i made in paint shop pro 8 and this today and it took me a while to finish (i LOVE the borders...it looks emty with out them).....so what u think? is it any good? :D

it looks nice, though the character seems slightly washed out (try raising the contrast slightly and maybe lowering the brightness a bit too) and the foreground snow (white blobs) seem too solid and thick. that oughta be fixable by just lowering their opacity a bit more or.

the bg is nice though, good work.

thank u ^_^.. i will mess with the brightness and the contrast right away..but one question, are u talking about all the white blobs or are u talking about the big white blobs or the small white blobs?

I love the picture, it's so cute (I remember it from somewhere). But yeah, just touch up the snow a little bit. And try and make her a little more smooth. Possibly do something that makes her colors look a lot like the girl in my sig (only more "frosted". I guess that's a good word. And no, the girl in my sig is not actaully that color. It's the "angel effect".)
