nice and simple. i like it and the vertical lines (if intentional) add a feeling of paper or such to the image which fits well with the line art.
i think maybe try a different font for his name, or possibly put the kanji version of his name in a similar style to what's in the top picture in light grey behind his name. right now that text just seems a little too bland, even for a simple wall like this.

yea, those lines are supposed to be there because a pattern overlay was applied after the initial wall was finished in order to make it look "old"

not necessarily, if it acctually has anything whatsoever to do with the thread (which in this case it does not) and if you want to know the rules, look into the rules thread (it's stickied in this forum, very hard to miss).

back to the wall, the pattern overlay seems to make it more generically paperish than old in particular, though it does give some of that impression.

Ya, I think it was supposed to look paperish. As for the name, it's pretty comical, I was in a hentai once, it was quite the enjoyable experience, you guys should try it. :)

There were a few different kanji symbols for "neji", but they all had the same meaning (spiral, helix) so I went with the one that looked better and was the main kanji for the meaning.

you can't see the kanji cause you didn't install the fonts dude. and thanks, i like the chains too. i like to pretend that obese guy is me as a tutor holding a glass of sparkling lemonade and those two girls are my students. as to what i'm teaching them, i leave that up to your imagination :)
