It looks nice, I just don't like the positioning of the text... It's too... Thrown around...
To make it glow, on PS, click the text layer, go to Layer > Style > Outer Glow... Edit settings and voilá.

nice and simple, i think it's pretty good. the text isn't bad in my opinion, but i do have one complaint. the snow is all too uniform (angles). if you go to the brushes tab at the top and play with the settings so that they're rotated different angles and maybe so some of them look like they're not facing directly out from the wall, wouldn't be too hard to do. fix that and i won't have anything more to complain about.

Thats not how I did the glowy text but I'm sure it will work. And I'll see what I can do about the text placement, and I'll do the angle rotation on the snowflakes, I know how but never thought of it. Give me a couple of days and I'll get it done as I am not at home or by my computer to do it. Thanks for all the advice ^^

I dunno, I think it's fine also. I mean I don't make the best wallpapers you've ever seen but I like it as it is.

I have one complaint, the girl on the right her outline is a little rough and a bit sharp..smooth it out. Good wallpaper though ^^

could you please point out where. My monitor is not so good because its dieing and I'm holding out for the parents to buy me one for xmas. The colors are a bit off, sorry ^^

Whooo nice, just one suggestion about the text, it looks ok as it is, but maybe since you have grey with white glow at the top and white with grey glow at the bottom, maybe do a gradient on the middle row of text. White to grey glow(top to bottom) and grey to white text(also top to bottom). Just a suggestion, I think it would make the gradients work better, but it's up to you ^^
