Well....this is a scan I did quite some time ago. I changed the color a bit. I think it looks cooler. My first real wallpaper. Nothing to fancy. I don't really have an uber great photo program, but I'll throw this out there and let you cats and kittens check it out.

EDIT: Not really a wallpaper per se.....more of an image edit. ;)

I don't mean to doubt you and maybe you really did make it but that really just looks like an original picture made larger.

Well I scaned it out of a comic I had, changed the colors, and made it larger.

Well then I'm sorry hun and don't mean to be mean but that's not really an actual wallpaper (or your first wallpaper, anyways). I mean you could call it an actual wallpaper, but you really didn't do anything. I won't report it, because atleast you said what you did, and didn't say that you cut out the girls and made the background. *pats head* Good for you. But it's okay, you said you don't really have a good photo program. Perhaps if you like some of my works I could make wallpapers for you. ^_^

Seriously bro, go to www.download.com for some free trial software. If that doesn't interest you then I suggest using Gimp. Pretty basic, but a good freeware program for beginers.

You didnt create a wallpaper, but you did do what we call an image edit. In other words, you took an image and edited it a bit. Nothing wrong with that! If you sign the wallpaper, put something like "image edited by: " instead of "wallpaper created by: ".

ok is it just me that I got moving scan lines over the image like you put animated scan lines or maybe its only me?
