i think i like the secong one best. in the first one, the moon is red-tinted and the words "Blue blue" and "glass moon" are on it.....doesnt fit the coloring.
but, both are very good.

Blue is better-- you can see the blood best in it. :)

I like the second one the best..even though both are good. ^^ In the second one you can see there are actual blood on her but that's not my point..I find with the blue you get the calm side and her with red is the intense side. So you get both rather than one intense colour. But thats' why you called it monotone hehe anyways good job.

What's wrong with the text is it looks fine to me but maybe you can have an elegant font..don't know.
