Scrapped Princess

I took all episodes of Scrapped Princess from a friend of mine two months ago and I saw yesterday the 4 first episodes. It looks a nice, lighthearted supernatural anime but not something really exciting (and to think of that lighthearted supernatural anime like Orphen and Ruin Explores is one of my favourite genres). On the other hand, I recently found out that this anime is pretty well-known (e.x. it is advertising at animenewsnetwork.com).

So, what's your personal opinion about this anime?

It was prophecized that when the Scrapped Princess turned sixteen, the world would be destroyed. Those are the words of the Mauser faith, and nobody dares to question its word. However, after the Scrapped Princess was born, the person in charge of killing her failed to do so and she still roams about the land with her brother Shannon and her sister Raquel. Now she is just a seemingly normal fifteen year old girl, and the Mauser faith as well as the Peacemakers are becoming restless. How is the Scrapped Princess, Pacifica, so dangerous to the world, and what will happen when she turns sixteen?

I saw all the episodes of scrapped princess and I like it very much. Though I do feel somewhat sorry for Leo I believe his name was. Some may noticed that my avatar is Shannon from that anime.

well i borrowed it from a freind like 3 months ago and watch the episode when the monsters absorbed the town people and then they killed it i think thats like episode 6 anyway its pretty koo so far

Okay, I seriously love this anime.
I bought it originally for the imaging and the way it looks so yeah, It has great drawing.

The story personally is pretty cool and I really like the way it goes, Shannon Casul is totally awsome as is Pacifica. I think it has got to be the best medieval/ fuedal fantasy anime series I've ever seen, much better than inuyasha.

Well I have only seen one and well have pretty much, misplaced it in my DVD collection so I am looking for it. It's my fave!!

If it was more widespread it would be good though it has little 'mature content' other than killing and crap like that.

Well it has a hidden deepness inside of it and Pacifica who is the scrapped princess legend to have power that would destroy the world is very cool and awsome. (I luv shannon)

i really love this show. and the heroine - pacifica cathule - is one of my favourite female anime character, maybe the best. she's soo damn cute. but didn't know how to cook. :(. anyway this is a great story.

This is an anime that I have wanted to see for awhile....and from what I have read from reviews it looks like something I'd like. Too bad I'm too poor and lazy to go out and get it.
You and me both. I have no money either and I want to get a job to make some money but my dad is like, no way you can't get a job you need to focus on High School and get into a good college. So yeah no money for me. So I get all my books from the library. I guess my dad is right but still it stinks having no money.

I read the first manga volume and watched the first DVD and they are nothing alike.:ooh:
