out of the gundam series, 0083: Stardust Memory is the best. either that or Gundam Wing, which i think had the best MS designs and character designs, excluding Quatre(until he went crazy and built Wing Gundam Zero. sd gundam was horribly childish, horribly animated, and had a terrible plot. the gundams were just altered forms of other MS from other series, like the ms-07 gouf, Char's red Zaku, Wing gundam(they ruin it!*cries*), and the main gundam was a combo of Gundam rx-78, Gundam GP-01, gundam gp-02a.

With it's deep and complex plot, Evangelion is definitely mine. ^^; Especially with all the angst! Yay angst!

Zeta Gundam is hands down the best Mecha anime around. It combines the best elements of most mecha anime. A truely epic plot, a dark foreboding villain, another faction of questionable alliance. All through the eyes of a pilot whos mind is as nearly messed up as Shinji's.

I think that one is great but not as good as 08th MS Team, Double Zeta, or 0083. Fourth place isn't so bad :)
