I guess its ok as long is you give the site name and url of where you got from but I have no idea what are you going to do to it and you might want to ask the artist permission I think its official art just glance at it.

Considering that Clamp doesn't want their artwork/characters featured anywhere on the internet other than their own site, I'd say no; but, honestly, I don't think you have to worry about anyone banging down your door.

animewallpapers does not own the rights to card captor sakura, but you can still cite us is you like. ;) If you were to post the whole wallpaper, or more than just part of sakura, then it would be nice if you cited us as the place where you found the wallpaper.
