The character looks like she's out in the sun, but it's a starry night... maybe a light blue hue will help.

also, the text is a bit boring. I'd add a little something to it, like a glow

the bg is amazing, but i'd get rid of the text. and the scan looks weird, its too bright :/

Actually I love the wallie - it looks great! The sunnish glare to the right needs to tone down a bit on both water reflections and from the the light itself, but I find not much of a problem with the brightness. I can handle it.

And keep the text, it looks amazing. Make it glowy white and perhaps some sparkles too? ^_^

Like like everyone said about adding a glow around the text..more so something magical looking imo..Also make a reflection of the middle heavenly body there in the water..Other than that it looks good.

i don't know if anyone esle has seen it or not, but theres a section of the hills in the bg where the text is that's a lighter shade then the rest, and it doesn't look like it's supposed to be, it's kinda boxy with sharp angles and strait lines. my only other complaint is that the shooting star like things are kinda large in my opinon (if you're going for a realistic bg i guess) usually they'd be long and skinny. other than those i love the wall, it'd be about perfect if you fixed the small things that have been mentioned already.

I love the BG.. but the girl just doesn't fit with it.. I bet a girl from Canvas 2 would fit in better.

As already mentioned, the char is too bright for the bg (a blue hue may work ^_^), the text is out of place as it is right now, maybe some glow may work, and add some more effects to it ;)
The bg is really amazing, except what acamori already mentioned! (If you can't see that, increase a bit the brightnes and contrast of your monitor ;))

and for the rreflected text add ripples so it look like it's on the water.

i like the new shooting stars and the text better, though the character looks pink now. maybe it's just me, but it doesn't seem to look quite right with the blue tint that the moonlight should have. her fingers seem fine to me, but there are a few sections along the dark edging of her coat (mainly on her right) that seem too jagged, a slight blur by hand along the edge would fix it nicely.

Souge.. Really nice. Just change the text. Make the reflection smaller and fade it a bit.

looks great... except the text. The water level isnt that high so the reflection doesnt really fit. How about losing the reflection all together?
