and replaced Reaver's Sheath at my belt....

[The Lost Angel]

I could tell there was another demon and i saw the ramen in front of me.I gulped it down in one bite and put the bowl aside."Im sorry for being.....so rude"he said and jumped into a tree on a rather large branch."Thank you for the meal"i yelled to them and sat in the branch.

"Not that you would have much of a chance again me," I muttered under my breath.
I felt like telling them right then and there that me and Saiyaka were getting married, but since i had just met them that would be kinda odd. Its not like I was friends with them, they were soldiers and I was suppose to be their leader. When we came over another small hill, I nearly fell on my butt at the sight infront of me. It seemed that all the soldiers had arrived, there were litteraly hundred apon hundreds of tents and camp fires spread all about the village.
"Well there is a sight to see," Keisou said looking out at all the tents and flickering lights.
"Yeah I'll say, I dont think I have ever seen that many demons in one spot before," I said looking out at all the tents.

[Chibi-chan]

"Hn...That's quite a bit of soldiers right there, Tach...I'll laugh if you'll be able to handle them all!" Saiyaka teased wearily, then she frowned. "Hn...What are all of these soldiers for? What do you need this many for, Tach?"

[Chibi-chan]

Oh joy...My computer messed up and double posted again! It only did this once today! AN IMPROVEMENT!

hmm....the demonic aura radiating from the army was growing....i'd have to rely on my other senses to make sure there wasn't anything around.....leaping into a tree i was about to leave when InuYasha noticed...."Hey, where'd ya think your going?" he yelled...."i plan to circle around this place..." i growled loud enough for them to hear...and turned back to the forest....

I had found a brook a while back and had sat there thinking for quite some time. After a while I grew tired of my thoughts and just watched the brook which reflected parts of the night sky through the treetops with a somewhat distorted view from the moving water. I sat for quite some time until I got bored. 'I wonder wether Inuka is back yet..' I decided to head back to she if she was there, but staying alert to make sure I did'nt pass her on my way back. I would'nt mind if I had seen Sesshoumaru for I had not talked to him in a while, and I would enjoy the company of both of them.

"I really dont know what all these soldiers are for, I bet my father knows," I said as I walked towards the camp.
"And who might that be, I mean how important is your father in this army," Keimyou asked as he leaned again the front of his horse.
"Shinzou Mazaki, he is higher up in the ranks so he should know whats going on," I said as we made our way towards the camps.
"Shinzou Mazaki, sounds familiar," Keisou said as he thought to himself.
"You will meet him in a while dont worry about it," I said looking at Keisou.

Saiyaka sighed some and just wished that the inexperienced-sounding soldier would just shut up for a little while. The guy was beginning to get on her nerves.

"Master Mazaki....Master Captain Mazaki!!!" A man yelled to us as we walked along the road.
I was a little curious as to why he was calling me master captain, this whole military thing was confusing the hell outa me. I justed sighed and stopped again...that was getting anoying, I just wanted to go to bed allready. The man stopped running and caught his breath.
"Did that guy just call you Master Captain," Keisou asked.
"Yeah I guess so, must be my rank or something. I dunno, again something I need to bring up with my father," I said scratching the back of my head.
"You mean you didnt know you were a Master Captain, how can that be. Master Captains are in charge of half the army...thats 2 batalions of at least 1,500 men," Keisou practically shouted compleatly shocked I didnt know my own rank and power.
"You dont say," I said pondering the number 1,500.
"I dont mean to interupt sir, but you father has requested your presance. He say's it is vital that you go their immediatly," the man who ran up to us said still panting.
"Oh allright, I'll be there in a moment," I said with a sigh.
I turned and looked at the half asleep Saiyaka, I didnt want to leave her again but if this was such an important thing that my father needed I guess I should go.
"Keisou, I'm leaving her in your care for a short while. She knows the way to my fathers house so once you are there I am sure she can settle her self in," I said looking at Keisou.
"You got it boss, I will make sure not a hair on her head is harmed," Keisou said in a corny brave way.
"Yeah, but personally I am more worried about you getting hurt...by her," I said raising a brow at his tone.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka looked at Keisou and gave a tired half laugh. "Oh, I'm willing to bet that I can do a better job at protecting both of us than you can at protecting me alone," she smirked, shaking her head tiredly. "Even if I'm only half awake!"

"Well I think its settled then, Saiyaka keep a good eye on this kid for me," I said laughing.
"Figures, always the brunt of the joke," Keisou said rolling his eyes.
"Oh dont feel so bad, it happens to even your fearless leader Inuyasha," I said patting Keisou on the shoulder.
"Yeah well I will make sure to ask him about that when he comes, if he ever does," Keisou said walking off a few feet.
I laughed for a second more and then turned back to Saiyaka, she was still trying to sleep on the horse. I grabbed ahold of the sattle and pulled myself up, quickly giving Saiyaka a kiss then falling back to the ground.
"I'll be back soon, you just go back to my fathers house and get some sleep," I said as I turned and started to leave.
Before anyone could say much more I jumped into the air and out fo sight, I didnt really feel like walking there. I just wanted to get this over with and go to sleep, I landed again right between a bunch of soldiers who were eating. They nearly fell on their arses as I landed, they blinked at me for a second before I walked off towards my fathers tent. It was the largest tent in the area so it wasnt that hard to find, I walked up to it and flung the flap open.
"You called for me fath...."
I just about felt my heart jump out of my chest, the sight before me scared me practically into shock. It took me a moment longer to react to who was sitting at the far end of the table with the maps sprawled out across it. I opened my mouth to say something...but all it did was move untill finally I regained enough of my senses to spit it out.
"N...Naraku," was all I could say as I looked at the man sitting wrapped in his baboon skin.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka frowned a little and sighed, yawning and looking at the boy she was stuck with. "Come on, let's go," she murmured tiredly as she slapped the horse on the rump to get it to go a little bit faster. She managed to get herself to sit up as the horse took off, sort of leaving Keisou to hurry up behind her. "...Why do I have an uneasy feeling?" she asked suddenly, looking to him as he caught up with her horse.

"Tach, its about time you got here. Take a seat we have some things to discuss," Shinzou siad looking back at me.
"What the hell is going on here, what is he doing here," I said looking at Naraku.
"Naraku has grasiously given us an additional 2,000 men as long as we dont attack his castle to the east," Shinzou said like everything was okay.
"You have got to be joking me, you think he is honestly going to provide you with 2,000 loyal soldiers. You must be getting rusty in your old age father, this back stabbing demon would never make such a promise and keep it," I said regaining my composure and grabbing the handle of my sword.
"Tach what are you doing, release your sword," Shinzou said getting to his feet.
"Yes Tach, release your sword, I am here mearly on a mission of peace nothing more," Naraku said in his usuall mocking tone.
I pulled my sword from its sheath, and pointed it at Naraku. The guards who were in the room also pulled their swords and started towards me, they were obviously Naraku's men. I put my sword to my side and reached behind me, a smile growing across my face.
Outside the tent all the soldiers went on without a care in the world, that was untill the tent I was in burst into flames. The explosion knocked a good few people around, it was large enough to be seen from the village.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka immediately caught sight of the fire and her eyes widened. She knew what the uneasy feeling was now. For some reason, she also knew that Tach had been there. Something was wrong, and whatever caused the explosion, be it Tach's bombs or somebody else's, she knew she had to get there. She had to put aside her fear of fire for a moment as she steared the horse towards the area that was set in flames.

Halfway there, she ditched the horse and ran at top speed, getting to the scene faster that way than ridding the horse there. "TACH!" she cried out, pushing through soldiers that were surrounding the fire. Some of them held her back, but they let go quickly enough as she fought.

[Isunamaru]

after circling around the clearing to make sure there was nothing out of the ordinary i returned to it and sat against a tree....putting my hand into my jacket i closed my hand on the gun hidden there....i might need it soon....

The flames quickly started to die down, the explosion caused a fire but there wasnt alot of stuff inside the tent to burn. Now deep black smoke just billowed out from where the tent once stood, but on one side of the billowing column of smoke. A figure darted from the scene of the explosion, quickly fallowed by me. My sword still drawn and ready to kill, Naraku flew backwards in order to get away from my blade.
"Not so fast Naraku, get back here," I said swining my blade at him.
Naraku dodged my attack and landed on the ground, he discarted his burned baboob skin and started up at me. I hit the ground and straitened myself out, Naraku was rather pissed off.
"You, do you really think that even with this army you can defeat me," Naraku hissed.
"Hell no, I know for a fact that I dont need and army to lob your head off," I said returning my sword to its sheath.
"Your over confidence will be your downfall, just like Inuyasha you will both die at my hands," Naraku growled taking a step back.
"Really know, I'd like to see that," I said walking towards him.
Naraku took another step back, he was foolish to come himself and not send a pupett. I dont know what was going through his mind when he decided to come here, but he was going to regret it thats for sure.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka caught sight of Tach and somebody else running off away from the burning tent, and she followed. When they came to a stop, Saiyaka's eyes slightly widened as she saw that Naraku was the second person, the one Tach ran after. "..."

Naraku glanced towards Saiyaka and smirked at Tach some, spreading his arms wide, as if inviting him to do something. "Go ahead and try to kill me," he whispered, chuckling a little bit. "Though if you kill me, I doubt that Saiyaka will take kindly to it, will you," Naraku asked, looking at her, "My beloved daughter?" he added, though in Onigumo's voice.

Saiyaka let a soft sound of hurt escape her voice and she shook her head some trying to get the voice out of her head. He's not my father...that creature isn't my father! she yelled at herself in her mind. "He's got my father, though," she murmured to herself, as if answering her mental voice.

"There is nothing I rather do more than come over there and slice you in two, however I made a promise that I intend to keep," I said as I stopped moving towards Naraku.
"A promise," Naraku said a little confused.
"Yeah a promise, something you are unfamiliar with it seems. If you like I could explain it to you, but somehow I doubt you would be able to grasp the meaning behind it," I said with a smirk.
"That is your mistake then, if you do not kill me then I will keep coming back. And eventually I will kill both Inuyasha and you...and both of your wenches while I'm at it," Naraku said an evil look acorss his face.
"Why you dirty!"
I jumped forward and tried to slash Naraku with my claws, but he easily moved out of the way. Naraku flew up into the air and then fell atop one of Kagura's large floating feathers, a very scilent and seemingly emotionless Kagura sat atop the feather. Not even bothering to glace down at us.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka spotted Kagura and frowned some, wondering what was wrong with her. "Kagura?" she murmured to herself, bitting her lip a little. When the two of them had left, she let out a whimper and sank to her knees, tears in her eyes. "...I'm sorry! You could have killed him, and yet...I had to come here and spoil it, making him use me against you," the half demon apologized, looking to Tach. "Forgive me..."

I turned and looked at Saiyaka, I went to her side and knelt down with her. I put my arms around her and rested my head on her shoulder.
"It's not your fault, none of this is your fault. I promised I would help you get your father back, and if that means I have to wait to get rid of Naraku. Than I will wait untill the end of the world if nessecary, Saiyaka I want to see you happy," I said holding her tightly.
My father and the other demon officer that was with him easily escaped the blast, though he was not in a good mood. He knew I had mentioned Naraku before and that I didnt speak to kindly of him, but he had no idea that our hatred for one another went so deep. He should just count himself lucky that Inuyasha wasnt here, this would have been one hell of a mess if he was.
"Saiyaka, you are exausted and have had a long day. I'll take you back to the house so you can get some rest," I said pulling my head away and looking at her.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka nodded some and kissed Tach before she struggled to stand up on her own. Right now she knew that she probably looked like the living dead at this point, and she would probably sleep through tomorrow. She looked at Tach, her exhaustion being replaced by confusion. "Umm...What was Naraku himself doing here in the first place? Why was he at the camp?" she asked groggily.

"He tricked my father into beleiving he was here on a mission of peace...of all the things," I said cringing when I thought about it.
Right at that moment, Shinzou thought it prudent to step in. He was still rather angry about it, mainly becuase I just almost blew him up. But he was also extreamly confused as to why I just tried to kill Naraku.
"Tach what the hell was that, you nearly killed us all," Shinzou yelled quite upset.
"Dont you even come near me right now, you just made one of the dumbest mistakes I have ever seen anyone make. You let Naraku come here, you fell for one of his tricks. This just goes to show how stupid us dog demons can be," I said facing Shinzou with a very angry expression to match his.
"How dare you speak to me that way, I did it as a favor if anything to try and create some peace between you and this Naraku," Shinzou said blindly.
Before he could say another word, I was so enraged and leaped forward without him noticing and grabbing him around the neck and picked him up off the ground. My eyes glowing deep red with anger and hate, the soldiers around us all gasped when they saw who they thought to be one of the most powerful dog demon still allive being picked up like that by a half demon.
"There can never be a peace between Naraku and me, he has hurt so many people. Me, Saiyaka, and even Inuyasha. Dont you ever mention him to me again unless its about killing him," I said as he reached up at my hands to get me to release him.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka reached over and placed her hands on Tach's arms, trying to get him to lower his father back down to the ground. "Tach...your father doesn't understand a thing about all of this. You haven't really given him a good explaination of Naraku, have you?" she asked, smiling a little. She appreciated that Tach was so protective, but he needed to keep his cool.

"Let's just save the arguing for later, when Inuyasha gets here," she suggested in a soft voice. "He's the master of arguements, so we'll wait for him until we start yelling and biting eachother's heads off, alright? I need sleep, and lots of it," she reminded him.

I looked at Saiyaka, then let go of my father. He fell onto the ground and landed on his back, he gasped for air for a moment and then looked back up at me. Still a little low on air.
"Tach I didnt know how deeply you hated Naraku, I was mearly trying to help the situation," Shinzou said rubbing his throat.
Two soldiers ran up to his side and helped him up, when he was one his feet he dusted himself off and then looked back at me.
"All I can say is stay away from Naraku, if I wasnt here to stop him all of you would most likely be dead right. And I dont mean just you and your friend father, I mean ever last soldier here," I said still a little angry.
I turned around and grabbed ahold of Saiyaka's hand, but before I could get much further. Shinzou put a hand on my shoulder and stopped me.
"You have quite he grip there son, just make sure he next time you put your hand around someones neck. It's Naraku's and not mine," Shinzou said with a smile on his face.
"Get your hands off me," I said slapping his hand away and walking off.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka let out a sigh and gently flicked Tach on the side of the head. "He didn't know, alright," she murmured to him, frowning. She didn't want Tach to be hateful towards his father.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka went back to camp and didn't say anything. She hated being human and couldn't wait for the sun to rise. When it did finally rise she would be at least half demon and when it fell again she'd be back, a demon with a human heart. She went to a tree and waited impaciently.

"I know he didnt know, its just that the more I think about it the more angry I get," I said looking shamefully at the ground," It's just that Naraku has hurt everyone we know so much allready, just the mention of his name makes me angry."
I clentched my fists, as we walked by a tree I slamed my fist into it leaving a large dent in the tree. But at the same time a peice of wood jabed into my hand, it wasnt anything serious but it was big enough to make me bleed.
"There I go again hitting tree's, I really need to learn to keep my anger in check some times," I said holding my hand and appying some preasure.

[Chibi-chan]

"Yeah, what did the trees ever do to you?" Saiyaka asked, laughing a little. She took his bleeding hand, placing it to her mouth, and she began to lick at the blood. It seemed that she still had a taste for it, even though her form and powers had been tampered around with. She supposed that Naraku hadn't got rid of the bad demon he had absorbed.

I watched Saiyaka lick at the blood for a moment and then I gently pulled my hand away and looked at it.
"Thanks...I think," I said with the last part being said as scilently as possible.
Fathers house was not to far from the tent so it didnt take long to get there, when we walked out of the small woods and caught sight of the house. Both Taro and Senshi were waiting on the porch, when they caught sight of us they bounded to their feet and came running towards us.
"Its about time you got back, its almost morning allready," Senshi said as the two stopped infront of us.
"Yeah well we have had a bit of a rough night, all we are concerned with now is sleeping," I said with a sigh.
"Sleeping, but father said that you have to introduce yourslef to the others first thing in the morning. Apparebtly your very important now," Taro said with some excitment.
"Yeah well they might be waiting awhile, I am going to sleep for a good long time," I said with a smile and a small laugh.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka smiled a little, "You should thank me...I stopped the bleeding, not to mention cleaned the wound," she stated, following him into the house. She immediately went to the room that she and Tach were staying in and layed down.

[Isunamaru]

(fade to the next morning)
hmm....waking up i carefully got up and started to circle the campsite....the demon from last night was gone (Sesshoumaru).....

When my head hit the pillow, I was out like a light. Even though the sun was starting to crack over the mountains in the distance. It felt good to get some sleep, some very much needed sleep.

About 4 hours later, wich wasnt alot of time mind you. I felt someone shaking my shoulder, my eye cracked open still bloodshot from a lack of sleep. It searched around the room for the one who had woken me up, when I finally found the culpret it turned out to be Keisou.
"What do you want," I said quietly as to not wake up Saiyaka.
"Your father has requested your presance at the assembly...in full armor sir," Keisou said equally as quiet.
"And what makes you think I am going to get out of bed after what happened last night," I asked him sitting up.
"Well I dunno, I guess its kinda your decision," Keisou said.
I gurmbled for a second more and then roled out of bed, careful not to stir Saiyaka. I crept into the other room where my armor was stored and quickly put it on. Even though I was still half asleep I managed it...somehow. I had all the armor on, except for the arm and shin armor.
"Excuse me sir, but your father also requested that she acompany you...also in her armor," Keisou said pointing towards Saiyaka.
"She is staying here, and she is not wearing armor...she herself informed me of that," I said looking at the armor that was Saiyaka's.
The armor that my father tried to have Saiyaka put on was white, with blue trim. I highly doubt she would like it.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka murmured something in her sleep that sounded like, "Drag me if he wants me," which went to show that she could hear them, even though she was sleeping. "Armor sucks," she also added, burrying her face in the pillow and continuing to sleep.

I couldnt help but laugh at what Saiyaka was mumbling, I litterally felt like dragging her out of bed to see what would happen. But I would most likely get hit, and hard.
"Allright Keisou I am ready, lets get going to this assembly thing," I said grabbing my sword and heading out the door.
"Of course sir its right this way," Keisou said leading me towards the assembled troops.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka continued to sleep on, rambling on and on about some sort of nonsense that sounded more or less like gibberish.

OOC: Meh, just have people outside make some sort of racket that will wake her up...lol!

Inuka had watched the sun rise. She welcomed her white hair and ears back but she missed her tail. She clawed the tree's bark a bit and then climbed down to see what was for breakfast.

Before Inuka got got to breakfast I caught up with her. "Hey! I was watching you last night and you really got to learn some patince. So how did it go? Sesshoumaru was around here last night, was he not?"

[Red Dragon]

Inuka sighed. Naku knew she had little pacience for humans, or she had as a child. since then she had aquired a human side and that was extreamly frusterating. She had barely said anything to Seshomaru. She had been to occopied with the memory of Kira and her own human state to notice any thing else. She suddenly felt ashamed.
"Seshomaru didn't stay long. He just wanted to check up on me. He always comes when I'm human." she told Naku. She settled down on the soft growned and an idea came to her. "You wouldn't be interested in him now would you?" she inquired with a grin.

"What?!" I said blushing. I grew rather silent. "What ever do you mean by that?........"

Okay this was going to be a little akward, Keisou had led me up next to my father on top of a hill. And just below were the thounsands of soldiers that had assembled here, I still didnt know what they were for. And personally I didnt like the idea of having an army of such a great size. It attracted way to much attention in my opinion.
"Allright everyone, I am sure you are all probably wondering why we are here. Well I have gathered you here to tell you that even though our leader, the great Inu no Taishou died those many years ago. His son, and rightful successor to his power is still allive," My father shouted to the gathered soldiers.
The entire formation of soldiers started to chatter among themselvs, alot of the older soldiers who fought along side my father knew of Inu no Taishou. But they did not know of his son, obviously father was referring to Inuyasha.
"Allright now calm down, I know to many of you this is a great victory for us to have our leaders son alive and able to lead. But there is more that you must know, recently my own son...found me here, and opened my eyes to the truth. That we can no longer hide among the common people of this land, that this army must once again rise up. And rule over the west like it once did those many years ago," Shinzou said in a very uplifting tone.
The cheering and the racket made from the soldiers cheers was enough to wake the dead, and there was also one more thing added to the mix. Without my knowledge, my father had attained a new technology...based roughfly on my bombs. A huge explosion was set off behind me, when I spun around to see what it was. A line of metal tubes stood just behind the hill.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka didn't wake up because of the sound of the soldiers, though she did yell from her sleep to tell an empty house to shut up. However, when the explosion occured, she sprang out of bed, looking around wildly. "What the hell is going on?!" she asked, screaming this out into the crowed when she came outside.

"What the hell are those things," I asked spinning around looking at Shinzou.
"They are cannons, strait from the continent," He said looking at the cannons all in a line.
"Are these the only ones, or are there more," I asked a little un easy about the new weapons.
"We have another 10 on the way, with these no man or demon will be able to stop us," My father said in an unsettling tone.
"Father I am starting to have second thoughs about this army, what are your true intentions here," I asked.
"Mearly to take back the lands that are rightfully ours," He said turning away from me," Its your turn to adress them, that is if you want to."
I was generally concerned now, I was really wishing Inuyasha would hurry up and get here allready. If he really was going to be the leader of this thing, than he would obviously change the objective. If Myoga forgot to tell him I swear he is going to get it, that little coward.
"I bet he forgot," I said clenching my fist rather anoyed.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka had managed to get to where Tach and Shinzou were, glaring. "I don't like them!" she hissed, looking rather angery about being awoken in such a way. "Get rid of them or I will!" she added with a threatening tone in her voice. Her eyes were practially screaming bloody murder right now, and she wasn't in any mood to argue.

"I second that," I said raising my hand.
"Both of you are acting like children, they are mearly weapons used for long range attacks. Its not like they would be aimed at you," Shinzou said rather anoyed with the complaining," Now Tach get up here, since half this Army is yours you need to speak with them."
"Father I am going to tell you know, I am only going to play along with this whole soldier bit for awhile. And if I see one thing I dont like, then I myself will dissmantle this army," I said walking forward.
Shinzou just glared at me as I walked up infront of the entire assembly, we were not happy with eachother and it was showing. Not only becuase of last nights incident, but we were not exactly seeing eye to eye on this whole army deal. When I looked over the soldiers infront of me, I wasnt nearly as nervous as I thought I would be.
"Allright, first off let me see a show of hands who thinks this thing is entirly stupid," I said as I raised my hand into the air.
For a moment all the soldiers looks at eachother in amazment, however after a moments shock most of the younger soldiers (My age and a little lower) started to raise their hands and laugh about it to eachother. Of course my father was probably the least happy of all.

Saiyaka smirked at Tach a little and raised up both of her hands, jumping up and down, even. It was true, she did think the whole thing to be rather stupid. The number of demons that were here was rediculous, and it was more like they were one huge target rather than an army, being all crowded in one spot like this. Plus the cannons had pushed her over the edge as far as being pissed off went.

"Watch your words Tach, there are important people watching," my father hissed over to me.
"Of course father, I am always watching what I say," I said sarcastically.
I turned back to the assembly of soldiers, I think I had allready gained some respect with the younger soldiers. Of course the older ones who were around in the days of old...were not to impressed.
"Okay then, now that I have a consenses on that. I should let you know I have never comanded an army before...hell I have a hard enough time commanding myself," I said with some amusment as the soldiers laughed," I will try my hardest at this, and promise to try and not be a hard @$$."
The soldiers seemed to like my sense of humor, well at least the bulk of them did. Maybe this leading thing wasnt going to be so bad, as long as my father didnt have us pillage vilages or anything like that.
"Okay now, on more of a serious note. You should all know that I am a Half demon...not a full demon like most of you. And if any of you have a problem with that, I would like to hear you speak up now," I said looking out at the crowd waiting for someone to say something.

Inuka's grin widened. "Oh... I see." she said knowingly. "Well, I will just have to have you meet him again soon. You haven't seen him in awhile have you?"

Saiyaka looked out at the crowd, as if to dare somebody to say that they refused to be lead by a half demon. The first one who did was going to get their head ripped off by a half demon: her.

Inuka remembered when Naku had first seen Sesi. She was shocked and had followed him around for awhile like a lost duckling. She contained a giggle at the memory.

"I guess no one is going to speak up then, thats good...becuase the first person who did would probably have had ever limb torn from their body by my Lieutenit," I said looking over at Saiyaka who was obviously just waiting for someone to say something.
I reached over to Saiyaka and motioned her to come up to my side, Shinzou was about to move in and stop me from doing that for some reason or another. I glared at him through the corner of my eye and he quickly stopped where he was.

Saiyaka blinked for a moment at Tach, then nodded and came over to stand beside of him, looking slightly confused about why he wanted her there. Stood as close to his side as possible, eying the soldiers still, as if she expected them to say something about her. Whether she wanted it to or not, her tail twitched slightly as she saw that most of the demons were dog demons.

The soldiers talked among themselvs for a moment, whispering certain things I could hear becuase they were to far from me. I didnt know what they were saying but I expected this kind of response, these soldiers were not used to women being soldiers...or incharge of them.
"I will expect only a few things from you, that you fallow my orders to the letter. You do not question my authority at any time, and that you treat me and the Lieutenit here with the same respect you would give my father...is that understood," I said as I placed a hand on Saiyaka's back.
I was really getting into this whole military rank thing, of course since this whole power thing was going to my head I needed a good smack right about now.

[Chibi-chan]

"...Tach?" Saiyaka whispered softly, looking at him with a bit of a smile. Before her lover could answer her, she gave him a good smack in the back of the head, shaking her own head in disappointment. "Don't act like Inuyasha would if he was given power...for the love of me, I don't need any more people that act like our 'lovable' silver-haired mutt, alright? That means that you shouldn't be getting into this whole leadship thing too much!"

Naku just looked at Inuka. Inuka smiled, she already knew the answer to that. She passed Nakua and made her way towards the sizzling breakfast that Kagome and Inuyasha were arguing over.

"Inuyasha, I wouldn't mess with a girl with a frying pan..." she told him. "Feh! What do you know?" he muttered at her as he continued to get his hands on the first bit of breakfast that was ready. Kagome grumbled "Inuyasha! Stop it! Your going to make me" but before she could finish Inuyasha had bumped the pan to hard in his attempt to get at it, the whole meal slid off the pan and in to the fire. Inuka's hand shot in to the blase to capture some of the eggs and ham before they hit the smoldering wood. She munched on it as she watched Kagome swing the pan around to hit Inu on the head. He fell over and Inuka offered Kagome some of her rescued meal, Kagome took the food hesitantly. "How, why?" she sputtered for a moment. "Fire demon blood" Inuka answered as she licked her hand clean.

"Well then could you heat these up then?" Kagome asked handing her some strange black dishes (tv dinners) with some shiny film over them. Inuka held them in the palms of her hands, two at a time and soon they were all hot enough to eat. :flame:

I grabbed the back of my head for a second and looked over at Saiyaka, just about the entire assembly burst into laughter at the sight. I cracked a smile also thinking it to be rather amusing...even though she did just kinda slap me upside the head infront of thousands of people.
"I guess I had that coming didnt I," I said laughing.
"You got that right boss, you deserved it 100%," Keisou yelled from the front of the assembly.
"I didnt ask you," I shouted down a little red in the face.
Keisou and the two other soldiers that were with us the other night, Keimyou and Shouri were all in the front row laughing so hard they looked like they were going to have heart attacks. Though most of the soldiers found this funny, my father was still un amused. He just sat there and glared at me and Saiyaka not to happy with how we were presenting ourselvs infront of the others.
"Allright calm down for a moment...calm down," I shouted though I was still laughing some myself," Okay, as a few of you know I am a Master Captain...I think...but anyways my father has it in his head that General Taishou's son, Inuyasha will be able to lead your army. I am just going to tell you know, he is not like me...he is more of a pain in the butt. And if he does agree to lead this army if thats what you wish to call it, alot of things will change. Things that some of you...and my father might not be to happy about. I am just warning you about this now, Inuyasha is short tempered, impaciant...quite arogent and he hates to loose. So he will probably push you harder than General Taishou ever did."

Saiyaka was beaming at the group of soldiers, and was glad that Tach didn't scold her for smacking him in front of the crowd. When the subject of Inuyasha was brought up, she smirked a little, seeing an oppertunity to yell something out that would burn the hanyou. "Yeah, he'll push you with his stupidity so hard, that you'll want to be driven to kill him rather than follow any orders that he may have in mind...Assuming that he could actually think of any, that is!"

Watching Inuyasha and Kagome get into a fight about food i decided to walk up....laughing as Kagome swung at Inuyasha with the pan he turned to me and tried to punch me......i sidestepped and he overbalanced, nearly falling onto his face......the fox demons walked up to him and started to mock him.....

Inuka giggled harder when she saw Inu go crashing to the ground after he tried to go after Azus. She tossed him one of Kagome's 'tv dinners' and sat down to her own.

Spike woke up and saw them fighting over food.He gave a little half-smile"Wow he is stubborn"i said to my self and dropped down from the tree.

catching the TV dinner Inuka tossed me i slowly started to eat...."So do you plan to go to see this army of yours?" i turned asking Inuyasha.....he turned obviously surprised by my question.....

Inuka perked up at the question and listened intently as Inuyasha looked around at them. Everyone was watching him for an answer. "Feh. Why not? More people to hunt for the shards." he said crossing his arms looking pleased with himself. Kagome choked on some chicken and started yelling at him about how narrow minded he was, how he was sooooo ubsesed with the jewel shards and so on. Inuka finished her meal and burnt the strange dish away to nothing. "I suppose since I'm not of fathers line, that I can't help lead the army?" she asked Inu abruptly. Inuyasha, in charge of others plus sharp objects... this wouldn't be pretty.

"hmm...jewel shards? what for?" i asked.....standing up he answered"to turn me into a full demon"....."how will jewel shards help?".....

(OOC: Sorry I have been MIA for the past day or so, I am visting relatives in Conneticut so I have been busy. I am steeling my cousins computer right now...I am almost scared to touch the thing, it costs more than I am worth)

"You know your remarks about Inuyasha are going to come back and hunt you some time in the future," I said looking over at Saiyaka.
"Both of you, that is enough!" Shinzou yelled quite angry.
I turned my head and looked at my father, not only was I pissing him off but I was embaressing him infront of over 5,000 demon soldiers. I smirked and laughed at him, but this proved to be the wrong move to make. Before I could do much more, I felt his fist contact with my jaw. I had a most surprised look on my face for a moment, but then I just continued to smile knowing this would just piss him off even futher. I dont know why but it seemed we got along better when I didnt know he was my father.
"Whipe that stupid look off your face and be serious for a moment will you, this is nothing to joke around about. I am sorry for hitting you but you are acting like you are 5 years old," Shinzou said staring at me.
"How would you know, were you around when I was 5," I asked still smiling," No matter what you do or say father I am going to run this army the way I see fit. And if you have a problem with that than too bad, you put me in this position...so let me do what I am here to do."

Saiyaka smirked when Tach said this and shook her head. "Telling the truth can't haunt somebody!" she declared, grinning.

She yelped when Shinzou punched Tach out of nowhere and crossed her arms, glaring at him. "Hey, lighten up! There's no rule that I know that says you have to be serious twenty four/seven when you're leading an army!"

I had been wandering about for a while to cool down. Never in my life would I let all those people see my face all red. I went back to the brook and splashed my face with some water then went back to camp. By the time I got there it looked like everyone one had eaten and there was some kind of black dish which contained the food. It looked like chicken. I turned right around and went to go find some fish. I knew that there was no fish in the brook so I decided to follow the brook to its source, a small pond. There I brought out my claws and crouched by the edge. My hand darted out when I saw something move and my claws sunk into it. Bringing it out I saw I had caught myself a trout. I smiled to myself and went back to camp. "Hey Inuka, will you cook this for me?" I sat down next to her. It looked like I had interupted some kind of conversation, but I not really caring floped down the fish in front of Inuka and smiled hopefully at her so she could'nt say no.

Inuka cleaned and cooked Naku's fish abstentmindedly, she was used to this. "So you have never heard of the Shinkon jewel?" she asked Azus. He shrugged. "The Jewel of four souls will increase any demons power, so every weakling in this era are looking for it." she said ducking as Inu chucked a rock at her. "Halfdemons like Inuyasha especially want it to become a full demon." she continued chucking Inu's rock back at him.

She had finished cooking Naku's fish, she handed it to Naku but not before she stole some for herself. Naku gave her an annoyed look. "Payment for my services" Inuka said licking her fingers clean.

Shinzou backed away from me, this whole thing was getting a little unsettling. The soliders had stopped laugning and were all now a little unsure of the leadership. I rubbed my jaw and shook it off, I smiled at my father once again and then turned to face the soldiers again. Now I had something a little more official to do, since half this army was under my command. Than I could do with it as I pleased...and I planned to use it to its full extent.
"Allright listen up, strike that last action from your minds and pay attention to what I have to say. Half of this army is under my command, while the other half is under my fathers command. At this point in time there is no one of greater rank than us, and untill Inuyasha arrives thats how it will stay...he can't command me and I can't command him. But I can command my men," I yelled out to them in a more serious tone," One of the 3 battalions of men that are under my command is leaving, I have not chosen wich battalion so all of you need to get ready to leave at a moments notice. Since this army is here might as well put it to some good use."
As I turned away from the men who started to cheer at this, happy to finally get something to do. My father stopped me, not forcefully but he put a hand up against my chest to stop me.
"What are you doing son, thats 1,000 men you are taking," he said looking me strait in the eye.
"I am doing my job, that is what I am here for isn't it...Captain," I said looking right back at him.

Saiyaka blinked some, a little confused to what was going on. However, she just shrugged and looked at Tach. "Umm...Now what?"

I turned to Saiyaka and smiled, I put a hand on one of her shoulders and then started to lead her away. I was done talking to the soldiers, I had done what I mean to. I guess this would be the best time to tell Saiyaka.
"Saiyaka, I know this is probably all a little confusing. Hell even I am confused about some things, but I thought it would be best I told you why I am taking such a large number of people...I plan on taking them to find Naraku, but not to kill him," I said quickly so she wouldnt get upset.

[Chibi-chan]

"...Are you sure that's a good idea, Tach?" Saiyaka asked, looking a little concerned. "What if Naraku decides to attack. I mean, a thousand soldiers is good and all, against a normal demon, but Naraku is most definately not normal. He'll whipe them out!"

"The soldiers are coming mearly as a distraction, they will stay far enough back so that they will be noticed. But wont be a serious threat so that Naraku will go out after them, while they are there. We will sneak in a rattle his cage a little, by this I mean take Kohaku back. This will be a serious blow to him, I've allready come to the conclusion that we are not powerful enough to destroy him yet. But we are close, and the more we weaken him the better," I said confident in my plan.
My father watched us from the corner of his eye, he heard what I was planning. He nodded his head in agreement even though I didnt see it, we were still mad at eachother but he seemed to like how I was thinking.

Saiyaka smiled and wrapped her arms around Tach, kissing him. "Great plan!" she whispered, seeming happy about it. "Sango will be so happy to have him back. However...There is one little problem that we definately have to be worrying about," she stated, turning rather serious. The thought had been bugging her for quite a while. "There's a jewel shard in Kohaku's back, around his shoulder area. It's the only thing keeping him alive, yet..." she trailed off for a moment and shook her head. "Naraku uses it to control Kohaku..."

"We will use it to our advantage, Kagome has the ability to purify Jewel shards. We can just have her purify the shard inside Kohaku without taking it out. Once its purified Naraku will no longer have control over him, problem solved," I said with a very happy look on my face.
I was about to take Saiyaka and go get ready, but I felt someones hand on my shoulder. I turned my face and it was my father.
"Tach...I'm sorry, about everything. I guess I have been kinda stupid lately, good luck with finding this Kohaku...come back safe," he said with a kind look on his face.
"Thanks dad, I'll make sure to come back with a limbs still firmly attatched," I said giving him a thumbs up.

"Yes, he'll come back safely...I'll make sure of it," Saiyaka whispered, smiling to herself. "Hopefully we won't have to suffer any casualties at all," she added, letting out the softest of sighs. That was the one thing she hated about being in charge armies and soldiers and such. One wrong move could lead to a lot of people dying...

"With the distance the soldiers will be at Naraku will probably only watch them, not do anything about it," I said confidently.
As I walked down the hill, Keisou who happened to be in one of my Batalions came running up towards me. I allready had a feeling I knew what he was going to ask, it was obvious the way the soldiers had reacted to my statement that they were excited about moving out.
"Hey Captain can you..."
"Yes," I said cutting him off.
"Serious you will take our batalion," Keisou said rather excited.
"Yes now go tell the others to get ready," I said waiving him off.
"You got it boss," Keisou said running off.
"Just do it quietly, I dont want any fights breaking out between those who are going and those who arent," I called out to him before he was out of sight.
"Yeah what ever you say," I heard him yell back as he dissapeared.
"Oh boy, that kid is going to cause some problems," I said rubbing the back of my head and laughing.

"Well, it seems that boy has most definately taken a liking to you!" Saiyaka said with a small laugh, watching Keisou's retreating back.

"I dont know why, I barely even know the kid. But I guess it happens, I am guessing he is at least 15 years old. Pretty young for a soldier in my opinion, hope nothing happens to him," I said a little concerned now that I thought about it.
She did bring up a good point, these soldiers were kids. Atleast most of them were, but I guess if they joined this army on their own free will than its not my place to tell them to get lost.
"I am sure they will be fine, even if Naraku sent someone or something to attack them they could easily defend themselvs," I said trying to reasure myself this time.

Saiyaka nodded a little and closed her eyes, letting out a sigh. "I hope you're right, Tach," she whispered to him. "I really hope that you are right about that..." If he wasn't, then she might go and loose control of herself if something happened. If all of these young soldiers were killed by Naraku...

Before long, Keisou had spread the word throughout his Batalion. And like lightening the entire batalion was ready to go, they had all the horses they were going to need and the bulk of the soldiers were in the center of the massive line on foot. In the rear of the formation were two of those cannon things, when I caught sight of those I kinda cringed at it. I had allready gotten read as well, I had removed the bulk of my armor and just left the chest armor on. It seemed that Naraku seemed to aim their most of the time anyways.
"I really hope this march dosent take to long," Keimyou said as he leaned forward on his horse.
"Oh come on Keimyou, this is our first massive deployment. You should be looking forward to it not dreading it," Keisou said still in a rather good mood.
"I think you are a little to excited about it Keisou, havnt you ever thought that you might die out here," Keimyou said looking over at Keisou.
"Oh I wont die I can tell you that right now, I'm to tough," Keisou said still excited.

"Just because you're strong doesn't mean that you should count yourself as invinciable!" Saiyaka snapped at him, crossing her arms and giving the kid a stern look. With such an attitude as Keisou had, he'd be lucky to live through any attack that Naraku dished out.

"She's right you know Keisou, think your invincible like that and your going to end up getting yourself killed," I said ridding up next to him on a horse," Just becuase your a good fighter dosent mean anything, I have found myself very close to death and quite the few occasion's, despite the fact I have trained for many years in different styles of fighting."
Keisou looked around at everyone, feeling a little ganged up on. He just nodded his head and began to pout, looks like we rained on his parraide a little. I just cracked half and smile and continued to the front of the formation where the other leaders of the batalion where. My horse reared up a little when I turned him around look at the rest of the formation.
"Allright listen up, we are headed east. This is not going to be an easy trip, it will be long and hard. And when we reach our goal things will just get worse from there on, anyone who dosent want to come with me. Than walk away now," I yelled out to the group.

Saiyaka giggled a little at Keitsou's reaction to the ganging up on him, and shook her head some. She herself wasn't ridding a horse, and felt no need to do it, either as she led the group to Naraku's castle. She stopped when Tach did and glanced back at the soldiers. She doubted that anybody would turn back. After all, they chose to come and most likely knew that things were going to get rough.

Inuka put out what remained of Kagome's minimal fire and decided to examin Defender in her tree. She had clamed it as her own when they had all settled down. Her blade gleamed in the trees filtered green light. She concentrated, trying to bring back the flames that cloaked it. For some reason she couldn't gt more than a spark. She tested her power in her hand, she conjured a fireball of exeptional size. "Hmmm..." she said to herself. This had never happened before. It wasn't a good sign. She lightly touched the blades tip to her thumb, it bled on contact. The cut healed before her eyes. Even in hanyou form she could still heal quickly. What bothered her was her sword, it was becoming just a hunk of shard steel, it no longer took her fire and melded it with it's self. Her power must have diminished in her half form, she had never tried to use her fire blade whe she was like this before. She felt like Inuyasha!

When no one left the formation, I felt reasured that I had a loyal bunch of soldiers with me. Most of them were rather young soldiers too wich clued me into why they were staying, they must have found my comments earlier amusing.
"Well if everyone wishes to stay then lets get going," I said turning my horse around and starting off.
"Allright you heard the boss, lets get going," Keisou yelled loudly waving everyone forward.
The entire formations all at once began to move, like one giant being it started to crawl across the land. Some of the villagers who had stayed behind when the army came watched as we left, the children running along side some of the horses and carts waiving to the soldiers.
"A warmer depature than I thought we would get," I said smiling at the children," I wonder what happened to Taro and Senshi, I would imagine they would have wanted to come see us off."

Saiyaka smiled some and looked around a little for a minute before she continued on. Her mind was elsewhere at the moment, and she looked like she was a little distracted.

As I rode atop my horse, I looked down at Saiyaka, she seemed distracted about something. I was about to reach down and put my hand on her shoulder to see what was the matter, but Keisou came running up on his horse...again.
"Hey boss, you got a sec," Keisou said as his horse trotted up next to me.
"What is it this time Keisou," I asked my eyes rolling.
"So ah were is it we are going," He asked looking at me intently.
"Listen I am only going to tell you this once, I dont know...she does," I said pointing at Saiyaka.
"Oh Lady Saiyaka...where is it we are going," Keisou said his horse said trotting over to Saiyaka.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka sighed some and looked towards Keisou, jumping up and smacking him in the head. "You shouldn't break me out of my thoughts!" she hissed, glaring at him. "...We're going to the castle of a half demon...A very strong half demon at that. He surpasses any demon that I've encountered, and trust me...I know a lot of powerful demons!"

"A powerful half demon, oh my god for a second there I thought you were serious," Keisou said lauging.
Before he could laugh much more I gave him a swift blow to the head with my fist, my left ear tiwtching and a vein poping out of my forhead.
"What the hell did you do that for," Keisou complained.
"Becuase I'm a half demon you idiot," I yelled rather angry.
"It's not like I was talking about you when I said that," Keisou said looking up at me a tear in his eye from the pain.
"Yeah but you were speaking in general, that means all half demons. Including myself and Saiyaka," I said still fuming from the remark.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka shook her head some, looking very irritated now. "Hm...Maybe I was wrong. I shouldn't care if Naraku kills this sorry idiot or not!" she hissed, glaring at Keisou.

"Your a dead man now Keisou," Keimyou yelled from the back.
I looked back at Keimyou for a second, then back at Keisou...though looking rather bumbed he and Keimyou looked very similar. I hadnt noticed it untill now, but they almost looked like brothers...maybe they were brothers.
"Hey Keisou, are you and Keimyou related in some way," I asked looking back at him.
"Yeah he is my brother why," Keisou said looking up at me.
"Just wondering that's all," I said looking back to the road infront of me.
I looked down again at Saiyaka as she walked next to my horse, I was wondering why she was walking. She didnt have to there were plently of horses to ride.
"Saiyaka, you sure you want to walk. You can ride with me if you want," I said smiling down at her.

Inuka balanced the blade on her finger, it felt the same. She looked up and some of the camp were looking at her with odd expressions. "Some thing's wrong with Defender" she said sheepishly. She sheithed the blade and glanced at the sun, it was about noon, only half the day left as a half demon.

Saiyaka blinked some and noticed herself that she was walking, when she could just be riding with Tach. Laughing a little to herself, she smiled and jumped on Tach's horse in a rather swift movement. The half demon wrapped her arms around his chest, resting her head on his back. Her cat tail wrapped around Tach's waist and her back.

I put one of my hands overtop one of Saiyaka and we continued on, for a little while now though I had a strange pain in my right arm. I didnt pay much mind to it however, it wasnt anything to be concerned about. Just a muscle ache thats all, I rotated that shoulder once and shook it off. I looked out at the path we were taking, I didnt know exactly how long it was going to take for us to get there. Saiyaka was the only one who could tell us where Naraku was hiding.
"Saiyaka, you know where he is hiding right?" I asked looking back at her.

Saiyaka gave a small nod, pointing straight ahead. "Keep going until we reach the forest. About halfway through there, we go northeast until we reach a slightly mountainous area," she said softly.

"Right," I said looking ahead of us," Advanced scouts up front!"
I looked behind me as a group of soldiers in full armor came ridding up, they stopped by my side. Five of them in total, they were heavily armed with swords and spears. One even had a few bombs similar to mine on his belt.
"Scout ahead of us, through the forest, and roughly about half way through turn northeast untill you reach a mountainous area. Scope out the area for anyting out of the ordinary, then report back to me by morning," I said pointing ahead of us.
"Of course Master Captain Mazaki, we shall return by first light tomarrow," the lead scout said bowing his head.
I nodded my head and then the scouts were off, its a good thing my father had informed me of them before we left.
"They alone are much faster than our entire batalion, they will be able to scout out the area and return by morning and report if there is anything we should know about before entering the area. We can thank my father for providing them to us," I said looking back at Saiyaka.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka let out a soft sigh and snuggled closer against Tach, closing her eyes for a moment. "Let's just hope that they all come back safely," she murmured under her breath.

"Dont worry about them, they will be just fine," I said confidently.
The formation was moving slowly along, the tail end had left the village a little while ago and now we were on our way. I started to wonder if their would be any more villages on the way, what a sight the village people would see. 1,000 demon soldiers walking throught their town, that will raise a few neck hairs.

Saiyaka let out a sigh and nodded once again, seeming a little distressed for some reason about this whole situation. Her mind usally went and played tricks on her when she was distressed about something like this.

"Counting down the time are we?" I had hoped onto a branch near Inuka. I was incredibly bored and wished for a conversation partner.

hmm...."meh. i'm starting to get tired of waiting, let's leave..." i muttered.....standing up i started to walk in the direction of the army.....the rest of the group started to follow after a bit of clambering....

[Red Dragon]

"You would to if you were me." Inuka said to Naku. She glanced at Azus and saw him leading the others off. She was bored but didn't like the idea of facing any thing when she was like this. She wished she hadn't chased away Seshomaru with her mood. Keeping pace with the others she bounded from tree to tree racing Inu. She was faster but when he had had enough of the chase and tackled her, she knew he was stronger than her.

"Azus" Inuka called after awhile. "Are we going to join that large group of demons to the west of us?" she asked sniffing the air.

I sat on my horse and looked up at the sky, Inuyasha was sure taking his sweet time getting to us. I wondered if we would meet up with him on our way to Naraku castle or if he would go to the rest of the army back at the village.
"Huh, I wonder, I bet Myoga hasnt even told them yet. I swear when I get ahold of that bug I am going to squash him for good this time," I said clentching a fist a little anoyed," Inuyasha better get here quickly allready, I am starting to get a bad feeling about something."

[Chibi-chan]

"Inuyasha doesn't do anything except for boast and complain and being a pain where the sun don't shine," Saiyaka muttered, rolling her eyes a little bit as she said this.

"You have to give him some credit, yeah he may be a pain in the butt alot of the time. And he rushes into things and is very arogent, but he is a good fighter. And he can be kind, you just need to have known him as long as I have. It was pretty hard for Half demons to be kids you know, always being picked on by the other kids. I'm sure if you got to know him better and just gave him a chance, you would see what he is really like," I said thinking back to our childhood.
I looked back at Saiyaka and smiled, this trip so far was proving to be rather peaceful. Nothing bad was happening, the only problem I was having was with my damded arm. It was hurting so bad now, its a good thing I can hide pain well otherwise Saiyaka would be getting all worried.
"Maybe I pulled a muscle," I said quietly to myself as I grabbed ahold of my shoulder again.
Well so much for hiding my pain well.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka laughed a little at Tach's statement, then heard something about pulling a muscle. Frowning a little, she placed her hands on his shoulders, massaging him gently.

"Oh that feels good, thanks Saiyaka, I needed that," I said relaxing a little when she started to message my shoulder," I dunno what I did to it, I must have pulled it while sleeping or something. I dont remember doing anything today that would have caused it."
I rather enjoyed the rub Saiyaka was giving me, and the soldiers behind us all seemed intereted in it too. They all stealthly peaked around eachother to watch.
"Man I wish I had a women who would do that for me," one old soldier said.
"Dont count on it old man, your to stiff to message," A younger soldiers said causing all the soldiers around them to laugh.

Saiyaka rolled her eyes at what the soldiers and their jokes. "Yeah, how about I give all of you massages?" she asked, smirking a little, showing that she had no intention of doing such a thing.

After a while Saiyaka advised me to halt the advance for the day for they were not too far off from their destination and would within a days march of entering their target's territory. Soon, they'd have to remain tense and alert so by minimizing the duration of maintaining a constant state of readiness they'd avoid exhausting their force too quickly. I agreed with her and ordered the men to stop and start erecting a temporary base camp for the remainder of the day. A third of the force patrolled, another third scouted the area, and the rest worked on a base camp. Soon, a base camp was made with light fortifications in a sheltered part of the wilderness near the forest.

As the evening set in and most of the men were eating dinner I called Saiyaka, Keisou, and others for a meeting in the central tent. When most of them arrived and sat around a round table Keyimou finished chewing on a broiled piece of beef and looked up.

"So what's the plan?" he asked as he swallowed.

(OOC: I'm sorry animeadmirer but not only did you not sign up for this thread. But you seem to be slightly controlling some other players. Mainly mine (Tach) and Chibi-chans (Saiyaka) I think you need to go read the rules, and make sure you know what you are doing before you post next time. For now I am going to dissregard that post since you didnt sign up and obviously didnt read the rules, untill you do so you are not apart of this RPG. On a side note your character sounds interesting, it appears he/she might be a soldier in my army from what I have gathered. You have also been reading the RPG becuase I noticed you included the two side characters I made up (Keisou and Keimyou) That is good, least I know you have been reading along well. So go read the rules, sign up for the RPG in the sign up thread. I will give you some spacific RPG rules and you will be set)

Still sitting atop my horse, I was begining to get bored. I looked around us and all I could see was grassy hills and the forest, very boring. Even the soldiers were being boring, they just marched along without a word. Not even Keisou was riding up to see me anymore. I stretched my back and arms and kinda slumped, looking for something to do.
"I wonder what time of day it is," I asked no body in particular.
"Some time in the afternoon sir," A soldier who heard me yelled up.
"Great, its allmost evening then. We can finally stop moving when night falls, we have been going at this for hours now and the scenery has not changed one bit. I mean there isnt even a village around here, maybe if there was a village something interesting might happen," I complained to myself," Maybe Inuyasha will show up, that would make for an interesting conversation."

(( *calmly takes out her paper fan and a brick* Meh, I don't like when people control my characters! ...I suppose I have to forgive this time, no? Though since you did two things that are against the rules, I get to fwap you with the fan animeadmirer! *fwaps* ))

"Oh, yes, Inuyasha makes perfect conversations," Saiyaka said with rather heavy sarcasm, rolling her eyes as she said this. "Inuyasha doesn't make anything interesting...No, scratch that, I lied. When I get to kick him right in the face...Now that makes things interesting!"

"Wouldnt be too interesting if he kicked you in the face would it," I said defending Inuyasha.
Well this was new, I was defending Inuyasha. I havn't done that in a long while, if anything I picked on him just as much as Saiyaka did. I scratched the back of my head and thought about it, I couldnt remember the last time we actually had just a friendly conversation without picking on eachother or talking about something depressing.
"Sorry about that last comment, just kinda slipped thats all," I siad smiling back at Saiyaka," You know sometime you should try to sit down with Inuyasha and just have a friendly conversation, once you get through that thick shell of his he is really a nice guy. There are alot of things you dont relize about Inuyasha yet, maybe if you would stop hitting him all the time he would tell you."

Saiyaka let out a soft sigh and laid her head against his back once again. "...I have a slight grudge against Inuyasha," she told him, closing her eyes. "He's part of the reason that things turned out the way they did with my dad," she stated, thinking back to the day when she had died. Inuyasha was the one that attacked the man that my father ranted to about the jewel. That man had gone to kill Kikyou in order to get the jewel, but Inuyasha stepped in...

"I see, but can you really hold a grudge against him. He was only acting to protect Kikyou...wow I can't believe I just said that. But I guess she was different back then, anyways what I am trying to say is there was no possible way for Inuyasha to know his actions would cause your father to be injured in the way he was," I said turing as far around on the horse as I could," Dont you think if he knew what the outcome of his actions would have been, he would have done something different?"

[Chibi-chan]

"No!" Saiyaka replied bluntly, eye narrowing as she thought about it for a minute. "He doesn't have the sense to think before he acts, and you know it as well as I do," she murmured. "Let's just...drop this stupid subject," she added in a rather cold tone, suggesting that if Tach wanted to talk about this further, she would just leave and probably do something insane.

"Right, I will drop it...but we will have to talk about it some day," I said turning my head to look back at the road seeming a little upset.
The sun was behind us now, starting to set behind the mountains in the distance. We had just started to enter the large forest, but the trees werent all that thick yet. There was enough room for the formation to stop. I raised my hand into the air and stopped my horse, the rest of the formation stopped behind me as I jumped down from my horse. I took a good look around, just to make sure there wasnt anything around that could cause us trouble.
"Allright, Saiyaka pass the word to the rest of the Lieutenants to dissmount and have the formation settel in, have scouts sent out in groups of 4 every few hours to watch around the formation. Have each group report to me when they are done and send out a new group," I said confident this place was as good as any to camp.

Saiyaka gave a small nod and went off to do what Tach told her without saying a word. She randomly gave Keisou a good smack in the head when she passed him, just because he reminded her of Inuyasha. She had actually forgotten why she hated the mutt before Tach had said anything to her eariler.

While Saiyaka went off to take care of what I asked her too, Keisou who was for some reason rubbing the back of his head came up to my side.
"We stopping for the night boss," Keisou asked me still rubbing his head.
"Yeah, we will move out again when the advanced scouts I sent out come back," I said looking over the forest as it got thicker.
"So this demon we are going to fight, he powerful," Keisou asked.
"Powerful enough to kick your sorry tail," I said looking over at him.
"What about yours," he asked raising a brow.
"Yeah he can still beat the crap out of me pretty good, but he is going to have one hell of a fight before he can kill me," I said smirking.

Saiyaka sighed some as she started to head back to Tach, running a hand through her hair, her ears twitching slightly as a familiar sound caught her ears. "...Should have known!" she hissed under her breath as she looked up and saw Naraku's demon wasps, the Saimyosho, in a rather large swarm. There had to be about three dozen of them up there. "...He has spies set all over the place and I didn't even remember that fact!" she cursed under her breath.

It was then that she caught the scent of blood...it was a familiar scent, but whose was it? Saiyaka then saw that the wasps were carrying something and she squinted a little to see what it was. It was a weapon...a chain and sickle, belonging to only one person. The blade was drenched with blood, and she knew whose blood it was. "KOHAKU!" she cried out, putting a hand over her mouth. No, there was no way that Naraku already...

I crouched just in the top of the tree, the bow I had snatched from a soldier in my hands, an arrow allready drawn and ready to fire. I focused carefully at the lead demon wasp, it had the bulk of the weapon under it. My eyes narrowed as I let the arrow go, it flew through the air and hit the Saimyosho right in the underside. The other wasps scattered when the lead was hit and it fell to the ground with the blood soaked weapon. When the wasp hit the ground I put the bow over my shoulder and jumped from the tree to the ground, when I hit the ground I heard the other Saimyosho gathering together.
"Damd bugs, take em out," I said straitening myself out and looked at the wasps.
Right as I said that, a hail of arrows came flying from the bushes behind me. The Saimyosho tried to move to the side but there were to many arrows for them all to dodge. Soon all but one of the Saimyosho had fallen to the ground.
"Captain there is one last one, should we get rid of it," a soldier yelled as he went to grab an arrow out of his quiver.
"No let it go, let it return to its master and tell him what happened here. That should get him good and angry," I said with a smirk on my face.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka stared down at the weapon, her eyes wide with fear and tears. "...No, he wouldn't," she whispered, picking up the weapon. It was most definately the boy's scent and now Saiyaka was angery. Scowling she ran off towards the direction of the castle before Tach could get to her. This had pushed her over the edge. She wasn't going to waste time with stupid diversions that weren't going to be working anymore. She was going to get Kohaku now, and that was it.

"Damd, I knew she was going to do this eventually," I said throwing the bow to the ground and running after her," Keisou you are incharge untill I get back, make sure no one moves from this spot got it. Not unless I send for you."
Before Keisou could say much else, I was out of sight. I was booking it through the forest trying to catch up with Saiyaka, I can only imagine what it was that set her off. But if she was running off like this she must be angry.
"Damdit all Saiyaka, I wish you would give me like a 10 second notice before you run off like this. If you just run into Naraku's castle like this...he wont hesitate to kill you," I said as I ran between the trees.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka knew that Tach was comming for her and cursed under her breath. She didn't want him comming after her, as much as part of her wished that he would stop her from doing foolish things like this. She suddenly felt herself being snatched up into the air and she blinked, turning on a giant feather to look at Kagura.

"Don't ask questions," the wind mistress said to Saiyaka, not bothering to look at her.

I stopped in the middle of the forest, not sure of where Saiyaka had gone. I looked all around me frantically to try and find her, I started to run again as fast as I could. Untill I reached a sudden end of the forest, I stopped myself quickly and looked at the sight infront of me.
"Is this Naraku's castle," I asked myself looking at the large castle infront of me," It must be, and I bet Naraku is inside and has Saiyaka...thats why I can't find her. That bastard, this time I really will kill him."
I bloted forward again, jumping over the first castle wall and into a court yard. Probably not the smartest thing I could have done at the time, when I landed and looked up. I had a nasty surprise waiting for me, the girl in white was standing there with her mirror. I had heard from Inuyasha about that mirror, it steels souls. The girl raised the mirror at me, my eyes narrowed and before she could do anything I jumped into the air above her. The cold emtionless face remained as I punched her to the side, she skided across the ground and came to a hault a good 20 feet from me.
"Sorry kid, but I dont have time to mess around with you," I said straitening out and getting ready to turn around.
"Do you have time for me then," I heard an all to familiar voice from behind me.
My eyes widended when I realized my mistake, I had let them right behind me and left my guard down. (OOC: Oh uh, a mystery, who could it be...I'll give you a hint...its not Naraku)

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka, who was inside Naraku's castle, tensed up as she caught Tech's scent, then his blood. "Tach!" she whispered, standing up and trying to get outside to go to him, but Kagura held her back, her eyes narrowed as she shook her head. "What the hell has gotten into you, Kagura?!" she hissed.

"...You will stay here," Kagura replied in a monotone voice, her eyes alwyas seeming to look past Saiyaka and at sheer nothingness.

[Red Dragon]

Inuka bolted upright. Tach's blood was in the air. "Lets move, Now." said becoming a streak of white and red in the forest background. She smelled Kagura, the wretch, to. She didn't feel thie attack until it was to late. A cut formed on her cheek as Yunji came back from the shadows for another attack. "Crap!" she shouted. She was still a hanyou, he had beaten her when she was a full demon. Her eyes glowed as she drew Defender.
Her friends were in trouble. She lunged at Yunji and slicked his head off in a clean stroke. His blood burned her as it spattered her.

I moved away quickly and spun around, grabbing ahold of my right arm where this person had cut me. I took my hand away and looked at the small amout of blood, I nearly laughed at it.
"I dont think thats going to hurt me any, dark priestess," I said looking up at the old hag.
"So you do remember me, I'm so glad," the old priestess said lowering the cain sword she had.
"How could I forget an old hag like you, one who tricks entire villages to just give up their children for dead," I said reaching for my sword.
"Oh no come on boy, I am not that bad of an old women am I," the priestess said with an old crackly laugh.
"No, your much worse...wich is why I will have no problem getting rid of you. I am sure that will anger your master as well wont it, Naraku seems to get upset everytime I kill one of his lackies," I said pulling my sword from its sheath.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka stayed where she was, glaring at Kagura. Kohaku's head rested in Saiyaka's lap. It seemed that Naraku had only cut the boy's leg, and nothing more just to lure her to the castle. Saiyaka was now tending to the injured leg, and wondering what the hell was wrong with Kagura, because she obviously wasn't her self at this point.

"Allright you old wench this is the end of you," I said as I rushed at the old priestess with my sword drawn to the side.
The old women just continued to smile as she blocked by first attack with her cain sword, she was strong for an old hag. I moved back for a second and then came back at her trying to stab her from below, but she mearly jumped into the air and stepped on my head as she flew above me and then landed behind me. I spun around rubbing my head for a second and then raised my sword again.
"Stay still for a second so I can kill you allready," I said getting a little anoyed.
"Surly and old women like me can't be that much of a problem for a young demon like you," the old women crackled.
I snarled at this remark and charged her again, making sure to guard myself from any attack she might throw at me...but I didnt actually think she would throw anything at me. Before I could notice she threw a small knife that I barely avoided, it made a small cut on my cheek causing blood to dribble down the side of my face.
"Your fast," I said taking a breather.
The old women just smiled and cocked her head to the side a bit, she was a powerful priestess. She must have used all her spiritual powers to make her faster and stronger in her old age.
"Damd you smart and strong," I said with a laugh as I whiped the blood of my cheek.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka winced some as she caught the smell of more blood. It was still Tach's blood, and she couldn't take much more of smelling it. She might go crazy if she didn't know what was going on out there. "Please let me go out there, Kagura!" Saiyaka pleaded. Her efforts were in vain as Kagura paid no mind at all to her.

"Allright priestess I have had enough of this for one night, time for me to get rid of you," I said raising my sword again.
This time I was really trying to hit her, I rushed forward and brought my sword over my head. And when I swung I swung hard and fast, catching the priestess of guard and giving her a nasty cut across the left arm. She jumped away quickly after she got over the shock from the attack, when she looked at her arm. She lost that kind looked, she did not like getting hurt one bit.
"Why you dissrespectful brat, I will teach you to cut me like that," she said her eyes starting to glow.
"Oh boy, this dosent seem good," I said feeling a very strong aura coming from her.
The old women raised her caine sword into the air, and a strange glow appeared around it. I guarded myself with my sword, knowing that there was no way I could go to escape a power like that. It was so massive I could barely stand being there, small streaks of lightning started to appearing from the glow around the blade. And the old hag looked at me with death in her eyes.
"Die demon," She said pointed her sword at me.
My eyes widened when I saw the huge blast come front the blade, how was she doing this. I repositioned my footing and gripped my sword tighter, determined to cut the blast in two. The ground around the blast broke away untill it finally reached me, my blade met the blast full force and held...for a moment. I looked down to one side of the sword, it was cutting the blast but sending half the blast at me. I knew this was not going to end well at all, when the blast hit me it nailed me strait in the right arm. I could feel the flesh burn and tear untill...I flew backward, my body going in one direction...my arm going in the other with the sword still held tightly within its grasp.

Saiyaka couldn't take it any longer. She still had Kohaku's weapon with her, and she used the dulled end to knock Kagura out by hitting her hard in the back of the head. She then scooped up the boy and ran outside to see what was going on. "Tach!" she called out as she burst outside.

I looked up from where I was laying, I slowly sat up and felt a sharp pain in my shoulder. I reached my left hand over and grabbed at it, and then slid down a litte where my shirt was all soaked in blood...and then.
"My arm its..."
"Take that you worthless half demon, I hope that will forever remind me of the scare you have left with me," the dark priestess said as she dissapeared again.
"Damd you," I said as I watched he dissapear, my hand still over where my arm used to be.

[Red Dragon]

Inuyasha came up behind her and saw what she had done to Yunji. His eyes widened when he saw that hers were glowing. "Inuka" he said cautiously. blinded by blood and in pain Inuka jumped at him, she knocked him to the ground and ripped tetsuiga (sp?) from his grasp. She drew it, still unsure of who was infront of her. The gleam of the blade caught the light and blinded her momentarily. It was enough to bring her out of her little crazed episode.
Looking at the sword in her hands she wore a shocked expression. She wiped the remaining blood frim her eyes and face and looked at a red eye Inuyasha. It was her turn to be surprised. 'He wouldn'y hurt me, would he?' she thought. He was a full demon, while she was a half. She jumped away as he pounced. He anticipated this and slashed at her, his claws dug into her face and arm.

watching the demon (yunji) get beheaded was kinda surprising and when Inuyasha attacked Inuka i was still in somwhat of a daze.....I pulled out the gun in my pocket and shot....they heard and kinda covered their ears in surprise and shock....

(OOC: Sorry my last post was kinda rushed, it was late and my mom was yelling at me to get off the computer, I will go into what happened a little more)

I sat there for a moment, trying to figure out about what had happened. The dark priestess was gone, and she left me allive but. My arm, the more I felt around the wound to find it, the more I started to realize what happened. When I picked my head up again I looked around me, there was my sword and my...arm. About 10 feet from me in a small pool of blood, now I knew what had happened.
"That old wench, she will regret doing this to me," I said holding onto shoulder tighter," Just becuase my arm is gone, dosent mean it will keep me from killing her and Naraku."

When Saiyaka got outside, the smell of blood almost overwhelmed her greatly. There was an arm on the ground, soaked in a pool of blood. A familiar arm, at that...As soon as she saw what had happened to Tach, her eyes widened, tears comming to her eyes. She almost dropped Kohaku, but managed to lower him to the ground and ran towards Tach.

She knew that this was all her fault, she knew it...She was never going to be able to live this down, that was for sure. Now Tach was one arm short, and he might not be able to do half of things he could do. It seemed that it was his sword hand by the looks of it, too.

I looked up, noticing Saiyaka coming towards me. Before she got to me I somehow managed to get to my feet, slowly but surly I stood up blood still dripping from where my arm used to be. I walked towards her slugishly, there was alot of blood loss. But not enough to kill me, when the blast cut my arm off, it also burned most of the wound shut. When I reached Saiyaka, I used my remaining arm and put it around her.
"Sorry Saiyaka, I got a little careless," I said with a smile on my face.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka sobbed into his shoulder, shaking her head as she glanced towards the stub where his arm used to be. "My fault," she whispered between sobs. "It's all my fault!" she cried. "Why!? Why did you come after me like that, why?!" she yelled, sinking to her knees as she cried. "When I run off without telling you...That means to stay away!"

"You know there is no way that this is your fault, and besides even if you told me not to fallow you I probably would have anyways. Not for a second would I leave you alone when we are this close to Naraku's castle," I said surprising calm considering what had just happened.
I knelt down infront of Saiyaka and kept my arm around here, for some reason my body was blocking all the pain. I felt nothing from where my arm used to be, it was like it was never there in the first place. I looked at Saiyaka for a moment and then looked around the castle, I noticed the boy...he must have been Kohaku.
"Good we got him, now lets get out of here and return to the formation. This rescue has been a sucess," I said releived we had gotten him.
I was about to get back up and take Saiyaka and then boy to leave, when I sensed something else. It was Kagura, I was picking up her scent from inside the castle...and Naraku's was there too. They were watching, or atleast he was.
"Saiyaka you take the boy and go back to the formation, I need to go have a word with Naraku," I said as I started to walk towards my sword on the ground near my arm.

[Chibi-chan]

Saiyaka looked at Tach, eyes widening a little as he said this. "Oh, no you're not!" she hissed, glaring. Tach had already lost his arm, and there was no way that she was going to let him loose his life just because he wished to talk with Naraku of all people. None the less, she hurried over to Kohaku and picked him up in her arms, holding him rather protectively as if expecting Naraku to snatch him away.

"Don't worry, I won't stop you from taking the boy," Naraku laughed somewhere from within the castle. "Go right ahead and take him, if you don't think he'll turn on you, that is," he said, speaking in a rather cold and sinister voice.

"Speak of the devil, I just was going to look for you so I could knock you around a bit," I said in a cocky tone.
"For one with only one arm you are quite cocky," Naraku snickered.
"Yeah well I only need one arm to beat the snot out of you," I said turning back towards Saiyaka.
"So you are just going to take the boy, even though he will try and kill you all in your sleep," Naraku said with some enjoyment.
"Yeah we are, and we are going to change him back...just to piss you off," I said as I picked up my sword an returned it to its sheath.

Naraku laughed a little more and sighed some, "Tach, you are such a foolish half breed," he murmured. "You think that Kagome can change him back by purifying the shard?" he asked. "Even if she does accomplish this, you know what will happen to him, do you not, Saiyaka?"

Saiyaka frowned a little, looking down at the boy in her arms. Kohaku had wanted to forget what had happened. What he had done to his father and fellow villagers, and what he had done to Sango. He wanted to forget all of it so he wouldn't feel the pain of it. The memory tormented him, even though he had been controlled, even though it wasn't truely his fault. Saiyaka knew this fact. Kohaku would be torn, comepletely break down.

"Yes, that's right," Naraku said, his voice even more sinister as he found this amusing. "You saw it when I gave him his memory back for a brief moment, didn't you? You remember how much he cried out when the memories played back!" he laughed.

"And what makes you think I care about that," I said if not just as evily.
"What, you would make him remember the memories that would surly drive him insaine," Naraku asked rather surprised by my statement and tone.
"You think by just taking his memories away from him will stop it, he still knows deep within that heart of his what he has done. And if he can't live up to it than he is better off dead," I said looking at Naraku out of the corner of my eye," Besides, if he still chooses to try and forget I will just slap him around abit untill he does. I dont have a problem with it."
Naraku didnt seem to pleased about my tone, I was actually thinking on a similar level as he was. Not caring about the boys feelings and wishes at the moment, I was going to force him to remember wether he liked it or not.

Saiyaka looked at Tach, a horrified look on her face. Sure, the boy should remember and realize that what he did in the past wasn't his fault at all, but it just wasn't right to force it upon Kohaku. It just wasn't right at all for somebody to force another to remember about something so horrible.

(OOC: Sorry it took me so long to reply again, I was about to but I had to rush the police station...then figured out my meeting was cancelled)

"Come on Saiyaka, lets go," I said walking up to her.
For some reason I still did not feel the emense amount of pain that most people would be feeling when their arm was loped off. But mine felt just fine, in fact I didnt feel sore and hurt at all. I put my hand on Saiyaka's back and more or less started to push her along so we could get out of there, leaving a rather anoyed Naraku behind.
"Head my words half breed, you will regret bringing that boy back with you," Naraku said in a lst ditch effort to scare me.
I stopped for a second and looked back at Naraku, a little anoyed by him constantly talking.
"Naraku just shut the hell up allready, no one wants to hear you talk anymore," I said walking off again.

Saiyaka looked to Tach and shook her head a little bit. "Talking to him makes him talk even more," she muttered, glancing back at the castle as she continued to walk.

Inuka looked over thankfully at Azus as she jumped away from the Demon Inuyasha. She felt a wind that blew her hair away from her bleeding face as Seshomaru stepped in grasping Inuyasha by the throat. Inuka's eyes went wide and she darted at him, pleading for Inuyasha's life. Sesi noticed fathers fang in her hands and, pulling it from her grasp he shoved it at Inuyasha, then cast him aside.

"His blade is to shield his humanity" Seshomaru said to her. She looked at the badly battered Inu on the ground. He also had wounds from her. She gave Sesi a hug and went to check on Inu. He looked up at her with hurt eyes. "Inu," she said softly. He turned away and tried to stand. "Inuyasha, I'm sorry." she said trying to help him. He brushed her off. She grabbed his robe and yanked him back. "You tried to kill me to you know" she said to him. His old spark came back in to his eyes. "You tried to kill me first!" he shouted at her. "Only because I had just been attacked by Yunji, I thought you were another one of his henchmen!" she shouted back.

Neither of them was going to say they were sorry, just like when they were kids. By now they knew the others routine, Inuka would not talk to him for a bit, then he'd play a prank on her, she'd get mad again and hit him, and they would silently forgive eachother and move on.

Inuka looked over to find the confused Azus looking at them and Seshomaru looking at Azus with mild interest. She wasn't surprized, Azus wasn't your average demon, he was from the future.

hmm....watching the dog demon stare at me(sesshoumaru)....i was completely confused.....kagome took out an arrow and aimed it at the stranger(sesshoumaru)......watching a little girl(rin) follow the stranger i let my right hand fall upon the hilt of Reaver......

Inuka jumped infront of Seshomaru. "Kagome, Dont!" she shouted. "What did he do to you?" Kagome asked looking from Sesi to Inuka's bleeging cheek. The blood stopped flowing and started to heal slowly. Inuka glanced at Inuyasha, she was no snitch. If he decided not to tell Kagome, that was his buisness. "Actually, I did." Inuyasha said lowering his eyes, he held his sword, apparently still not trusting Sesi.

Kagome was shocked. "No big deal." Inuka said bailing Inu out. "He's done worse befere." she said offhandedly. Kagome's jaw dropped. "Umm... What I mean is, I've done worse to him and he's done worse to me since we were kids." she said fumbling for an explenation. Inuyasha nodded thankfully at her. He owed her one now!

"She can't harm me." Sesi said brushing off Kagome. 'You haven't seen Kagome pissed though' she thought wiping the dried blood off of her face. The cut was no longer there. Inuka's eyes darted back to Azus, he still hadn't taken his hand off of his sword.
