I saw reading through NewType-USA when I found this question. It is a good question. For me I could not deside. I would say Maby. Because he is on the side you hate, and you guys are friends. If you want to reed the artical just pick up the May 2004 Volume 03, Number 05 issue of New-Type. Which it is this munth's issue. It is a good artical about Gundam Seed.

He's your friend. No matter what quarrels or beliefs you both share, you're always going to remain friends. I could never do it. I'm not a killer like that, it's just not an option to me. I'd respect his oppinion, and we'd part our seperate ways.

I like the concept of two friends brought together by their friendship and old memories but they are divided by war at the same time ,and to top that all off i think they both love the same girl but thats just a thought.

I think I can. I mean, when I'm fighting him we're in gundams right? So that means I would be destroying a gundam. This is different from fighting a person face to face, because you can't see his emotions. You're killing a gundam, that doesn't even look like your friend.

yea thats true, but then later on u might regret it. and u might never no what happened to ur friend (cuz u didnt no u killed ur friend) and plus ur friends family might want revenge. but it was an mistake if u kill ur friend without knowing i guess.

i am a person who would have no problem with killing my friend in battle. my basic instinct to survive anything would kick in and if he/she fought me i would defend myself and do whatever it takes to survive. however, if he didn't fight me i wouldn't hurt him/her

it all depends on the situation, but if it was war, yes, i would. survival of the fittest. then again, it would have to be quick and painless, considering its a friend. war is war, an u have to kill in order to survive. on the other hand, i dont care whether i live or die because i know i will eventually die anyway. so depending on the situation, i would not kill my friend, but i would do the exact opposite.
