a samurai spirit winter

made this wall for the winter contest, but i'm gonna have to redo it lighter for that. in the mean time i like how this version is and was wondering if anyone had any suggestions. the girls are rimururu and nakoruru from the samurai spirits game.

Looks great but one suggestion. The I don't know what's it call so I call it the arch..I know there's a name for it but I forgot at the moment does not look like its actually in the snow. I can't you how you could make it look realistic sense.

odd, because that was an acctual picture that i just filtered a bit...maybe i'll play with it a bit. second glance though it does look kinda strange. i think maybe there's a flat spot at the bottom of the legs of the arch so it looks strange.
oh, and it's a Torii gate.

*edit* added the attached. i changed the bottom of the gate some, i think it blends a little better (still think that it's strange it didn't and that i didn't notice).

hmm it looks better but still looks like its on the surface..maybe try a light shadow somewhere.
