Picture Quality

This is a scan from an art book, and I was wondering if the quality is good enough to make a wallpaper with it, or if I need to fix it up. And if it does need fixing up could you give me some tips on how to do it since I've never really fixed up any pics like this before. Thnx ^_^

It needs a bit of re-coloring ^_^ A litle of smart blur can save it but there are still some parts left to re-color.

One way to recolor something (the methode I use) is to use the magic wand, select a part to recolor (exaple, one ton of the color of her hair), pick the color u want to use for re-cg and then just paint in the selected area with a brush. U'll also have to smooth a bit the edges with a blur tool.

This a bit better? I know it still needs some work, could someone point out the spots that need work the most? I'll try to work on those.
