It looks bad because for some reason it wants to call itself five billion bytes large. So, I went into PSP and decreased the color depth... IE mushed all the colors together and it looks bad now. So... if you want to see a good version, go to Minitokyo.

cut back a little on the blue perhaps a different pattern of or loose the plaid all together. it is just so drab that it puts me to sleep i like the font

It's nice! If you want to fill the empty space make some big pixels and use different colors. dark blue to white.. Something like that.

I don't see why people want their wallpapers messy. Keep it simpel.

Anyway, I like the wp as it is... but maybe make the heart a little smaller so you can see the whole thing ^_^

Maybe a splash of waves would be nice in the middle - but like very, very transparent waves with colors of blue to match the background. It does look plain... - but very nice job there Xian Pu ^^. Just a suggestion - lol
