Hi, I don't know if I need the glow. The shadow down at her feet doesn't seem to look right to me.. anyone agree with me?

I'm open to suggestions.

looks pretty good to me, the only thing i can think of to change is the glow on the character. either take it off or change it to something darker, something that fits the bg better.

I don't think there's anything much wrong with the character. Lose the bar at the bottom and enlarge the background picture so it covers the whole wall.

The red bar on the bottom can go. Try expanding the bg like Asher said. The glow isn't bad, but it makes some of the jagged edges more visible (like in her hair). You can give the glow a wider spread, take it off, or try to fix the jagged edges. Either one would work.
