I am totally stuck and am lacking creativity right now. BESIDES EXTRACTION (yes, it's rough right now, and yes it will be fixed later)... Any suggestions on what to add to it or modify?

oh, forgot to add that I took the photo while stopped at a red light. :lol: I thought "hey, this may look good in a wallpaper!". yes, im a geek.

Hm, in my opinion the grid is a bit too strong (at least the top one). And maybe add a bigger line between the grid part and the center part of the bg.

Edit: Maybe a "roll film" like bg would work out :^_^:

I downt kowe to mutch but i think is dark.. but thta can be for the bg or
the dark close of the caracter, not dark as in its hard do se, but some how it feels depersing. cant put my finger on it.

its hard to pick a briter color with the caracter colors that is present... hummm

maybe some autome colors dark reds, liter brunes and lite yelos
maybe even some Lter piks, somting like a sunsets colors in the autom,
and the treas in the autom.

maybe.. im still ansure

Hmm lets see, I like the concept of it :). Something that just really bugs me is how she doesn't really blend into the background, like when you cut out a picture and paste it onto something else. Maybe soften the lines around her a bit. And the black lines on her hands, maybe make those slightly lighter so it fits in better with the other lines, but otherwise I like it ^_^

Somehow I find that the bg doesn't seem to fit with the character and she looks out of place with the rest.

For some reason, the bg would fit better in a trigun wallpaper...don't ask why...cause I really don't know. That's just my opinion. Everything looks great though...its just I don't think it blend well together.

Hi Pooky~ About the colours, I think a black/purple mix would be fine. Yellow doesn't seem to work with the main image. I'm wondering about the stock photo you're using, how about looking for another?

ok, for this version I:

-changed the background (like it, fits it better)
-changed to a purple/black theme (don't like it as much as purple and sepia, but whatever)

i think thats much better than the first, the colors blend a little better, as well as the bg seeming a bit brighter, she doesnt seem the kind of character to go well with a dark bg.

yeah, i said "screw it" on the colors ya'll were saying. Sorry, but I'm not one for bright colors. *looks at the monotone clothes she's currently wearing... with the bright pink accessory* Guess my clothes match my wallpaper style. ^-^; Anywho, I posted my final version on MT, so I'll post it here too.

Ehhh, the last one looks the best of them all, with the dodge tool brushing, colors, etc. Variety kinda makes me feel good. :blink:
