hmm, well i think you should either soften or tone down the glow on the character. maybe do something with all the red, but i'm not sure what. good work

Hm, I'm not sure if the red bg fits well.
And maybe add a bit more glow to that "lighting" on his arm.

what's the focus in this wallpaper... I don't know about his arm being so electrifying..lol Then again I never seen the anime so i wouldn't know.
