this text is blue shade saw Kyu and headed for her when Dark caught him " Hey let me go!" he tryed to get free from Dark's grasp " KYU HELP ME!" kyu was out cold, shade began to whimper " please...im here to help her.........she knows me i know her.... Please set me down so i could go see her." he begged dark to let him down.

[Kytsukuya]

Kytsu woke up. "Wha-" she said. She walked up to Dark. "Hey! Let him go now. He didn't do anything." She lifted the boy and kneeled down to his size. "Hey, If you want to see Kyu, she's there." she said kindly.

dark let the wolf kid down "whats your name?"he asked him "and why are you here?"dark entered the bubble and petted kyus head.he shook her a bit and said "kyu?you ok?"careingly.he sat there next to her for a while and waited for shades answer.after hearing shades responce dark eventually fell asleep,silent and still,next to kyu.

shade nodded at the girl and ran over to kyu " hey kyu are you ok?" kyu made no movement shade began to panic " Kyu?? No Kyu pleae move tell me what did they do to you?" kyu still made no movement shade was in a panic he sat down and cried. kyu moved a little hearing shade.

" sh.......shade?" she said weakly

shade looked up and say kyu " Kyu! your ok!" he hugged her " im so glad your ok" kyu hugged back

" im glad to where did you come from shade?"

Kytsu smiled. "Glad you're okay." she said. She entered the bubble and watched over Kyu.

Drgn was relieved to hear that Shiori had dreamt the same dream once. "Thank you Shiori...it's just been on my mind. You've helped me clear the thought. Umm..." he looked at her apologetically, "Sorry for bothering you Shiori...you can go back to sleep now...I just wanted to know if you had ever dreamt of what I described...thank you." So we met again in that dream. She saved me again in the dream...it must have been a review of what happened in Tenshi Kakoriko. Drgn walked Shiori back to the temple and encouraged her to sit. He sat against the wall, where he was before they went to talk.

After the very long time that Raina had been in the arena...after all the monsters she had killed, Dongo said to her, 'Raina...you may exit the arena now. You have proven yourself to me...you deserve the powers I can grant you.'

OCC: im just going to pretend Raina was in there for long...its not necessary to actually make posts about her fighting when we can just pretend she did. So Raina had fought for about an hour...ok?

Amazon watched as Haldir went off in the woods to look for Dark n Kyu. "Uh okay seeya then..." she said. She yawned n then looked over at the other guy who was there. "Um thanks for the water I am sure that our group will appreciate it..." I wonder if they even drink water? she thought. She decided to just bring it anyways, if they didn't want it then she was sure she would find some use for it. "Um I am gonna go now sir I will seeya around okay?" she gave a quick bow and set off back for the temple.

[Armegeddon_Raina]

"finally. my armor is chipped" i look at the gash in the leg, i walk out and yawn, i turn back to my normal me, im in a green velvet dress with boots on, and my hair in curls, my sword is in my hand and it dissapears, i scratch my arm and look at the elder, the blood mirror i made starts to 'melt' "man..that was easy, i said 'give me the strongest' yet that was sooo easy" i grin and i look younger but my eyes still look cold...and distant, "so whats my prize hamu?" i look at the elder who is now named 'hamu'

"Hitomi." Marth said as he woke her gently. "Raina's done; you're up next." He smiled, and looked over as Drgn and Shiori entered the temple. Martg looked over to Raina. 'Will she choose to be mortal? or will she continue to stay imortal, and be the god of blood and death?'. He didn't know Raina well enough to know how she felt about making a decision like that, but he knew that she suffered from her life as an imortal being.

[Amazon_Goddess]

Amazon reached the temple. "Hey guys wats up? I brought some water in case anyone needed something to drink." she set the huge water jugs down on the ground. "Well, Haldir's gone to look for dark n Kyu so I guess he's gonna go last. So who's going next is it Hitomi?" She turned to The Elder "Hey can you PLEASE give us the order that we are gonna fight in so that I know?"

[Kytsukuya]

Kytsu walked out of the bubble. She felt a strong tingling feeling in her. "Uhh, guys? I don't feel too good." she said. She twitched her finger. Then her hand. Next her arms. Now her legs, finally her whole body. "Is anyone a possesor? I feel kinda sick." she said. Then her eyes turned red, her hood-cape turned white. So did her shoes and everything on her. She had claws. Her feet did too. Her hair looked long and then turned black. "Hi." she said evilly. She attacked Raina, Drgn, Dark and Haldir. A kind voice came out. "Help-me!" she cried. Then her voice became evil again.

[haldir-the-elven-warrior]

"Dark i am going to the temple to tell the others," haldir said walking to the temple. "The group drinks water wow i didnt know that," he said with a laugh when he stood next to amazon all of a sudden. He walked up to drgn and said "Drgn, Dark and Kyu wont be able to come here until day break," he said looking at drgn then to the victorious raina. "So you won you fight raina thats good," he said sitting down in the far corner.

[Amazon_Goddess]

Amazon saw Haldir walk back into the temple "Well i didn't know if they drank water either thats why I brought it. Ya know just in case but I am sure I am not the only one who drinks water around here right? So you are back then so I guess now you don't have to go last. So then just who is going last cuz I am confused is there anyway that elder guy can tell us what order we are in?" she said looking at the Elder and waited for him to answer.

[Kytsukuya]

Kytsu reatuned normal again. "Sorry. I dunno what happened there!' Kytasu said. "I'm off to the temple. See ya!" she said as she headed upwards. 'Who did that to me? Why did it happen?' Kytsu thought. After a couple of minutes, she was at the temple. She saw Haldir and Amazon. "Hello. I want to fight. There's someone possesing me below and I want to get strong if she appears. No one has the power to do that. It must be pretty strong." she said. She walked up to the elder. "I want to fight." she said fiercly.

Amazon blinkied at Kitsyu "Uh yea I am sure you can, but that's only if you survive the training. You better make sure that your a strong fighter if you want to pass the training."

Amazon pokied Raina "Hey Raina good job out there you really showed those demons whose boss! You made it out pretty easily so I am guessing that it's not that hard?"

OCC: Kytsukuya, how could u have attacked Raina or Drgn...you weren't in the temple at the time. Anyway...just forget it. it never happened, but u can get possessed, that's fine.

BIC: Drgn looked up as he noticed Raina had come out of the arena. He looked down at Hitomi and said aloing with Marth, "Yeah...wake up Hitomi, it's your turn to fight now. If you want to keep your human form you better fight hard, because I have a feeling that Dongo isn't very lenient...you're going to have to put a lot into this."

Dongo looked at Raina as she emerged from the arena, victorious. "You, first of all, will address me by my name, not the one you wish to call me. And second of all, you will have the choice of mortallity if you wish to take it. If not, I will strengthen your mental capacity and your fighting techniques." He looked at her and gave a straight facial expression...he was curious to see if she would like mortallity like the rest of her friends.

He then turned to Hitomi and said, "Please wait one moment for your friend to decide her blessing." Looking back at Riana, he began to wonder, Does this girl enjoy the tourment of living for eternity?

[Kytsukuya]

OOC: Srry. I really didn't know what was going on cuz I couln't get their posts so I just said it.

BIC: Kytsu entered the arena. She practiced a bit before fighting. "I'm ready." she said, taking off her hood and let her cape fly. A demon went in. It was small (like small dinosaur small). It was pretty strong, considering she was sweating and all. She fougt some other's, then went out. "That was a doozey." she said, wiping the sweat of her face. She unbuckled her hood-cape, and it fell to the ground. She grabbed some water and drank it. "That feels good." she said.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori was a bit puzzled by the dream that Drgn had asked her about. How did he know the dream in the first place? Is it possible that he could have had a similiar one? Maybe the same one? Can it be possible for two people to have identical dreams? she asked herself. Shrugging these questions off for the moment, the headed back inside. She saw that Raina was done in the arena, and smiled some, knowing that Raina would be able to pass the test that the elder gave to her friend."Congradulations, Raina!" Shiori said to her.

Knowing that it may be a while before her test began, she went over to Marth's side once again. The dragon, elven mix sad down beside the black dragon, somehow feeling that she should be near him for some odd reason. Perhaps it was because they both had dragon blood running through their vains. Whatever the reason, she just felt that it was right to be near him.

[haldir-the-elven-warrior]

Haldir walked over to the eldar and said "may i speak to you master dongo." He wanted to know why he could talk to the hawk when no one else could. "You wouldn't happen to know why i can talk to animals do you," haldir asked confused. Haldir had a feeling something was prying its way out of him. 'Could this have to do with my inner power,' he thought to himself as he waited for master dongo's answer.

[Kytsukuya]

Kytsu fell asleep. Silently, she snored. When she woke up, she decided to fight again. She put on her hood-cape, deciding to fight Dongo. "Me next" she said.

Marth again put his arm around Shiori as she sat next to him. He smiled, feeling complete again. He looked at her for a moment, and then back over to Raina, wondering what her response to Dongo's question would be.

[Kera]

"ahhhh what where when" Hitomi woke up with a start looking all around for a monster or something "ow is it my turn to fight im sorry i was in a deep sleep i guess" Hitomi looked at Marth and smiled then turned around and walked to the arena and bowed to the elder her ears up in exitment "im am ready for what ever you through at me" Hitomis body was tence and and her eyes where bright she was ready to fight. turning to her friends she smiled then turned back to the elder and was ready for any thing at this moment "i will fight my vary hardest" her face serious and her voice emotionless

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori seemed happy to be around Marth, with his arm around her and all that. She smiled back at him, then looked over to Hitomi. "You're going to be fine!" she called out, waving to Hitomi. "Do your best for me, alright?"

[Kytsukuya]

"Oh, sorry." Kytsu said as she went out of the arena, starting to watch Hitomi fight. "Do your best!" she said.

Shade was happy to see kyu and that she was awake but she was in pain from her transformation and from dark's attacks on her. he hugged her again trying not to make her be in more pain then she all ready is. " Kyu, Im glad to that your ok."

Kyu smiled at shade and hugged him back " thanks shade." she said then laid back down and went to rest.

OCC: Kytsukuya, u can't go in the arena. first of all, it wasn't your turn...second of all, the elder has to let u in if u want to fight. everyone (including u kytsukuya), forget that she fought. its hitomi's turn.

BIC: Drgn looked up at Hitomi and smiled as she enthusiastically took her turn. "Hitomi, give the arena all you've got." Drgn stood up and walked over to her. He patted her on the back, encouraging her to do her best and fight hard. He smiled at Hitomi and back ed away from her to allow her to enter.

He took a look at Shiori and Marth and noticed a spark between the two. There was a sense of comfort between them, it seemed. They may have had a love for each other. Drgn decided to look away and leave them alone.

[Kera]

"i will Drgn promise" Hitomi Looked at the elder "ok ready give me what you got" Hitomi didnt like attacking first so she stood there and waited feeling alittle jelous of Shiori and Marth what am i thinking im not jelous am i what ever i need to get ready for this fight Hitomi got in a fighting stance " ready"

Dongo looked at the eager girl and turned the arena into a realm of darkness. There were amny obstacles in this room, but it was up to Hitomi to figure that out for herself. "Alright girl, I will let out the demons!" Dongo yelled as at least ten monsters ran at Hitomi. Dongo pushed Hitomi harder because he expected more from her.

A monster ran at Hitomi's feet and wound a chop up. His greataxe was very big, and a slice to the ankles could take out Hitomi's feet. He made a swipe at her ankles and was very close to contact with her.

Drgn looked into the mirror and saw Hitomi fighting. He was happy to see how confident she seemed.

[Kera]

"stupid demon" Hitomi used her claws and sliced the demon in half turned around and kicked other in the head making it fly into a wall. "Hn there weak" now Hitomi brought out her Katanas and jumped up landing behide another demon and stabbed him in the back witone katana and then though the stabbed demon at to other demons knocking them out then she killed the rest with her lift claw and right sword After she was done she took her sword from a dead demons back and killed to 2 knocked out demons "that was fun but to easy" Hitomi put her Katanas away just standing there waiting

Dongo smiled as he saw Hitomi's strength. They weren't his strongest monsters, but they were tough. "I will send in the powerful monsters...perhaps my most powerful. You seem more than capable." He said with confidence.

A tall, well-built monster came up to Hitomi from the darkness. "I will destroy you young girl! You humans are all the same. You all die when you get to me...I won't take it easy on you!" The monster screamed as he charged at Hitomi.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori, trying as hard as she could not to fall asleep, did so anyway. Her head leaned softly against Marth's shoulder as she dazed off. She didn't know what the heck was wrong with her. For some reason, she just felt so tired. Again, she decided just to blame it on the fact that she was trying to restrain her inner dragon from comming out. As she slept, she began to have the dream that Drgn had asked her about. It was strange, for she hadn't had that dream in a long while. So why now?

[Kera]

"other weak demon fine ill take this one also" Hitomi jumped over it and tried to slice the demon in half but a she only left a scrach "not good" Now bring out her swords but to her suprise the demon was pretty fast and she was hit and skidded on the ground leaving a hole "that hurt" Hitomi jumped over the demon once again aiming her swords strate at its head "die demon" Yelling in anger........

"...I got stuck in trees! why dident i get the darkness!!!....oh yeah..i lived there.." i mumble something about no nicknames "fine elder i choose the power thinggy, i want to leave whats left of my humanity left, im meant to die at a sertain time..for..sertain things......Sooooooooo make me stronger oki? yeah i know every one thought i wanted to be mortal! but you know what?! i can make people immortal, but i cant make it thet wounds heal in like 4 secconds.." i grin "oh yeah im fab!"

shade laid down next to her and glowed an orangish color, to keep Kyu warm sence he saw her shiver a little bit. Kyu smiled in her sleep as he kept her warm and befour shade knew it he was out sleeping as well still keeping kyu warm.

o.c.c. I won't be posting during at all on the weekend, so Flame, maybe you should have someone else enter the arena before Marth, he was suppose to go after Hitomi, and I don't want to hold the story back.

b.i.c. Marth closed his eyes. He had a feeling that Shiori would be one of the last to fight, she was to wait until the next day, when her dragon form was no longer able to break free. He looked up at Dongo, "Old man, I will go before Shiori, so get someone else to go after Hitomi." He said calmly. Marth wanted to stay with Shiori as long as possible, she was asleep, and he didn't want to leave her side.

dark wakes up and heads out of the bubble to let her rest.he turns around before leaving and puts some food next to her and leaves smiling.dark walks around with zidras still in the bubble covering kyu like a shadow blanket.sitting down,dark feels glum for having to hurt kyu to get her to normal.he sighs falling asleep again giving her her space.

[haldir-the-elven-warrior]

"I would like to go in marth's place for now," haldir said looking at marth. Haldir was fully healed and ready for anything. "But it is you who must decide eldar," he said knowing he wouldn't get to go though. Haldir would except what the eldar decided and wait or fight. He had not gotten the answer for his earlier question but he knew hw would get an answer.

[Kera]

Hitomi saw Marth and Shiori and all of a sudden raging anger raised up in her vain she didnt know why she was so angery but she was going to yake her anger out on thid demon "demon you will die" Hitomis blades hit the demons head cuting him in half and out of the fun of it Hitomi lit the demon on fire "my anger is still there why am i so angery" Hitomi punched the ground leaving a hole "if you wish to change me farther go ahead but i warn you" Hitomi said in a growl

kyu contiuned to sleep and was more warm when Dark made his spirit thing turn into a blanket and was over kyu. Kyu slept soundly and peacefully untill she started to whimper in pain from the attacks dark did on her.

kyu continuted to whimper in her sleep and from the pain still from the after shock and attack with dark shade woke up and tryed to wake her, she didnt wake up once again he began to panic.

enters a beautiful Angel with pure white wings wearing a school uniform and walks and sits next to kyu.

dark woke up around an hour later and walked over to kyu.he entered the bubble and heard her whimper.he shook her trying to wake her up.he then noticed the damage he did to her from trying to bring her back to normal."........"he was silent and healed her wounds as best he could."Im sorry..."he said to her feeling bad."ill make it up to you later kyu,i promise..."dark sat down next to her and watched her sleep waiting for her to awake.his eyes had a gleam in them as he did.

shade was hysterical " you boy help her!!" shade said trying to make Dark get up kyu still in pain and still whimpering shade was more scared then ever.

Orin-Chan!

I walk along the mountain and hope to find sister, i see a place at the top, i run up and enter, i look around and see sister with her friends. shes in that dress that i loved so much when i knew her more "Sister!" i shout and jump on to her

Raina!

"HUH!? AHH!!!! A MIDGET-" i stop mid sentance and see that its Orin-chan
"orin-chan? Oh my lord!! Orin-Nii!!" i hug her so tight "do you want to fight and get powers, go over there and ask marth if you can go before him okay?"


Orin-chan

"Sure thing sister!" i run over to this 'marth' person "Hello, Nice to meet you Im Orin-san im 20 years old even though i look 10, i am also a blood god but unlike raina im a Life god, my mother was a got of lust and my father was a god of sin, Raina and i also controll Lust and Sin but they were sealed into us at early ages, i was cast out of my family to live in the forest," i mumble "may i please go ahead of you Onii-chan?" i hug him

OCC: i believe a more proper introduction for Orin-san would be nice...like if Raina introduced her. and i don't think she should really just rush into the story...its kinda unrealistic.

BIC: Drgn looked at the new girl who had entered the temple. She looked very similar to Raina. Whe Raina hugged her, Drgn realized she was some sort of relative. He walked closer to the girl who seemed to be called Orin-san. He stayed some distance away from her and listened as she and Raina spoke.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori stirred awake once again and opened one eye, looking at the new arrival. When she realized that she must be related to Raina in some sort of way, she opened her other eye and blinked the sleep out of them. She raised a brow slightly as she hugged Marth, and seemed kind of bothered that a complete stranger would just go up and hug him like that.

[haldir-the-elven-warrior]

Haldir went to a corner and sat down then unsheathed his sword. He took out a whet stone and started sharpining the curved elven blade. It had elven writing going down the blade and wrapped around the handle. Haldir closed his eyes and leaned up against the wall. Then a beautiful sound came from his mouth, he was singing in elvish. The song filled the room and could raise the most saddest man from the dark depths of the cold sadness. It was a song of courage to incourage the group to do their best in the arena. Haldir knew this song from when he was living in his homeland of Sutaria. He was longing to go back home where he can live the rest of eternity. "Freedom until death of old age and hope to live that long," haldir said in elvish and ended the song.

"Onee-chan you like him i can feel it!" i run back to raina and hold her hand

dark got up and picked up shade bringing him out of the bubble. he put him down next to a tree and asked "who are you?and whats your relation to kyu?"he asked in a calm voice.after he got his responce he entered the bubble again. "i dont know what else to do" he murmed sitting down."ive tried healing you already and your still in pain....." he tried healing her once more then fell asleep hoping when he awoke she would be alright.zidras was still covering her, providing warmth.

[Kera]

"am i done can i leave" Hitomi was getting ipateniont now "is this test over can i go or are you going to make me wait" Hitomi was still alittle mad and now getting alittle tired form all the fighting she had to do hitomi started to walk out seeing nothing more to do

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori saw that Hitomi was done, and smiled at her. "Good job!" she said, nodding to her friend. "How was it?" she asked, then noticed that Hitomi looked quite mad about something. "Are you...Alright? Did something bad happen while you were in there?" she asked.

Dongo looked at Hitomi and smiled, knowing of her impatience. 'You're not done yet, girl! Your test will be the hardest of all the others. I granted you your human form back, now you must prove yourself with one final battle. This will be my elite Hell Gatekeeper...' He spoke through his mind, and he sent in his elite warrior.

A foul, large, hairy monster appeared from the shadows. Salivating, the monster asked Hitomi in a sinister voice, "Are you ready to die? Nobody has seen me before...and you killed the last monster with such easy and precision. You deserve to fight me...but I will not let you live..." It stomped over to Hitomi and smashed its fist into her throat. It knocked her over. Each of his hands were the size of two human skulls. "You will not survive this battle..." It ran and slammed a fist into Hitomi's stomach as she layed on the ground.

Drgn looked at Shiori and said, "She isn't done yet Shiori, she must have gotten out of the arena because of the fact that it was getting boring. Give her more time before we congratulate her...she has to win another fight it seems..." Drgn knew the Hitomi's anger was coming from the fact that she was jealous of Marth and Shiori.

[Kera]

Hitomi was suprised at the sudden attack, as pain shot though here body and unable to breath because of the punch to her thoat and stumach "Wh..where did you come from" said in a wisper getting up with one of her hands at her stumach "you want a fight you got it" Hitomi ran at the demon trying to punch him in the face, with her right hand and grabing her sword for another attack alittle slowed by the demons punch

The demon was very large in body mass, but very agile as well. No wonder it was an elite. It dodged the punches and grabbed Hitomi's arm, holding it away from her sword. "You stupid girl! You think it is possible to defeat me?" He screeched into her face, saliva pouring out.

It punched her in the face with its free hand. As her body flung back from the force, he had her arm caught so she wouldn't fall over. The force seemed to have made a popping noise in Hitomi's shoulder. He seemed to have dislocated her shoulder.

"You cannot win!" He grabbed her throat and squeezed it. He began to strangle her, still holding the damaged arm in one hand. Then he positioned his legs to hold her's together between his. She was almost completely locked up in the monster's grasp.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori blinked in surprise as she saw that Hitomi wasn't done yet. "I see..." she murmured, still a bit confused about why the girl was so pissed off all of a sudden. She wasn't like that a few moments ago, before she entered the arena to fight.

[Kera]

Hitomi felt the pain as it shot though her shoulder, and his hands were around her neck so that didnt make things and better but she still had one hand free she dug her claws into the demons arm using all of her strangth trying to break it "get off....of me" Hitomi tryed freeing her legs but the demon was huge and smelly still trying to rip his arm off dug her claws deeper, soon Hitomi got one of her legs free and kicked him in the stumach trying to push the demon off

The monster looked at Hitomi's determined face and knew he may have a challenge on his hands. His arm slowly began to crackle at the bone. Then, a searing pain struck his bone. "Ggrrrraarrgh!" it screamed in pain as its arm broke in two. He took his hand off Hitomi's neck and jumped back, freeing her legs. He held his broken arm and screamed in pain. "Damn girl!!! I will kill you now!" He sprinted at Hitomi and kicked her at the side of her legs, sweeping her over to the ground. "Monsterous girl! You may not live any longer!" Nails grew ten inches from the monster's fingers. He jabbed at Hitomi's stomach. He saw blood fly from her wounds and grinned in an evil way.

Outside the arena, Drgn was watching in the mirror and he shot up in fear. Hitomi! "Hitomi! Don't die now! Fight the beast...destroy it!" He encouraged as he watched his friend turning pale. Don't die Hitomi...I care too much for you to die! Drgn thought to himself.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori looked at Drgn, frowning some. She couldn't see what was happening, since she couldn't see the mirror, but she knew that something was wrong. "What's happening?!" she asked Drgn, sounding worried. "Hitomi's going to be fine...Right?!"

[Kera]

Hitomi was in shock and pain lieing on the ground all of a sudden she hears some one telling her not to die Drgn.... i will not give up "i will not die that easaly" Hitomi stood up holding her stumach trying to stop the bleeding "your wrong you will die demon" sence one of her arms where useless she had to fight with one. Hitomi balled her fist a bright mist was surranding it. as she ran at the demon she lunged forward hitting him in the face with ablast of her life energy cause ing the demon to fly into the wall "how was that demon" breathing hard now

The monster hit the wall and disappeared. It was killed...its weakness was being exposed to peoples' determination. The determination in Hitomi's fist was enough to kill five of the elites.

It was finally over, and Drgn ran to the arena door. and pounded on it. "Elder, let me in to help her! She will die if she loses too much blood!"

Dongo looked at Drgn and nodded. "Young lad, you have a dedication to your friends that I have never seen before...you are worthy to enter..." The dors opened and Dongo allowed Drgn to go in. The scene changed to a swamp. The elder smiled.

Drgn ran in and met his companion as she seemed limp. "Hitomi...you fought amazingly in here. I am proud, but you're dying and I must heal you." He layed Hitomi down and put his hands on her shoulders. White waves of light flowed from him and he healed Hitomi's wounds. "Are you feeling alright Hitomi?" Drgn asked, worried about her shoulder.

"tired thats all" Hitomi fliched cause her shoulder was still out of place "stupid shoulder..." trailing off hitomi fainted she still lost alot of blood in that battle and was vary tired

Shiori sighed a little bit at the fact that Drgn didn't answer her question. It seemed, however, that the elder didn't bring bad news to Drgn. "Hitomi must be alright, then," she murmured to herself. She would have gone to see if Hitomi was alright, but she stayed by Marth's side instead. After all, Hitomi probably was still ticked off for reasons that Shiori didn't know of, but she had a feeling that she was the reason why Hitomi was angery.

Drgn popped Hitomi's shoulder back into place and apologized. He lifted Hitomi up and carried her to the entrance of the arena. Just as they were about to leave, Drgn felt a sudden pain at his thigh. "Damnit! What the hell was that?" He said to himself as he turned around. A gremlin waited by his feet holding a large hammer. "Bastardly creature!" Drgn kicked the monster and it fell into a small, swampy pond. Drgn put Hitomi down gently and left her by the door, but stayed close to her to protect her as she slept. "Alright...so the scenery changed for me...I see now!"

Hitomi was tired and so weak that the memmory of her parents death came back to her all the years shes tried to block it out sences flashed though her mind *her parents trying to protect her* *hitomi running* * her parents blood and bodys cold and lifless on the ground* *being at deaths door many times* hitomi started to thrash around *The monster that killed them* *the monsters eyes emotionless and evil with a thirst for blood and death* Hitomi started to sweat and started to thrash around more "no.... death... blood....monster" she said with venum in her voice

A monster charged at Drgn and stabbed him in the arm with its claws. "Human! Die!!!!" It screamed as it grinned.

Drgn punched the monster in the head and knocked it out. He pulled out his sword and sliced the monster in half when it fell. He stoof his ground, not willing to move, just in case anything tried to hurt Hitomi. It wasn't fair to Drgn that he had to fight and protect someone at the same time...but he was the leader...it must have been designed for him specifically. "I'm no human you bastard!" He said as he kicked the half body.

A horde of demons ran over at Drgn and attacked all at once. Drgn jumped up and flipped over the bunch. He made a huge slice across the group of demons and cut most of them down. A few were left standing, and they ran for Hitomi's sleeping body. "Damnit!" Drgn ran over and shot himself at one of them, his sword piercing it through the back and out the stomach. He propelled himself off the demon's back and landed, cutting the rest of the demons. They all fell and Drgn stood up straight. He took a look at Hitomi as she tossed and turned in her sleep. You'll be okay Hitomi... he thought.

after Dark had picked up shade he looked at dark and he knew that Dark was waiting for his answer. " Im Shade" he said in fear " i have known Kyu from a long time." shade was even more hsytraical then ever. Kyu was in more pain that she had ever felt. Shade ran back into the bubble and tryed to comfort Kyu but it all seemed hopeless to shade knowing that he couldn't do nothing.

Kyu felt dark rubbing her back and her head. shade laid down by kyu saying stuff like " hey its gonna be all right you can pass the pain kyu." he said still feeling helpless

Marth had his eyes closed tightly, and was clenching the hilt of one of his swords. He felt that Hitomi was hurt, and in danger, but he couldn't get up tp see what it was. He knew she'd be alright. He was ready to break into the arena if need be, but just as the thought crossed his mind, the fight was over. He let go of the sword. 'Thank god...' He thought as he looked over to the arena door. Dongo let Drgn in, and the doors closed. '...Why is his test starting while Hitomi is still in there?' He wondered.

Drgn was finally finished. The fights were over, and Hitomi had not a sctratch on her. Sleep well Hitomi...heal... he said in his mind. Drgn grabbed Hitomi and carried her out the arena door. "Elder," Drgn said as he carried Hitomi to a bed, near the one Haldir used. He layed her down and put his hand on her forehead You fought well Hitomi... he thought and he continued, "Why would you make me fight with Hitomi still in there? Did that have something to do with me being the so-called leader of this group?"

Dongo looked at Drgn and smiled, "You displayed good skill in my arena, Drgn. You have earned an upgrade in your power...and I have a personal gift to give you as the leader." Dongo walked over to Drgn and slapped his hand onto Drgn's forehead. He said a spell and a bright blue aura formed around Drgn's body. Dongo backed away, "This will improve your judgement..." He smiled and walked back to the mirror. "Who shall go next?"

Drgn looked at Dongo, then at himself. My judgement? I guess I did need better judgement...but how did Dongo know I was a stubborn leader? How did he know my...an elder can sense inner strengths and weaknesses? Drgn thought to himself, a bit confused. "Thank you elder..." Drgn sat down on the foot of the bed where he put Hitomi and his aura disappeared. The powers had fully gone into his body...he was better at making the right decisions...

i walk over to drgn, and slap him on the back of the head "i hate you" i walk away and sit next to marth "onii-chan!" i hug him and give a evil look to drgn

Hitomi slowly wakes up then jumps out of her bed ready to fight but soon relizes shes not in the arena "what happend in the are you ok Drgn" Hitomi looked at Drgn making sure "im glad you didnt get hurt" then Hitomi walked over to Marth and a few other people "hey guys" Anger was in her voice but she held in her anger "you guys seem comfy guess ill leave you guys alone" Hitomi walked back to the bed "i dont like beds" She said in an annoyed voice then she walked over to the far wall and practally fell to to floor still tired from the fight "who going next" full of tons of emotions her voice just came out plain. soon Hitomi fell asleep hold her sword ready for some one to attack just to be safe

Drgn looked at Raina and put on an annoyed face. "What the hell was that, Raina?!" He rubbed his head and looked at Hitomi. "Hitomi...you should rest in bed longer. You got hurt badly in the arena..."

He watched as she seemed to faint again. He put her back on the bed and walked over to the group where Marth was sitting. He looked at Marth and said, "You should probably go soon...the elder just watched me fight and I think he's expecting a better performance after mine. You're a much better fighter than I am...I'm sure. So...you should go next..."

Shiori watched Drgn and Raina, then looked at Hitomi, glad that she was alright. She smiled some and looked to Marth, wondering if he was going to go next. She could tell that her dragon side had settled down, and looked towards a window, seeing that it was almost morning.

dark sat there continuing to rub kyus back and pet her head.he looked out into the sky with bright stars and the moon whos light was shining upon his face."shell be alright shade"he said confindently still gazing at the starry sky.he continued to do this peacefully as he waited for kyu to awake.

Marth was confused. He looked at Raina wondering where that came from. He didn't want to say anything, something might have happened between herself and Drgn, and Marth felt it wasn't his place to step in. He looked across the room at Hitomi, glad she was ok. He looked back to Shiori. He wanted to leave, to sit by Hitomi... He wanted to see what was wrong, but it seemed as though bad judgement had got the better of him. 'Why can't I get up...?' Marth wondered, as he again felt a strange comfort being around Shiori.

Drgn came by, and told Marth that he should head towards the arena. Marth looked up at him smiling. "You're right elf, you're not a very impressive fighter." Marth unwillingly pushed himself out of the very comforting position that he had been sitting in. He took off his armour and dropped it, cracking the baseboards of the floor under its immence pressure and weight. He streched breifly, and cracked his knuckles. He walked over to Dongo, and cracked his neck. "Whenever you're ready." Marth said as he entered the arena.

He felt light as a feather without his armour on, and he didn't feel that he would need it, his skin, though humanoid was still very tough, muck like the scales of a dragon. Marth listened as the doors closed. He felt very strange, he had known Shiori for only a day now, and having a door close between them was very... painful. Marth tightly closed his eyes, and when they opened they were glowing in a bright crimson. He reached for the hilts of his katanas, and unsheathed the mighty blades. The blades too, began to glow, black like Marth's horrible aura. Very quickly his energy shot up increadily, and he could feel his power steadily increasing. He now began to glow with his aura, black, darker than the nights sky...

...The power seemed so evil, so cold; but it was Marth's; his energy, not tainted by evil, only by omnipotent hate. "Old fool..." Marth spoke, "...send what you can... try to destroy me... I want a fight... a good challenge. Make this day worthy of my time!" At that last word the arena shook, and a crator appeared under Marth, he energy was now complete, he was ready. The thunderous crach and increadible shaking could be heard and felt by the others who waited outside the arena. "Try and stop me..." Marth said. He wanted the best, the strongest thing that the old man could send. "...I'm ready for any hell that you can throw my way..." Marth stood, in fighting stance, ready to fight.

His increadible fighting techniques would be shown in this battle. Marth had never fought with skill his entire life, and now he was ready to test the kind of skill that he truely had.

kyu shook a little still from the after shock of pain. Shade nodded at Dark's words and was a little less scared. Shade looked at Dark then at Kyu " how did you meet kyu and are you friends with her? Do you like her more then just as a friend?" Shade wanted to know how he had meet Kyu and if he liked her or not. Shade waited for Dark to answer. A few hours later Kyu woke up but was still in pain she couldn;t move with out anything hurting her...

Shiori got up when Marth got to his feet, streaching a little bit as she left her resting place. She looked at Marth and smiled some, wishing him luck, even though she was confident that he really didn't need luck at all. Even though she hadn't seen Marth fight, she could tell that he was rather powerful, so she knew that he'd be able to take care of himself and whatever the elder through at him. When he left to face his fight, she kind of felt a little uneasy for reasons she didn't know.

Sighing, she looked at Drgn and went over to him, knowing that he still had the mirror, and would probably want to veiw Marth's fight. She wanted to watch the fight, and to see what Marth was capibale of in battle.

Hitomi woke up again she senced the huge amont of power and jumped out of the bed to see whats going on :that cant be... its the power of a dragon ive never felt any power like it: Hitomi was scared she was always scared when some one had so much power becaus ethey could easaly kill her but she was also afraid cause she know power could cumsume some one into madness :why should i care its not like he notices me all he wants to do is hang with Shiori i dont care: Hitomi walked to the wall then walked back she didnt know why but she had to watch the fight to make sure it goes well in reality she was worried for Marths safety but would not show it to any one afriad they will hurt her she kept her feelings and emotions to her self. "dont die Marth" Hitomi said in a wisper hiding her face with her bangs. she stood there and watched

Haldir sat there listening to everything that was going on. 'So this is the power of a dragon in human form impressive,' he thought to himself as he felt the power of marth. He opened his eyes and looked at his sword's elven writing that was on his blade. Standing up he grabbed a bag that he carried next to his quiver. Pouring the contents out onto the floor and sheathed his sword. There were alot of different types of weapons that came out of his bag. Knifes, small axes, two short swords, and many small daggers. He slipped two small daggers into both his vambraces and a knife in one of his greaves. Strapping the two short swords next to his quiver then strapped the quiver on. Haldir was trained like a assassin trained for years in a deadly art. To him killing was an art and he would sometimes leave an enemy mortally wounded then left him there to die a painfully slow death. This was the haldir no one knew and would ever see again. He sat back down and closed his eyes thinking what his opponent would be and what his fighting style was.

dark responded to shade "i met her by joining this group..yes we are friends ^^"he was suprised by shades next question "i........i guess i do like her more than a friend" he said smirking.dark continued to sit and wait untill kyu woke up.when he saw her do this he said "kyu!your up ^^....but dont move ok.im sorry i did this to you.." he said hugging her lightly carful not to hurt her.he continued to hold her feeling very bad for what he had done."to make up for this,ill do whatever you say for a full year!"he said with a sad smile.

Shade looked at Dark and said" Oh... I see... i can tell you like her more then just as a friend." he said with a little saddness in his voice but hid it from dark. " Make sure you take care of Kyu she is a really good person."
a few mins after Dark had hug her Kyu was beginging to supect that Dark liked her...But she wasn't sure if he liked her more then just as a friend Kyu didn't want to make Dark feel bad or anything so she didn't ask him.But she wanted to know but did not know how to ask him with out making him feel bad. Kyu looked at dark and said " it's not your fault im in this much pain, it's mostly my fault for trying to kill you. i'm sorry Dark if i harmed you." she said in a sad voice....

dark said with a bit of relief that she was awake "im fine......are you going to be alright?"he asked.dark looked into her eyes then said "im kinda tired so im just going to rest for a while..."he said laying back in the bubble then tiredly falling asleep.the stars still shone on his face along with the moon making his body have a glowing apearance.in his sleep he murmed "sorry" a few times but then he was silent resting peacefully,tired from waiting for kyu to awaken.

Kyu looked at dark and smiled a bit " yeah i'll be fine in a few days" shade laid down beside her petting her ears.

" I'm sorry kyu i didn't help you i was afraid i might of cast the wrong spell and hurt you more. i shouldn't desirve to be your friend." shade said fear and saddness in his voice he was almost breaking out in tears.

" shade...." kyu said feeling bad for shade. " once i get better i'll help you use the right magic and spells."

shade started cryin and when he heard Kyu he felt like he was comming out from a dark tunnel he hugged her trying not to make her go into pain shade cried on her shoulder. " th....thank you Kyu i pr...promise i won't fail you.."

Kyu smiled and looked at Dark who had fallen asleep while he was watching over her... " its ok Dark. thank you for watching over me." she said in a whisper. After a while shade had stopped crying and had fallen asleep as well kyu smiled at them both and went to see waiting for her recovery to begin

b.c.c.- Amazon looked over at Hitomi. I want to congratulate her, but nows problky not the best time...she thought, noticing she was upset about something.

Amazon looked back at the arena entrance and noticed that Marth was going in "Hey Marth good luck but I don't htink you'll need it!" she could sense his power too. She hadn't realized that dragons were this powerful. Today she had realized that everyone in the group had been hiding their true power Am I the only one without any surprises?! she thought. Ah well I still can't wait till my turn!!!

Drgn looked into the mirror and saw the immense power being ommited from Marth's body. He was definitely a powerful person...but he seemed very egotistcal at the moment. Drgn smirked and watched as the elder used his mind to create a monster...probably the strongest...for the arena. Marth surely didn't know what he was up against. Dongo had told Drgn about the power of the Ultimate Hell Warrior. This monster was apparently the most powerful monster...not only in hell...but perhaps in the entire world. But how can the elder control such a power...would it not have any effect on him if it broke loose from the arena? Drgn thought to himself as he began to grin...wanting to know if Marth actually could win this fight.

Dongo looked at Drgn and said, smiling, "This fight would be easy for no creature on the planet...the Ultimate Hell Warrior is surpassed in power by none I have seen in ages. All that I have watched fight this creature....have died greusome, horrible deaths." Dongo grinned and watched.

The monster stepped up to Marth. It was about eight feet tall and was very well-built. He held a large pickaxe, it was about six feet long and the blade stuck out four feet. "You have wished to challenge me, have you? I hope you realize this will be your last battle. Prepare yourself...for death!"

The monster crouched in a fighting position and the tower shook. The arena's scenery was instantly destroyed and had reverted to its original form...a chapel. The most intense battle of the arena would take place on holy grounds. The monster had no respect for this holy ground, so it powered up to its ultimate form. It now stood ten feet tall and was more built than before. A crater, at least twice the size of Marth's, had appeared under the monster's feet. "Die!!" the monster yelled as it charged at Marth and swiped its weapon across Marth's face, cutting his cheek quite deep.

Marth's head shot to the right, but his body stayed motionless. He smiled. Marth turned to once again face his beastly foe. "Fool... I was going to kill you anyway, but now, I'll humiliate you." Marth laughed as he sheathed his katanas. In one step, Marth pushed forward, jetting right up into the monster, elbowing his stomach. While still hovering, Marth spun, and kicked the large foe in the back, sending him to the ground. Marth turned, and looked at the creature and jumped back a few feet. The monster stood up and charged at Marth, swinging it's pickaxe. Marth easily dodged the strikes, stepping away, faster than than the eye could see.

Marth crossed his arms, and the beast seemed very agitated, not being able to hit Marth was infuriating. The attacks would simply swing by the dragon, as he seemed to put them into slow motion. He stepped away so quickly, that it looked like the attack had hit him, but when looking closer, you see Marth unscathed. Marth was toying with his enemy, if ye wanted to, he could have finnished it right there. The monster began to swing the axe faster, and more precise, Marth didn't realize this unsit it was too late, and an upward slash devistated Marth's chest. He was sent flying into the air -at least thirty feet. Blood spewed from the open wound, and all of Marth's ribs were shattered. Bone was sent flying out of his body.

Marth; engulfed in unmeasurable pain, was sent into a daze, half dead, now fueled by his intent to survive. He unsheathed his katanas, and began his downward decent. The beastly creature seemed to think Marth was dead, for it left itself completely open for the arial attack. As Marth nearned the enemy he closed his eyes and lined up his blades with the monster's shoulders. Marth's blades stabbed strait into the vulnerable creature, and, and Marth's weight took effect, he slid down the back side of the beast, taking off it's arms. Marth, still semi-conscious, turned, and stabbed both blades into the monster's back, with such a force, that the monster's bones were reduced to sand. Marth pulled the blades out, and fell backwards; seemingly dead, but only very exhausted, and very broken.

The challenge was too much for the dragon, but it was what he demanded. Asleep, Marth wished death to end his wreched pain. The fight was over...

Dongo watched Marth in excitement. This battle is one I've never experienced...a dragon and a Hell Warrior...this was certainly one of the most entertaining fights I've seen in my lifetime... the elder thought to himself. He looked at the mirror and smiled. "The boy is in unbareable pain at the moment...someone go in there and help him. I don't want him to die in my arena...it would be a shame to see such a thing after such a creative perfomance." He looked at Drgn, "Help Marth..."

Drgn looked at the mirror and was stricken with awe. His jaw dropped slightly and his eyes widened to get a better look. He had just seen Marth's true fighting style...and it was very impressive. "Yes, Elder Dongo." Drgn replied as Dongo asked him to help Marth. Drgn walked into the arena and knelt down beside Marth's dying body. "You fought very creatively Marth...and..the monster is dead. You destroyed a Hell Warrior. I have heard of only one person before you that has done this...but he was evil and was much stronger than Hell altogether. Well...you impressed most of us with this fight, I'm sure. You deserve a little help."

Drgn smiled and placed his hands on Marth's shoulders. He released a white wave and healed most of Marth's wounds. "Damnit...that chest wound will leave a scar, Marth...and your ribs may be broken for quite some time." Drgn helped the dragon up, knowing it would hurt him. He knew, thogh, that Marth could surely handle some pain in his chest after going through an almost fatal battle. He walked Marth out of the arena and sat him on a bed. "Sleep Marth...you may not need it, but your body does...you must relieve yourself of the pain." Drgn got up and walked over to a wall and leaned against it. He was standing across from Raina. He looked at her and thought, What was it that I could have done to hurt Raina...? He turned his head away from her and looked outside a window. It was turning brighter...morning was arriving.

Haldir sat there and listened to marth's fight. 'Marth is an incredible dragon and im glad im not on his bad side,' he thought with a slight laugh. He stood up and said "I will go next." Haldir walked to the door and waited for the eldar to signal him to go in. Making one last check of his armor and weapons for his battle. He would do his best and give the eldar a good fight. 'I may not be able to fight as well as marth but i will at least give him a good fight,' haldir thought after finishing checking his weapons. Drawing his bow and an arrow he walked into the middle of the arena waiting for the test.

"Oh wow Marth was great." she said but she should have known he would do well. She looked over at Haldir when he said he was going in "Okay good luck Haldir we'll all be here when you come back." she knew Haldir would do well, he had a great warrior's spirit. But she couldn't help but worry a little for everyone who entered the arena.

After seeing him walk off she realized something "Whoa wait a sec I am going last?!?!" she growled then crossed her arms angrily "No fair! Ah well, I guess they're just saving the best for last."

Shiori, who had been watching the fight that Marth was having, cried out in despaire when she had seen Marth get so terribly injured. Her heart felt like hit had been crushed, just like Marth's ribs had been. Before the elder even suggested somebody going in to help the dragon, she had broken herself away from watching the scene in the mirror, and went straight into the arena. The girl ran to Marth's side and kneeled beside him, silently begging him not to die. Tears had filled her lavender eyes as she gazed down at him. She would have touched him if she wasn't afraid of causing him further pain.

When Drgn came in to heal Marth, she just about lost herself. She had to fight the urge to go over and cling to him. Instead she was thanking Drgn over and over again, her thanks seeming endless. Her tears of sorrow turned to tears of joy as she knew that Marth was going to be alright now. The half dragon still looked absolutely scared to death, still shocked at having watched the terrible scene. Anybody could hear her heart still pounding in her chest at a rapid rate.

Amazon looked curiously at Shiori She must be upset over Marth she thought. Awww! Thats so sweet she likes him! If it had been a better time, she would have probably teased Shiori about it. She thought it was odd for her to cry though. Why is she so openly displaying her feelings for him? she thought. For some reason at that moment she looked over at Haldir and then turned away.

Drgn smiled at Shiori, almost beginning to laugh as he heard her unending thanks to him. "It's alright, Shiori...he's okay now. And...I have to warn you not to touch him at all...he is still healing, and his ribs may be broken for some time. Give Marth a little time to rest, I know he will need it." Drgn put his hand on Shiori's shoulder and patted it. "Just sit with him...I'm sure he needs you now." Drgn walked away and thought, Marth and Shiori don't seem to notice that they have feelings for each other...but how could they not...they're comfort with each other, and Shiori's display of devistation at Marth's pain...that should have gotten them to realize it... Drgn smiled and shrugged his shoulders, slightly, to shake off the thought.

Dongo saw that Haldir was ready to fight, so he turned the chapel arena into a calm, beautiful riverside, with many rocks and trees. "This is your arena, boy! Now fight!" The elder sent out a few grunts to attack Haldir.

Haldir smiled as the arena changed and disappeared into the trees. He had an advantage in the forest for he grew up fighting in a forest. The sound of leafs moving was all around hiding haldir's movements. A few arrows came from a the trees striking down some of the grunts. A few moments later arrows stiked again from the oppisite side killing more grunts. Haldir was basicly hidden and confusing the grunts of where he was. No one has ever survived when haldir used this technique. Haldir was currently in one of the trees hidden from sight and was tossing a rock in his hand up and down. Throwing the rock in one direction and disappearing again.

Marth awoke in excrutiating pain. He was fighting back the tell-tale signs of the pain he was in. If you could only see his face, it would seem as though nothing was wrong wth him, but his chest was still open, and the grusome sight of shattered, blood-stained ribs was still visible. Drgn's healing had already taken effect, and soon, Marth's dragon blood would begin to repair destroyed skin tissue. His ribs bled, and began to form themsleves, the broken bones were left in the arena, but as a dragon, the ability to heal was in his blood. The muscle was healing very quickly, and Marth knew that by the next day, you would only see a scar. Marth, however, would feel the pain for about a week to come. The attack was devistating, and did more damage that was visible.

Marth smiled as he looked around the room. It seemed as though Dongo had enjoyed the fight, and Frgn seemed not to be too worried. 'I guess I'll be fine. If the elf isn't worried, nothing will go wrong.' Marth amused himself by using Drgn as a tool. To Marth, Drgn could be used to forcast anything. Marth then realized theat Shiori was surprisingly close to him. He was drawn to turn in her direction when he head a strangely loud beating heart. He smiled vaguely, for it was too hard to smile while in such extreme pain. '...Why...why did she cry for me...?' Marh wondered as he noticed her tear-stained face. Marth didn't realize it then, but as every minute he spent with Shiori passed, the pain seemed to die off...

Shiori nodded to Drgn, who really didn't need to tell her to stay by Marth's side. She would have done so regardless of what anybody said to her. She whipped away the tears that she had running down her face and still forming in her eyes, but gave up as the tears kept comming. I don't think that I've ever cried like this before...The only time I ever wept was when that village was destroyed...But this time, it's different...I was afraid rather than sad. No, I was sad...Devistated, she thought, closing her eyes and sitting beside Marth.

When she noticed that he had waken up, she looked at him, bitting her lip and trying not to cry any longer. Now that he was awake, she felt a little bit of the worry melt away, but not much of it did. She found herself placing her hand on one of his, thoughs he had no idea that she had done it until she felt the warmth of his hand. "You fought pretty well, but...Look at what happened to you," she whispered, in almost an accusing sort of tone.

Haldir silently crept up to the grunts who were where the rock was. A grunt turned but haldir silently slit his throat with his hunting knife. He kept killing until there was only one grunt left. 'Lets play a little game,' he thought and disappeared with all the dead bodies. The last grunt turned noticing his allies had disappeared. He started to panic and ran around looking for his allies. Finally, he saw another grunt in the middle of the arena just standing there. "Dont do that to me," the grunt said touching the grunts shoulder when its head fell off. Thats when the rest of the dead grunts came falling from the tree with out their heads. The last grunt ran around when he found the heads of the other grunts on stakes in the ground. There was a single stake in the middle without a head. Turning to run, he saw a cloaked figure of haldir. "Dont worry this will be quick and painless well accually no," haldir said slowly walking toward the grunt. the grunt turned around seeing halidr infront of him. "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh," was all that was heard through out the temple then a sudden silence.

Marth smiled, fighting the pain, as he felt Shiori's hand on his own. "I underestimated my foe." Marth said dully. "You needn't worry about that happening again... I've learned my lesson." He said looking up from her hand to her still crying eyes. He wanted to wipe away the tears from her face, but the pain had left him completely motionless. He couldn't move. "A bit of advice, Shiori..." Marth said looking over to Dongo. "...Don't taunt the old fool... He knows too well what he has to do to shut you up." Marth laughed a little, but stopped. As he laughed it felt like bombs were going off in his chest. He clenched his fist to fight back the pain. He didn't wan Shiori to worry any more.

Shiori smiled some and nodded, "I'll take your advice, then," she said to him. "And the next time that you might be in danger like that, then I'll be there to help," she added out of nowhere. "I mean, sure, I won't be much help if something like that should happen, but I'll do the best I can," she whispered. Her eyes were scanning the wound that he had recieved and she shook her head some. "I almost wanted to attack that man for making you fight something like that!" she said with a bit of a scowl.

Marth smiled. "Don't have him... I brought this on completely by my own accord. I asked that he give me a challenge, and a challenge was what he gave me." Marth nodded. "I do appreciate your concern Shiori..." Marth said. "But being a dragon yourself, you should know that our kind is not so easily defeated." Marth smiled. "I must say though, that being nearly invincible, and very cokky isn't smart." Marth began to relax, as the pain was slowly washing away. Marth somehow managed to take hold of Shiori's hand. He was unable to move, but he couldn't let her go, he needed her by his side. Marth was slowly falling asleep, his body needed time to heal, and it was hard for Marth to stay awake. "Just promise me Shiori... promise me that when you fight, you dont act as foolish as I... I don't want to se you in this kind of pain." Marth said as he closed his eyes.

Shiori smiled softly and rested her chin beside him as she watched him rest. There were no longer tears in her eyes, as she knew now that he would be alright. "I won't act foolish in there...I promise," she said in a soft voice. I'm feeling quite strange again...This time I know that it's not my restless dragon half. It's something else that's causing this unknown feeling, Shiori thought. I don't know what it is, but I really like it...

"Is this it, is this all man thats weird," he said then sat down in the middle of the arena. He kept on thinking that he wasn't done just yet so he drew his twin blades just incase. "I know your out there so why don't you come out and play isnt that why you are here," haldir called out into the arena knowing ful well there was something out there. Haldir felt the presence of someone much more powerful and challeging then the grunts.

Hitomi watching all that happend her emotions went from worried, to raging mad and about ready to kill some one "im leaving" Hitomis voice cold and full of venum "if you dont want to die dont follow" Hitomi busted the door open and stormed out side leaving claw marks all down the wall that was about an inch deep. "stupid idiots why did i even join this group" now really pissed destroyed many trees and boulders in her way

Shiori jumped slightly when she heard Hitomi sounding so angery all of a sudden. She watched as the girl left some, then frowned, wondering why she was so pissed off. "Hitomi?" she murmured, though only to herself, not wanting Hitomi to round on her. She heard the trees being destroyed a few moments after the girl left. What the hell happened to her?

while dark sleeps silently he dreams of kyu and he cant decide if he should tell her about his true feelings for her.he struggles over it for a while but decides its best to get it out and let her know.the dream ends and he wakes up a little later with kyu still next to him along with shade across from him.while shade sleeps he decides its best to tell her now."kyu.....i love you......sorry if that seemed random...but i had to let it out.you probably dont feel the same but........"he stopped now feeling embarresed.

Kyu slept for hours feeling the recovery working, Shade wanted to get a good rest for when Kyu was better she was going to help him train and use his magic to help him and others out. Shade slept peacefully all night. After a few more hours of sleep Kyu woke up and saw Shade still sleeping. She Looked at dark and smiled " He must really want to be ready for when i train him when i get better." Kyu said.... Dark looked down building up courage for what he was about to say to Kyu... " Kyu....I love you." He told her straight out. Kyu was shock and surprised that Dark had loved her. " Dark.... i... i never knew you loved me... I knew that you liked and cared for me but...I'm Just so surprised that you love me." Still Kyu was surprised and now she knew how Dark really felt about her

As the leader, it was Drgn's responsibility to make sure everyone was satisfied...or at least that he knew they're problems for his own sake. He looked over in a bit of fear as Hitomi stormed out of the temple. She had told nobody to follow unless they wanted to get hurt...but Drgn didn't like to see his friends this way...so he followed.

Dongo looked into the mirror and smirked, "That was not a very clever display of combat skills...I don't admire the skills of a ninja. Your cloaking skill and your hidind games will not impress me, boy!" He spoke to Haldir through his mind. "If you wish to show me your power...fight hand-to-hand. I will send out a more powerful monster as punishment for you disappointing me...and you must fight with your hands or swords...no arrows...no cloaking...just you!" Dongo released some magic into the arena and formed a giant monster. It stood about fifteen feet tall and carried no weapons, just a full body of muscle. It slowly approached Haldir, invulnerable to anything at the moment.

Drgn stayed some distance behind Hitomi, not wanting her to notice he was there. He jumped into a tree and trailed downward along the path, hopping from tree to tree. He jumped down and landed in front of Hitomi, "Umm...Hitomi, can you tell me why you got so angry in there? I've never seen you like this before...does it have to do with Shiori and Marth? I fighured this because every time they get close...you get upset." Drgn kept his distance and made sure he didn't get atacked, even though he could surely counter...he didn't want to fight his companion.

The monster walked to Haldir, who was still sitting in the tree. The monster knocked the tree over with a swipe of its fist. It saw Haldir plummet to the ground, so it rampaged over to him and gave a strogn kick to his ribcage, on the left side.

Amazon watched as Hitomi stormed out of the temple I wonder whats got her so upset... she looked back at Shiori and Marth and then realized what it might be. She sighed too much drama....

She could sense Haldir fighting the grunts inside the temple, then the fighting stopped Looks like Haldir did too well. I wonder if they'll have something else for him to fight... but before she barely could think that she sensed a more powerful energy coming towards her. I wonder if the powers of an elf can compete with this power? she thought, personally never knowing much elves she wasn't sure. She bit her lip I hope you'll be alright Haldir....

i get up and trail after drgn and hitomi i see hitomi and pet her back "hey wahts wrong?" i walk away again and jump on the tree branch that drgn is on, i push him at the tree trunk and make a small crater "im mad at you. i dont know why... i just am" i push him deeper into the tree "now.. Tell me how you feel right now oh foolish leader" i push drgn in to the tree more "fight me" i shove him just hard enough to make him go out the other side

As Drgn waited to see if Hitomi would respond, Raina had come and pushed him into a tree. Eventually, it feel over and Raina ordered him to fight her. What the hell is wrong with her? Is something happening to her? Drgn, not wanting to annoy Raina any further, agreed to fight her. "Fine Raina...I will fight you." He got out of the wreckage of the tree and walked up to Raina. He swiftly pushed his hand to Raina's face, knocking her head back.

"You want to finish our fight from before, do you? Then here it comes!" Drgn looked over at Hitomi and apologized, "Please forgive me Hitomi...I will be back to help you in a minute..." He jumped away and motioned his hand to himself, giving Raina a sign to follow.

"Alright you want me to fight i will fight but remember this elves aren't ninjas," haldir said out loud while doing a handstand to get on his feet again. Haldir quickly unstrapped his bow and quiver then looked at the monster. He threw his twin blades down and drew his long sword. "You ready then lets go," haldir said to the monster while lifting up his sword. 'We elves are no ninjas, no assassins, no cloaks, just me and nature,' he thought to himself as he looked at the blade of his sword. Haldir drew his hunting knife and charged at the monster.

i laugh, i seem to have another personality, that damn elder gave me more power and heaps of cool tricks but anotherpersonality, my eyes are a grey so light they look white there are green and purple lines through my eyes, i look at drgn "nice to see you young master" i make that sweeping bow and keep my eyes on you like i did one time before my mother sealed me, my god of darkness is around again, "you havent changed a bit, but this...Shell has" my clothing turns to a black net shirt with a black one under it, and a skirt, "you never really knew me," i just suddenly apear infront of drgn but i did move, i punch him in the gut and grab his left arm, i turn him around and knee him in the back then i push him away "you are weak so far Drgn Now fight me" im away from you again

Drgn fell back from the hit and got up quickly. "Raina...I've never seen...this before..." Drgn ran up to Raina and punched her in the gut. When she bent at the pain, Drgn kneed her in the face. "I may not be as strong as you Raina, but I still fight you!" When her head swung back from the knee, he punched her face.

i laugh and bite his hands, my fangs grow into his hand, i pull away and take a biig chunk of skin i jump up and kick him in the head andgo behind him i punch a nerve in his back and pick him by the legs and throw him into a tree "hahaha i know im stronger" everything goes dark...just Drgn and me..

Drgn got up and sighed, "This battle will be pretty intense if this keeps up..." He charged at Raina and jumped in the air. He spun and kicked her in the head, knocking her down. Just as she fell, Drgn landed on her and put his hands around her neck. "I won't let you beat me so easily, Rai!" Drgn squeezed her neck, knowing she wouldn't die...but she could still feel the pain.

"shadow replica" i mumble and there are two of me now, one kicks you in the ribs and i get up the other one dissapears, "Im not raina anymore, you should have never let her fight, i was unlocked, and now raina is gone, if you loved her....it would be different, but you dont love her you never tell her or do anything for her, your just a selfish as$ hole" i just stand there and my eyes flash purple, a lot of pain in them, then they turn back to the other color

Marth awoke suddenly. He still felt Shiori by his side, and her presence was so soothing. But he had to stop thinking like that; something was happening, not too far away. Marth jumped out of the bed, and landed in a daze. It was hard for him to stand straight, but he had to find Drgn. He could sense that his 'leader' was in danger. Marth put his arm across his chest, as the pain once again ignited. 'I must have re-opened the wound...' Marth thought. He walked over to the door, and stopped. He was breathiung heavily, and was trying to hold back the pain. Marth fell to his knees and groaned deeply. "Damnit!" He shouted, as the pain became unbearable. Marth punched through the floor, trying to relieve himself of the pain, but to no avail.

Slowly Marth go to his feet. "I...[groaning] I'm going for a little walk." Marth said as he turned to Shiroi, Amazon, and Dongo with a joking smile. He jetted out the door, running as fast as he legs could take him. Every step hurt just as much as the shattering blow by the hell beast, but Marth had to Help Drgn. When he arrived, he noticed Raina... a different Raina standing there. Marth reached for his katanas, but felt nothing by his sides. 'I... I left them in the arena?!' Marth felt hopeless now, but that had never made him give up before. "Here goes nothing..." Marth said running over to Drgn. Marth stood infront of him, and breathed deeply. He ws drained of all his strength. if Raina attacked him, he would surly parish.

"Raina..." Marth said as he almost fell from exhaustion. "...I have no idea what's going on here... but you must stop. I shalln't allow you to kill our leader." Marth could feel Raina's increadible power, and in his weakened state, just her energy was enough to make him faint. "Whatever the reason for this may be, I'm sure there would be a... moe productive way of settling your differences." Marth couldn't stand any longer, he fell on one knee. "Raina... this group needs Drgn as their leader... without him, this journey would end. He may be a fool, and you may hate everything he stands for... but if that's what this is about, then I ask that you leave... and I ask that you do this group no more harm." Marth closed his eyes, as he began to -once again- lose consciosness. "Raina... I don't want you to leave... but if you are trying to harm anyone in this group... I will not stand for... i--" Marth fell.

'I dont want her to leave... She needs help... This isn't Raina anymore... We need to find Raina...' Marth thought that, hoping Drgn would hear his thoughts. The mighty dragon was down and out...

Drgn watched as the new form of Raina had taken the real Raina's place. He had never seen Raina like this...in all his life. "Rai...Raina...what have you done to yourself?" Drgn was overly surprised by this sudden transformation. "Raina...thinks I don't love her? But...how could she...I have loved her since I was a child..."

Drgn walked closer to the demon woman and looked her in the eyes. He did not fear her...and so he wanted to show her that he truly cared for Raina. He hugged the demon tightly, and didn't let go. "I love you Raina...I'm sorry for being such an idiot through this journey...it was my fault that I was overprotective...my fault that I forgot to tell you how I feel...my fault that I forgot to ask you if you were alright...I have done so many wrongs during this journey...but I promise...if you come back to me...I will pay you the respect you deserve...please forgive me....."

Drgn was truly sorry for what he had done, and he knew he had upset Raina...he just didn't know how to tell her that he was wrong. But when he saw that she had exploded with anger...it was time. Drgn looked to the demon woman's eyes and stared at her in a childish way...one that slightly embarrassed him, but he couldn't let go of it. "Please come back to me...Raina..." He held her close and thought to himself about his mistakes.

"Hey Marth where are you going you can't go out like that!" Amazon yelled after him as he stumbled out of the door. Foolish Dragon... Amazon thought. She could sense Drgn, Raina and Hitomi's energy in the distance. So thats where hes going...

Amazon turned to Shiori "Shiori, one of us should stay behind and make sure Haldir gets out safely. The other should go check up on Marth and make sure he's not being an idiot. He can't help anyone in his condition." Thinking about how Shiori felt about Marth she said "Go after Marth Shiori I will stay here." she said, putting a reassuring hand on Shiori's shoulder "Just be careful okay? Let me know if you need me." This could turn ugly. I can sense Drgn and Raina fighting, and Raina's powers increasing. If they need me I'll be ready...

Shiori, being worried about Marth's condition, went out after him, grateful that Amazon suggested that she go. She had waited a little bit before she actually went after him, then felt a little it paniced. Something was wrong, and she knew it. Right about the time that Marth collapsed, Shiori was halfway to where the others were. When she reached them and saw the dragon lying on the ground, Shiori was quite sure that Raina had done something to him. Especially when Raina spoke. Something or another snapped inside of her and her eyes changed color.

Instead of her normal lavender eyes, they were now fire red and angery. Slowly, white dragon scales were beginning to cover her body. "What did you do to him?!" she asked Raina, her voice sounding rather deadly. She knew that she couldn't kill Raina, but she was very blinded by rage at the moment. This was usually something that Shiori didn't let happen.

Haldir flew to the wall then fell on his stomach. "Ouch," he mumbled while getting back up and picked up his sword. He had only gotten a few slices in and was getting the beating of his life time. A large fist came crushing into his gut and he went into a tree knocking it down. Sliding his hand into the one of his vambraces and threw one of the daggers at the monster. All that did was a minor scratch and pissed the monster off more. "Crap," haldir said jumping up and moving out of the way. "Ok thats it im tired of this," he said picking up his twin blades while sheathing his sword.

Hitomi watched the fight not believing what happend "stop this stop fighting now!" Hitomi yelled her voice had anger and saddness all in it "your going to kill each other and i dont want that to happen" Hitomi walked over to Marth "are you ok" then seeing shiori her anger rose again "whats wrong with you you seem mad at some one" then turning to Riana great theres going to be a fight "Shiori calm down, Raina you calm down, Drgn i dont know you didnt do any thing, Marth dont move," Hitomi half yelled at every one "dont start fighting its bad anough we have to fight in the arena do we need to fight outside that arena to i thought we where all friends" Hitomi didnt want every one fighting "Drgn for your quistion earlier about whats wrong i dont know im confused myself Riana if i wasnt so spaced out i probley would have cut your hand off for touching me but sence Drgn started following when i said for no body to follow he will get hurt but not right now" Hitomi was a little angery but she was still by Marth kneeing "you are a stubbern dragon you know that" Hitomi said sadly "now can we go back or are you guys just going to stand there and get in a huge dog fight" Hitomi said sturnly

Shiori glared at Hitomi, looking ready to attack her, but she suddenly closed her eyes and tried to focus. When she opened them again, her eyes were the proper color and the scales slowly began to disappear without a trace. She dropped to her knees beside Marth and Hitomi, holding her head for a minute. "What did I just do? Why did I do that?" she murmured. "How did I let rage take over me?" she asked herself, sounding a little frightened.

Shiori looked up at Hitomi after hugging her friend back, seeming a little confused. "Mad at me?" she echoed, frowning a bit. "Why were you mad at me?" she questioned. She looked down at Marth, noticing that his wound had reopened. She gasped and tore some of the cloth from her skirt, beginning to wrap the white cloth around Marth's wound, adding some slight pressure so that the wound's bleeding would slow.

BIC: Drgn looked in surprise at Hitomi's display of leadership toward the battling group members. He was very impressed. He backed away from Raina and kneeled by Marth. "Stand back Shiori...Hitomi. I should close his wound again." Damn dragon... Drgn smiled as he thought. He placed his hands on Marth's chest, this time making sure the wound closed well.

Drgn stood up after the healing had taken its first effects. He walked back to Raina and, staring into her eyes, said again, "I'm sorry..." He stayed near her, walked over to a nearby boulder and sat on it. I should probably get back to the temple soon...and so should the rest of them... Drgn thought.

Hitomi moved back so Drgn had room "im no leader i dont wont you guys fighting thats all friends shouldnt fight and shiori why i was mad at you was cause um i was alittle jelous im sorry" Hitomi walked away and sat on the grass near by waiting "i really didnt want any more blood shed thats why i stopped you guys" Hitomi said to drgn she was sad and vary confused so many things where running through her head that she couldnt get her emotions strait and she couldnt think strait

"Jealous?" Shiori asked, although her voice was hardly audible. She really didn't understand Hitomi's jealously at all. Sighing a little, she looked back at Marth and sighed some, brushing some hair out of his face. "That was rather rash of you," she said softly. "I don't know what you did, but it was still something that Drgn could have handled, I'm sure," she told him, even though she wasn't sure if the dragon could hear her.

Haldir charged at the monster but was sent back att the wall making a big dent in it. "Ok that hurt," he said taking his blades and getting back up. He was getting sick of the he charge and get sent into the wall game. The monster just laughed as haldir charged and he fly so easy. "Hey catch," haldir said chunking one of his blades penatrating the mosters thick skin right in his gut. "What," the monster fell to his knees while seeing haldir coming up to it. "You messed with the wrong elf," haldir said taking his blade out of its gut and slicing its head off splattering blood everywhere. 'I am no assassin, ninja, or a person who uses a cloak, I am a elf Haldir is my name,' he thought to himself as stabbed his swords into the ground.

Kyu slept for a few more hours then felt the recovery was over. She woke up and looked at shade who was still sleeping she smiled at him then looked over at Dark she wraped her tail around Dark so he wouldn't get cold. " I love you dark.... I'll fight to protect you... no matter what." kyu Said looking into Dark's eyes. She smiled at him and slightly blushed as well.

Walking away from the old hut where she stayed in for that night she made her way out into the wooded area. Just barely the peak of the sun could be seen from over a nearby hill. Raising her small hands to her big blue eyes she rubbed them trying to rub the sleep away. Her mouth opening and letting out a soft yawn. Moving through out the are she walked with a slight bounce in her step, nothing really to be happy about she was just happy in general. With the small skips she gave through out her walk the soft blonde curls that fell to her waist where flowing behind her in an almost running through the field way. Her eyes partly closed as she enjoyed the soft warmth the sun gave off. Being the young girl she was, she was not totally familuar with which wooded areas where safe and which where not. Seeming to be alone in the entire area that her eyes allowed her to see, she felt safe enough. Continuing in her bouncing steps she hummed a soft tune to herself, not a specific one just one she though sounded pretty. Then out of no where a dark shadow was cast over her little body... The birds around her flew away as her scream echoed through the forest.

"SHUT UP!!!" i scream i hold my head in my hands and scream..its more like a shriek "every one just shut up!!" i look around and my eyes are partly purple "i never did anything to the stupid dragon!" i look at drgn and the rage that he loved raina flows out i scream again and run away, i dont know where i am...but one eye is purple and one eye is that strange color "Melinda...what a unplesant meeting" says the real me
"oh i can say the same" she replys
"Personality split section 4, relm 2" i say and our bodys split, one is me one is her
"for gods sake melida...you had to attack Drgn dident you?!" i scream at her
"oh yes" she shrieks again and i waver...i run back to the others with melida folowing me "some one..uh....help?!?!?" i yell, melinda shrieks again and i fall to my knees and hold my head, blood is driping from my mouth, i feel sick
"melinda..stop this...just...stop.." i whisper "dont make...me...dont make me change!!" i look at her and my eyes are black with purple through them "dont make me show them my true form..."
"why not?!you deserve to be hated, you are a waster of space" melinda kicks me in the ribs and i go flying into a tree, i go out the other side and i try to get up, but then i scream and im starting to loose it,..."NO NO NO!!! THIS CANT HAPPEN!" i scream over and over i stop.."NO...it wont....I controll my self now!!" i get up and hold my hand at my side, there is a big flash in my palm and then i have a 2 sided sword, i let my armor change again, this time its purple, "stage four demon attack!" i run at her and slash at her, i cut half of her arm off and i slash the other way, i go through her ribs and the sword glows purple "i dont need you any more!"i twist the sword up and take it up. i go through her heart, i let go of the sword and we both fall to our knees
"even if i die, killing you...i rather die as myself..and not some one else," i say andfall to my back, she does to and she dies, i know i might die, and i know..if i do..atleast Drgn saved me from living as some one else in a lie, i look up at the sky and everything goes black, i remember smelling roses...that was how my mother smelt...and then..its all gone black...

Amazon suddenly stood up from where she had been sitting so anxiously, waiting for the others to return. She could sense Raina's energy fading. She looked towards the door of the temple. "Raina..." she said to herself. She was so confused. She wanted to help but she didn't know if she should help Raina since she had told Shiori to call her in case anyone needed her. I guess that means that they're handling it... she thought biting her lip. She looked back at the arena to where Haldir was. Hurry up soon Haldir...I wanna see if everyones gonna be okay or not.... She realized now more than ever that she had changed while being here. She was once selfish and only concerned for herself, but now she thought about others as well. She didn't know why, but she could only think that it was friendship, something she hadn't had in a long time.

Haldir left the room and saw that amazon was worried about something. A sudden pain went over him and he knew why she was worried, Raina was fading. "Amazon lets go," he said flipping his swords into their sheaths and smiled. "Well its about bloody time you got out of there," the hawk said flapping his wings. "Hey shut up," haldir replied and walked out the door then ran toward the group. He saw raina on the ground out cold then fell to his knees. "We were to late," haldir whispered looking at the ground wishing he could of helped.

Drgn screamed, "Raina!!!!!!!!" He knew she could hear it, but her life was fading quickly...she was dying...the only way to kill her was beginning to do its deed. Drgn sprang over to Raina's dying body and he kneeled down, bent over her. "Raina! Listen to me! You don't have to die...your body is dying only because your conscious tells it too! You mustn't follow what you think...follow what you want! You don't want to die! I don't want you to die, damnit!!!!"

Drgn held back his tears, this was no time to mourn...it was a time to act. He held his hands over Raina's body, opened them and chanted the ancient elven spell that he had learned as a child. It was the spell of incarnation...the spell of reversion...and the spell of control. He had practised the spell before in his youth...but never had it worked for him. Though, this time his determination to save the woman he loved from death was far too great to make a mistake...to let this spell fail.

Drgn's hands glowed in a blinding bright aura. No colour...just extremely bright. It wasn neither a spell of good or of evil...only the spell of life. He chanted louder, saying the sacred words over and over again. You won't die Raina...I swear on my life...you will not die! Drgn vowed in his mind.

The bright energy, glowing in his hands had decsended upon Raina's body. It circulated through her veins, giving her the life she needed to survive her deadly encounter. What nobody knew, though, was that the elven demon, Drgn, was using his own life to save Raina's.

By the time Drgn had completed the transfer, he had given over three quarters of his own life to Raina. He was willing to give all his energy to her, but he had fallen back and fainted at the immense energy loss he had inflicted upon himself. Raina...you can live now... He thought as his head hit the sandy mountain trail. He was not dead, but very close to it. He could feel his life fading as well...but he knew he may live.

As Drgn dreamt, he imagined the fields that he and Raina had played in as children. He imagined the day they met at school. He imagined the times that they would help the villagers and pretend to be heroes. Drgn remembered his past...the happy times in his life, almost as if his life had been flashing before him as he layed dying in gratitude to himself for being able to save Raina. Thank you...Drgn...you finally did it...the spell you had always wished to master...you have finally done it! You saved a soul that is most dear to you... Drgn spoke to himself in his dream.

Drgn knew he could survive, knowing that his friends were safe...and knowing that his powers were enough to destroy the spirits that corrupted Raina's soul. She would awaken to the form she was to naturally have as an adult woman. And she would no longer carry the burden of being the God of Blood...for she could now decide how to use her powers in a more reasonable way. She was still Raina, God of Blood...but would not be the hostile monster that she had become...for the demon souls in her own were brought to rest. She would still be able to assume another demon form...but would not be interrupted or disturbed by the evil that lurked within her.

Drgn lay thinking on the dusty, sandy ground, I really hope I did the right thing...I hope Raina can now enjoy the life that she must lead for eternity...

Marth jumped up as he awoke to a scream. The scream semed to be echoing from miles away. "Ahhgg!" Marth fll back to his knees. 'Damnit... I forgot I was wounded.' Marth said, grabbing his chest as he slowly got to his feet. He looked back to where he had been lying, and saw Shiori. Just then, his attention was brought to Raina's fading energy, and the dead woman who layed next to her. "This is why I don't like sleeping." Marth said, "I tend to miss a lot." Marth's chest was now healing very quickly, his dragon blood was now starting to work quickly, and Drgn's healing seemed to be helping quicken the natural healing. However, Marth was still too weak to do anything that required him to be very physically active.

Marth then looked back over to Shiori. As if he had heard what she said to him he responded. "I'm sorry, I couldn't sit around while Drgn was being attacked by that fiend." Marth said refering to the dead woman. He knew that it was her who controlled Raina. He could sense that familiar pressence from her dead body. "I'll try not to do anything like that again." Marth said smiling. Marth didn't think Raina was in too much danger, he could feel her energy slowly fading, but Drgn was able to heal such a condition. But just as Marth noticed Raina's Aura start to fade, he knew something was wrong. "DRGN! RAI--" but just as Marth was about to warn the elf, he had appeared in fron tof her, chanting a sort of incantation.

As Drgn had completed an energy transfere, he fainted. "Damnit, foolish elf!" Marth ran over to Drgn and Raina. He knelt besid them, and his wings shot out of his back. "...F*ck..." Marth uttered quietly to himself. His back was not able to heal fully, because most of his energy was being wasted on his chest. Blood began to flow down his back. "I'm taking them to Dongo."Marth said looking over his shoulder to the rest of the group. Marth grabbed Drgn and Raina, and flew. He arrived at Dongo's house in mere seconds, flying at light speed. He layed them on separate beds. "OLD FOOL! HELP THESE TWO, OR FACE UNAVOIDABLE DEATH!" Marth boomed. He didn't want to sound so rude, but he had no choice.

In the back of Marth's head, he still heard that scream, over and over again. 'Could it have been part of my dreamless sleep? Or was it a real scream that awoke me?' Marth thought, still worried for Drgn and Raina's safety.

Dongo looked at Haldir as he left the arena. "Boy, you have earned some extra strength...but you shouldn't have come out until I told you." He had felt that Haldir didn't hear him, for he and Amazon had left in a hurry. They have left for the girl...Raina. She is dying...and it seems inevitable that she will... Dongo thought to himself, in a hopeless way.

About a half hour later, the dragon, Marth had flown into the temple, carrying the Raina and the leader. He was very forceful with Dongo, but there was not much choice, he had to heal the two or Marth would kill him...and it seemed like the dragon was serious.

Dongo snapped a finger and a soft glitter covered Drgn and Raina. They were instantly healed, but remained asleep...their bodies seemed to need more rest.

As Drgn dreamed, he thought of the leadership that Hitomi had shown. He was truely impressed by it. He wanted Hitomi to lead the group back to the temple...so he said, telepathically, 'Hitomi...can you hear me? If you can, please...lead the group back here, to the temple. We are almost done our testing...then a new quest can be decided. I must speak with you after I wake up...about what you did during our little fight against Raina's evil half...I was impressed, and I want you to know something valuable. So bring the group back...' Drgn hoped she had heard him in her mind...or he would have just been talking to nothing.

[Amazon_Goddess]

Amazon followed Haldir to the others, but it was too late for her to help. She watched as Drgn gave nearly all of his life for Raina, and then saw Marth get up and carry them away. "Hey! I just got here and now their going back to the temple!" she kicked the dirt angrily, feeling helpless. A feeling she hated more than anything, to feel weak.

But she felt relief come when she sensed Drgn and Raina's health returning. "I guess we should go back to the temple then..." she suggested. She didn't really feel like waiting around and felt more than capable to lead herself to the temple, but she felt that Drgn had put someone else in charge. She figured she should respect his wishes, even though listening and following others wasn't one of her strong points.

She walked up to Haldir "Hey what took you so long elf I was about to come in after you!" she said. Even though she wouldn't admit it, she was glad Haldir had returned safely.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori slowly came back to the temple, her feet sort of dragging themselves to get there. Her eyes were glazed over, not sure what sort of expression to be showing. It was easy enough to say that she was traumatized by all of this. There were not tears, for not even tears could show how upsetting all of this had been for her. All of this had happened at once. First with Marth's injury, which she still had a hard time forgetting about. Randomly, the scene of the creature's weapon tearing into the dragon's flesh popped into her mind.

Now, all of this was happening. Raina had been close to death and everything else, mixed with her memories of the past, was catching up to her. She didn't make it to the temple as she just stopped in her tracks halfway there and fell to the ground. She put her arms around herself and just cried, eventually curling up in a ball, still crying. This is why I never wanted anybody to get close to me...Not anybody at all...To see them in pain makes me feel...empty and hurt...

Amazon watched as Shiori walked off on her own. Well if she's going then I want to go too. I don't just want to stand here! she thought angrily. She wanted something to do, something to get her mind off of things. If Raina hadn't killed that other personality of hers herself, I would have killed it. She thought. She started to go back towards the temple, and then she saw Shiori huddled on the floor crying. She bit her lip, unsure of what to do. She couldn't kid herself by saying she was good at making others feel better. Emotions are weakness... she reminded herself of her training. Though she found that the more she was around others, the more they seemed to leak out. But seeing Shiori reminded her that she didn't want to be that way, in that much pain. But she couldn't help but want Shiori to feel better. So she walked up to her and squatted down next to where she was.
"Hey Shiori..." she said. Still not sure what to say, she knew she had to say something. "Look, I know how you feel, well actually I don't...but were all in this together right? We have to be strong for eachother. So do you think Marth, Drgn or Raina would want to see you crying like this now?" she put her hand on Shiori's shoulder "C'mon and lets go to the temple. I think you would feel better once you see that everyones fine." She wanted Shiori to come to the temple, but she wasn't going to drag her there. Shiori would have to come out of this depression on her own.

Marth sighed. Relieved that Dongo had helped Drgn and Rainawithout any fuss. Before Marth could rest, however, he had to get his swords from the arena. "Old man, close the doors on me, and you will suffer dire consiquences." Marth smiled as his wings retracted, and went back inside of him. His back was still bleeding, it could not heal as quickly as it usually did. Marth walked into the arena and grabbed his swords and sheathed them. He walked out of the large forest that the room had turned into for Haldir. Marth walked over to where he had dropped his armour. He layed down and closed his eyes. He needed to rest now, for he had been too active, and it would lengthen the already long healing process.

Haldir returned back to the temple and relized he had heard the eldar said he wasnt done. "Eldar did you say before i left that i wasnt done," haldir asked feeling like an idiot. "Forgive me for running off i just wanted to check if my freinds were ok," he said while watching marth walk into the arena to get his swords. "If you wish i will finish my challenges," he said while putting down his bow and quiver knowing he couldnt use it so he replaced it with a medium sized ax.

Shiori gazed at Amazon for a while before she stuggled to get to her feet. It seemed that her own body was being torn appart from within, just by witnessing the pain her friends...her only friends...were going through. Not once in her life was she loved, and she really didn't have the definition of the word. However, just by being with the group of people that she had joined, this word became familiar to her. Though she still didn't know what it truely ment, but she had some idea.

"I don't like seeing people get hurt," she whispered, her voice sounding as torn as she looked. "Nobody ever cared about if I got hurt or not, but I always worried about others...So when they got hurt...When people who actually cared got hurt," she continued. "It hurts me...I can't do a thing to prevent it...I fear that they'll leave me, just like everybody else," she confided. Like with Marth, she told herself silently. He probably would have died if Drgn didn't have that healing power...

[Seductress]

The over shadowing creature stood over Carrie, her mouth gaped, a high pitched scream had arisen. Sweeping her right foot behind her left she quickly turned to face what had crept up on her. The marvelous big blue eyes she wore widened at the sight of the demon. The demon was not large at all but it was still a head taller then Carrie. Looking to the demon she froze as the demon extended his scorned arm out to grab the wrist of Carrie. Carrie opened her mouth to scream again but this time no sound came out. She was in a state of shock, never facing a demon with out her old mistress she stood there as if she where paralized. Then suddenly the ruby amulet that hung around her little neck seemed to give out a pulsing vibration. Carries vision become blury to the point that every thing around her was black. Unable to move her body plunged into the darkness that surrounded her form. The little controll she had over her body quickly faded, her mind going into a sleep which she couldn't controll.
The demon that hovered over her passed out body was prepared to feast. Then the amulet gave one last pulsating vibe. The demons body seemed to melt down into ashes, his head all the way down to his feet was turned into pure ash bones and everything.

Carrie laid there in the deep sleep that the amulet had put her in. The long blonde locks of her hair fell over her pale face, the white ankle length skirt she wore seemed to keep her body warm. The only movement Carrie made where slight spasms in her sleep, something she had always done. The girl could wake in a minute or in a week, no one could ever tell since this had only occured twice in the girls life time. Until she was found or woke up Carrie would lay there.

Dongo looked at Haldir as he responded to Dongo's previous words. "Boy...I told you that you were not done...but I have seen you fight so much in my arena...you may stay out and recieve my blessings." Dongo wasn't interested to see Haldir fight any longer, so he decided that he would have Amazon fight next, and the half-dragon, Shiori would go last.

Drgn felt his strength quickly returning. My eyes...they can open if I want. Drgn told himself as his heavy eyelids separated and he began to see the temple again. He already knew he had been taken there.

When his vision cleared up and he felt fully awake, he tried to sit up. His body still felt weak from the energy transfer...but he felt very powerful, mentally. Drgn managed to sit up in the bed and he looked at Raina as she slept. Thank the heavens you're okay Raina...and thank you for putting up the fight... Drgn looked up and saw Haldir, who had just walked in...he saw Marth, bleeding, but healing...and he saw the elder, Dongo. "Thank you Elder...I am indebted to you, old man..." Drgn laughed.

Dongo smiled to see the boy, Drgn had awoken. "You are alright I see...well, you owe me nothing, boy. I healed you because I did not want to see such a determined leader die. I like your determination...and for that I gave you and the girl health."

Drgn smiled and looked back at Raina. She seemed alright, and she seemed very calm as she slept. She was breathing well and her skin was in full colour. He sat on his bed and watched her, then looked at Marth and, knowing he was slightly awake, said, "Thank you, Marth...you are a great friend..."

Haldir ears perked when he heard a high pitched scream come from the forest. "Excuse me i will be right back," haldir said while walking out of the temple into the forest. He ran to the place where he heard the scream and found a woman. Slowly he drew his sword while kneeling next to her. "She is but a youg girl," he said moving some hair out of her face. "Well lets get you out of here," he said sheathing his blade and picking her up. He walked to the temple hoping not to meet what attacked her.

Shiori sighed and decided that she'd get moving, heading back into the temple. The half dragon wanted to check to see if her friends were alright, and sitting around on the cold ground wasn't going to help her find out. She was still sluggish as she walked, as if she was reluctant to go back. When she got to the temple, she practically staggered in, but kept herself from falling over. Somehow, without remembering actually walking there, Shiori got to where Drgn, Raina, and Marth were.

She gazed over at Drgn, her eyes still quite glossy with pain and sadness swirling together within them, and her expression blank. The faintest of smiles appeared on her face as she saw that he was alright. She glanced over at Raina, then headed over to where Marth was resting and sat down beside him. Her head lazilly dropped downward, her chin touching her chest as she hid her eyes. They're alright...So why in the hell am I so torn up by all of this? Shouldn't I be happy? she asked herself, wishing that she could ask Drgn instead. He probably wouldn't know the answer to such a ludicrous question, though.

Drgn, still awake, looked at Shiori in a sad way. He didn't know why she was depressed like she was...but he did remember that she was at the scene of the incident...it was quite a traumatizing experience for anyone who watched, he was sure.

He called Shiori over, "Shiori...come here. Tell me what is bothering you...I'm concerned about you." He looked closer and saw her eyes...still red and her face still blushed from tears. She had cried...but why? "Sit with me please, Shiori...I want to know what you are feeling."

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori looked at Drgn and went over to him. Her body was slightly trembling and she tried to get herself to calm down. "I..." she began, suddenly realizing that she was at a loss for words. All of her emotions were there and clear, and the reasons why were right at the tip of her tounge. Perhaps she just didn't want to admit the reason why she was so scared and upset over this.

Finally, she found her voice, looking at Drgn and trying not to cry once again. "I'm afraid," she whispered. This was all she said for a while, then tears built up in her eyes again. "This is the first time I've actually stayed with a group...The first time I've been accepted into a group. I've come to care about all of you, and you seem to care about me. So...so when you get hurt, I...It's too much," she whispered. "I'm scared I'm going to be alone again..."

[Seductress]

Being scooped up into an unknowns arms her little body gave a small spasm. The small set of shoulders she had shivered. Slowly she pulled her self out of the drowning pool of sleep her mind set was forced into. Her right eyelid slowly lifted up so she could partly see. Feeling herself move she opened the other eye as well, her big blue eyes now looking directly up to the man who found her. Raising her little hands to her eyes she rubbed them in hope to make her vision more clear. Never being an unrational girl she stayed calm and whispered a soft "Hi" to the man. Her eyes immediatly moving to his ears.-

Drgn smiled emotionally as Shiori spoke to him about her fear. He looked her in the eyes and promised to her, "Shiori...I promise you, we all care for you...and I will never let you be alone again. You have earned my friendship...and you seem to be in love with Marth...he won't let anything happen to you." Drgn put his hand on Shiori's cheek and lightly pushed her head, like she was a sister of his. "You are special to us Shiori...I will accept you no matter what."

He forced his body forward and hugged his friend as tightly as he could in his current state. "We all love you Shiori...there is no need to fear for us as long as we love you."

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori looked up at Drgn and smiled faintly, then placed a hand over her chest, over her heart. "When I see any of you get hurt...It stops for a moment, then hurts like it's never hurt before," she whispered. "I didn't know why at first..." she told him, lookin over at Marth. "Especially when he got hurt...My chest hurt so much," she murmured softly. "I was terrified...I didn't think he'd live, even if he is a full blooded dragon..."

Haldir looked down to the girl and simply replied "Good morning." He continued to walked to the temple but decided to introduce himself. "Here try to stand up," he said setting he down gently and looked around the area checking for any enemies. "May i ask your name," haldir asked sitting down near a tree with his hand on his ax. His ears perked and his grip tightened.

Drgn smiled softly at Shiori. "That feeling in your heart...is the pain of loss. Everyone has that feeling in some form or another when a loved one is hurt. Your heart hurts...it is very symbollic, I must say." Drgn smiled more truly and told Shiori, "Please, Shiori...take your hand away from your heart...it will only remind you off your painful experieinces."

Drgn layed back down on his bed and preserved his energy to let himself heal properly. He kept his eyes open and his ears ready to hear anything.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori nodded slightly and took her hand away from her chest, letting both of them rest in her lap. "I wouldn't know that feeling...It's so forgien to me. I only felt it once, but it wasn't as great as it was when I thought..." she broke off and shook her head. Drgn was right. She shouldn't be dwelling on things that would make her feel pain again. "I'm thankful," she told him softly. "I'm thankful that everything is going to be alright...At least, I hope it will be," she said.

Shiori stayed by Marth's side, remembering that Drgn had said that she acted like she was in love with him. Perhaps, if he could have such an effect on her heart, that was the case. Then she shook her head, correcting herself. No...That is the case...Most definately, she thought, looking at the dragon. I think that I really do...

[Seductress]

Planting her feet firmly on the ground she looked down to her feet and tried to recollect her memories and thoughts of what just happened. Wincing some from the though of the demon she looked to her body seeing no real marks of injury. Cocking her head to the right she moved her eyes back to the man. Hearing his question she pushed it off for the moment as she locked her eyes upon his ears. "You are an elf." she said in a curious tone of voice.

Drgn assured Shiori, "Everything will be alright Shiori...as long as we're here. And...I promise you, as long as I live, you will never be left alone again. Plus, I'm sure Marth will never leave you either."

After he finished he layed on his bed and said, "I'm going to sleep now...can you do me a favour? If Hitomi walks in, can you wake me up please? I need to talk to her." As he finished, he closed his eyes and slowly fell asleep. He wasn't particualarly tired, but he knew he needed to rest.

[Chibi-chan]

"Thank you, Drgn," Shiori said with a smile, feeling much better and rather greatful towards him. The last thing she wanted for her friends to either leave her, which she doubted, or for them to die. If death came upon any of them, she knew that she would be crushed from the inside out.

At Drgn's request, she nodded her head, "I'll be sure to do that," she told him in a reassuring voice, bowing slightly to him. Keeping close to Marth, she crossed her arms and watched over all three of them, going deep into thought.

Haldir raised a eyebrow when she said that he was a elf. "Yes, i am haldir a woodelf as you can see," he said taking his ax and looking around. "It seems we have a freind," he said throwing the ax into a demon who was watching behind a tree. "A freind of yours prehaps or was," he said taking the ax out of the demons head. He was alittle shy for he just met her anyways.

Looking to the man she smiled at the word elf, him confirming her thoughts. She had never came across an elf before and found it very interesting now that she has. Watching him axe the demon she cocked her head at his comment in confusion. "I thought you slayed the demon that came after me. If you diddn't then it would of eaten me." her voice was soft and innocent, the long blonde curls she had fell down to her slender sides. Keeping her arms by her sides in a relaxed manner. The white tanktop she almost always wore clung to her form.

Haldir walked over to her and said "What other demon?" His eye saw her amulet he had seen it before then asked "where did you get that?" 'That amulet is what she ment when she thought i killed the demon,' he thought as he gazed at the amulet. He did not know where she got it but he knew she does not know what it does.

[Seductress]

Looking to him with her big blue eyes she kept her head in a tilt. Her eyebrows lowering and her teeth moving over her bottom lip and bit down giving her a puzzled look. " The elder priestess I had once lived with gave it to me before she passed away.. Why do you ask?" she asked with curiosity. Moving her teeth from her bottom lip she had to keep reminding herself not to do that, it being a old habbit she had tried to been getting rid of.

"So she is gone i thought i regonized that amulet thats what protected you from the other demon," he said while putting away his ax. "Would you like to come with me to a temple not to far from here," he asked looking at her eyes which captured him. "May i ask your name," he said shaking a feeling he suddenly had but he really couldnt tell what it was.

[Seductress]

Looking to him the words he spoke about the amulet protecting her ran through her head over and over, never knowing what it was for she only knew to wear it at all times. Keeping her blue gaze upon him she pondered at his question for a moment then she smiled brightly to him. "My name is Carrie, and I would love to go to the temple." Always traveling alone she found that it could be nice to be next to some one. Keeping the bright smile she gave a little nod to her answer, her white skirt ankle length flowed behing her in the soft breeze that swept by.

Haldir walked next to her thinking about her and the group. "Do you wish to travel with me and some freinds of mine that are at the temple," he asked while looking though out the trees for enemies. "Dont worry about them rejecting you they are always willing to meet a new freind," haldir said looking onto the temple that was a few yards away. He entered slowly seeing drgn and shiori talking and saw the hawk still rubbing his head on amazons shoulder. "Hey, are you still doing that," haldir slightly yelling at the hawk for doing it without stop. "HA, you wouldn't stop if you felt her hair," he said but it was but sqawking to carrie.

Looking about the Temple she looked to the people inside. Blinking a few times to herself she looked to all the interesting characters. Moving her gaze back to the elven man she kept the smile on her face. "Where is the bunch traveling to?" she asked. Though it did not matter since she only wondered about not knowing where she planned to go. "Oh, and I do not believe I have your name." she asked in the same soft and innocent tone. Her eyes now gazing to the hawk and she blinked at it quizically. Wondering why the hawk acted so different from other birds she had encountered.

Hitomi was sleeping still tired from her little fight she heard Drgn but thought it was in her dream wait it was really "Drgn" Hitomi was suddenly awake "where did every one go ow no man i sleep to much" Hitomi took off at full speed at ran busting though the door "im sorry i was sleeping i should have known that that wasnt a dream man im stupid" Hitomi walked over to Drgn and just leaned on the closest wall and waited for him to wake up :i wonder what he has to talk to me about *sigh*guess i have to wait Hitomi was worried about her friends and angery at herself for not waking up on time "im sorry Drgn i said i was no leader all i did was sleep as every one else came here." Hitomi wispered to herself in a sad scared voice still leaning on the wall she slid down and sat on the cold floor tired even after that nap she had

Haldir relized he forgot to introduce himself said "I am haldir at your service." He bowed politly while looking at the hawk. "Now who is this another one of these pick ups," the hawk said while rubbing his head. "Dont pay any attention to him he is just alittle annoying sometimes," haldir said and added shut up hawk in elvish. "These are my freinds amazon, drgn, shiori, marth, raina,hitomi, and there are two more who arent here yet," haldir said introducing her to each of them.

Looking to the Hawk and what she said she giggled at it. Once being around such a forward creature as one ,it brought back found memories of her old pet. Hearing his name she repeated it in her head a few times to make sure it was stuck and so she wouldn't misspronounce it. Looking to each of the people he introduced her to she gave a little nod to each, that being her way of bowing, deciding arching forward would just cause a back ache. Looking back to Haldir she smiled and tilted her head " You never answered my question about where the group is traveling to." she asked in a calm and soft tone of voice. Keeping her big blue gaze up upon the man.

"Well anywhere really," haldir replied as he looked down at her. "If you wish to join you can ask drgn," he said pointing to him. He was really getting attached to her and he had just been with her a few minutes. But he still was more attached to amazon then that bloody hawk of his. "Hey why do you insist on staying on her shoulder you know she is going in next," haldir said to the hawk. "WHAT, well mabey her hair can wait until after it," the hawk said then flew to carrie and rubbed his head on her hair and decided it will have to do. "HEY, what are you doing," haldir said to the hawk seeing him moving to carrie. "Well you have to rough of armor to sit on so i like her to sit on until amazon comes back," the hawk replied rubbing his head.

Shiori looked at Hitomi and smiled some, nodding to her friend. "You alright?" she asked, then went over to Drgn and placed a hand on his shoulder, gently trying to shake him away from sleep. "Drgn?" she called quietly. "Hitomi is here," she told him, trying to get him to wake up.

Looking to the shoulder that the Hawk had perched itself on her shoulder she smiled and patted the top of the hawks head, her nails giving a soothing scratch. Smiling to the hawk she moved her hair to the side it was perched on, her blonde curls falling to her waist. Then moving her eyes to drgn then back to Haldir she blinked. "Drgn seems to be asleep." she said with a little giggle. Looking back to the hawk she tilted her head some "What is your name?" she asked as in a tone that made it seem like she was talking to an infant who couldn't understand her. Knowing the Hawk could understand her very clearly she wanted to hear the hawk make another smart comment. Finding the hawks words quite amusing.

i roll over in my sleep and fall off the bed, i wake up and blink, my eyes look darker a tinge and i feel strange..i panic, i get up and i feel stiff "WHERE THE HELL IS EVERY ONE?!" i run out the door and look around, "i guess thay forgot me.."

Amazon nearly jumped out of her seat when she heard she was going next. "Man it's about time! Err I mean..." she glanced at the Elder, trying to figure out if he was teseting patience or not again. "I mean....that I am ready." She walked into the arena carrying her sword, though doubting that she would need it. "Okay Elder I wonder if you can conjure up something challenging enough for an Amazon? Though I doubt you can." she said smirking.

Drgn woke up to the felling of a hand on his shoulder. He was being slightly shaken...Hiomti must have gotten back. He got up and opened his eyes. She is back... he thgouht as he looked beside him at the wall she leaned against. "Hitomi...you're here. I was waiting for you." He heard Hitomi apologize for being late and not waking herself up, "It's alright Hitomi...that has very little to do with what I want to talk to you about."

Drgn struggled to get up, though it was easier than when he spoke with Shiori, because he had more time to heal. He stood up and noticed that Raina wasn't in her bed. Where could she have gone? I must see her...but I have to talk to Hitomi first... Drgn slowly walked over to Hitomi and guided her out of the temple. He stood outside of it and brought her out with him. He looked at her, smiling and said, "Hitomi...you may think that you aren't a leader...but you displayed such leadership outside during the fight. You broke up our fight and caused it to stop...and for that, I thank you. If you don't like it, I won't call you a leader anymore...but if there is ever a time I have to go out or leave the group for something...I will put you in charge."

He hugged Hitomi, "I guess this hug may be an result of thanks...because I am extremely greatful to you for stopping the fight. If it wasn't for you I would have been killed...Marth would have been killed...and Shiori may have been killed. Also, Raina would never have been cured..." Drgn back away a little, releasing her from the hug. He stood in front of Hitomi and finished with, "Thank you Hitomi...you are a great person...with great powers. And I am glad to have you in my company."

Drgn turned around and walked Hitomi back to the temple. On his way in, he noticed that Raina was outside...she must have been confused. After dropping Hitomi off, he walked over to Raina and tapped her on the shoulder. When she turned to look at him, he asked, "Raina...are you alright? Did you heal well?" He hugged her very tight. To see his great friend in good health after such a catastrophe. "I am glad to see you're okay Raina..." He was curious to see if Raina had healed properly...to see if she could control her inner demons. He wanted to know if his spell worked the way it should. "Raina...could you test something for me...could you try to summon a spirit from within your soul and control it? You never could fully grasp the power of the spirits...but my life spell was supposed to make you have better control as well...could you please try to change your form?"

Inside the temple, Dongo looked at Amazon and smiled. He told her, "Amazon girl...you shall not fight the strongest foe in my arena...but I shall give you quite a challenge. I do not quite know the specialty of an amazon warrior...but I do know that your kind is said to be very good with archery. I will set you stage once you enter the arena...and you will fight according to how the arena allows. You will not use archery...for that is an amazon specialty. I would like to see hand-to-hand combat from you...or magic spells." Dongo began to get very bossy about what he wanted from his fighters. He opened the door and allowed Amazon to enter.

"I am the hawk at your service," the hawk said mimicing haldir. "You little bloody," but was interupted when the hawk's talon started tapping when carrie scratched his head. Haldir looked over to amazon and yelled "show him what an amazon can do." He sat down nearby carrie and where he can watch amazon fight. 'Amazon dont get hurt in there,' he thought to himself as he watched the doors close.

"What do you mean 'not the strongest'?!" Amazon pouted at the Elder as he laid down the law for her battle. "Ooookaaaay fine..." she sighed. Maybe this won't be that much fun after all...but I guess I get what I get and like it. She stuck her sword and spirit armlet (that summoned her bow n arrows) outside of the door of the arena

"Hey don't worry old man. Amazons may excel in archery, but there are many things you do not know of my kind. Believe me, if it's hand to hand combat you want, you'll get it. It's nothing new for me. My kind have defeated many with things other than arrows." she smirked. "Lets just hope that the monster you give me at least keeps me entertained for a little while."

She looked over at Haldir as he spoke to her "I sure will." she said "And maybe a little bit more too."

She walked into the arena and awaited the demon's arrival "Alright old man show me what you got!"

Shiori sighed some and went back over to Marth's side, hoping that everything was going to be alright now. She took a knife from a sheath attached to her ankle, then opened a small pouch around her waist, drawing out a half finished whistle. "It's been a while since I actually worked on this," she said to herself softly as she began to carve away at the wood. She began to sing something softly as she worked, checking on Marth every now and then.

Marth opened his eyes, as the healing neared completion. He looked over to Shiori, as he was awoken by her soothing voice. He pushed himself up, to sit next to her. He leaned against the wall. His back was now healed, but his chest wound had left a large scar. Marth was still in pain, but the constant healing in his blood was slowly taking the pain away. Marth looked at what Shiori was doing, and smiled. "What are you making?" He asked, still looking at the thing in her hands.

Shiori smiled at Marth when he woke up, putting her little project down for a while. "How are you feeling?" she asked, then glanced at the whistle that she was making. "It's nothing, really, just a little whistle that I'm working on," she told him. "It probably won't work anyway..." she laughed.

Laughing lightly to the hawk she gave its head a few more rewarding scratches for its amusing comments. Looking about to the people in the temple she watched the one called Amazon leave. A bit confused she took a seat in the spot where she was standing. Sitting in an upright position she straightened her back and moved her legs into indian style sitting. Keeping her eyes upon the people she tilted her head, seeing as though ones battle eachother. Never once had Carrie been in a real fight. She always settled her difficulties with reasoning. Pushing her throughts aside for the moment she moved her eyes to Haldir "Do you speak any other languages?" she asked with her normal curiousity, remembering early he had muttered a few words to the hawk which she could not comprehend.

Marth just continued to smile. "I'm fine..." He said, answering Shiori, and then looking over to the new person. 'Where did she come from?' He wondered, but didn't want to say anything. She was so young... had she been with a group, or had she been alone before she found them?

i look at drgn "....okay....sure...i..guess..." i change into Ame, only the eyes change, nothing more, not the hair not the skin color..just the hair "okay...Right strike!" i punch something mostlikely a tree with my right hand "WOOOOOOO" i jump up and down and run around untill i get dizzy, i walk over to some bushes and go behind them and puke, i walk back from behind them looking all fresh and my eyes are green now, one eye goes orange and the other goes purple, "sweet....multi personality at choice...." my eyes go purple.."lets see who i can....lay to..uh...rest.." i choose my mother, i glow a soft white and there is a big glow infront of me, i stop glowing and then the spirit dissapears, "oh my god...i did it!!!" i run over to Drgn and jump on to him and cling to him "Nyaaaaaaa"

"You know," Shiori said to Marth slowly, closing her eyes. "You...Really had me worried," she said quietly. "You should have been resting, not running out to where Drgn and Raina were...If you knew that something was the matter, I would have gone and checked it out for you," she said in a slightly scolding manner. However, she was still smililing a little, which showed that she wasn't completely mad or upset about it.

Drgn watched in happiness as Raina ran around in joy. It worked...and she's finally happy... Drgn laughed as she jumped around and threw up...it was good to see such a happy person during his recovery. When Raina jumped at him, he flicnhed slightly but caught her and laughed. "I'm glad that you feel better Raina! I'm so happy for you...and I'm happy that you have finally gained happiness in your life.

In the temple, Dongo looked at Amazon in an annoyed way. "You youths are all the same...alway wanting to prove that you are stronger than you actually are. Did you not see what happened to your friend Marth, the dragon...he almost died. There is no way I will put you life at risk like I did his."

As Amazon entered the arena, it changed into a meadow. Calm, beautiful and glowing with morning dew. Dongo sent his monster to attack Amazon. "Alright girl...I want to see you use all of your battle tactics. I want archery, I ant hand-to-hand, and I want magic. Show me that you are capable to recieve a blessing."

The monsters ran at Amazon and swung their weapons ruthlessly at her.

bic: shade slept for a few more hours then woke up " did you have a good rest kyu?" he asked her feeling happy now that he gets to train with her

kyu nodded and smiled at him " yeah i had a good rest and i made a full recovery as well... ^^" Kyu looked at Dark and asked him " you want to help me train shade with his magic and powers dark?" she said with a nice sweet tone in her voice.

shade waited for dark to reply he was very happy and was ready to train as soon as Kyu and maybe dark was ready.

Looking to the one that was refered to as Marth she could feel a wierd turn in her stomach. She felt like she knew him.. Standing up she diddn't give Haldir the time to answer her. Never knowing much of her past she kept her gaze locked onto "Marth". Moving over to him she looked to him with extreme interest then parted her lips to speak "Excuse me sir, but do I know you..?". Her voice was kind and polite just like Lady Tanako had taught her. She could only remeber a little over a year of memories, further back then that was just a blur. Not feeling like she knew him personally... but she did know him from something, it just wasn't coming to her. Keeping a friendly smile upon her face, her teeth moved down to her bottom him. Damn! She had to remeber to stop that.

Nurtaku saw a bunch of people and he said hi to them and offered them lunch. Then standing there wating for a answer.

dark nods to kyu,smiling."theres an issue though...."he said pointing to the full moon."we have to wait untill morning before you can come out.ill be right back."he said getting out of the bubble.when he came back he had a blanket and a pillow.he covered her up and put the pillow under her head.zid provided extra warmth for her also,acting like a blanket.dark smiled looking at kyu caringly."i know youve slept alot already,but will you please go to sleep a little longer..until morning?then you can leave this bubble..."he said to her still smirking."ill teach shade....ill see you in the morning.."he said smiling and waving,walking off with shade to teach him magic.after their training was over shade knew fire better than he ever thought possible and many other magics.it was still night when they returned to the bubble.dark sat down next to kyu.right before he fell asleep he muttered "i love you kyu....goodnight"

Marth was staring at the girl without knowing it, and just then she spoke to him. "Know me?" Marth asked a little puzzled. He just stared blankly at her, but nothing came to mind. Marth was a fiend, a fighter, a murderor, and an observer. In the nineteen years that he had lived, he could have done almost anything, or met anyone, but the bad memoried had left him. He no longer remembered the bad things that he had done. He had accepted them to a point where they were no longer in his mind. Marth shook his head. "Sadly, girl, I would not know... You would have to remind me, but it seems you're as clueless as myself." Marth smiled. "If you remember anything, please tell me. I too have a forgotten past, though I do not wish to remember it, I will if I have to." Marth said as he crossed his arms and closed his eyes.

He stopped for a minute. "Oh..." Marth oppened his eyes. He struggled to get to his feet, still in a lot of pain. He looked the girl in the eyes. "I am Marth, of the black dragons." He said proudly as he did in all of his introductions. He bowed slightly. He smiled, and extended his hand to her.

Looking to him seeing how clueless he was and how she babbled about knowing him just made he seem like she was just realeased from the crazy person institute. Looking to him she gave a friendly smile then placed her hand in his to shake it.Meeting his eyes with her own blue gaze a blonde fell over her right eye, not bothering to brush it away she only smiled. "My name is Carrie, it is a pleasure to meet you." Shaking her head some she sighed, what was that uneasy feeling in her stomach.. It was like she had been his worst enemy in past life time. Obvisously neither of the two could pin point any thing. It seemed he suffered from a memory loss or just the will to ignore the past. Staring to him she though long and hard, her thoughts racing through her head. Then the last words he had said.. black dragon. Why did that sound so familuar.. She never in her memory could remeber even talking to some one besides a human.. well that she knew of. And there was the fact she only had memories of over a year, everything behind that was washed away as if they had been taken from her brain. But that name.. it made her even more uneasy. Like she really had a reason to jump on him and claw his eyes out. Of course she would never do so not being the fighting type... but still why did she feel this.. she hadn't even known him.

kyu nodded and smiled at dark. " yeah the full moon does cause us a little error." after dark left the bubble she laid her head on her paws, after dark had came back and gave her the pillow and blanket she smiled at him. " i will dark.and thank you for taking shade out to train." and withen minutes kyu was asleep again.

shade was happy to train, After he was done training he leanred fire quicker then any other magic or spells he had learned. "thanks dark for training me.^^" when they had returned they saw kyu sleep. shade was glad she had met Dark. shade went back into the bubble and sat down next to kyu and said in a whisper " thank you" in her ear.

i look at drgn, straight in the eye, i move closer to his face, i brush his lips with mine...and then i kiss him, i know he can feel my fangs press against his mouth, then they are gone, i kiss him some more.

Amazon glared at the old man. "And you elders are all the same. What makes you think I would end up like Marth?" her pride was taking over again. She knew perfectly well that what happened to Marth could easily happen to her. and the Elder was right about her wanting to prove herself.

The group of monsters charged at her with their weapons ready. "Weaklings..." she muttered and just stood there waiting for them to come.

As they came closer she moved into a fighting stance and her energy appeared arround her. She closed her fist and light shone out of it. Moving towards the demons at a far quicker pace than they were moving at her, She made contact with the first demon right in the face. Her energy quickly engulfed its body and then surrounded the arena, destroying all the monsters as well.

"See old man I can too fight a stronger monster than these useless ones!" she smirked. But before she had time to celebrate another monster appeared. She sensed that this one was stronger, it was very large and had a humoungous axe that it carried with it. It looked somewhat like a huge troll/giant, and it had red leathery skin all over its huge muscular body. She quickly analyzed it's strength. Hmph. Pretty strong, but not stronger than me. Very slow as well. He'll be easy. She wanted to make this fight last as long as possible to prove to the Elder that she was powerful enough to earn her new abilities just like everyone else.

"Okay demon, weaklings first....and in case your not too smart that means you."

Marth felt very uncomfortable shaking the girls hand, but blocked out the feeling. He smiled. "The pleasure is mine, Carrie." He said as he withdrew his hand, and again bowed. The pain in Marth's chest was building up again, and he was forced to retreat to his sitting position. Using the wall, Marth slowly brought himself to the floor, and was again sitting beside Shiori. He was holding a hand over the large scar now. The pain was still agonizing, but nothing the dragon couldn't deal with.

Shiori looked at the girl, Carrie, and got closer to Marth. She was still watching the girl as she got closer to him, as if being protective. The elven dragon knew that she was probably being foolish, but she really didn't care at the moment. "Nice to meet you...I am Shiori, a half dragon/half elf," she said in a rather flat tone, nodding to her. Why does she think she knows Marth? He just said that he's never seen her before... she thought, watching the girl for a long time until Marth put a hand over his scar.

Shiori frowned slightly, seeing that he was in pain. She brought her hand up to the hand that rested on his scar, and put her hand over it. "Don't push yourself," she warned him, giving him a small smile. "If it still hurts, don't be so stubborn as to not just lie down," she added.

[Amazon_Goddess]

The demon charged at amazon in anger, swinging it's axe violently. He wasn't as slow as he appeared, and gained speed as he came closer. Amazon kept her eyes on him, remaining in the same position, not moving an inch. This seemed to anger the demon more, and it yelled at the top of it's lungs as it charged faster now.

It brought it's axe down quickly, about to vertically slice her in half. Amazon raised her two fingers and caught the axe with ease. The demon struggled against her grasp, trying to free the axe. Finally realizing that it wouldn't budge, he swung at her with his frre hand. She raised her other hand and blocked his hit. He attacked her more, throwing punches manically around at her. But she blacked each of them.

The demon's moves were sluggish now, and Amazon grew bored of standing there. With the axe still in her fingers, she pushed it back and made the demon lose his balance. The demon stumbled. Seeing an opportunity to strike, she charges at the demons chest, dust flying behind her as she pushe doff the ground with tremendous force. She elbowed him in his ribs, causing him to stagger. In a flurry of punches, each one growing stronger every time she made contact, the demon began to lose conciousness. She smiled, satisfied, as she heard the craking of his ribs under her fists. She loaded up an energy kick and jumped higher, spinning around and smashing her foot into the right side of the demon's face, cracking his jaw and sending him flying into the dirt.

She landed on the ground, brushing off her clothes and flicking her hair over her shoulder. I didn't wanna kill him yet...ahh well, I guess that's what happens when your a weakling.... SHe dusted her hands together and looked up at the arena's ceiling "Ha! See old man I told you nothing you could create could be a challenge to me!"

Realizing she had been standing there thinking she barely even noticed she was no longer shaking Marth's hand. Then her blue gaze averted to the one who introduced themselves at Shirori. Feeling terribly rude for just standing there she shook her head some and pushed away any feeling she had at the moment. "Oh I am sorry, my name is Carrie and I am human." she said in a friendly tone. Her lips curled into a soft smiled. Gave a small arch forward in her back indicating a bow. Sighing softly to herself she looked back to Marth, everytime she looked at him she could feel her stomach churn in an uneasy way. Which was wierd, Carrie always liked everying unless they where trying to eat her. Pulling away from her thoughts again she gave her first bow to Marth. "I will leave you to your peace, and I do really hope you get better." Turning a heel to walk away she remebered something "Oh, and if it helps any I know of a few herbs around here that can really put pain away for a few hours." Saying this in the same friendly tone as before she hope this would shake off the feeling. But if anything it only deepened the feeling, as though befriending him was betraying some one else... but who. Sweeping a foot around the other she walked over to Haldir and smiled. "So what about the other languages?" she asked in the normal soft and friendly tone.

Marth smiled. "I live with the pain I'm given. I deserve to suffer, therefor I do. No bandaging, and no herbs." Marth said calmly. "I'll be fine, don't worry, Shiori." Marth said as he turned his head to her and smiled. He removed his hand from his chest, and rested his back against the wall.

Shiori frowned at Marth some, hearing him say that he deserves to suffer. "Marth?" she asked quietly, shaking her head. "Why do you say that? Why would you say that you should suffer?" she questioned. There was no way that he should have to suffer for anything, at least that's what she thought. Then again, she had only recently met him, so there was now way she would know why he thought that he had to suffer. "Nobody should have to suffer..."

Marth stopped smiling. He closed his eyes and crossed his arms. "I'd rather not say why, the memories are those I'd rather not remember." Marth said, as he clenched tight fists, cracking his knuckles. "But if you are intent on finding out... I'll tell you that I was a fiend. A horrible person... I did things that I don't want to think about. It's the part of me that I want to go away." Marth said. "I'm not saying anymore." Marth stood up and walked outside. He jumped onto the roof of the temple, and sat there. He took the sowrds off of his belt, and tossed them off the roof. "Damnit." He said quietly. Just the few words he spoke began to bring back the memories that he had longed to forget.

Marth was a changing man. He didn't want to go back to how he was. He despised all humans, and because of this, countless numbers of them died. Marth had no remorse, he was a devilish, sinister animal. But that was many years ago... He had changed, but never forgave himself. He opened his eyes, and they were glowing red, as if he were in battle. "I'm a bastard." Marth layed back and closed his eyes. The dragon had met his match, and it was himself. His only real enemy was what he once was.

Shiori winced slightly when she saw Marth's smile disappear. She was about to say something to him after he was finished talking, but he left, leaving her to hate herself. "I shouldn't have asked him," she whispered to herself, hugging her knees to her chest and sighing. "Why did I go and try to pry into his personal life?" she hissed at herself, cursing softly under her breath. "He's probably angery with me for bringing that up!" Scowling, she picked up the flute she was working on and threw it against the wall, watcing it snap.

"...That was stupid," Shiori scolded, closing her eyes and sighing. She slipped the knife into the leather sheath by her ankle and shook her head. "I can't keep my mouth shut and I can't keep my temper down the way I was able to...When did that start?" she murmured.

Hitomi hearing what Drgn had to say she was suprised she a leader she never thought of herself as one just a loner going ehr own way not caring "guess ill have some thing to do if your gone" She said before going back in the temple walking strait across the room ignoring every one not mad but and emotionsless face on. "Whats going on im so cunfused its like i cant feel any thing right now" Hitomi just stared off in space not noticing every one talking but was Just running though one ear and leaving the other "im thinking to much but im alittle cunfused i think i might take a run in the froest or train but i really dont feel like moving right now" Hitomi wispered she felt week and wanted some rest but couldnt sleep at all so much was running though her mind she couldnt think strait and soon got dizzy. then noticed how every one had some one to care for then she relized she was alone Hitomi was afriad to be alone now that she had friends "guess im one that is supposed to be alone and not cared for" wispering to her self. Then falling into an unpleasent sleep ready fro any thing that tried to scare her more then she already was.

Shiori stood up and left the room, heaing outside, where she proceeded to just wander about, delving deep into thought. "Why? No, not why, how?!" she asked herself, getting pretty angery. "How could I have brought up such a question like that? It's something that's unforgivable!" she hissed, kicking at a tree so hard that it cracked at the trunk, the whole thing slanting over. "I knew that he was one who didn't want to touch his past, and yet..." she sighed, ending her thought.

"I'm sorry," she whispered to herself, though she wished that she could be apologizing to Marth. Most likely, he probably didn't want to hear an apology from her. He'd probably want her to just leave him alone for a while. Even after a while, he still most likely wouldn't want to talk to her. "I may bring up something else he doesn't want to think of," she sighed.

Marth heard someone leave the temple. He sat up, and peered from the roof. It was Shiori. Marth smiled, the sight of her cheered him up. He saw her kick a tree. Her mouth moved, but from the distance what she said was inaudible. He got to his feet, and jumped off the roof, landing silently. He walked up behind Shiori, and put an arm around her as he stepped up next to her. He looked to the ground. "Sorry... I over reacted." Marth said, still looking down. "I don't like what I did... I don't like thinking about it. I shouldn't have acted the way I did... I'm sorry." Marth said feeling really guilty.

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori looked at Marth, the slightest trace of tears in her eyes. She blinked a couple of times, and the tears left her eyes. "You really don't have to say that you're sorry," she whispered to him, closing her eyes. "I knew that you didn't want to talk about your past, because you haven't before...I never should have asked, and I'm sorry. I know that I don't like thinking about bad things that happened.

She opened her eyes, then gazed at him for a moment. She leaned her head against his shoulder and began to speak cautiously. "...Whatever bad things that you did, I don't think any less of you," she told him quietly, still looking at him. "No matter what you think of yourself, I don't see you that way," she told him. He's no fiend...Not now, anyway...He may have been in the past, but this is the present...

Marth pulled Shiori close to him, and closed his eyes. He hugged her. "Thank you." He said, but inside, he knew that if she knew... if anyone knew, they would never think the same way about him. His ruthless slaughtering of humans in the not so far past, was something that he could not forget. Marth hated most humans, but none deserved to die by his hands. "You would hate me if you knew..." He said quietly "...and that's all I can say." Marth sighed. "I was a monster... I deserve to suffer for what I did." Marth looked over Shiori's shoulder, staring into his past; The chaos.

Shiori placed a finger to his lips, not wanting him to go on about it. "I don't think that I'll be able to hate you ever," she said to him, smiling a little. "And if I say that, I mean it...I may be ignorant to what happened in your past, but I still promise that I wouldn't hate you. I don't care if you think you should suffer," she told him as she gave him a hug back. "You shouldn't suffer at all," she whispered.

Hitomi woke up wanting to get up and move around she jumped up and run out of the tower at full speed blowing past Marth and Shiori not stopping to say hi and ran strait into to forest. now playing around by jumping in the trees and dodging every thing in her way training and playing and she was having the time of her life now in a clearing she pulled out her swords and started training. she looked like she was dancing she felt light on her feet. as she trained she waited for some one to find her but she didnt think she was missed she is a loner and didnt really care no one cared for her so no one has a reason to try to find her. she kept training taking out a few trees

Marth just held her, and didn't speak. He stayed silent, and closed his eyes. He felt perfect, standing alone with Shiori. As Hitomi sped by, Marth was snapped out of the daze that he was in. "H--" Marth was going to talk to her, but Hitomi just ran by as if she didn't even notice the two of them. Marth closed his eyes again, and smiled. He didn;t want to let go of Shiori, everything felt so... right.

Shiori smiled, then looked towards the temple. "Should we head back?" she asked him after a while of just letting him hold her. She jumped slightly when she saw Hitomi go past, then blinked, wondering what was wrong. "It's probably nothing," she murmured to herself, the side of her head resting on Marth's shoulder. I really mean what I said...I don't care about his past at all...I don't care if he did the most horrible thing in the world, even...

"...Ya..." Marth smiled, and let go of Shiori. He took her hand, and slowly began making his way to Dongo's temple. He didn't think much of Hitomi running by, she probably just needed time to think; relax. Marth felt so relaxed with Shiori by his side. He felt so safe... so perfect. "You'll be fighting soon... When Amazon is finished. Don't be stupid like I was." Marth looked down to Shiori. "I don't want to see you get hurt." He could now imagine what she must have felt like when he was in that desimated state.

[Seductress]

Having her seat next to Haldir she looked around the temple. Watching the people and there actions, her hand moved up to the hawks head and she gave another little scratch. The blonde curls of her hair where flowing a little behind her with each gentle breaze that the wind gave. Moving her elbows down on her knees she placed her chin in the palms of her hands. Very interested by the people around her she was constantly moving her gaze around to stare. She knew she had to talk to Drgn about joining but he seemed a bit busy at the moment. She decided she would wait until he was less active. Pushing aside the thoughts she once had of Marth she now tried digging into her memory. Trying to remeber years back, her mind was pulled into the day dream as she though. Completely unaware at the moment of the people around her.

Shiori kind of gripped his hand a little tight when he brought up the fact about her having to fight next. "I completely forgot all about that," she said with a small laugh as she released the pressure that she was putting on Marth's hand. "I'll be careful to keep a sharp mind and not do something stupid," she promised him, nodding. "I'll do my best and try to come out with only a few scratches maximum," she told him, though she didn't know if that's how it was going to be. She didn't even know WHAT she was going to be facing.

Marth smiled. As they walked by the front door, Marth kicked at the swords he had thrown off the roof. They flew into the air, and with Marth's unoccupied hand, he grabbed and sheathed the blades. He stepped into the temple with Shiori.

Shiori smiled some, watching Marth as he did this, then she reluctantly let go of his hand and headed into the room where he had been resting when he had lost consiousness. She sighed and picked up the broken, unfinished whistle, wonding if there was any way that she could repair it. Well, if there was, she would find out, so she just stuck the two wood peices into her pouch, then went back to Marth.

She paused as she went by the arena, and let out a nervous sounding sigh, "It's going to be my turn next...I hope that I can get through it alright," she said, sounding uncertian.

Marth smiled. "Don't worry about it. You'll do fine, I know you will." Marth went into the room that he had been staying in, and sat on the bed. "And besides that, Shiori, I would never let any harm befall you. I would break into that arena to save you if I had to." Marth leaned back in the bed and closed his eyes. "But I know you'll do fine." He opened his eyes and smiled again. "I'll be with you the whole time you fight, you needn't worry about getting hurt."

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori looked at him and smile as he said that he would break into the arena if she was in trouble. There was also a bit of surprise in her eyes as he stated this, but that faded after a moment. "Thank you," she whispered to him, going over to the bedside and leaning against it a little. "You're right...Nothing bad is going to happen..."

Drgn stood in shock as Raina placed her lips on his. It seemed that she was glad about her new powers as well...so Drgn kissed back and allowed the special moment between the two to go forth. This...is her happiest moment...never have I seen Raina so willing to show love...so excited about her abilities...I did the right thing...thank the heavens... Drgn thought in greatfulness.

Drgn grabbed Raina's shoulders and held her close during the moment. As it ended, Drgn removed his lips from Raina's and hugged her tight. "You are very special to me, Raina...and I'm...greatful that you survived the energy transfer...I have never seen a survivor emerge from that spell...none of the elders in our village could do it...I...I was afraid I would lose you when I cast the spell. I had no fear of death for myself, only for you. But you live on...and continue to make me a happy man." Drgn kissed Raina's forehead and looked up at the sky with her. The sun was setting slowly...dust would shortly arrive. It would now be the second day at the temple. Dongo had tested all but Shiori now...and Drgn wanted to see this battle...for he knew that Shiori was a powerful and strong fighter. This would be a good show.

Dongo looked into the mirror and watched Amazon's impressive fight. "Come out, girl. You are done now...and you have earned the right to a blessing. Now, all that is left is the girl, Shiori." He smiled as he turned to look at her. "Girl...Shiori, you must fight now. You are the last one to go into my arena...impress me, and you shall be blessed."

Dongo opened the door and waited for Amazon to get out so Shiori could enter.

"Raina...we should go back to the temple. Shiori is the last one to fight...I don't want to miss this battle." Drgn smiled and walked Raina back to the door of the temple. He went in and stood in front of the mirror, smiling at Shiori, "Looks like I came back just in time." He saw the nervous state the Shiori stood in and he assured her, "Don't worry about your fight Shiori...we all know you'll do great!"

[Chibi-chan]

Shiori looked at the elder, suddenly feeling nervous. She had never truely felt nervous at all, but now she knew that she was. Nodding to the elder, she went over to the corner where she had propped her scythe up against. The elven/dragon, ran a finger gently over the blade's edge, to make sure that it was sharp. Like always, the blade was, and she nodded in satisfaction. Shiori looked over at Marth, Drgn, and the rest of her friends. "Wish me luck," she whispered.

Shiori headed for the arena, then stopped and turned back to Marth. She removed the leather pouch that rested around her waist and handed it to him. It contained the broken flute, it felt as if it contained something else as well. "Keep that safe for me?" she asked, smiling some.

[Kera]

*sigh* "I better go back like im missed" Hitomi started walking back to the temple "i think Shioris fighting better watch" Hitomi cept walking alittle tired she didnt get much sleep and she didnt rest to much after her fight "training didnt help me at all it only made me more tired" Hitomi walked in the room tiredly and practly fell agaisnt the wall
"whats going on now" Hitomi said in a low tired voice with little emotion "i was training but i see no one cared where i was so ill just rest up a bit and leave" Hitomi just sat there her bangs covering her eyes from sight

Dongo watched as the group wished the girl luck and gave her confidence for her upcoming fight. "You must go now, girl. I will give you an easy challenge if you wish one." Dongo grinned as he knew she would like a challenge. He was teasing her as he knew she was nervous.

Drgn looked at Shiori and said, "Good luck, Shiori...but I doubt you'll need it." He smiled and nodded to her. "Give it all you've got Shiori!"

[Kera]

"Kick butt im cheering for ya" Hitomi said tiredly and gave Shiori a thumbs up and a small smile she didnt want to be mean and not cheer Shiori on "dont die i know youll win" Hitomi went back to her tired state and started resting

"An easy battle?!" Shiori asked, raising a brow and laughing. "No, no, I don't think that I need something as pathetic as that, thank you very much," she said, shaking her head a little bit. She headed towards the arena, weapon in hand. She turned and faced her friends before she went into the arena. "Thanks for wishing me luck...I hope to make it out in one piece," she said with a small smile.

Marth took the pouch and nodded to Shiori. Marth followed Shiori to the arena door. He hugged her and whispered, "You will be fine, I'll be with you, you have nothing to fear Shiori. He knew she would do fine, so Marth, let go of her and stepped up beside the old man, Dongo. Marth wanted to watch in the mirror as Shiori fought. He looked over to her, smiling slightly.

Looking over to Drgn she smiled seeing he was less busy. Always finding it hard to actualy come up to some one and talk. Gulping she stood up from her once sitting place, looking to Drgn she slowly approached him in short strides. Being a good five feet away from him she looked up to him and gave a smile. Extending her right hand to shake she parted her to speak "Hello, my name is Carrie." she asked in a friendly but slightly nervous tone. Looking him in the eye she blinked a few times and kept her blue eye gaze, in attempt to gain respect. Carrie made sure she did nothing that would be taken as offence, if she where to upset some one the results would be vital. Even though she was pretty positive she would not seem of a threat to anyone. Being simply 5'3 thirteen year old girl.

Hitomi got up and walked behind the girl "ive never seen you before arent you alittle young to be traveling" Hitomi said with her emotionless voice on she didnt know the girl even if she was taller then she was hitomi was still older "Drgn is watching the fight he might not answer to you" Hitomi then walked over to Marth and gave him a quick glare "you and Shiori get along well" Hitomi had alittle jeluosy in her voice but not to much. she looked at Marth with cold green eyes waiting for a reply from the girl and from Marth

Marth looked over to Hitomi. "...Ya...I guess we do..." Marth said, giving Hitomi a strange look. He couldnt understand why she was staring at him so coldly. "Is... something the matter Hitomi." He asked, now very confused. "Something seems to be bothering you... You sound... angry." Marth looked over to Shiori, then back to Hitomi, smiling. "Is there anything I can help you with?" Marth asked, not wanting to see Hitomi like this.

Moving her head over her shoulder to look at the girl who had spoked to her, Carries blue eyes widened. Feeling a little defensive she quickly pushed it back. Moving over to the girl who had spoken to her Carrie kept a smile on her face. Seeming she already pissed her off she diddn't want to any more. "Well if I had any living relatives I knew of I would live with them. But seeing as I do not I am forced to travel or of course stay in a old hut for the rest of my life." saying this in a defensive yet soft tone she kept her lips curled in a smile. Her blonde locks falling over her right shoulder.

Hitomi blinked a few times "some things wrong yes what i dont know" Hitomi said alittle cunfused herdelf :why am i jeluos i shouldnt be Hn what is wrong i dont know Hitomi then just faked a smile and said "sorry i guess im alittle jelous of you and Shiori" feeling alittle better by saying that. Hitomi walked over to the wall and sat down then looked at the girl "i didnt know i just dont know you that well and im not mad if that was what you where thinking" Hitomi smiled and then snickered "im Hitomi dog demon at your serves" Hitomi nodded her head still smiling

Looking to Hitomi, carries cheeks flushed in embarressment of getting upset. Carrie was not exactly "socialized" the only memories she had was living with an elder priestess. Smiling to Hitome she gave a littte bow back to her. Moving a hand out to shake hers Carrie kept her friendly smile. "My name is Carrie.. and I seem to be the only human here." she said in a giggly voice. Most interested in the toher races and breeds around her.

Hitomi takes Carries hand in her clawed one "no need to worry im 25% human" Hitomi snickered alittle "its nice to meet you" Hitomi made her dog ears come out for the fun of it and then started to twitch them "hehe i missed my ears being out" Hitomi laughed alittle then looked at Marth waiting for him to talk

Looking to Hitomis ears carries eyes brightened with amusement. Moving her left hand out she quickly pulled it back. "May I .. touch them?" she asked in almost a child like tone of voice. Shaking the girls hand aswell she couldn't help but stare at her ears. That just made her day, being able to see some one with dog ears.

Looking to Hitomi she giggled along with hers. Carries right hand moved out and gently petted the girls ears, carries eyes widened in delightment of being able to touch such a magnifcent creature.

Hitomi closed her eyes and started to purr alittle bit "can you crach that ear" Hitomi twitched her right ear that she wanted scrached still purring with a smile on thinking :me and carrie are going to become good friends

i run over to the arena gate and jump on it, "whoa..this is tall, i stand and look around "Go shiori go shiori!!!!" i jump up and down and....slip..i fall off the gate and make a fairly big crater in the stone floor i look up "whoa...awsome" i sit up and get up, i start to mend the hole, "mend mend, fix fix...all better!" and its all fixed, i walk over to a bed and shut my eyes, i jumped on that gate for a reason, so i could glimps the arena,but my power seems to be blocked, i cant see anthing.. "hey..guys...um....i have the munchies.."

occ:Sorry i havent posted in awhile i've been busy with school and im suppose to be grounded but i get on anyways
Haldir looked at cassie when she asked him about the different languages he spoke. "Well i speak alot of languages," he simply answered while watching her. He felt as if it was now his responsibility to watch over her. When he saw hitomi and cassie getting along nicely he felt happier then before. The hawk watched until amazon came out and said "well it was fun but my pink hair freind is back so have a good day." Flying off her shoulder and back to amazons soft hair made him happy. "That bloody flirt," haldir said under his breath then closed his eyes and slowly fell asleep. His ears were constantly twitching to every noise.

kyu slept for many hours she had many dreams about Dark, during the night though she curled up like a wolf her tail was out though she woke up and saw dark and smiled she placed her tail over him keeping him warm. she looked at shade who fell back asleep again. she smiled and fell asleep as well

Drgn smiled as Shiori entered the arena. Then he turned to acknowledge the girl named Carrie, who he couldn't greet earlier. He tapped her on the shoulder, "Umm...hello, Carrie. My name is Drgn. I am the leader of this group...and if you wish to follow us, I would be more than pleased to have you. But I must warn you...there is danger almost everywhere we step foot. Monsters and demons have become a common sight for all of us. So if you wish to follow...I do hope you can fight."

Drgn extended his hand to shake hers. He knew that Carrie had already tried to shake his hand, so he felt a little embarrassed about being the one to greet her now. He kept his hand out and smiled.

When Drgn saw Raina leave the temple, he felt like going with her, but she didn't want anyone to follow...so he stayed.

Dongo smiled as Shiori complained about what he had said. He was joking, only because he knew Shiori was nervous. His comment seemed to pump Shiori up, though. She was much more confident now. "Alright girl! I will send you a horde of demons. From where...I cannot tell!" The arena changed to a cold, winter scene. There were bare trees, but full evergreens. Snowfall clouded the sky, and likely Shiori's vision. Dongo smiled and thought to himself, Finally...the last battle. Never have I trained a group so large. Never have I seen such fighting skill. And never has there been such a determined bunch of people...

Grunts ran around and screamed, all from different sides. They all spoke to each other it seemed, speaking in a foul tongue. This battle would not be made simple for the girl, Shiori.
