I was wondering if I could use a very nice wallpaper Ive seen on the anime wallpapers site to make a banner for my website?

contact the artist of the wallpaper first before using the banner. otherwise it will be considered stealing and will make a lot of people upset. Most artists have their email or website in the bottom corner of their wallpaper.
