Missing lines in Hatsune Miku no Shoushitsu (Disappearance of Hatsune Miku)

There are a couple lines not in the transliteration or translation, even though they were sung in the song.

Right under "Utahime o yame tatakitsukeru you ni sakebu" should be "Saikou soku no wakare no uta", which translates to "My farewell song at full speed".
Also, under "Subete wo tsutaerareru nara" should be "Asshuku sareta wakare no uta", which translates to "My compressed farewell song".

Huh, how did that happen? Even I who never listen to these artificial singers know those lines (because they're in Nanairo Niconico Douga).

Oh... lol, the lines have those <> brackets in them so the site thinks they're HTML tags...

Now the trouble is figuring out what ArtemisA would've wrote down as she's not around anymore...
