Hmm...I say make the background have a nice blend of some pretty brushes. I don't know what to suggest, but some brushes to make up a cool design would look nice. And in some places around the picture I see stuff that looks like residue of the old picture. Maybe touch out on it a little bit? The picture looks really pretty. ^_^ Also, needs some writing. Something that you think would fit. Dunno what, sorry.

I don't think you should go with the harsh sun ray with this picture. Somehow the girl on the left is like looking at something calm and possibly at an object to wish on...(moon?) pretty basic I know but it could be something else...just my (insert object idea). Then the girl on the right has her eyes closed...more shaded area...seaching for calmness again...

Just a thought...maybe I can stimulate some ideas to you for you to elaborate on it...I know I always have this problem with initatives.
