theres chunks and fragments missing from the character boxes... and the bg is kinda making me feel a bit sick :P

Yeah, the extraction is pretty poor. Do something more creative with the background (that one does hurt).

It's anime wallPAPERs forum. Decrease the size of that so it hides under the bar - I think it'll peek out from the bar from what it is right now.

For the wallpaper, I'd suggest you break up all the boxes + logo and shift them around until you find something you like.

The background - the feel is alright so far. The colours are soft and working together. It's not too far from being a good wall right now.

I think the boxes could be extracted better. The bg is ok but could use a little more ingredients to make a bowl of soup....sorry for metaphors but I'm at work right and somebody is eating a bowl of soup that smells really really good. Stars? confettit? ribbons? cheese? no lol etc. a party mix?
