Looking For Ops

Because of my busy schedule and because I won't be able to stay online 24/7 starting the end of May, I am looking for a couple people that would like to be operators for the AW.com chatroom on IRC.

OP responsibilities
-keep the chat free of spam, porn/adult topics, and personal attacks
-keep a friendly, open, fun envionment in the chat
-encourage discussion
-be present in the chat room daily (constant connection to the chat a plus, but not required)

A good OP is somone who...
-is friendly to everyone
-follows the rules of the chat, the forum, and AW.com
-respectful towards the other OPs and users
-has basic knowledge of AW.com, CGing, graphic design, wallpapering, and the forum
-willingness to help others without getting frusterated
-has been, or is starting to be, a strong presence in the AW chat room
-can be connected to the chat for long periods of time

I only got one... I thought people would be more interested in helping! I would have really liked to have had a couple more... Ya'll weren't intimidated by the "resume", right? All it was supposed to be was a little PM letting me know you're interested and what you'd bring to the chat... super simple!

i think its the thing about having to be on everyday.......that would be really hard to do, people get busy out of nowhere, and have school, and work, etc.

my thoughts as well with having to be on everyday..and ppl not having IRC. I would do it if I had both of the requirments..lol..

I'm not saying that you *have* to be on 24/7. Heck, ya'll know that I'm not at the chatroom 24/7. If you can't, no biggie. that's why I said it's "recommended" and not "required".
