Hmmm... good concept but the central image is too blury. Also, try moving it over so when the eyes are drawn towards the center of the whirlpool, we see the image and not the center of the whirlpool.

i dont think you need the distracting white swirl at all. just find a bigger better quality of your character and youll be ok. also, the screenshots dont need to be *in italic*, cause right now, you have no main focus

also, the text on bottom and top will be cropped by the screen, so why not just put it in one place on top of second set of screenshots, near the character?

Don't slant the screenshots on the top and bottom, keep them straight. Give them a monotone colour. As Candy-chan stated, you could use a better quality picture (don't blur it) and you don't need that disturbing white swirl.
The words can be removed and placed in the middle together with the main character.

my concern here is the italic scan lines..its making me dizzy...but I think when you fix it up as Candy has stated..I think the scan lines will fall into place but you might want to tone it down a bit so that our eyes will fall in the right place which is the character rather than the small screenshots..but good concept..:)

It looks much better now although I don't know if you want to keep the text about making a wall that no amount of hard work can surpass... Yours sure doesn't rank as number one to me or to many of the people here in my opinion.
The name of the character stands out too much, I suggest you make the text have the same effect as those text that I have a problem with. Heh

because a wall is a "hurdle" (a point to pass to excell), something you need to climb over or break through. Neji is considered a "genius", where as Rock Lee is considered to have worked insanely hard, non stop, to get where he was.
